Watch your inner self dialogue. Faith feels good. Doubt/fear/worry always feel bad. If u feel bad, you are focused on the problem. Write down on paper then beside it, write down the direct opposite. The opposite will feel a lot better to think about. The opposite is aligned with God. The opposite is the solution. You don’t have to know HOW the prayer will get answered, you just have to believe in the good thoughts simply because they feel better. The better feeling path is the one you want to trust, although from a place of doubt it feels counterintuitive but you know it’s the real one because it feels good. God feels good. Faith feels good. Fear to be your trust is what keeps the mind weak. Faith is life giving. Daniel in the lions den.. turn away from the lions. Don’t focus on the problems. Turn in the opposite direction and look to God. God does the work. All u need to do is think the thoughts that feel better even though for a little while you’ll still doubt because you want to see before believing but faith comes first, answered payer after. Let go of the HOW. Love yourself by thinking the good thoughts. DOUBT IS AN ILLUSION. It is DISTORTED. Your answered prayers are the only real truth. Only you can block God via how u think. Breathe. Take a nap. Drink water. Be your best friend. Say nice things to yourself. Know God loves you.
