President Trump is making sure the JFK files will finally, FINALLY be released to the public after 60 years of waiting. Trump should have released the files during his first term, but he was talked out of by Mike Pompeo, who was CIA Director at the time. Perhaps Pompeo thought the public couldn’t handle the truth. The Republican neocon establishment and Democrat statists always talk about protecting the public, but what they’re really protecting are themselves by blocking awful truths that make them and their institutions look even more corrupt than they are.

Trump has changed since his first term. Two assassination attempts and endless law fare will do that. The public knows the Deep State is hopelessly corrupt and it existed even in Kennedy’s time. (It existed during Andrew Jackson’s time for that matter). Eisenhower clearly warned us about it.

Allen Dulles may have appeared mild-mannered with his mustache and omnipresent pipe, but he was a shark---a cold-blooded ruthless beast. Allen Dulles should have been a suspect, but instead he was appointed to the Warren Commission and manufactured the ‘lone gun nut’ result he wanted. Oswald was innocent and was set up as a ‘patsy’ just as he said…..

What precisely is bothering Jesus? Some religious leaders get their kicks from burdening people, laying the law on them heavily, making demands that are terrible, exulting in their own moral superiority.

At the core of Jesus’ program is a willingness to bear other people’s burdens, to help them carry their loads. And this applies to the moral life as well. If we lay the burden of God’s law on people, we must be willing, at the same time, to help them bear it.

Another classic problem with religious people and especially religious leaders: they use the law and morality as a means of inflating the ego. The trouble is that this drug wears off rather quickly, and then we want more of it. We need a greater title, more respect, more recognition.

What is Jesus’ recommendation for those caught in this dilemma? To be great is to be a servant: lowly, simple, often forgotten. Eschew marks of respect; don’t seek them. Be satisfied with doing your work, whatever it is, on behalf of God’s kingdom.

There is a reason that DC is panicking about establishing a truly accurate Social Security database, and it is because much of federal government revolves around having no true ground truth. If your average person understood the scope and scale of the problem of having this data scattered across various agencies, how it hurts normal citizens, they would revolt.

I link to @heminator article below. But here's a summary: up to 75% of illegal aliens are using stolen Social Security numbers. Chances are, your Social Security number is being used by an illegal immigrant and you don't even know it.

The Treasury Department permits it, because it empowers them to receive more revenue. But they are not incentivized to care about the incidental effects, such as illegal aliens fraudulent benefits.

HHS permits it, because it grows their scope and scale of influence as they get more financing, get more beneficiaries, and so on. The lack of ground truth, rationalized to help undocumented migrants, is what creates a collusion of decentralized incentives all aimed at growing the power of each individual department in the federal government.

But it is not a victimless crime. It directly impacts people who try to file for Social Security Disability and can't, because someone is working under their number. Or, it causes people to fail background checks.

If we pulled together all those fragmented datasets, and constructed a truly accurate Social Security database - one SSN per person - not only would the federal government be greatly reduced in power, we would also be able to document exactly who and where all the illegal aliens are. That's right - we already have all the information required to deport illegal immigrants in our system, we just don't want to look at it.

As it stands, the current system relies on the ground truth being scattered in fragmented pieces throughout the federal government. And that's the real reason why politicians are in such a panic about cleaning up this data.

Here is the text of the memorandum:

Section 1. Policy and Purpose. Over the last 4 years, divisive and discriminatory policies were systematically embedded into every part of the Federal Government, including hiring processes and employee performance evaluations in the Foreign Service. It is the policy of the Federal Government that hiring in foreign policy positions, like hiring in all other parts of the Government, shall be based solely on merit.

Sec. 2. Definitions. For the purposes of this memorandum:

(a) "discriminatory equity ideology" shall have the meaning given that phrase in section 2 of Executive Order 14190 of January 29, 2025 (Ending Radical Indoctrination in K-12 Schooling);

(b) "Department," "Foreign Service," and "Secretary" shall have the meanings given those terms in 22 U.S.C. 3902; and

(c) "Foreign Service Member" means an individual described by 22 U.S.C. 3903.

Sec. 3. Equality and Non-Discrimination in the Foreign Service. (a) The Secretary of State shall, consistent with applicable law, promptly revise the 2022-2025 Decision Criteria for Tenure and Promotion in the Foreign Service, issued under section 2326.2 of title 3 of the Foreign Affairs Manual, to remove any reference to the Core Precept entitled "Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility." The Secretaries shall promptly direct all employees of their Departments not to give this Core Precept any force or effect.

(b) The Secretaries shall direct all officers and employees of their Departments not to:

(i) base Foreign Service recruitment, hiring, promotion, or retention decisions upon an individual's race, color, religion, sex, or national origin; or

(ii) while acting in an official capacity, promote, advocate for, or otherwise inculcate support for discriminatory equity ideology.

(c) The Secretaries shall determine if any current Foreign Service Members have knowingly and willfully engaged in unconstitutional or otherwise illegal discrimination based upon race or other protected characteristics, including actions motivated by discriminatory equity ideology. Consistent with Executive Order 14211 of February 12, 2025 (One Voice for America's Foreign Relations) the Secretaries shall:

(i) with respect to Foreign Service Members appointed by a Secretary whom that Secretary finds to have engaged in such discrimination, take appropriate action; and

(ii) with respect to Foreign Service Members appointed by the President, determine whether to refer any findings of discrimination for the President's consideration or take appropriate action under the Secretary's own authority.

Sec. 4. General Provisions. (a) Nothing in this memorandum shall be construed to impair or otherwise affect:

(i) the authority granted by law to an executive department or agency, or the head thereof; or

(ii) the functions of the Director of the Office of Management and Budget relating to budgetary, administrative, or legislative proposals.

(b) This memorandum shall be implemented consistent with applicable law and subject to the availability of appropriations.

(c) This memorandum is not intended to, and does not, create any right or benefit, substantive or procedural, enforceable at law or in equity by any party against the United States, its departments, agencies, or entities, its officers, employees, or agents, or any other person.

SUMMARY -- Judge Boasberg has been demonstrably political in all his determinations going all the way back to his position on the FISC when the FISA application was approved. Boasberg was then moved into position to protect the FISC from the outcome of their Title-1 search warrant approval.

Simply compel Biasberg to testify in open public hearings about his role in Lawfare and his interpretation of the Federal district court’s ability to direct the actions of the Commander in Chief, issue “nationwide injunctions” and so forth. Then let’s get into his direct role in Lawfare.

Roberts wants to pretend impeachment of Biasberg is about a “political disagreement”. But it is not. This is a judicial coup d’etat we are witnessing. And the only way to stop it is to descope the judiciary and limit its ability to issue injunctions.

If crimes are discovered, such as aiding and abetting terrorist organizations, the judges should be removed. Judges can “obstruct justice” too. They are not Jesus in black robes. They are every bit as tempted by corruption -- perhaps more so because they are deemed infallible by the Chief Justice – as any politician.”…

Ferguson, which came about after Homer Plessy, an African American man, was arrested in New Orleans for taking a seat reserved for whites on a train. The Court's 7-1 decision established the "separate but equal" doctrine. The guests also responded to viewer phone calls and social media comments. Keith Plessy and Phoebe Ferguson, descendants of the plaintiff and defendant in the case and the co-founders of the Plessy and Ferguson Foundation, also took part the program. Ms. Ferguson was interviewed live from New Orleans. A clip was shown of Mr. Plessy's visit to the site where his ancestor was arrested for refusing to leave the "whites-only" train car.
