You can buy adrenochrome right now from any major research chemical supplier.
It's rather easy to produce actually.
In fact you can just make it at home right now by yourself with an Epi-Pen, sunlight, and time.
Adrenochrome is just spoiled adrenaline. It gives you a shittier, dirtier experience than adrenaline and it's mostly just delirium paired with a super fast heart beat that makes you feel uncomfortable and may induce a heart attack in those with weak hearts.
