HOUSE INTEL VOTES TO PROVIDE ROGER STONE TRANSCRIPT TO MUELLER

The House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence voted Thursday to release a transcript of Roger Stone’s testimony to special counsel Robert Mueller.

Mueller requested the transcript on Dec. 14.

That could be a sign that Mueller is considering charges against Stone for lying to Congress. Stone says that he is not worried about Mueller obtaining the document.

The House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence voted unanimously Thursday to provide special counsel Robert Mueller with an official transcript of Trump confidant Roger Stone’s testimony.

The special counsel’s office requested the transcript on Dec. 14, The Washington Post reported, in a move that could signal Mueller is weighing charges against Stone for lying to Congress.

Stone, who testified to the committee on Sept. 26, 2017, told The Daily Caller News Foundation on Thursday that he is not worried about the release of a transcript of his closed-door deposition.

Stone has been a focus for the better part of a year of the special counsel, which wants to know what the longtime political operative knew about WikiLeaks’ plans during the 2016 campaign to release Democrats’ emails.

Stone has vehemently denied knowing the source or content of WikiLeaks’ release of Clinton campaign chairman John Podesta’s emails. The group began publishing the documents on Oct. 7, 2016.

The Trump associate has come under scrutiny over several tweets he posted during the campaign as well as comments he made in public that suggested he had some idea WikiLeaks would release documents damaging to former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s campaign.

“[I]t will soon [be] the Podesta’s time in the barrel,” he tweeted on Aug. 21, 2016.

Stone has claimed that he was referring to John and his brother Tony Podesta, a lobbyist whose firm has since closed shop under scrutiny over work for the same Ukrainian group that led to charges against Paul Manafort, President Donald Trump’s former campaign chairman.

Stone has claimed that when he sent the tweet, he had been briefed by Jerome Corsi, a conservative author, about the Podestas’ business dealings.

Corsi is another focus of the Mueller probe. Prosecutors offered Corsi a deal on Nov. 14 to plead guilty to making false statements regarding three emails he sent discussing WikiLeaks.

Corsi has claimed he developed a theory on his own in August 2016 that WikiLeaks had John Podesta’s emails and would release them before the election. He has also said that he told Stone about his theory, though Stone vehemently denies it.

Corsi did send Stone an email on Aug. 2, 2016 that referred to WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange and hacked Clinton-related emails.

“Word is friend in embassy plans 2 more dumps,” Corsi wrote in the email, referring to Assange, who lives under asylum in the Ecuadorian Embassy in London. “One shortly after I’m back. 2nd in Oct. Impact planned to be very damaging.”

“Time to let more than Podesta to be exposed as in bed w enemy if they are not ready to drop HRC,” Corsi wrote, adding: “That appears to be the game hackers are now about.”

Stone has claimed that he did not interpret Corsi’s message as saying that WikiLeaks had John Podesta’s emails.

Stone has said for more than a year in public that he had some insight into WikiLeaks’ plans through Randy Credico, a left-wing activist who is close friends to one of WikiLeaks’ attorneys. Stone has claimed that Credico provided him updates and tips on WikiLeaks, but that he never revealed the content of WikiLeaks’ releases or spoke of how the materials were obtained. Credico, who has testified before Mueller’s grand jury, has vehemently denied being a source for Stone. But Stone countered those denials on Nov. 14, when he released a batch of text messages showing that Credico provided tips about WikiLeaks’ plans. Credico also asked Stone not to reveal him as his contact to WikiLeaks, according to the texts.

“Julian Assange has kryptonite on Hillary,” Credico wrote to Stone on Aug. 27, 2016, according to text messages that Stone provided to TheDCNF.

“You are not going to drag my name into this are you,” Credico wrote on Sept. 29, 2016.

“[B]ig news Wednesday … Now pretend u don’t know me,” he also wrote on Oct. 1, 2016. “Hillary’s campaign will die this week.”

LOS GATOS, Calif. (KABC) – A Tesla owner in Northern California says his Model S caught fire not once - but twice - on the same day.

The owner was driving in Los Gatos Tuesday when he got a flat tire. His car was towed to a shop, where it burst into flames.

Firefighters put out the fire but noticed it could reignite. They waited six hours for the battery to cool down before towing it to a new lot, where it caught fire again.

The owner said he just got the car three months ago and has only driven 1,200 miles in it.

Tesla is aware of the incident. The company said it is investigating and glad to hear that nobody got hurt.

The Mysterious Death of Gen. George S. Patton

Sixty-seven years ago, on a cold December 9th in 1945 Germany, legendary American general George S. Patton was injured in a strange auto "accident" on a road outside Mannheim, near the Rhine River. The opinionated anticommunist died twelve days later. Today, the evidence that he was murdered – the first in a line of postwar political assassinations including that of President John F. Kennedy – is mounting.

In 2008 my book about Patton's mysterious death, Target: Patton, was published by Regnery with the core evidence, including:

● Patton was the only passenger hurt that cold day in what essentially was described as a "fender-bender." Two others in the car with him were uninjured, as were those in the truck that suddenly turned and caused the crash.

● The truck and its occupants were suspiciously waiting for the Patton car on the side of the road, according to a witness. It didn't start up until Patton's Cadillac was sighted. The truck's driver, a soldier and black marketeer who had stolen the army vehicle, did not signal when he suddenly wheeled the two-and-a-half-ton hauler into Patton's path. The truck's driver and his passengers mysteriously disappeared – as did the sergeant in a jeep who was leading the Patton Cadillac.

● Numerous shadowy figures, including a general and other officers, quickly descended on the remote crash site, taking charge. It was a quiet Sunday morning. How were so many so high up alerted so fast? Where are the records of their visit – and of the accident itself? All reports and investigations have inexplicably disappeared.

Patton, who suffered a broken neck and head wounds, wasn't taken to a nearby Mannheim hospital. Instead, although in need of immediate help, he was driven 20 miles to a hospital in Heidelberg, a half hour away. Gravely injured, he was expected to die. But a tough man, he unexpectedly rallied and was preparing to go home to the U.S. when he had a sudden embolism attack and died literally with his bags packed. Years later, a Soviet officer told a Patton family member that they had poisoned him.

At the time of his accident, Patton was the lone high-level Allied voice arguing to fight the Soviets, who had been American allies. He knew their treachery that would develop into the Cold War and was preparing to go back to the U.S. and campaign against them – a move the American and Soviet governments feared. The U.S., in meetings with Soviet leader Stalin, had basically signed over Eastern Europe to the Russians in return for Stalin's help in establishing the United Nations, a dream of President Franklin D. Roosevelt, who had died in early 1945, and liberal Democrats who, under new President Harry Truman, were continuing Roosevelt's pro-Soviet policies.

I had always accepted the standard story of accident until my cousin, a private investigator with an international firm, told me he knew a former World War II clandestine who said Patton had been murdered. The clandestine was Douglas Bazata, a former OSS Jedburgh, the US's first special forces unit. I checked at the National Archives and Bazata's record was sterling. He had been an OSS assassin. He was awarded the Bronze Star and Purple Heart for valor behind German lines. He had stayed in Europe after the war as a clandestine working for various organizations, including the CIA.

As it turned out Bazata, who had suffered a stroke and was, after a professional lifetime of silence, willing to talk, told me to my surprise that it was he who had been ordered to kill Patton. The order had come from OSS head, "Wild Bill" Donovan, and he had set up the accident with an NKVD agent, the Soviet spy agency. Since, Patton had not died at the scene, the NKVD finished the job in the hospital. Donovan gave the order? OSS collusion with the NKVD? It seemed outlandish until more research revealed the following:

(LONDON) — Thousands of passengers were delayed, diverted or stuck on planes Thursday as the only runway at Britain’s Gatwick Airport remained closed into a second day after drones were spotted over the airfield.

The airport south of London — Britain’s second-busiest by passenger numbers — closed its runway Wednesday evening after two drones were spotted. It reopened briefly at about 3 a.m. Thursday, but shut 45 minutes later after further sightings.

The airport said all incoming and outgoing flights were suspended. Passengers were advised to check the status of their flights before heading to the airport, where many slept on floors and formed long lines at information desks.

Chris Woodroofe, Gatwick’s chief operating officer, said that roughly 10,000 people had been affected by the shutdown by Thursday morning, including 2,000 whose planes were unable to take off from Gatwick, 2,000 stuck at their points of origin and 6,000 diverted to other airports in Britain and Europe.

A video published by the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) showing 6-year-old school children being instructed to write gay love letters has been causing a stir on social media.

The video, originally uploaded to BBC Radio Manchester’s Facebook page, shows young children at Bewsey Lodge Primary School being instructed to write love letters from “Prince Henry” to his manservant, “Thomas”, with the teacher instructing her pupils: “You’re going to tell Thomas why it’s a brilliant idea for him to marry you.”
