There was a discussion last night, before the malfunction, about Huber and his ability to empanel a grand jury to prosecute the three “MATTERS” Sessions directed him to investigate. The three MATTERS regard the FBI’s ‘CRIMINAL’ involvement in:
1. The discharge of Hillary’s email case before gathering all the evidence. (Comey did not empanel GJ)
2. The discharge of Bill and Hillary involvement in U1 before gathering all the evidence.
3. The abuse of FISA to spy on Trump.
Q has linked to two sources for explaining Huber’s role, the Napolitano/ F&F video and the Breitbart/Turley video.
Q implies that one reason Huber was appointed was because he was from Utah, and not in DC where the vote for HRC was 90%+, and not conducive for swamp creature indictments.
Judge N says that Huber must empanel a GJ in Utah and that Session’s letter directs him to stay in Utah, so he doesn’t see how Huber can investigate MATTERS that happened in DC from UTAH.
So Sessions appointed someone from outside DC to investigate the swamp, but why would he appoint a former Obama appointee from Utah, when there are most likely other competent federal prosecutors from other states.
There were two reasons thrown out.
FIRST, there was a U1 connection in Utah with the ‘MOAB’ MINE.
SECOND, THE NSA houses its data collection in UTAH, so HUBER WOULD HAVE ACCESS to that easily.
Huber has the server, so to speak.
So, maybe it would be possible for Huber to empanel a grand jury in Utah and prosecute there, too.
