MMS works best to destroy pathogens that may be present in the body,

when 2 or 3 mg of free chlorine dioxide are in the solution at the time

it is swallowed. However, the body is supplied with chlorine dioxide in

a "timed release" manner lasting about 12 hours. Be aware, that before

you feel better, it is likely you will feel ill.

"Why Must I Feel Sick?"

–The nauseous feeling that you may experience would be the result of

chlorine dioxide encountering, dislodging - hence the "sick" feeling -

and then destroying pathogens encountered.–

We are generally oblivious of the pathogens that are introduced to our

body, especially after they have been stored in the tissue of various

organs. Since they build up over time, they generally affect our health

slowly, and cumulatively.

However, chlorine dioxide takes them out suddenly, which may result in a

dramatic reaction. However, it passes in much less time than it took for

the toxins and pathogens to accumulate.

When the chlorine dioxide "goes off," the electron stripped pathogens

cease to exist.

As an example, one will almost always feel ill in hepatitis cases

because the liver is induced to expel stored poisons, which are then

destroyed by an army of red blood cells containing chlorine dioxide.

It's really no contest. But it doesn't have to be something as acute as

hepatitis.

Years of "leeching" of from dental amalgams can "innocently" deposit

enough mercury to one's system to steal innocence, rob vitality, and

erase precious memories. Dislodging and vaporizing it will feel

uncomfortable for a very short time compared to the time it took to

accumulate.

If you feel sick when you take this protocol, know that your health and

vitality awaits to rejoin you on "the other side" of the ill feeling.

The Procedure

So the procedure is simple. All you need is your bottle of MMS, a clean,

empty, dry glass, an eyedropper, and the activator (vinegar, lemon

juice, or citric acid).

Add your drops of MMS - sodium chlorite - to a clean, empty dry glass.

If this is not a critical, life threatening situation, start with one

drop. If it is an acute disease situation, you should still limit your

starting application to 15 drops of MMS. It has been brought to my

attention that the current rule of thumb is 3 drops of sodium chlorite

per 25 lbs. of body weight. This would put anyone who is 125 lbs at the

15 drop limit. A reader notes that Mr. Humble suggested that she (at 275

lbs) need to get up to 33 drops, and at 10 drop maintenance dose, rather

than the "normal" 6-drops. (Thanks D.A.)

For 1-6 drops of sodium chlorite add 1/4 teaspoon of activator. If

you're using vinegar, any kind is okay, including apple cider vinegar or

white vinegar, as long as it has roughly 5% acetic acid. For 7-15 drops,

add 1/2 teaspoon of activator - if using vinegar or lemon juice.

1. CITRIC ACID ACTIVATOR: To make a 10% solution of citric acid: Put

one level tablespoon full of crystals in a clean glass or jar. Then

add 9 level tablespoons full of purified water into the same jar.

When the crystals have dissolved, this is a 10% solution. In all

cases when using the citric acid as an activator, use 5 drops for

each 1 drop of MMS. Do everything else the same. Wait 3 minutes

after mixing, add juice and drink.

2. When using the citric acid as an activator, be sure to keep in mind

all of the other instructions concerning taking the MMS. Start with

taking 1 drop of MMS and 5 drops of citric acid and then work up to

greater amounts.

3. Since droppers come in various sizes, you may want to use the same

size dropper for the MMS and the citric acid so you know you are

getting enough for good activation.

4. If you're going into the rarefied territory beyond 15 drops, use

the same ratios; i.e., another 1/4 teaspoon (total of 3/4 tsp.)

for up to 21 drops, 1 tblsp. for up to 30, etc for vinegar and

lemon juice activators, and 5 drops of 10% solution of citric acid

for each drop of MMS.

* WAIT THREE MINUTES, then add 1/2 glass of apple juice, grape juice,

cranberry or pineapple juice, or water. This further stabilizes the

compound, and brings the concentration of chloride dioxide that you

will ingest to 1 part per million (ppm).

* Drink IMMEDIATELY. The "chlorine-like" taste will be negligible.

Allowing the drink to sit for any significant time allows chlorine gas

to build up above the drink, which lessens the amount of chlorine

dioxide in the drink.

A major UK trial of a controversial feed additive designed to reduce emissions

David Booth says he is living proof of how CreatiVets can help. And the retired master sergeant, who served 20 years in the U.S. Army as a medic and a counterintelligence agent, wishes he participated in the program sooner.

“For me, this was more important than the last year and a half of counseling that I’ve gone through,” said Booth. “It has been so therapeutic.”

After years of being asked, Booth, 53, finally joined CreatiVets’ songwriting program in September. He traveled from his home in The Villages, Florida, to the historic Grand Ole Opry in Nashville, to meet with two successful songwriters – Brian White, who co-wrote Jason Aldean’s “Blame It on You,” and Craig Campbell, of “Outskirts of Heaven” fame – to help him write a song about his life.

Booth told them about his service, including his injury in Iraq in 2006 when the vehicle he was in struck an improvised explosive device and detonated it.

He suffered a traumatic brain injury in the explosion, and it took months of rehab before he could walk again. His entire cervical spine is fused. He still gets epidurals to relieve the nerve pain. And he still suffers from nightmares and PTSD.

In Iraq, Booth’s unit was once surrounded by kids because American soldiers used to give them Jolly Rancher candies. Snipers shot the children in hopes the soldiers would become easier targets when they tried to help.

“Things like that stick in my head,” Booth said. “How do you get them out?”

He also told them about his desire for a positive message and Combat Veterans to Careers, the veteran support nonprofit he founded. Those experiences became the song “What’s Next.”

Booth hopes “What’s Next” becomes available on music streaming services so others can hear his story. CreatiVets has released compilations of its veterans’ songs since 2020 in cooperation with Big Machine Label Group, Taylor Swift’s first record label. This year’s collection was released Friday.

“It’s almost like they could feel what I was feeling and put it into the lyrics,” said Booth, after hearing the finished version. “It was pretty surreal and pretty awesome.”

Why Lt. Dan from ‘Forrest Gump’ launched a nonprofit

Sinise has seen the unexpected impact of art throughout his career. His Oscar-nominated role as wounded Vietnam veteran Lt. Dan Taylor in “Forrest Gump” in 1994 deepened his connection to veterans. His music with the Lt. Dan Band expanded it. In 2011, he launched the Gary Sinise Foundation to broadly serve veterans, first responders and their families.

“I think citizens have a responsibility to take care of their defenders,” he said. “There are opportunities out there for all of us to do that and one of the ways to do it is through multiple nonprofits that are out there.”

Sinise immediately connected with CreatiVets’ mission. When the idea came to dedicate the performance space at the new center to his late son Mac, who died last year after a long battle with cancer, Sinise saw it as “a perfect synergy.”

“Mac was a great artist,” he said. “And he was a humble, kind of quiet, creative force… If Mac would have survived and not gone through what he went through, he’d be one of our young leaders here at the foundation. He would be composing music and he’d be helping veterans.”

Mac Sinise is still helping veterans, as proceeds of his album “Resurrection & Revival” and its sequel completed after his death, are going to the Gary Sinise Foundation. And Gary Sinise said he discovered more compositions from his son that he plans to record later this year for a third album.

After the new center was vandalized, Casper said he was heartbroken, but also inspired knowing part of the center was destined to become the Mac Sinise Auditorium. He decided to take pieces of the broken stained glass windows and transform them into new artwork inspired by Mac Sinise’s music.

“I told you we’re going to go above and beyond to make sure everyone knows Mac lived,” Casper told Sinise as he handed him stained glass panes inspired by Mac Sinise’s songs “Arctic Circles” and “Penguin Dance,” “not that he died, but that he lived.”

Sinise fought back tears as he said, “My gosh, that’s beautiful.”

As he examined the pieces more closely, Sinise added, “I’m honored that we’re going to have this place over there and that Mac is going to be supporting Richard and helping veterans.”

The companies’ earnings success has drawn the attention of President Trump, who on Sunday called Obamacare a scam by Democrats that benefits the health insurance industry.

“Democrats claim to be working for ‘the little guy,’ and driving down your Health Insurance, but the OBAMACARE SCAM goes STRAIGHT TO THEIR BEST FRIENDS IN THE INSURANCE INDUSTRY. THEY ARE MAKING A ‘KILLING,’ while Health Coverage only gets WORSE,” Trump posted to Truth Social.

Take from the public and give to donors

“If Democrats get their way again, they’re in for another HUGE Payday at the expense of the American People. NO DEAL! Republicans should give money DIRECTLY to your personal HEALTH SAVINGS ACCOUNTS that I expanded in our GREAT BIG BEAUTIFUL BILL,” Trump added.

In recent years, individuals and PACs associated with these four health insurance companies have increasingly donated to Democratic presidential candidates—namely Biden and his vice president, Kamala Harris—whose administration expanded Obamacare subsidies, while contributing at much lower rates to candidate Trump.

The 2024 election illustrates this trend. Individuals associated with UnitedHealth Group contributed a total of $742,271 to Kamala Harris in the 2024 election, dwarfing the $158,000 received by the Trump campaign. Individuals associated with Centene contributed $225,622 to Harris and only $22,804 to Donald Trump. Individuals associated with Cigna sent $265,518 to Harris’ campaign compared to $99,930 to Trump’s. The only exception appears to be Elevance, which the records show did not make federal contributions in the 2024 cycle, according to OpenSecrets.

In earnings projections and investor calls, the insurance companies admit that fading subsidies would have a big impact on their bottom line. They have told their investors about plans to raise premiums on Obamacare plans and even exit markets to preserve their profit margins, showing how dependent the large companies have become on the government-backed exchanges.

Corporations admit they are reliant on public money

UnitedHealth Group CEO Tim Noel told investors in an Oct. 28 earnings call that if his company could not negotiate “sustainable” rates, it would withdraw from markets and raise rates. He estimated that these efforts would likely result in two-thirds of its Obamacare customers dropping enrollment.

“Where we are unable to reach agreement on sustainable rates, we are enacting targeted service area reductions,” Noel told investors. “We believe these actions will establish a sustainable premium base — while likely reducing our ACA enrollment by approximately two-thirds.”

Elevance, an Indianapolis-based insurance company, also cut its 2025 earnings guidance in July after increased healthcare utilization surged costs in government-backed programs, including both ACA markets and Medicare advantage. Centene also pulled its guidance for investors, seeing market difficulty on the horizon.

The four companies did not respond to email requests for comment from Just the News.

"It is a form of corruption, it is a form of corporate welfare to very profitable insurance companies, and it has to stop," Rep. Mariannette Miller-Meeks, R-Iowa, told the Just the News, No Noise TV show on Monday.

"More importantly, it doesn't bring health care costs down. It may make it more affordable for one person, but it doesn't have any incentive for the insurance companies to bring down health care costs. So all you're doing is…that you're continuing ratcheting up premiums, because the insurance companies are getting directly subsidized by the taxpayers," she continued.

Unused insurance means more profit in insurance company coffers

The Obamacare insurance exchanges also have another major flaw that fuels corporate profits. About a third of all subsidized Obamacare health plans go unused by the insured, meaning these plans translate into pure profits for the health insurance companies completely at the expense of the American taxpayer.

During the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, President Joe Biden signed into law a bill that enhanced the Obamacare subsidies broadly as an emergency measure, which opened the door for such over-coverage. It also raised the qualifying income cap for the tax credits to 400% of the poverty level or $128,000 for a family of four.

“These are not about the ACA subsidies, like the original Obamacare subsidies don't expire,” Rep. Dusty Johnson, R-S.D., told the John Solomon Reports podcast. “This is about the COVID-era tax credits that layer on top of that, and the tax credits don't go to Americans, they go directly to insurance companies.

He said “many people can get free policies through these pancaking layered tax credits” and some “people don’t even realize they’re double covered” because of deceptive sales tactics.

“40% of these policies have never had a single claim applied to them. It's amazing […] It shows that these are phantom policies, people aren't using them, they aren't making Americans healthier. Instead, they are just checks written to the insurance companies,” Johnson said.

This expansion “often [resulted] in federal taxpayers footing the bill for all, or nearly all, premium costs for silver and bronze plans, as well as gold plans,” the Paragon Institute concluded. Bronze, Silver, and Gold describe increasing levels of insurance plans that decrease deductible cost and lower cost sharing as you climb the rungs.

35% of enrollees never file a claim

“Large insurers benefit greatly from phantom enrollment, as they collect billions of dollars in taxpayer funds to cover individuals who cost them nothing,” wrote Niklas Kleinworth, Liam Sigaud, and John Graham in a Paragon Health Institute policy brief last month.

The data show that nearly 12 million enrollees, about 35% of all people enrolled in the Obamacare exchange, are actually zero-claim enrollees. This means that their health coverage did not translate into actual health care.

Paragon found that the average profile of these enrollees is someone who is healthy and likely does not need full coverage for care. Additionally, the researchers identified worrying data that many were enrolled in full coverage without their knowledge, raising fraud concerns and leaving taxpayers to pick up the tab.

But what caused this pattern of perverse incentives? The expanded Obamacare subsidies that are now at risk due to the government shutdown, the researchers say.

“Our analysis shows that these enrollees are not just healthy enrollees with no need for care. They are part of a larger story about how Biden COVID credits are driving perverse incentives,” the Paragon authors wrote.
