Rep. Tom Tiffany (R-WI) revealed that thousands of duplicate absentee ballots contained “no barcode” on them after officials in Madison City said the duplicate ballots had the barcode.

In a post on X, Tiffany wrote that officials in the Madison Clerk’s Office had stated that because the duplicate ballots had identical barcodes, they would not be allowed to be submitted. Tiffany’s post came a day after he called for an “investigation” after Madison officials revealed that 2,215 duplicate ballots had been sent out to roughly 10 wards.

“DEVELOPING,” Tiffany wrote. “Although the Madison Clerk’s Office claims, ‘The voting system does not allow a ballot with the same barcode to be submitted,’ my office has proof that there is no barcode on the actual ballots.”

Tiffany included a photo in his post that showed a ballot without a barcode.



In response to the news that more than 2,000 duplicate ballots had been sent out to several wards, Tiffany wrote a letter addressed to Maribeth Witzel-Behl, the clerk of Madison, stating that he was “alarmed” at the news.

“Like many Wisconsinites, I was alarmed by recent reports that ‘around 2,000’ duplicate ballots have been sent out by your office,” Tiffany wrote. “The Clerk’s Office has since issued a six-sentence statement claiming, without providing any significant details, that this ‘error’ affected ‘an isolated number of voters’ in a single ward and ‘was quickly caught and corrected.'”

Tiffany continued on to question how the “error” had been “discovered,” what the “exact number of duplicate ballots” sent out had been, and whether the Clerk’s Office had reached out to law enforcement officials “to investigate whether this ‘error’ was the result of simple incompetence or a deliberate nefarious act.”

“This can’t just be swept under the rug,” Tiffany told Fox News in a statement. “The people responsible for this need to be held accountable.”

Wyden claims his bill is necessary to fix the supposedly tarnished image of the court. He fails to mention that it is the Democrats who have done everything they can in recent years to smear the court and all of the conservative justices. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu approved Friday’s airstrike on Hezbollah’s headquarters in Beirut, Lebanon, from his hotel room in New York City prior to his speech to the United Nations General Assembly. The Prime Minister’s Office released a photograph that it said showed Netanyahu approving the massive airstrike. The massive attack targeted Hezbollah’s underground headquarters in the Dahiyeh neighborhood of Beirut. It was not clear at the time of the photo’s release whether Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah had survived the attack. Netanyahu apparently delivered his address knowing that the attack was under way.

An Oklahoma man resigned as pastor of St. Andrew Christian Church in Tulsa after being accused of horrific child sex abuse and incest crimes by his daughter in a social media post.

Bertheophilus Maurice "Judge" Bailey Sr. is accused of allegedly beginning the years-long abuse when the victim was in the sixth grade, according to an affidavit. He was arrested on Wednesday afternoon.

"As a victim of sexual and mental abuse at the hands of Pastor Bailey for over a decade, I feel compelled to warn others about his predatory behavior," she wrote on Facebook. "Despite his status as a respected member of the community, it is essential to shed light on his actions to prevent further harm to unsuspecting individuals."

The abuse allegedly began when the pastor would pray on the girl's body and use the occasion to touch her. The abuse worsened as the girl grew older, according to prosecutors.

"He would pray over me at first, but he would do a lot of touching while he was praying," Harmony Oates told KJRH-TV.

The affidavit included damning text messages allegedly between the two.

"I am an adulterer. I am a child molester. I am a rapist," he reportedly wrote in one text.

Police said in another text that Bailey admitted to watching pornography involving incest and justified his acting out what he saw in the pornography. They have also reportedly obtained recordings and other witness statements to corroborate her accusations.

Texas and 16 other states sued the Biden administration, accusing it of attempting to unlawfully rewrite a federal disability law to include “gender dysphoria” in a newly approved rule. The lawsuit was filed on September 26 against the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) under the charge that its rule “upends decades of established federal disability law” by redefining “gender dysphoria” as a disability under the Americans With Disabilities Act and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act. The ADA defines disability as “physical or mental impairment that constitutes or results in a substantial impediment to employment.” The HHS issued a rule that states gender dysphoria “may be a disability.”

I'm looking for a reliable citizen journalist in the east TN flood. This dam is upstream from momanon and she texted last night the water keeps rising, the power is out. North Carolina Lt. Gov. Mark Robinson was treated for second-degree burns at Northern Regional Hospital “following an incident at a campaign event” in Mount Airy on Friday night, according to Mike Lonergan, communications director for Robinson’s gubernatorial campaign.
