The entire Biden Administration was a workaround of the 25th Amendment. Everyone knew he was not competent, even his own DOJ.

For political reasons, his closest advisors, congressional leaders, and the media decided that they should not invoke the 25th Amendment.

They used various devices and schemes to still execute his constitutional authority, with the very obvious one being the prolific use of electronic signature (autopen). The use of electronic signature for major documents is already legally suspect, but when it is implemented as a device and pattern and practice to avoid the 25th Amendment, it enters into new territory of legal jeopardy.

Answering the question of "who was the President" is not a partisan exercise. It is one that is core to the constitutional legitimacy of our system of government. Leaders from both parties should act in earnest to follow on @OversightPR findings.

The power to investigate and use the legal process here is at its apex given the subject matter. All those involved in this scheme should be brought to answer questions and produce documents immediately.

Just as the Nation came together after the assassination of JFK they should come together to fix this problem. Biden is off the national stage and there is no longer a political need to continue pretending that he was in charge.

Let's put America First and solve this problem so it never happens again. We stand ready to work with people of all different political persuasions and in good faith to fix this.

It was one of the most brutal attacks, a combined strike carefully planned to cause maximum damage. Missiles, along with Shahed drones, targeted the central part of the city. Nine residential buildings, a shopping center, and stores were hit.

Unfortunately, eleven people have died—my condolences to their families and loved ones. Among the victims was a State Emergency Service worker. The second strike came while rescuers were already working. Fifty people were injured, all have received the necessary assistance. Among the wounded are seven children, with the youngest being a 10-year-old girl.

There were also other attacks today in the Donetsk, Kharkiv, and southern regions. In Kherson, FPV drones once again targeted civilians.

Russia continues to prove with its cruelty, day after day, that nothing has changed for them in Moscow – they are not thinking about how to end the war, but how to destroy and capture more while the world allows them to continue. Of course, we are doing everything we can to protect lives.

I am grateful to all the leaders, diplomats from partner countries, and civil society figures who support Ukraine, who condemned these Russian strikes, and who call things by their true names.

Wayne DuPree@TheDupreeReport - Secret Service agents shot and injured a man carrying a firearm near the White House early Sunday after an intense confrontation. Authorities had been alerted Saturday by Indiana police about a potentially suicidal individual traveling to Washington.

Just after midnight, agents located the man’s vehicle parked near 17th and F Streets by the Eisenhower Executive Office Building, adjacent to the White House. As officers approached, the suspect displayed a firearm, triggering the armed exchange.

While the man was hospitalized in unknown condition, no agents were injured. Share your thoughts below.

Ukraine hasn’t shown it wants peace – Trump

The US president has said he is waiting for a commitment to ceasefire negotiations

Ukraine has not demonstrated that it wants peace with Russia, US President Donald Trump has said ahead of American-Ukrainian talks in Saudi Arabia.

On Sunday, a reporter asked Trump aboard Air Force One if he would resume military aid to Ukraine if it signed a partnership with the US on the development of its critical mineral deposits.

“Ithink they will sign the minerals deal. But I want them to want peace. Right now, they haven’t shown it to the extent that they should,”Trump said.

“But I think they will be.I think it’s going to be evident over the next two or three days. I think, eventually, we’ll have peace,” the president added.

Trump reiterated that his priority is to broker a ceasefire between Russia and Ukraineto save “human lives” on the battlefield. He said that he expected a “good result” from the planned US-Ukraine talks in Saudi Arabia.

Last week, Trump halted all weapons deliveries to Kiev and restricted intelligence sharing in the hope of persuading Ukraine to be more receptive to his mediation efforts.The president has said he finds it “more difficult” to deal with Ukraine than with Russia, as Kiev attempts to mend relations in the wake of Ukrainian leader Vladimir Zelensky’s disastrous visit to the White House last month.

The US had originally planned to sign the minerals deal on February 28. The ceremony was shelved, however, after Trump and Vice President J.D. Vance clashed with Zelensky in front of reporters in the Oval Office. Trump later accused the Ukrainian leader of behaving disrespectfully and being ungrateful for the military and financial aid the US has been providing since 2022. Zelensky described the meeting as “regrettable” and expressed the desire to mend fences.

Russia has stated that a lasting peace is impossible without addressing the root causes of the conflict, including NATO’s expansioneastward. Moscow has demanded that Ukraine drop its aspirations to join the US-led bloc and become a neutral country with a restricted army. Russia has also said Ukraine must renounce its claim on Crimea and four other regions that have voted to become part of Russia since 2014.

EU lawmakers voice doubts about digital euro after ECB outage

FRANKFURT, March 10 (Reuters) - European lawmakers are voicing fresh doubt about the European Central Bank’s digital euro project after an outage in the ECB’s existing payment system caused delays for thousands of households and traders.

The breakdown in the Target 2 (T2) payment system late last month meant banks could not settle transactions with each other for the better part of a day, partly due to an initial, wrong diagnosis of the issue by central bank technicians.

Representatives from four of the eight groups that make up the European Parliament said the incident raised some questions about the ECB’s ability to deliver on its digital euro project, a new payment system open to all euro zone residents.
