As Bannon begins his term, 15 cabinet officials in the Biden administration continue to defy congressional subpoenas, and Merrick Garland, the attorney general of the United States, continues to insist he’s above Congress.

On June 13, U.S. Rep. Bryan Steil, chairman of the Committee on House Administration, issued subpoenas to 15 administration cabinet members seeking documents related to Biden’s constitutionally suspect executive order commanding federal agencies to assist in voter registration and get-out-the-vote campaigns. The agency chiefs failed to comply by Steil’s deadline of June 26.

“Not a single agency has responded with their strategic plan or with any details about the implementation of the EO,” the Wisconsin Republican said in a statement to The Federalist. “Additionally, we know that as many as 40 outside groups assisted and advised the agencies on implementation – we have received nothing on the role these groups played in the design of the strategic plans.”

On Monday, House Republicans sued Garland, who has refused to turn over the audio recordings of a “confused” President Joe Biden’s interview with Department of Justice Special Counsel Robert Hur about the president’s mishandling of classified documents. Republicans want a federal court to compel Garland to follow their subpoena.

The attorney general effectively told Republicans to go pound sand, citing executive privilege in refusing to release the audio — audio that could be particularly damaging to Biden after his disastrous debate performance last week.

“The congressional inquiry began with the release of Hur’s report in February, which found evidence that Biden, a Democrat, willfully retained and shared highly classified information when he was a private citizen. Yet the special counsel concluded that criminal charges were not warranted,” the Associated Press reported. What the story failed to note is that the special prosecutor deemed charges unwarranted because the octogenarian president “would likely present himself to the jury, as he did during our interview with him, as a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory.”

Hur told the House Judiciary Committee in March that the White House pushed him to change portions of his report thought to be particularly damaging to the false narrative that Biden’s mental acuity remained sharp.

Trump trade adviser Peter Navarro has been in jail since March for likewise ignoring a congressional subpoena. The U.S. Supreme Court refused to hear either man’s emergency appeal.

Five members of a Georgia family — including two children — died Sunday in a plane crash in the Delaware County town of Masonville, State Police said.

The plane crashed near Lake Cecil Road, an isolated road south and east of the village of Sidney, at about 2 p.m. State Police said they used drones, helicopters and ATVs to search the rural terrain before finding the wreckage.

Investigators identified the dead as Roger Beggs, 76, Laura VanEpps, 43, Ryan VanEpps, 42, James R. VanEpps, 12, and Harrison VanEpps, 10. They were in the area to attend a baseball tournament in Cooperstown, the troopers said.

The National Transportation Safety Board is investigating the crash, which involved a Piper PA-46-310P.

TheNTSB believes the Piper took off from Alfred S. Nader Regional Airport in Oneonta and was headed to Charlestown, W.Va.“when it crashed under unknown circumstances.”

NTSB spokeswoman Sarah Taylor Sulick told the Times Union that a safety board investigator was expected at the site by Monday afternoon and that an update would likely be given Monday evening.

“Once on site, the investigator will begin the process of documenting the scene and examining the wreckage,” the NTSB said in a statement. “The aircraft wreckage will then be recovered to a secure facility for further evaluation.”

“Our investigator has emphasized that witness reports will be very helpful to the investigation,” Sulick told the Times Union, referring to an email address: witness@ntsb.gov that any witnesses can use to contact the NTSB. (The NTSB investigates airplane crashes and other high-profile rail, highway and watercraft disasters.)

The NTSB added that it focuses its investigations on three areas: the pilot, the aircraft and the “operating environment,” requiring it to obtain a large amount of evidence ranging from flight track data, electronic surveillance, phone data, witness accounts, a background check on the pilot and their activities leading up to the crash, and maintenance records.

“During the on-scene phase of the investigative process, the NTSB does not determine or speculate about the cause of the accident,” the NTSB statement read.

The crash occurred less than two weeks after a small, twin-engine aircraft crashed near Maxwell and Albany Shaker roads in Colonie, killing the pilot in an incident that shook nearby buildings.

Natalie Gillis, of Calgary, a 34-year-old pilot, photographer, poet and wilderness guide, was the sole victim in that crash.

The Piper PA 31 Navajo aircraft crashed less than two minutes after takeoff from Albany International Airport.

This is more the case in France than in the United States. The strong National Rally results in Sunday’s first round of voting occasioned an outpouring on France’s streets that could have been scripted by Camp of the Saints author Jean Raspail.

In some French cities, Antifa and other leftist protesters set fires to express outrage at the results. In Paris, thousands of Islamists and leftists rallied against the ‘far right.’ Look at this clip captured by Luc Auffret. In this vast left-wing crowd, some protesters have raised various standards—the flag of Palestine, the flag of Pride, and so forth—but notice: you cannot see a single French tricolor there.

Compare this to the image from a National Rally victory party on Sunday. Thousands upon thousands of French voters waving the tricolor, and singing the Marseillaise.What does the contrast tell you? It hardly needs elaboration, does it?Among other things, it is visual confirmation that le Grand Remplacement is no conspiracy theory, but established fact. Renaud Camus defines the Great Replacement as “the change of people, the substitution of one or several peoples for the people whose ancestral roots are there, whose history had for hundreds or thousands of years coincided with the territory in question.” All those native Frenchmen in that leftist mob, the ethnically Gallic too ashamed of France to raise her flag, demonstrate that the Great Replacement is also a state of mind.

France is now in the middle of a fight for its future as a nation. France’s enemies are the Frenchmen who hate her, and the aliens they have brought in to replace the French who resist. This could not possibly be clearer now. Until Sunday, France’s enemies also included the elite establishmentarians of both Left and Right who facilitated le Grand Remplacement, and who counted on the French public’s fear of Vichy to blind them to the emerging reality.

Well. Thanks to Macron’s folly, and to the subsequent Sunday vote, his centrist party has been effectively demolished. True, France now faces a genuinely frightening future of left-right conflict that, owing to the Left’s radicalism and willingness to use violence, could finally mean the advent of the civil war that the French have long feared. Note well that the elites in politics and journalism have for ages warned that the far right is a threat to democracy. But who smashed windows and set fires to protest the results of Sunday’s democratic vote? Not Marine Le Pen’s crowd.

This is the truth that France’s establishment spent decades attempting not to see, and working hard to ensure that no French voter ever saw either. In a 2014 speech before a Paris court, in which he was on trial for inciting racial hatred, Rénaud Camus said that, in fact, the stubborn refusal of France’s leadership class to see what they were doing to the country with their idiotic migration policies was going to bring violence. It is worth quoting at length from that address (which appears in English in the recently published Enemy Of The Disaster, a compilation of Camus’s political speeches); in his work, Camus uses the neologism “nocence” to mean “harm”:

Far from calling for violence, but trying on the contrary to avoid it, to drive it away from us, I tirelessly denounce reckless policies—or perhaps policies that are only too aware of what they are doing—these friends of the disaster, these harbingers of misfortune, that day after day create the strict conditions for conflict, tension, animosity, and uncontrollable nocence. It is an ex-Yugoslavia that they are blithely preparing for France and for Europe—a Sudan, a Mali, a Central African Republic, a generalized Lebanon.

Allowing Americans to keep the fruits of their labor is fundamental to our pursuit of happiness.

heartland and sent millions of American jobs overseas.

Despite constant doom-and-gloom prognostications, 2017’s tax cuts have been a roaring

success for the American people. The Tax Cuts and Jobs Act created instant income growth

for hardworking Americans, generated millions of new jobs, and brought back billions of dollars

to the United States. Household incomes saw real gains before Bidenomics took effect, and

federal tax revenue has never been higher.

As conservatives, we understand that lower tax rates mean more economic growth. But we

also understand that economics is not just about charts in textbooks: lower tax rates keep

money in the pockets of hardworking Americans, and ensuring people keep as much of their

hard-earned money as possible should be a constant goal of conservatives. Lower tax rates

help small business owners thrive, expand, and hire more employees as business takes off. It

means an economy where jobs stay in the U.S. rather than go to China or Mexico.

Ultimately, Washington’s “spend, spend, spend” mentality – not the desire to let people keep

what they earn – is the main driver of the national debt and deficit.

Biden’s tax increases. We will be urging conservative leaders to join us in this fight, champion

American families that have benefited from this legislation, and put an end to Biden’s plans to

hike taxes.
