This now needs to be looked at in gangs in areas they are in so to speak.
That is now what is going on as are they still getting things in these areas?
This is likely them targeting people in key areas using this system to then exploit it.
See how your system is the down fall in an area.
You will likely find this from some official or someone being exploited has this social media or older person so on that is not social media that has someone around them that uses this would be the best so to speak of them doing this.
So look for this around older people that talk in ways that have access to smuggling info maybe ports or others in areas.
Question in game theory?
If things are still happening in an area and this seems to be the largest things going on is it possible that it is them being molded so on for their use in ways. That they maybe baiting officials knowing they maybe going to prison even if caught so on or using woman to exploit people so to speak is another favorite. Or you know cia with a woman with a kid so to speak in AA groups.
