Real immigration and citizenship lottery system

This design of a real lottery for immigration that is fair for all people of the world.

This design is a real lottery. The idea is to sell tickets at for example $100 per person and as many tickets can be purchased as a person wants to around the world. The person buying the ticket must first pass a background check. These background checks will be conducted in the home country of the person buying the ticket for immigration and citizenship to the country selling the tickets. Let us use the United States for this example.

The U.S. would build background check facilities in other nations. These facilities would conduct the background checks of citizens of other nations looking to migrate and become citizens to the U.S… The person would pay the background check facility for a background check and finger prints. This facility alone would bring intel from other countries legally to the U.S., endless amounts of information. The person that has an approved background check can now buy immigration to citizenship lottery tickets from the U.S…

The person can pass citizenship classes before immigration or even before buying the lottery ticket, which would ensure more people understand the U.S… No matter if they win the lottery or not, they can take the classes for citizenship, this will not make them a citizen till they would win the lottery or migrate by other legal means. As I stated before this will transfer the ideas of the U.S. to other countries and the world with these classes.

This plan for a lottery system for the world to have a chance to become U.S. citizens will be very popular and bring extremely high revenues in. The likes of which have been unseen before. These revenues can be used for immigration cost or funding other government programs. The amount of tickets a person can buy is unlimited. There should be charity for the program which can be installed by giving an allotment of free tickets to needy immigrants and such. Charitable number of tickets for a chance of citizenship and the number of actual winners could be chosen by the President, senate, or some appointed government body.

The winners could be given a home. This home location could be preplanned prior to the winner being picked, which could direct immigrants to locations in need of workers or population increases. Since the citizenship classes would most likely be complete prior to a winner be randomly picked they could become a citizen immediately. Now they would be a citizen with a home and a great start to being a productive citizen. Maybe even a little money for winning the lottery. Again, this program would bring us the government money to help fund many programs.

So, this program brings huge revenues, worldly intel, background check passed citizens, and much more! I sent this also to the whitehouse.gov as all the rest. All I have received are death threats and been run out of my home country to save my family. We have lost everything, as some one claims all my ideas as their own. Thankfully we have each other!

My idea the wall, and Mexico will pay for it.

In 2015 I sent the idea about the wall to Hillary and Trump. I was thinking of a wall with many features. Size of the great wall of China and many usages. Some usages were:

Rail transportation for trains, and a cart or skates for the car/trucks/suv/etc. Walk ways, pick up areas, commercial loading. The rails would be on the top of the wall.

Solar panels all over the exterior, wind mills, and other forms of energy creation.

Office, business, residential, and storage space in wall. (etc) Low income housing.

The wall would be 50ft tall, width of 30ft. Length from coast to coast. With a trench on the Mexico side. The dug-up section of the trench will be used to produce some height and rock/dirt mixture to build blocks. Which will save money.

The plan I had when I sent whitehouse.gov is that Mexico would pay. This plan was based on tariffs, and paying to use the transportation/energy systems. Trump obviously just liked part of this idea also. Using the saying “Mexico would pay for the wall”. He lacked the direction of how Mexico would pay for the wall. Which proves me right again, about Trump stealing my ideas. Gahaha.

This plan was supposed to be an engineering feat, a grand wonder of the world, and a way to produce well-paying jobs with meaning.

This was my old plan the plan I sent for the most part over many emails and which started with some tweets on twitter from an account I deleted. I am sure it can be found from records. My new plan the Canal, which is part of a huge plan was started in late 2015 – start of 2016; tagged on twitter in start of 2016.

Every time some one says Mexico will pay for the wall… That was my idea. Just like the first state of the union Trump read, had many of the things I would write him verbatim, even actions. Wait till the emails are founded that went thru whitehouse.gov…

Oh, and let’s get it right… People only talked about little fences before my idea. I refer when Trump stole my idea about making something epic. Not some waste of money foot thick or less fence.

Almost forgot. This rail system is supposed to be part of the infinity loop rail system that will span over the world land, sea, and oceans. Carrying data, transportation, and energy.

Canal system for southern border

In 2015 I sent Donald Trump, Hillary Clinton and others a tweet about making a southern border wall. The idea was to defend against illegal immigration and slow drug flow over the border. The idea of my wall was based on the Great wall of china and would have been built similar. Massive in height and width, with a rail system on the very top of the wall. Where cars could be put on to travel rails at fast speeds to their destination. Either on a train car or like some trucks for the railroad have with a connection to the rails. The wall in my plan would have been outfitted with solar panel walls, wind mill turbine systems, and spaces under the wall. These ideas would offer energy for the system to run, and place for offices/storage/living space. This was my early plan that I had for years before I sent to these individuals. I deleted the tweets, but I am sure they can be recovered by twitter. The twitter account was my old account for God-bleed (EQ shadow knight inspired), my gamer user tag.

In early 2016 I came up with a new idea which I tweeted (tweet saved), and sent to the whitehouse.gov via site email direct to President Trump. This is the plan for the Canal system for the Southern Border Wall. Using my new boring machine to dig the area out. I have not disclosed the plan to my new boring machine to anyone besides my wife yet. Other ways to clear the canal way would be need to bring the canal which would create a canyon to ocean level. Including explosives etc. Many jobs would be created. Jobs with meaning and purpose! Massive tunnels would be made through some mountains along the path of the border. These tunnels would be big enough to run the shipping lanes for boats. Again, the whole path would be to lower then ocean level connecting Pacific and Gulf of Mexico.

Connecting both bodies of water would obviously take a large amount of water to fill the long canal which is thousands of miles long. This in turn would lower water levels in the world, which raising water levels are a current issue. Lowering coastal water levels even by inches would be a major fix alone. Along the way of the canal paths to divert water ways would be created. These paths would branch off the canal making lakes and oasis in current desert areas with lack of water. Towns and ports for the water ways would be made, distribution hubs that would carry goods to all over America would lessen cost of transportation.

Mexico and nations all over the world would pay tariffs for transportation on this man-made canal system, comparable to the Panama Canal currently. These tariffs would pay for construction of this canal and bring in revenues eventually forever for the United States. New ports for distribution would create new jobs of all kinds, and major tax revenues. Transportation cost for products all over the world would decrease, connecting the canal with my infinity loop rail system design.

When digging the canal before opening the sides of the water way to ocean and gulf water submersion. The canal which would be dug from center out in both directions, would also dig massive underwater spaces in the canal. These spaces would be for bunker which would house submarines, military, and other applications that could apply. The naval fleets having passage around the southern part of the United states would be a major advantage for many situations including disaster relief, defense on three sides, moving fast from one side to the other of the United States, and much much more. These Submarine bunker, I will call them work this way. The Bunker would be at the bottom of the canal. The bunker would have a garage system that would have a huge tunnel that would go down then go back up above water level to the sides of the canal in high density rocky areas. That way the submarines could resurface in a hidden bunker area.

The bottom floor of the canal would be dug deeper then sea level to have a deep-water way for boats. In the depths of the canal turbines would be placed so moving water constantly produces energy endlessly. The extremely tall canyons of the canal would be lined in solar panels and produce even more energy endlessly. The walls would have tracks for AI or remote-controlled robots that would fix broken solar panel systems. These robots would complete constant maintenance to the system forever. The robots will be explained more in another paper {I have sent info to the whitehouse.gov about these robots before). Wind mills with turbines would hang on a cross support system that would go from one side to the other. The cross supports would be half way down the height of the canyon walls. Some canyons would be 5000 ft deep. Make room for many mills and solar energy creation. The sunlight could be reflected to some extent into the canyon causing a sunlight trap that would multiply sunlight energy creation.

Nuclear Power Core, Secondary Cold Plasma Lightspeed Engine.

The pressure system for the helium/hydrogen fuel tanks will be all over the body, under the exterior shell frozen. This system will be able to direct frozen helium/hydrogen to the thrusters underneath, or nose of the ship. This pressure direction to different parts of the ship can produce slight highspeed movements.

The secondary engine is going to use the frozen, or warmest helium/hydrogen in the ship for fuel. This cold plasma engine will have a center propulsion thruster underneath the rocket. The cold fuel will keep the engine cool. This system will be used for lightspeed jumps, as an alternative to escaping gravity other then nuclear core thrusters, or forces whatever pulls the rocket to the ground as needed.

A suction system will pull sections of helium/hydrogen to different sections, and also the cold plasma engine. Once the fuel is pulled close to the engine. Sections of 3 sided enclosed boxes will run like a bicycle chain. Capturing fuel, and filling the box. The box will be Enclosed on all sides, once it enters the tunnel section which is air tight. The next place the box will go is the actual pressure release, burning area, and center large circle thruster. The propulsion of the center thruster can be regulated possibly by hundreds of small thruster ports; which can be directed certain ways to induce speed, and direction. Fuel delivery system speed can be increased. Delivery speed of boxes of fuel, and burning will change actual speed of rocket.

The uranium, or plutonium decayed rods, will be broke down, repurposed, and condensed (extremely) into shards. The shards are then placed near each of the outer thrusters, which is around the inner secondary cold plasma lightspeed engine. These shards will work just like a nuclear reactor. Shards will be moved closer to increase speed, and power for systems. The rod tanks will direct steam pressure release to loop around out the thrusters, which will produce propulsion.

Reverse thrusters to slow down will have hatches slide open around the nose, and can be turned on for breaks. The rocket ship will have to hover at all times based on nuclear cooling system. This system can be used to help float Mount Olympus city in the sky, in other words my designs for massive floating cites, or aircraft carriers. Again, these can all be made invisible also if needed. I can write out designs if needed, and give much more detail. This is just the basic idea of the design.

Regeneration.

Use rib stem cells. Extract a rib known to grow back. Lowest right rib preferably. These ribs are intended for regeneration a perfect match every time. The ribs grow back, and can be harvested again as needed. People will be able to create their medicine, and much more from their own body. Some individuals may want to sell, or give their rib sections to heal others.

Since the ribs are able to grow back in section. The entire rib section removed should be completely grinded down into a dust, for most applications. Many cures of regeneration can be made from this rib bone dust, as intended. My idea of a 3d/laser printer long ago can use this mixture. I will list many options tonight, but not all. When I first thought of this years ago, I thought of limb regeneration. Grind the rib bone to dust, add to a steroid topical, and then rub the stump of the missing appendage. Possible scrapping of area needed.

Original idea used a laser print long ago 10 years old, or so. Now we have 3d printers. Use a 3d printer to recreate organs. The trick is to take samples of the organ cells, and different parts of the body to form a fiber gel that turns to concrete. I can discuss this more before testing on this would begin. Everything must be tested for safety. The organ would have to be painted/recoated with rib bone dust steroid topical rub to improve structure. Mixing the rib bone dust “stem cell”, steroid, and cells from area that needs to be regenerated, ensure good cells are taken from biopsy. The 3d printer will make the substance into an organ.

Using rib bone dust, steroids, and biopsied internal flesh/fibers. Mix in petri dish, and let a bandage slowly grow contained in correct environment. Remove the bandage. and use. Internal fiber made bandage can be used from internal damage to help stop bleeding, regeneration of area, and the bandage will disappear in the body while changing into the area. The bandage is you.

Some will wish to get their ribs taken out to have the regenerate ability ready with certain medical benefits ready incase of emergency.

There is a part of the brain unused. Long ago I wondered if this was intended, knowing brains only last so long. Biopsy the unused section of the brain then mix the brain cells, rib bone dust, steroids, and proteins in a sack to grow an extra brain. For that matter extra organs of all kind. Invisibility

Many know this plan I invented around 20 years ago. The design for invisibility was thought of when watching a star trek show with the Klingons ships invisible cloaking. I thought of how I could make that a reality instantly.

The basic plan was to have many flat screen TVs to cover and object on all sides. I will use a Plane for this example. Once the plane is covered in the flat, and slim TVs/monitors. Add pin size cameras in between the TVs/monitors on all sides and direction. Now make a computer program which will blend the images together and display the view of cameras on one side to the direct opposite side on the TVs/monitors.

This process will make the plane invisible.

A future design to advance this technology is to make monitors out of liquid. Then fill this liquid in a layer around anything even clothes, again use the cameras. The display again to create invisibility.

This idea will work for the new beings made with touch screen monitors. Not only for feeling, but invisibility or displaying any look that could be imagined. Even changing colors, designs, and looks in general to anything. I rewrite this again for more applications that will involve this system in papers soon.

The actual teachers could help individual students as needed during or after the videos. This would artificially improve the teacher to student ratios, while having the best teachers in the nation leading each course of study. These teachers will be in video production while taping to ensure correct information is presented.

In low income areas and around the world these videos could ensure high quality knowledge is being learned. This along with books, teachers, and VR learning will produce well rounded students that are on the same page.

Imagine a video that could be played each day on an iPad to keep students on track for the entire school year, individuals moving ahead in the videos at their own pace. The actual debt is more, but will be less based on rapid inflation to good, service, and wages; among other sources.

For example, if you make $10 per hour, you would make $50 per hour after 5 years of rapid recorded/regulated inflation.

High end income will feel the pressure to adjust incomes, including bonuses that are too greedy. Caps on a percentage level may have to be used to set limits on income for business owners, executives, etc. The levels will only adjust for few massive companies.

Iceberg production

Create massive freezers that are light weight on a huge structure. Have four main post that float the structure. A problem in the world in clogged arteries. The fixes seem to be pills, and/or surgery. This design will clean the arteries. Similar to a heart stent. This instead of placing an expander or wire section, will cleanse the area of the clog. The wire will house a tiny suction tube with in it and a wireless pen camera. Once at the clogged area a flap will deploy and cap over the part of the clog similar to hungry hippo. Then the suction will remove the clog and move to the next section. Ventricular Septal Defect (VSD) associated with atrial fibrillation from age.

Being born with a Ventricular Septal Defect (VSD) can cause atrial fibrillation from age, which is induced from wear, pressure, closing, and reopening of the VSD. The septal wall of the heart will decrease in strength over years of time in adults, this is what causes atrial fibrillation. This effect can cause issues to occur such as pulmonary embolisms which is partly from the septal wall trying to close the VSD over and over as the individual ages.

I have learned about this in a few minutes over the last hour, and now have time to type out; a recommendation to help with this medical issue.

First course of treatment would be to locate the VSD with an echocardiogram as best as possible.

Second would be to use Digoxin through out life with lapses of time in between. If the individual takes a dosage regiment and the problem is seemingly fixed, wait a year give or take and continue another dosage regiment. This design will help keep strength of the septal wall where the VSD is located. The reasoning is because even though the wall may be mended the constant pumping of the heart can lead to later reopening/closing, weakening, atrial fibrillation, among other medical complications. Third is a new idea as far as I know. Which could be used for any age, as an option other than open-heart surgery to mend the VSD. Use current stint technology would be used. This camera will be able to change angles to see the sides of the patch and ensure full coverage of the VSD. Another option is soldering the patch to the area around the VSD. The patch would have a light weight wire mesh under a biomaterial that is safe. Boeing makes a zero/light weight mesh that could be used.

Lung cleaning drone

Construct an extremely small device with a cleaning vacuum and brushing attachment at the end. Have a wire connected to the suction/cleaning device. Have the very thin hollow tube with a single row of ball bearings in the tube. Then place two even thinner wires with more tensile strength through the ball bearings. A Tesla that crashed and caught fire Sunday afternoon in Davie caught fire again after it was towed away, police said.

Fix to Chicago and other high crime areas

Make drone towers either on the top of telephone/electric poles or install poles with literal garages at the peak of a pole. Cell phone towers would also be a grand location for the drone garages.

The drone garages should house multiple drones, with many bays for the drones to leave. All drones should have cameras. Cheap drones again like the small personal drones at Walmart or other retailers. Except for the drone ambulance, another idea of mine all from long ago. I will write another paper about the drone ambulance. These drones will work in swarms.

Once an emergency is called in to 911, gun shots heard by the tower, or other possible situation occur the drones will deploy out of the towers. The towers will be connected to a command center that will be monitored 24/7. The drones will be controlled and watched through the command center and video sent from the drone to the command center. The drones will take video of the area when the emergency is called in for court evidence, following the possible criminals, and keep police informed of the situations occurring in real time among other things.

Drone garage towers will have to be within blocks of each other. That way when for example a suspected criminal does run from the emergency the drones can follow this person no matter in a vehicle or not and be recorded. As the suspect flees in one direction the next drone tower will deploy the next towers drones. The drones from the first tower will hand off the chase to the next tower and so on to the next tower. This way the drones do not go to far from its own tower garage.

This plan will let the public know it can not just get away with crimes that can hurt or kill others. Criminals will know the drones will follow them and record everything for court records to make cases easy to prove. Helping police solve cases that now seem to go unsolved.

Ambulance drone

A drone that will perform first add and lifesaving techniques to individuals that are in need. These ambulance drones will deploy from the drone towers when needed. The drones will be controlled through video and sensors monitored/controlled from the command center. The drone will find the person in need and hover over the person till it lands over the person not touching though. The drone will have side rails that land/stabilize on the sides of the person. The drone will then latch around the person to start lifesaving procedures.

The drone will connect to the person reading vitals with sensors, blood pressure, oxygen levels, and any other available vitals. Drones will be able to perform CPR with a mask, compressions, defibrillation, pressure to wounds bleeding, and send information to first responders that are on the way to the site.

Because the ambulance drones are posted on towers all over populated areas the arrival time will be faster than first responders helping to save many lives.

A Tesla Model S caught fire during a fatal crash in Davie, Fla., on Sunday and reignited several times in the tow yard that police sent it to later in the day.

Omar Awan was killed after his car lost control and drove into a row of palm trees on Flamingo Road in Davie as it was traveling at speeds between 75 and 90 mph, according to police.

More forest fire prevention help.

The fix to the forest fires is to turn the areas into wetter areas… Which could be done by the Canal system along the southern border, connecting the Gulf of Mexico and Pacific Ocean. No cities would even have to relocate. Once the new ocean/gulf connection is started, begin making tributaries from the canal to areas that will be turned into lakes.

Another thing is to make drone cutting systems for brush around trees. The drones would cut all day the brush at the base of trees.

Also, rotate some of the lands for 15-30 year cut zones. Where all trees and brush are cut down and harvested. Make section that are spaced and rotated to maintain huge dense forest areas for wildlife and enjoyment of the great outdoors.

I have a massive new upgrade to harvesting trees to save many lives of lumberjacks, and make the job much easier then it currently is and safer… Not to mention increase profits and faster times for clearing…

Stopping fire upgraded system

I sent in a way to governors, the Whitehouse, and Canadian government to help with these fires.. It’s a slushie water drop from helicopters that will target much better then water drops, and build ice/slushie walls in direction of fire flow. Attaching slushee spraying devices to fire trucks will also be a more effective way. Blocking the fire flow ways with ice/slushie walls will stop fires from moving to certain points.. Very effective. The fire trucks will have a spin system like a normal slushie machine. Fire trucks could also have water from a box tech attached so they constantly have some water/ice/slushie. More ideas! Will I ever get credit or a Nobel prize? Anything really? People need to know the truth!
