Servicemen's Readjustment Act of 1944, better known as the GI Bill of Rights was instituted post WWII to help servicemen get a boost in job
placement after the war. Though colleges dug into their own pockets to help subsidize the costs; the federal government paid a portion
through Federal Perkins Loan program, which did for civilians what the GI Bill had done for veterans — and opened college gates even wider.. In 1965-1970 civil rights created more demand and colleges provided the grants and other forms of financial aid programs. I've been watching Chicago PD from the beginning. At the moment I am up to season 5 episode 15.
This episode aired on 28th of February 2018 and is titled 'Sisterhood'. The synopisis of the story is:

I am 18:43 mins into the episode and they have given the name of 'Q' to one of the bad guys, if not THE bad guy doing the dick cutting.
Going to qmap.pub, there were no Q drops on this day. Around this date though (before and after) there were Q drops were about Snowden, messages to operators in the field, and others.
This episode occurred 4 months after Q appeared on the 27th/28th October 2017. Season 5 premiered on the 27th September 2017, so I highly doubt that the writers/producers cobbled together this episode at short notice. I don't know the lead time for filming each season, whether the season starts with episodes filmed as the season progresses or whether a whole season is filmed beforehand.

To be fair, if that is true then you are one of the exceptionally few cases if you are talking about a 4-year university in America.
Tuition for each year can run in excess of $10k rather easily. The real cost is housing. If you must rent or pay for student housing, you are looking at another $10k per year in some of the cheaper college towns to live in. School can easily run you in excess of 20k per year. This does not include utilities, vehicles, phones, etc.
If you were working a factory job a full 40 hours a week, it is possible, particularly if renting - but for most kids who get out of highschool and do what they are told - which is go to college, it makes sense why they end up in the positions they do.
It is not reasonable to expect the average person to divide their concentration between school they are paying for and a full time job. Particularly in the case where they are working under $10 an hour, which most people working the service industries will.
I am not saying that they have a right to expect debt forgiveness or helicopter cash, but there were a lot of people who preyed on them and who have also inflated all of our costs unjustifiably.

Kingash is the second largest nickel deposit in Russia, with mineral resources including 2.4 million tonnes of nickel, 1.1 million tonnes of copper, 98,000 tonnes of cobalt, 52,000 tonnes of gold and 261 tonnes of platinum group metals, according to the JORC Code. The annual capacity of the mining and processing plant is planned at 520,000 tonnes of copper-nickel concentrate. Production is expected to begin in 2024.
Ak-Sug is one of Russia’s top-5 projects in terms of copper reserves. Its mineral resources include 5.1 million tonnes of copper and 121 tonnes of gold, according to the JORC Code. The planned annual capacity of the mining and processing plant is 500,000 tonnes of copper concentrate. Production is expected to start in 2023.

I've seen numerous anons here complaining about TINNITUS/RINGING OF THE EARS ever since Q started and I've suffered the same. I'm not trying to shit up the bread here but if you think otherwise scroll on by.
I've recently been reading about magnesium deficiency in relation to some other health concerns I have and quite by accident I seem to have fixed my tinnitus.
A couple of weeks ago I started soaking in a (standard) bath tub full of hot water with two cups of Epsom salt for 20-30 minutes. The first test was four baths on four consecutive days. The results I was actually looking for did not materialize (yet) but my dry skin cleared up, my blood pressure went from consistent 154/90 (with pharma drugs) to consistent 116/70, I was less tense, less stressed and slept like the dead. After the third bath the ringing in my ears stopped for a few hours. I didn't pay this much mind as my tinnitus would stop unexpectedly from time to time for short periods.
After the fourth bath my tinnitus again stopped and stayed away for about four days. A number of additional benefits were noticed such as feeling better overall, no usual daily aches and pains, improved attitude and my asthma seemed better. Oh yeah, I'm able to stretch again to my hearts content where previously I'd get cramps or muscle spasms with almost any stretching.
I stopped the Epsom salt baths for a week and all of the improvements I had observed vanished and the tinnitus was back. I decided to soak again in Epsom salt and started to feel better within hours. I soaked again the next day and the tinnitus completely stopped.
I intend to keep soaking daily for seven days then stop and see how things go. After that I'll be investigating a high magnesium diet and then try a supplement as well.
I hope a few of you try some Epsom salt baths and get some relief for tinnitus (among other things). Just two cups of epsom salt in a standard bath and soak for 20-30 minutes.

The Media Is Lying About Construction At Sohae Launch Facility
In the aftermath of the Hanoi Summit, President Trump has been barraged with attempts to undermine his confidence in the good faith of Kim Jong Un and his intentions to deal fairly with the United States in the negotiation process concerning denuclearization and de-escalation of tensions on the Korean Peninsula. One of the primary causes of concern has been a series of reports from NBC News claiming that “commercial” satellite footage shows that the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK) has been engaging in fresh construction at their Sohae Launch Facility in preparation for an alleged missile launch or test.
Not only is the use of the term “commercial” misleading in nature, but analysis of the photos indicates that the activity at the Sohae facility is related to deconstruction. The reports are driven by a number of entities with connections to the Central Intelligence Agency and a number of other special interests which call into credibility both the veracity of the reports and the journalistic integrity of NBC News.
I. Satellite Footage Of Sohae Launch Facility Is Misrepresented
The NBC report, written by Courtney Kube, Carol E. Lee and Andrea Mitchell, concerns satellite imagery released by the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) purported to have been taken on March 2, 2019. The imagery suffers from two defects – the fact that the images show two different facilities being attributed as one by the media, and that the purported construction activity indicates dismantling of the Sohae site rather than fresh additions or repairs. Side by side comparisons of the photos show that they are in fact taken from two different locations. This discrepancy might be apparent to an analyst with knowledge of North Korea’s Sohae Launch Facility, but not to an average member of the public.
Analysis of the photos indicates deconstruction for a number of reasons which are outlined below:
The positioning of the two cranes in the photo is not advantageous for construction of a tower since they cannot efficiently raise material to it from the ground level. The cranes are so close together that their arms are at risk of colliding during construction.
The image shows that materials are in fact being moved from the towers into a paved area in the center of the facility where they can be more easily removed by vehicles.
Tire skid marks on the pavement in the facility appear to show that vehicles were loaded with heavy materials before leaving rather than entering with large amounts of freightage on board.
Buildings at the facility are in a state of partial dismantlement or have otherwise been untouched. If the facility was being rebuilt, all surrounding buildings would be refurbished before work began on the tower.
The crane closest to the tower has been outfitted with a shorter arm. This is a strong indication that it is bringing tower segments down to the ground level rather than raising them. The second crane is outfitted with a longer arm to take pieces disassembled by the first crane and lower them to the ground level in the center of the facility where they would be stacked for removal.
The photo even appears to show a flatbed trailer near the central paved area which may have been used for the purpose of removing disassembled materials. The activity in the photos has been totally misrepresented with the intent to cause viewers to interpret the activity as construction. This analysis is consistent with a report from the Washington Post in July 2018 labeling similar behavior at Sohae Satellite Launching Station as dismantling of a rail-mounted processing building.
Additional footage released by CSIS which was purported to have been taken on March 6, 2019 shows imagery where the photographed facility displays apparent distress or overgrowth on the pavement in the center, while solar glare obstructs an optimally clear view of the buildings that are claimed to be under “construction.” Structures that appear in the supposed March 2, 2019 photos are also mysteriously missing less than one week later. Considering the analysis mentioned above, these defects do not create confidence in the veracity of the claims being presented to President Trump and the public.

Re: garbage collect. I spent my formative years programming commodore 64s in old basic. There was a routine that the machine used to run on a regular basis known as 'garbage collect'. The area of memory used for temporary storage of data would get too big and have to be cleaned up. I assume that modern operating systems work on a similar basis, the difference being that with 24/7 operations you can't just switch stuff off. Garbage will be all the stuff written to temporary working files, in memory and on disk. Sloppy coding, or more to the point really old darpa coding might have left telltale crap hanging around for years.

In the latest annual global human rights report, the US has stopped using the term “occupied” when talking about areas of Palestine controlled by Israel, including the Golan Heights, the West Bank and Gaza.
In a report by the State Department intended to detail data regarding human rights around the globe in 2018, the US has decided to alter the words it uses to describe the situation in the Palestinian territories occupied by Israel, opting for what seems to be more neutral language.

The administration said that the change in rhetoric does not imply any policy changes, but were otherwise unclear about their reasons for the new phrasing.
The report appears to reflect the sentiments of a meeting between Senator Lindsey Graham, US ambassador to Israel David Friedman and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Monday, where the three discussed plans to work towards US recognition of the Golan Heights as a part of Israel.
“Working with Senator [Ted] Cruz, I will start an effort to recognize the Golan as part of the State of Israel now and forever,” Graham said in light of the meeting.
Last November, the US voted against a UN resolution condemning Israel’s occupation of the Golan heights for the first time ever. The vote was 151 to 2, with the US and Israel the only opponents of the declaration.
Israel annexed the Golan Heights in 1981, a move condemned by the UN and rejected by the international community. UN Resolution 2334 calls Israeli settlement activity on the territory a “flagrant violation” of international law with “no legal validity.”

Do not misunderstand, I agree that there are many options available to make it more practical. However, the attitude that seems to be projected toward my generation is that we are somehow liable for education costs ballooning second only to healthcare costs, that we are somehow stupid for signing up for grants, or that we are somehow lazy.
Here is the logic process of what happens:
"You are getting ready to be a Freshman in Highschool, be sure to get good grades so that you can get into a good college."
"Meh. You were average, as most people will be. But that's cool. Here are all of these programs to help you make the correct investment into your future - your education!"

And prior generations continually insist that their challenges and struggles were at all comparable. You wonder why socialism is popular to millennials - it's at least in part because they are one of the few groups insisting that there is a massive fucking problem with the status-quo.

There really needs to be a discussion on how Common Core has affected test taking. Tests are significantly harder for no damn good reason (they are normed higher and students therefore have a higher fail rate). Same goes for GED tests; much lower pass rates for interior tests (they're not just harder, they're weirder–like Common Core math). To try to address CollegeGate without looking at the bigger picture is going to lead to distorted results, IMO. (Did a LOT of digging on education at both college and K-12 levels several years ago, modern education is a nightmare in too many ways to count.)

When I was younger it was mandatory to have: English, Math, History and Science with PE (not needed if you played sports) and one elective which was either Spanish, Russian, French or German OR you could take a second science class (Physics. Chem, Bio, Environmental Science, MicroB)
Now most schools are mandatory: Reading which replaced critical thinking English which demanded students read books/write papers on them and now "reading" is read specifically assigned cultural books/no papers needed. Math (Algebra 2 is being removed now). When I was in every freshman started at least at Algebra 1 - now they start at adding and subtracting (not kidding). History was replaced with Humanities which is all cultural studies shit, gay agenda shit, etc. Science. PE was removed and is not mandatory anymore and was replaced with basic computer course and the final is a mandatory foreign language class which now only offers Chinese, Spanish or Arabic.
No critical thinking anymore, cultural shit rammed down their throat, no physical education pushed… common core teaching/testing… and they wonder why the younger people are coming out fucktarded.

We took a somewhat different route for my grandkids, strategically moving them around, so they got a solid grounding in a Christian school before going to public high school (they wanted the experience). But the older one is blown away by how low the standards are. (It's weird–the standardized tests are harder but the actual learning is not much.)
So much to do to save our kids. So many different things need doing. Glad we are all here, and motivated to change things.
