Is there a way to find a post by number if it's skipped over in the General Research bread and wasn't replied to? Search feature only finds posts by number if they were responded to, so I find the ones I want to check out by searching for nearby trips if it doesn't initially come up–always works fine. But this one got skipped over, so I presume it got grabbed by a different bread. I've gone through a half dozen suspects with no luck. Has to be an easier way?
I try to check post numbers that plausibly align with "EX-rvid5774" if it wasn't obvious. Rationale on this one assumes "raw only" (a Q quote) and an r-value of "1" (justified) instead of 9, 18… X(24th letter…2x4=8). It's all a stretch, I know, but I try to check the possibilities that occur to me and the fact that this one got skipped over intrigued me a little–probably nothing, but I'd like to look anyway!

Four of those lots are considered to be kuleana lands, handed down over generations — often times to hundreds of descendants — after being granted to Native Hawaiian tenants or farmers during the 19th century.
Friday’s auction is the culmination of a years-long legal dispute that has highlighted a complicated and controversial issue — one that has sparked painful memories for local families across the state, who over time have lost access or ownership to land that had been in their ohana for generations, but was often passed down with no deeds or titles — significantly hindering their legal claims in today’s modern era.
"This goes to the heart of something that is very problematic. It alienates them from the land that gave rise to their identity and it is very disturbing. To see that something that was a dirty deed from 150 years ago is still going on today. It's a huge cultural step backwards," said Wayne Rapozo, a descendant of one of the four kuleana lands in dispute.
At the center of the Kauai dispute is property in Pilaa, where Facebook CEO Zuckerberg bought a 700-acre waterfront lot for $100 million in 2014.
Over the years, Zuckerberg has made several efforts to enhance the seclusion of his estate, including purchasing small parcels of land on his property that are designated as kuleana lands.
Under state law, the descendants who inherit kuleana lands from their original owner must be granted access to the property, along with residential and water rights.
In an attempt to secure the privacy of his property, Zuckerberg pursued a quiet title lawsuit to force the kuleana land owners to sell in 2016.

When multiple parties have claims to a single piece of land, a quiet title lawsuit settles the dispute through a legal process that ultimately leaves the property in the hands of one owner by forcing its sale to the highest bidder through a public auction. Zuckerberg dropped his lawsuits after major backlash from the local community — but they have been continued by Carlos Andrade, a retired UH professor and one of hundreds of descendants to four kuleana parcels that are still in dispute.
At noon on Friday, a public auction will be held on the steps of the Fifth Circuit courthouse to sell the four kuleana parcels to the highest bidder.
“In a public auction the concern is a normal working middle-class family in Hawaii is likely going to be unable to marshal the resources to bid into the millions for four parcels of real estate. It is painful to acknowledge that, but to cough up a million or two million for each parcel to buy back their family legacy is unlikely,” Rapozo said.
Andrade faces opposition from distant relatives who are also descendants.
A small group of them have banded together to resist the sale, though they say they understand they likely won’t win. They believe that while Zuckerberg has publicly stepped away from this process, they think the tech billionaire may be bankrolling Andrade’s efforts.
The group plans to protest in front of the Lihue Courthouse Friday morning prior to the auction.
“Even if Zuckerberg has the best of intentions, a billionaire removed from day-to-day culture and living in Hawaii bankrolling directly or indirectly a lawsuit to wipe out the historic legacy or ownership of a family’s interest in kuleana lands, is a dangerous proposition. No one is safe if in fact a large amount of money without a deep community and cultural connection can be used to wipe out a family’s legacy,” Rapozo said.
Hawaii News Now has reached out to Zuckerberg for comment, but is still waiting for a response.

Multiple employees say that Disney has been less than forthcoming about who will be let go and when.
At Walt Disney's shareholder meeting two weeks ago, CEO Bob Iger spoke of the "long-term value" inherent in the company's pending acquisition of most of 21st Century Fox. "We will hit the ground running as soon as the deal closes," he told attendees.
The flowery language, arguably befitting of such a monumental deal, was typical of the comments coming from Disney for more than a year as regulators slowly approved the partial merger.
Nary a public word was spoken about layoffs, but less than two days after the $71.3 billion deal officially closed at two minutes past midnight ET on Wednesday, it was clear that hitting the ground running means, at least initially, lots of lost jobs.
"Today I hate everybody," said one nervous employee who worries for his job. "I hate Disney for buying Fox, I hate Fox for selling, I hate the politicians for allowing it to happen."
Part of the frustration, multiple employees tell The Hollywood Reporter, is that Disney has been less than forthcoming about who will be let go and when. Regarding severance, employees have been told they will get two weeks of pay for every year served, with a maximum of two years in severance pay.
Says one Disney employee: "We feel like we're the ones who have been acquired because the people at Fox know what their severance packages are, if they are going to get let go, and nobody at Disney knows anything. People are panicking — and rightfully so — because nobody is telling them anything."

Just nine days before the FBI applied for a Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) warrant to surveil a top Trump campaign aide, bureau officials were battling with a senior Justice Department official who had "continued concerns" about the "possible bias" of a source pivotal to the application, according to internal text messages obtained by Fox News.
The 2016 messages, sent between former FBI lawyer Lisa Page and then-FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, also reveal that bureau brass circulated at least two anti-Trump blog articles, including a Lawfare blog post sent shortly after Election Day that called Trump possibly "among the major threats to the security of the country."
Another article, sent by Page in July 2016 as the FBI's counterintelligence probe into Russian election interference was kicking off, flatly called Trump a "useful idiot" for Russian President Vladimir Putin. Page told McCabe that then-FBI Director James Comey had "surely" read that piece. Both articles were authored in whole or part by Benjamin Wittes, a Comey friend.
Further, the texts show that on Sept. 12, 2016, Page forwarded to McCabe some "unsolicited comments" calling then-GOP Rep. Trey Gowdy a "total d–k." Gowdy, at the time, was grilling FBI congressional affairs director Jason Herring at a hearing on the FBI's handling of the Clinton email investigation.
But perhaps the most significant Page-McCabe communications made plain the DOJ's worries that the FISA application to surveil Trump aide Carter Page was based on a potentially biased source – and underscored the FBI's desire to press on.
Fox News is told the texts were connected to the ultimately successful Page application, which relied in part on information from British ex-spy Christopher Steele – whose anti-Trump views are now well-documented – and cited Page’s suspected Russia ties. In its warrant application, the FBI assured the FISA court on numerous occasions that other sources independently corroborated Steele's claims but did not clearly state that Steele worked for a firm hired by Hillary Clinton's campaign.
Carter Page has not been charged with any wrongdoing despite more than a year of federal surveillance, and he has since sued numerous actors – including the Democratic National Committee (DNC) – for defamation related to claims that he worked with Russia.
"OI [Office of Intelligence] now has a robust explanation re any possible bias of the chs [confidential human source] in the package," Lisa Page wrote to McCabe on Oct. 12, 2016. "Don't know what the holdup is now, other than Stu's continued concerns."

It's unclear whether the confidential source in question was Steele or another individual. "Stu" was an apparent reference to Stuart Evans, then the DOJ's National Security Division deputy assistant attorney general. In one previously unearthed and since-unredacted text message, former FBI Special Agent Peter Strzok texted Lisa Page that he was "Currently fighting with Stu for this FISA" in late 2016.
"Strong operational need to have in place before Monday if at all possible, which means to ct tomorrow," Page added. "I communicated you and boss's green light to Stu earlier, and just sent an email to Stu asking where things stood. This might take a high-level push. Will keep you posted."
Minutes later, Page sent another urgent text to McCabe: "If I have not heard back from Stu in an hour, I will invoke your name to say you want to know where things are, so long as that is okay with you."
“Just called," Page said to McCabe. "Apparently the DAG [Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates] now wants to be there, and WH wants DOJ to host. So we are setting that up now. … We will very much need to get Cohen’s view before we meet with her. Better, have him weigh in with her before the meeting. We need to speak with one voice, if that is in fact the case.” ("Cohen" is likely then-Deputy CIA Director David Cohen.)
McCabe responded within the hour: "Thanks. I will reach out to David." On Oct. 19, Page wrote to McCabe that the "meeting with WH counsel is finally set up."
Neither Lisa Page nor McCabe responded to Fox News' inquiries as to whether the meeting was designed to brief the White House on the FISA application or some other matter. Page and McCabe also did not reply to Fox News' inquiries about the DOJ's concerns over the FISA application, or dispute that the texts related to the Carter Page warrant application. Fox News has also reached out to the FBI and DOJ for comment.
The FISA application eventually filed by the FBI on Oct. 21, 2016 stated, "The F.B.I. believes [Carter] Page has been the subject of targeted recruitment by the Russian government."
The FBI went on to allege that Carter Page "has established relationships with Russian government officials, including Russian intelligence officers," and that the FBI believed "the Russian government’s efforts are being coordinated with [Carter] Page and perhaps other individuals associated with” Trump's campaign. Page, the FBI told the FISA court, “has been collaborating and conspiring with the Russian government.”

Financial stocks took the biggest hit, tumbling 2.94 percent, the most among the 11 main S&P sectors. The banking sector plunged 4 percent.
The Federal Reserve earlier this week abandoned projections for any interest rate hikes this year, as policymakers see U.S. economy rapidly losing momentum.
Trade worries too added to the uncertainty. While U.S. trade delegates head to Beijing next week, President Donald Trump said a final agreement with China "will probably happen."
Chipmakers, which get a huge chunk of their revenue from China, fell. The Philadelphia chip index was down 2.29 percent, while the broader technology sector declined 1.64 percent.

Financial data firm Markit's purchasing managers index for U.S. manufacturing fell to 52.5 in March, its lowest level since June 2017. Both new orders and output softened.
Analysts polled by Reuters had expected the gauge to strengthen to 53.6 from 53.0 in February. Readings above 50 point to growth in the sector.
The slowdown in U.S. manufacturing is part of a global trend in which international trade tensions appear to be leaving their mark on factory output. Markit also released PMI reports showing factory activity contracted in the euro zone and in Japan.
The reports helped push the spread between three-month Treasury bills and 10-year note yields to invert for the first time since 2007. The inverted yield curve is widely understood to be a leading indicator of recession. U.S. stock prices also fell.
Already, signs of a global slowdown have played a significant role in the Federal Reserve's signaling in recent months that it will pause and possibly end its interest rate hiking cycle, which began in 2015.
Some economists are concerned the Fed may have already lifted rates too high. The U.S. housing market spent much of 2018 in a dismal state, held back by higher rates.
On Friday, however, a report from the National Association of Realtors showed U.S. home sales surged in February to their highest level since March 2018.
Existing home sales jumped 11.8 percent to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 5.51 million units last month, the NAR said.
That was above analysts' expectations and could be a sign that the Fed's pause on rate hikes is helping home sales.
"Declines in mortgage rates are beginning to provide some support," economists at Oxford Economics said in a note to clients.
However, the U.S. economy is already slowing, partly due to the fading of a major fiscal stimulus in 2018.
The New York Federal Reserve said one of its forecasting models pointed to a 1.29 percent growth rate in the first quarter. That's well below the 2.9 percent growth clocked in 2018, which was just below U.S. President Donald Trump's 3 percent growth target.
In another potential ding for the economic outlook, Commerce Department data showed U.S. wholesale inventories increased by the most in more than six years in January.

Two teenagers were arrested on Friday after they allegedly threatened to shoot up two separate high schools in Charlottesville, Va., The Daily Progress reported.

GoFundMe is reportedly banning campaigns from its platform that raise money to spread anti-vaccination messages.

The outlet reportedly found that Larry Cook, a prominent anti-vaccination activist, collected nearly $80,000 on various GoFundMe campaigns.
Another page promoted by Health Freedom Idaho and Sarasota for Vaccine Choice was reportedly found to have raised more than $25,000 for a vaccine exemption attorney’s legal defense fund, according to the Daily Beast.
Melissa Sullivan, the executive vice president at Health Choice Connecticut, which reportedly raised more than $2,000 on the site under its former name, Vaccine Choice CT, told the publication that she felt GoFundMe’s move to ban campaigns promoting the anti-vaccination movement was a “violation of the First Amendment.”
According to the outlet, Sullivan also accused the crowdfunding site of “feeling pressure from Big Pharma.”
“Whether you believe it’s true or not, everyone is entitled to their opinion,” Sullivan told the publication. “I would hope they would reconsider. This movement needs to be able to get funds in order to fight pharma giants like Merck and other vaccine manufacturers."

Supermicro Backup Server Used by Hillary Clinton Highlights Security Risks of China Supply Chain
A little-noticed detail in the FBI’s investigation files related to former U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s email servers has highlighted the security risks inherent in today’s tech supply chain.
Clinton’s use of private email servers during her 2009–2013 tenure raised the question of whether classified information was improperly stored or transmitted.
President Donald Trump has previously suggested on Twitter that Clinton’s emails were accessed by China. Several media also have cited anonymous sources that have said China had access to her emails.
But the brand of the particular server Clinton used to back up her emails became a telling detail after Bloomberg’s explosive report published in October 2018 revealed that a malicious microchip was allegedly planted by Chinese spies into server motherboards manufactured in China.
In 2013, after Clinton left office, the IT service provider Clinton contracted to manage the email server, Platte River Networks (PRN), moved the server to a data center in Secaucus, New Jersey, called Equinix. There, PRN staff set up a backup system using Datto, a U.S. data backup company. Datto’s backup server took multiple snapshots a day of the main email server which were then deleted every 60 days.
That Datto server was in turn manufactured by Supermicro, according to FBI files.
Supermicro is the tech company at the center of Bloomberg’s story.
Twitter user @Joestradamus91 was among the first to notice and publicize this detail.
Citing anonymous U.S. officials and tech company insiders, the Bloomberg report claimed that a Chinese military unit designed malicious microchips with backdoor access, and was able to secretly implant them at Chinese factories that supplied Supermicro with motherboards. Those compromised motherboards were then built into servers assembled at Supermicro.
The U.S.-based company, founded by a Taiwanese businessman in 1993, is a popular vendor of choice among tech companies. It designs servers according to clients’ specifications, often offered at much cheaper prices than its competitors, according to Gary Miliefsky, a top cybersecurity expert and CEO of Cyber Defense Media Group. Most of Supermicro’s components are made in China.
Though Supermicro and its two clients mentioned in the Bloomberg article—Apple and Amazon—have all denied the allegations, cyber experts believe such attacks are plausible but difficult to trace and attribute to a culprit.
Yossi Appleboum, founder and CEO of cybersecurity firm Sepio Systems and a former Israeli intelligence officer, said in a previous interview with the Israeli edition of The Epoch Times that he had seen such hardware implants before, including in computer keyboards and printers.
“In most cases, hardware manufacturers leave hardware connectors open on the motherboard, which enable access either to the processors or internet connections. This situation is like paradise to the attackers,” Appleboum said.
In response to the Bloomberg report, Apple wrote a letter to Congress that said it hasn’t detected “outbound traffic” that could suggest malware or malicious activity.
But Miliefsky noted that seemingly benign traffic could be exploited. A hypothetical example: Traffic could be going to a website that sells Apple products, but that IP address could have been set up by an attacker to transfer data to China.

It was a very telling week in the NXIVM case. For those still not familiar with this case, get familiar. There are a lot of top players involved, who connect with countless other big-league players, and it’s all about controlling the system, manipulating and blackmailing high-ranking individuals and corporations, as well as child sex trafficking and female adults being branded after sexual interactions with their harem “leader” Keith Raniere.
Some big updates dropped this week, and Nancy Salzman, NXIVM’s president pleaded guilty to one count of racketeering conspiracy, after agreeing to a plea deal. This plea deal comes with her cooperation with the federal government in this case, and she could also be facing up to 41 months in prison. Her sentencing will not take place until July 10th. She admitted in court that she obtained passwords and user names to monitor NXIVM enemies and members suspected of being moles.
Her daughter Laura Salzman is also charged in this case, and is facing up to 20-years in prison. Sadly, Nancy brought her daughter into the NXIVM life when she was just a child, and Laura, like her mother, were both part of his harem. She spent her adult life as a top leader for NXIVM, while awaiting Raniere to impregnate her, which never happened.
On Wednesday evening, following the guilty plea of Nancy Salzman, new allegations against Keith Raniere were announced in a superseding indictment by federal prosecutors. They allege that NXIVM had a smaller group known as DOS, where women extorted recruits into unpaid labor and sexual relationships with Raniere. They also accuse Raniere having sexual relations with two underage girls, one of which became his first-line slave in DOS. In addition, they allege he coerced a minor to “engage in sexually explicit conduct for the purpose of producing one or more visual depictions of such conduct.” In other words, he produced child pornography.
Prosecutors claim they have communications between the girl and Raniere, as well as images. They also state that other defendants in the case “were aware of and facilitated Raniere’s sexual relationships with the two underage victims.”
There were four additional racketeering acts in the superseding indictment for Keith Raniere: one alleging visa fraud, one alleging possession of child pornography, and two alleging sexual exploitation of a child. Mack, Bronfman and Lauren also have one count of racketeering added to their charges.
Smallville actress Allison Mack, also has charges against her for sex trafficking of children or by force, fraud or coercion, conspiracy to commit sex trafficking of children by force, fraud, or coercion, and attempt to establish peonage, slavery, involuntary servitude, and human trafficking.
Seagram’s heiress Clare Bronfman and Kathy Russell are also charged in this case, and future indictments of others may take place as the trial date nears. The NXIVM trial is scheduled to begin on April 29, 2019.

Gov. Gavin Newsom plans to declare a state of emergency in California on Friday and waive environmental regulations to expedite nearly three dozen local forest management projects to protect communities from the deadly wildfires that have decimated communities up and down the state.
A preview of the governor’s order, obtained by The Times, shows that Newsom plans to suspend environmental laws and rules that would otherwise apply to the projects. He also would halt the state’s competitive bidding process for work and direct the Department of Forestry and Fire Protection to team up with the California National Guard to immediately begin reducing trees and shrubs in and around 200 cities and towns.
The governor’s action marks the latest effort by the state to offset the possibility of catastrophe after back-to-back years of fatal wildfires that killed more than 100 people and burned nearly 2 million acres in total. The projects will cost a total of $35 million, which will be paid with forest management funds in the 2018-19 budget.
“The increasing wildfire risks we face as a state means we simply can’t wait until a fire starts in order to start deploying emergency resources,” said Newsom, who was expected to make the announcement in Lake County on Friday morning. “California needs sustained focus and immediate action in order to better protect our communities.”
Critics voiced concern about the governor’s decision to suspend guidelines put in place to protect the environment and the precedent his executive order might set. Some argued that regulations do not pose a problem and the state should have prioritized the projects earlier.
“This is like deferred maintenance on a building,” said Char Miller, professor of environmental analysis at Pomona College. “We just kept putting it off and putting it off and putting it off.”
California’s forests have become a hot-button political topic, with President Donald Trump fueling assertions that poor management practices and environmental laws have made wildfires worse.
Experts have refuted the notion that heavy timber fueled the state’s most destructive fires in urban areas and say much of the millions of dead and dying trees reside on lands controlled by the U.S. Forest Service. The Camp fire in Paradise, for example, burned through a region scorched and logged a decade earlier.
Ironically, Miller and others said, Newsom’s decision to walk back regulations co-opts the president’s message.
“Unfortunately, it’s a very Trumpian approach,” said Douglas Bevington, forest director of the Leonardo DiCaprio Foundation. “It’s the false notion that more logging paired with rolling back environmental protections is going to protect communities.”
Thom Porter, director of Cal Fire, disputed the comparison.
“This administration and Cal Fire has been committed to the protection of life, property and the environment well beyond President Trump even considering what that actually means,” he said.
Porter said his crews on the ground will continue to work with state agencies and experts to ensure that resources are protected.
“While we’re asking for an exemption from the paperwork process of doing the upfront deep analysis, we are not asking for an exemption from the need to protect the resources,” Porter said.
Newsom signed an executive order in his first week in office that directed Cal Fire to develop recommendations to prevent wildfires.
The agency published a report in late February that said forest management efforts by the state, federal government and private landowners were “inadequate to improve the health of millions of acres of forests and wildlands” that require maintenance. The agency reported that up to 15 million acres of California forest need some form of restoration.
The report recommended that the state waive and streamline regulatory requirements and direct Cal Fire to immediately begin 35 fuel reduction projects, such as the removal of dead trees, brush clearing and prescribed burns to create fuel breaks, defensible space and safe travel corridors on 90,000 acres of land around cities and towns vulnerable to wildfires.
Newsom’s new order does just that and waives laws that fall under the jurisdiction of the California Environmental Protection Agency and the California Natural Resources Agency and would typically apply to the projects. The laws include the California Environmental Quality Act, which requires state and local agencies to identify and mitigate the environmental impacts of their work.
According to the emergency declaration, Cal Fire must seek a confirmation from the state agencies that its activities fall under the order and will “take protection of the environment into account while ensuring timely implementation.”

The Daily Beast is reporting[1] that First Look Media – home of The Intercept and Glenn Greenwald – is shutting down access to the Snowden archives.
The Intercept was the home for Greenwald's subset of Snowden's NSA documents since 2014, after he parted ways with the Guardian the year before. I don't know the details of how the archive was stored, but it was offline and well secured – and it was available to journalists for research purposes. Many stories were published based on those archives over the years, albeit fewer in recent years.
The article doesn't say what "shutting down access" means, but my guess is that it means that First Look Media will no longer make the archive available to outside journalists, and probably not to staff journalists, either. Reading between the lines, I think they will delete what they have.
This doesn't mean that we're done with the documents. Glenn Greenwald tweeted:

If the OIG found no intentional DOJ and FBI malfeasance in their June '18 report on 2016 FBI conduct/activity (Clinton-Trump), what's the likelihood of the same OIG finding malfeasance as it relates to DOJ/FBI *FISA activity* and the exact same people?
Think about it.
The 2018 report found no DOJ/FBI misconduct (only some bad judgement). There were no criminal referrals. There were recommendations for internal improvement, which Director Wray said the FBI would implement.
The June OIG report was the second OIG report of 2018 attached to the FBI (first was FBI media leaks which did result in McCabe referral). And the June report covered the totality of DOJ and FBI activity throughout 2016.
Three months prior to the June 2018 OIG final report being published, in March 2018 the third angle of the OIG review was opened. This third OIG review is specific to issues around FISA. This is the one all are awaiting.
It's important to note the Office of Inspector General FISA review/investigation of potential FISA abuses (opened March) was launched three months prior to the "Election Activity" final report in June 2016.
The time frame covered by the "Election Activity" review (OIG report 2) and the "FISA Activity" review (OIG report 3) are the same. The topics are different (FISA being more specific), but the people under review and time-frame therein are identical.
Three months after announcing the "FISA specific review", the OIG produced report 2 and stated there was no intentionally corrupt behavior the IG office could identify in the conduct of DOJ and FBI officials in 2016; only some very questionable judgement.
No criminal referrals were made as a result of the June OIG report; and by the time the "election review" report was finalized many of the reviewed FBI and DOJ officials had resigned, retired or been fired. [The remaining exits came shortly thereafter]
The question: If the OIG found no intentional corrupt activity in the June '18 report (only bad judgement); no referrals were made; and time period and people are exactly the same; how can the OIG produce a post-facto FISA review report with substantively different conclusions?
Bruce Ohr is likely still employed for the same reason the dispatch of Strzok was delayed. The OIG and INSD (inspection division) can only reach those still inside the system.
On the narrow issue of how the DOJ and FBI assembled, handled and used the FISA application, and subsequent Title-1 surveillance warrant, against the Trump campaign (and officials therein), Bruce Ohr is a key and central witness for the OIG.
Unlike the previous OIG report #2 (Election-era Issues) if the OIG can find direct and intentional "gross misconduct" (by referencing traditional and historic FISA application assembly therein), toward those officials who participated in the FISA assembly then it becomes possible the OIG report *could* potentially outline the FISA application resulted in serious fourth amendment civil rights violations.
And that could be a narrow opening toward legal issues for DOJ and FBI officials who participated in assembling an *intentional* fraudulently-based application to the FISA court.
Unfortunately, that approach is a very high bar for the OIG to reach. Again, the OIG would have to find "direct evidence" of "gross misconduct" resulting in civil rights violations. The defensive arguments would be filled w/ legal justification(s) and internal process discussion.
Unfortunately x 2, such outlined "fourth amendment" FISA abuse finding would also be adverse to the interests of a larger U.S. intelligence apparatus, and institutional participants, who rely on utilization of the FISA process and would seek to protect it.
I suspect the officials who abused the FISA court are also relying upon the necessity of the FISA process to protect themselves from too much scrutiny and sunlight.
An example of that reality is found with HPSCI Chairman Devin Nunes advocating for FISA renewal April '18.
As HPSCI Chairman @DevinNunes knew (still knows) the FISA process was abused for corrupt intent; however, he also knows it is a critical component and tool for the U.S. intelligence system and national security. Currently he is advocating for a much larger conversation about it.
All of this reflects how complex the institutional issues are.
I suspect the initial media reports on the completion of IG Horowitz's "reconciler phase", and first-draft report going to principle stakeholders, will surface sometime in April.

New research from psychologist and search engine expert Dr. Robert Epstein shows that biased Google searches had a measurable impact on the 2018 midterm elections, pushing tens of thousands of votes towards the Democrat candidates in three key congressional races, and potentially millions more in races across the country.
The study, from Epstein and a team at the American Institute for Behavioral Research and Technology (AIBRT), analyzed Google searches related to three highly competitive congressional races in Southern California. In all three races, the Democrat won — and Epstein’s research suggests that Google search bias may have tipped them over the edge.
The research follows a previous study conducted in 2016 which showed that biased Google results pushed votes to Hillary Clinton in the presidential election. Democrats and Google executives have disputed these findings.
Epstein says that in the days leading up to the 2018 midterms, he was able to preserve “more than 47,000 election-related searches on Google, Bing, and Yahoo, along with the nearly 400,000 web pages to which the search results linked.”
Analysis of this data showed a clear pro-Democrat bias in election-related Google search results as compared to competing search engines. Users performing Google searches related to the three congressional races the study focused on were significantly more likely to see pro-Democrat stories and links at the top of their results.
As Epstein’s previous studies have shown, this can have a huge impact on the decisions of undecided voters, who often assume that their search results are unbiased. Epstein has called this the Search Engine Manipulation Effect (SEME).
According to Epstein’s study, at least 35,455 undecided voters in the three districts may have been persuaded to vote for a Democrat candidate because of slanted Google search results. Considering that each vote gained by a Democrat is potentially a vote lost by a Republican, this means more than 70,910 votes may have been lost by Republicans in the three districts due to Google bias. In one of these districts, CA 45, the Democrat margin of victory was just over 12,000 votes.

Mueller’s team does have 13 registered Democrats and no registered Republicans, and several team members made donations to Clinton’s campaign in various amounts.
However, Trump leaves out a crucial registered Republican — Mueller himself — and glosses over the fact that we don’t know the identities, or the partisan affiliation, of other Justice Department or FBI staff who are working with the investigation. It’s also questionable to say that the multiple non-donors are "hardened" Democrats.
