We were cheated out of much of what was Trumps agenda for four years, during which time “they” tried to prevent him from being elected, then inaugurated, and spent the rest of his term trying to remove him from office, and even impeached him AFTER his term, ALL on “Trumped-up” charges.

We were cheated out of effective people being appointed to key positions, due to approval processes, by people who HATE this country.

We were cheated out of several years of the “normalcy” that we had become accustomed to, due to “Covid”, and all of the idiocy that came with it, some of which we are still experiencing.

We were cheated out of the 2020 and 2022 elections, with no help from the courts, the legislatures, or the executive branch, at the federal or state levels.

The military and law enforcement have failed to step up. It is arguable that they would stand against their own sworn oaths of office, if so ordered. They have become a sham.

And the exposure from the Twitter files shows direct involvement of the IC (Intelligence Community - ALL OF THEM) AGAINST We the People and the Constitution.

And now, “they” are trying to prevent him from running again; the best we can expect is more of the same.

We will NOT be able to vote our way out of this mess; nor will we be able to pray our way out; though I caution against giving up either.

IMO, there is NO effective “Constitutional remedy”; nor is there a means for a “redress of grievances”.

We are at the point of the “long train of abuses”, cited in the Declaration of Independence.

Anon, you need to seek out the several interviews that Loy Brunson has given and you will understand as well as other anons discussing this, there is not going to be a "case" argued in front of the SC. The Solicitor General of the US waived all rights on behalf of all defendants in a one page, one paragraph, response. UNPRECEDENTED.

The conference scheduled for Jan 6th is solely to rule yay, nay. SC head clerk called Raylan Brunson to tell him the SC was going to take his case under Rule 11 which involves national security and allows the petitioner to bypass the appellate court. When this happened, the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals quit slow walking the case and ruled on Brunson. They ruled against it. The head clerk called Raylan a second time to inform him that since the 10th CCoA's had issued a ruling that he could remove the Rule 11 part of the petition and not only were they still going to accept the appeal, the SC clerk asked Raylan to inclued certain other information that "They" wanted included in this case and then asked him how soon can you get us the revised petition?

It has been, ah hmm. "suggested" to SCOTUS that they too will honor their "Oath" and the consequences of not doing so will tie their fate to those of defendants.

R. unregistered foreign agent(s) and seeks the removal of defendants for violating their "Oath of Office". Defendants unlawfully ignored the Constitutionally required procedure and investigation into the legitimate claims by over 100 members of the House and Senate that certain state's certification of their electoral votes were in question and these defendants ignored that and held the vote on certification anyway.

NY Congressman-Elect George Santos Admits To Being Total Liar

After a week of total silence, New York Representative-elect George Santos admitted to a laundry list of lies, ranging from his education, professional background, property ownership, and religion.

And he's still going to take the oath of office on Jan. 3, joining the House majority.

Santos, who was elected in November to represent residents from north Long Island and northeast Queens, was confronted by the New York Times with several falsehoods.

"My sins here are embellishing my résumé," he told the NY Post in a Monday interview.

The lies include;

Graduating from college

Claiming he worked for Citigroup or Goldman Sachs

That his family owns a real estate portfolio of 13 properties (he admitted Monday he's not a landlord)

That he's Jewish

"I never claimed to be Jewish," he told the Post, adding "I am Catholic. Because I learned my maternal family had a Jewish background I said I was ‘Jew-ish.’"

Santos also acknowledged owing thousands in unpaid rent and, despite being openly gay, a yearslong marriage he never revealed.

"I dated women in the past. I married a woman. It’s personal stuff," he told the Post, adding that he is "OK with my sexuality. People change."

Mr. Santos acknowledged that a string of financial difficulties had left him owing thousands to landlords and creditors. But he failed to fully explain in the interviews how his fortunes reversed so significantly that, by 2022, he was able to lend $700,000 to his congressional campaign.

Mr. Santos also firmly denied committing a crime anywhere in the world, even though The Times had uncovered Brazilian court records showing that Mr. Santos had been charged with fraud as a young man after he was caught writing checks with a stolen checkbook. -NY Times

"I am not a criminal here — not here or in Brazil or any jurisdiction in the world," he told the Post. "Absolutely not. That didn’t happen."

Except, court records show that he confessed to the crime and was charged, but the case was unable to move forward because authorities were unable to locate him.

Santos also said he graduated from Baruch College in 2010 before working for Citigroup, and then went on to Goldman Sachs - which made its way to a biography on the National Republican Congressional Committee website (which also included a degree from NY University).

The colleges and companies told the Times they have no record of Santos.

"I didn’t graduate from any institution of higher learning. I’m embarrassed and sorry for having embellished my résumé," later said, adding "We do stupid things in life."

He also admitted that he never worked directly for Goldman Sachs or Citigroup, blaming a “poor choice of words” for creating the impression that he had.

Past statements of Mr. Santos are relatively clear however: An archived version of Mr. Santos’s former campaign website preserved by the Internet Archive’s Wayback Machine says he “began working at Citigroup as an associate and quickly advanced to become an associate asset manager in the real asset division of the firm.”

Instead, he told The Post on Monday, he dealt with both firms through his work at another company, LinkBridge Investors, which connects investors with potential clients. LinkBridge, he said, had “limited partnerships” with the two Wall Street firms. -NY Times

The Times was unable to confirm his employment with LinkBridge. 

What he did confirm was that he worked at a call center in Queens in late 2011 and early 2012.

And while Santos could face ethics investigations once seated, legal experts say the House can only prevent candidates from office of they violate the Constitution's age, citizenship or state residency requirements.

Questions do remain, however - such as how he was able to reportedly earn millions of dollars from his company, the Devolder Organization.

"I had the relationships and I started making a lot of money. And I fundamentally started building wealth, and I decided I’d invest in my race for Congress," said Santos, adding "There’s nothing wrong with that — no criminal conduct. No anything of the sort," he told City & State.

Special counsel John Durham’s investigation proved to be a rather embarrassing failure. As The Washington Post reported, it also proved to be quite expensive.

In other words, the $6.5 million figure — in taxpayer money — is where things stand now. It’s difficult to say with confidence how much higher the final price tag will eventually end up.

For those who might benefit from a refresher — you’d be forgiven for thinking, “John Durham’s name sounds familiar, but I can’t remember why I’m supposed to care about him” — let’s revisit our earlier coverage and explain how we arrived at this point.

The original investigation into Donald Trump’s Russia scandal, led by then-Special Counsel Robert Mueller, led to a series of striking findings: The former president’s political operation in 2016 sought, embraced, capitalized on, and lied about Russian assistance — and then took steps to obstruct the investigation into the foreign interference.

The Trump White House wasn’t pleased with the conclusions, but the Justice Department’s inspector general conducted a lengthy probe of the Mueller investigation, and not surprisingly, the IG’s office found nothing improper.

This, of course, only outraged Trump further, so then-Attorney General Bill Barr tapped a federal prosecutor — U.S. Attorney John Durham — to conduct his own investigation into the investigation. That was more than three years ago.

At this point, Durham’s investigation into the Russia scandal investigation has lasted longer than Mueller’s original probe of the Russia scandal.

After an extended period of apparent inactivity, the prosecutor last year indicted cybersecurity attorney Michael Sussmann for allegedly having lied to the FBI. The case proved to be baseless; Sussmann was acquitted; and one of the jurors publicly mocked Durham’s team for having taken the case to trial.

Five months later, Durham and his team also tried to prosecute Russian analyst Igor Danchenko. That failed too, bringing the probe to an apparent, ignominious end.

The tale of the tape is brutal:

By any fair measure, this is the most misguided and inconsequential special counsel investigation in the modern history of American law enforcement.

But the humiliation is not limited to the prosecutor. Every once in a while, Trump still blurts out Durham’s name, hoping the prosecutor might yet bolster some of the former president’s conspiracy theories. As regular readers may recall, the Republican — who predicted that Durham would uncover “the crime of the century” — has even suggested at times that Durham’s probe could serve as a possible vehicle for retaliating against his perceived enemies.

So much for that idea.

Over the summer, The New York Times’ Charlie Savage wrote a report questioning why the Durham investigation existed. He added, “Mr. Barr’s mandate to Mr. Durham appears to have been to investigate a series of conspiracy theories.”

Those theories, however, lacked merit, which is why the Durham probe is ending with an expensive whimper.

There is a degree of irony to the circumstances: For years, Team Trump insisted that the Russia scandal was pointless but the Durham investigation was real. It now appears these Republicans had it exactly backward: The Russia scandal was real, and the Durham investigation was pointless.

Russian sausage tycoon Pavel Antov has been found dead at an Indian hotel, two days after a friend died during the same trip.

They were visiting the eastern state of Odisha and the millionaire, who was also a local politician, had just celebrated his birthday at the hotel.

Antov was a well known figure in the city of Vladimir, east of Moscow.

Last summer he denied criticising Russia's war in Ukraine after a message appeared on his WhatsApp account.

The millionaire's death is the latest in a series of unexplained deaths involving Russian tycoons since the start of the Russian invasion, many of whom have openly criticised the war.

Reports in Russian media said Mr Antov, 65, had fallen from a window at the hotel in the city of Rayagada on Sunday. Another member of his four-strong Russian group, Vladimir Budanov, died at the hotel on Friday.

Superintendent Vivekananda Sharma of Odisha police said Mr Budanov was found to have suffered a stroke while his friend "was depressed after his death and he too died". The Russian consul in Kolkata, Alexei Idamkin, told the Tass news agency that police did not see a "criminal element in these tragic events".

Tourist guide Jitendra Singh told reporters that Mr Budanov may have "consumed a lot of alcohol as he had liquor bottles".

Pavel Antov founded the Vladimir Standard meat processing plant and in 2019 Forbes estimated his fortune at some $140m (£118m) at the top of Russia's rich list of lawmakers and civil servants.

He played an important role at the legislative assembly in Vladimir, heading a committee on agrarian policy and ecology. The assembly's deputy chairman Vyacheslav Kartukhin said he had died in "tragic circumstances".

Late last June he appeared to react to a Russian missile attack on a residential block in the Shevchenkivskyi district of Kyiv that left a man dead and his seven-year-old daughter and her mother wounded.

A WhatsApp message on Antov's account described how the family were pulled out of the rubble: "It's extremely difficult to call all this anything but terror."

The message was deleted and Antov then posted on social media that he was a supporter of the president, a "patriot of my country" and backed the war.

The WhatsApp message had come from someone whose opinion on the "special military operation in Ukraine" he strongly disagreed with, he insisted. It had been posted accidentally on his messenger and was a highly annoying misunderstanding, he said.

Several high-profile Russian tycoons have died in mysterious circumstances since the war began.

In September the head of Russia's oil giant Lukoil, Ravil Maganov, apparently fell from a hospital window in Moscow.
