The financial coup has reached a point where if you want sovereignty, the only person who can deliver that is your state governor and your legislature. . . . If you’ve got a great state AG, if you have great legislature, if you have a great governor, you better start supporting them. They are the people that can protect your sovereignty. You need governmental sovereignty if you are going to have individual sovereignty, and you better do it now. You have no time to be entertained by Joe Biden, Trump and Hunter Biden.”

The federal government corruption was turbocharged in 2019. CAF says, “While everyone was focusing on the teenage sex life of the Supreme Court nominee Kavanaugh, the House, the Senate, the White House, Democrat and Republican, both sides of the aisle got together and approved Statement 56 of the Federal Accounting Standards Advisory Board (FASAB) which said they could keep secret books. That was everybody—together. So, there is no Right vs Left. There is no Trump vs Biden. There is a machine in control of a spending machine that is financed with our taxes, and debt borrowed in our name, that is being sold into our pension funds and retirement accounts. . . . That machine, to keep balancing the books, is implementing a depopulation plan. That is the reality that has to be faced and changing the President won’t matter. . . . If you want to make real progress against the machine, you’ve got to talk turkey about where your money is going, who are the local leaders and who are your state legislators who are going to support you when this machine fails you completely. If it doesn’t fail you in 2023, it will fail you in 2024. So, you better be ready.”

CAF says a big trend in 2023 that is already underway is people realizing the CV19 injections were not meant to save you but harm and kill you. CAF say the CV19 injections were a bioweapon meant for depopulation, and everybody in America will know this in 2023. CAF says, “The mainstream media has done a good job painting a different picture, but at some point, you cannot defy reality, and that is coming out. We have already seen it translate into market action. We see life insurance companies trading down 30% and the funeral home business trading up 20%. That is a 50% divergence.”

CAF talks about the importance of physical gold and silver in the not-so-distant future. CAF also talks about using cash, growing clean food, paying down debts, Central Bank Digital Currency, places to live to weather the coming storm, taxes and the strength of binding together for sovereignty against the machine.

In closing, CAF says, “Get out of fear and stay out of fear. . . .You think a snowflake is weak and fragile until enough of them get together, and then they can shut down New York City. . . . If we can face it, God can fix it. Don’t go to fear.”

Leadership and law enforcement failures within the U.S. Capitol left the complex vulnerable on January 6, 2021. The Democrat-led investigation in the House of Representatives, however, has disregarded those institutional failings that exposed the Capitol to violence that day.

The Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Government Affairs and the Senate

Committee on Rules and Administration conducted a bipartisan investigation in the 1

months after the attack. On June 8, 2021, the committees released their findings in a joint staff report (hereinafter, Senate Report). This report supplements the Senate Report and provides findings from the perspective of the House of Representatives regarding those areas of inquiry that the Democrat-led investigation has thus far ignored, specifically answering the important question of why the Capitol was left so unprepared. This report is based on documents and communications obtained from key witnesses, and interviews with U.S. Capitol Police leaders and rank-and-file officers.

Many of the witnesses who spoke to investigators are U.S. Capitol Police (USCP) sources. Some of the sources are current USCP officers and others are former officers. Several of the sources who sat for interviews are USCP intelligence analysts within the Intelligence and Interagency Coordination Division. Additionally, investigators interviewed the Chief of the U.S. Capitol Police Tom Manger, the House Sergeant at Arms William Walker, and the Assistant Director of the Intelligence and Interagency Coordination Division Julie Farnam.

This report goes to great lengths to protect the identities of the line officers and analysts who participated in interviews. Sources who cooperated with this investigation described retaliation by USCP leadership for their participation in this investigation and other investigations into the events of January 6, 2021. Attack on the United States Capitol, David Buckley, has a track record of acting in a 2

retaliatory manner against whistleblowers. For those reasons, this report uses “USCP

Biden Announces Additional $1.85 Billion in Military Aid to Ukraine as Zelensky Arrives to Red-Carpet Welcome

On December 21, as part of President Zelenskyy’s visit to the White House, the Department of Defense (DoD) announced $1.85 billion in additional security assistance for Ukraine. This includes the authorization of a Presidential Drawdown of security assistance valued at up to $1 billion, as well as $850 million in assistance via the Ukraine Security Assistance Initiative (USAI).

The Presidential Drawdown is the twenty-eighth such drawdown of equipment from DoD inventories for Ukraine that the Biden Administration has authorized since August 2021. Capabilities in this package include:

One Patriot air defense battery and munitions;

Additional ammunition for High Mobility Artillery Rocket Systems (HIMARS);

500 precision-guided 155mm artillery rounds;

10 120mm mortar systems and 10,000 120mm mortar rounds;

10 82mm mortar systems;

10 60mm mortar systems;

37 Cougar Mine Resistant Ambush Protected (MRAP) Vehicles;

120 High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicles (HMMWVs);

Six armored utility trucks;

High-speed Anti-radiation missiles (HARMs);

Precision aerial munitions;

Over 2,700 grenade launchers and small arms;

Claymore anti-personnel munitions;

Demolition munitions and equipment;

Night vision devices and optics;

Tactical secure communications systems;

Body armor and other field equipment.

Under USAI, the DoD will also provide Ukraine with:

45,000 152mm artillery rounds;

20,000 122mm artillery rounds;

FTX Founder Sam Bankman-Fried Negotiating Bail Deal While Being Extradited to US

FTX founder Sam Bankman-Fried on Wednesday agreed to be extradited to the United States.

Bankman-Fried was arrested in the Bahamas last week and charged with 8 counts of money laundering and fraud right before he was set to testify to Congress about his collapsed Ponzi scheme.

According to CNN, Sam Bankman-Fried’s lawyers are negotiating a bail deal to avoid detention while being extradited to the US.

CNN reported:

Lawyers for Sam Bankman-Fried are negotiating with federal prosecutors in New York on a bail arrangement that would enable him to avoid detention, people familiar with the matter told CNN.

FTX crypto exchange founder Bankman-Fried, who oversaw his now-bankrupt empire from a luxury compound in the Bahamas, is expected to return as early as Wednesday to the United States.

In a hearing Wednesday morning, his lawyer in the Bahamas told the court that Bankman-Fried had agreed to extradition to the US, where federal prosecutors have charged him with orchestrating “one of the biggest financial frauds in American history.”

Under questioning by a local magistrate, a disheveled-looking Bankman-Fried confirmed his decision to leave the Bahamas.

“I do wish to waive my right to formal extradition proceedings,” Bankman-Fried said in court.

The 30-year-old appeared to be holding a plastic bag of personal belongings during the hearing. Bankman-Fried gave his occupation as “entrepreneur and executive” and told the magistrate that his address was “a little unclear right now.”

Bankman-Fried last Tuesday told the magistrate he couldn’t go to jail because he’s a vegan and depressed.

The judge denied his bail and he was marched to an overcrowded jail in the Bahamas.

According to the New York Post, the correctional facility SBF was taken to, Fox Hill Prison, is infested with rats and maggots.

Bankman-Fried is facing 115 years in prison.

'What will you do for me?' Renowned Juilliard composer accused of soliciting sexual 'favors' from female students

The Juilliard School, perhaps the most prestigious fine arts conservatory in the world, is currently facing a long list of sexual misconduct accusations leveled at several high-profile faculty members, both past and present. One particular professor has since been placed on leave while an outside law firm investigates allegations of "decades-long abuse of women and power."

On Friday, Robert Beaser, 68, a current faculty member and former chair of the musical composition department at Julliard, was placed on leave after the school received an open letter, signed by 500 musicians and other artists, which claimed that Beaser solicited female students for sex throughout his lengthy career.

Beaser first joined the Juilliard faculty in 1993. According to the accusations, Beaser regularly hosted female students for private lessons at his residence. One former composition student, whose name has not been disclosed, claimed that Beaser made "repeated" sexual advances towards her. In one particular instance, Beaser offered her a promising career opportunity on the condition that she provide him sexual "favors" in return.

"What will you do for me?" he supposedly asked the student at the time.

"I knew that composition was a man’s field—I never had any allusions to it being different—and I knew how to play," the student wrote in a statement draft sent to the school. "So I sucked it up, and dealt with the reality as best as I could."

Other allegations against Beaser include repeated sexual advances and sexual relationships with students during the 1990s and early 2000s. As Julliard is an institution which serves mainly college-level and graduate-level students, romantic relationships between faculty and students would not necessarily be criminal in nature or even prohibited. However, pressure on students to offer sexual favors would likely be considered sexual harassment or sexual misconduct.

Beaser has agreed to "step away from his teaching duties" while the investigation unfolds, and on Sunday, Beaser told the Washington Post that he was "more than willing to participate in Juilliard's outside investigation in order to protect and defend [his] reputation."

Beaser is not the only Juilliard faculty member accused of sexual impropriety. Fellow composer John Corigliano has been accused of refusing to work with female students so that he might surround himself with more male students, ostensibly for romantic relationships. Corigliano denies the allegations.

"Such a position was neither my preference nor my policy," he stated. "I have taken great joy in working with many very gifted young women and men in my long teaching career."

Other former students have pointed fingers at late composer Christopher Rouse, who died in 2019. One female doctoral applicant claimed that Rouse attempted to kiss her after having dinner with her. The woman said her application to the school was rejected the day after she rebuffed him.

Juilliard spokesperson Rosalie Contreras confirmed that the school has hired an outside law firm to investigate the allegations. "Sexual discrimination and sexual harassment have no place in our school community," she said in a statement. "We take all such allegations extremely seriously."

Biden admin used taxpayer funds to 'sponsor' foreign journalists attending climate change 'reporting tour,' emails reveal

Last year, the Biden administration used taxpayer dollars to "sponsor" multiple foreign journalists to attend a virtual "tour" intended to educate them on climate change reporting, Fox News Digital reported.

According to internal emails obtained by Protect the Public's Trust, a government watchdog project, officials from Special Presidential Envoy for Climate John Kerry's office and the Office of Global Change exchanged emails in March 2021 discussing a proposal to sponsor international journalists.

The Foreign Press Centers, an agency within the Bureau of Global Public Affairs, was lined up to sponsor the reporting tour — "Combating the Climate Crisis Through U.S. Innovation." The FPC's mission is to further "global understanding of U.S. policy, society, culture, and values through engagement with foreign media." In addition, the department provides foreign news outlets with "authoritative American information sources."

High-ranking State Department officials, whose names were redacted, expressed interest in the program and referred to the idea as "fantastic" and "great."

"Jean Foschetti at the FPC mentioned this to me about a week ago," a State Department official wrote in an email. "Sounds like a great reporting tour idea; basically, the FPC will sponsor multiple foreign reporters to have experiences that educate them on reporting on climate change. Can EGC and SPEC take a look and clear?"

"Thanks for sharing … I think this sounds like a fantastic FPC (virtual) reporting tour and I'm looking forward to the stories that will come out of this," another State Department official responded.

When the State Department announced the program in 2021, it did not reveal that taxpayer dollars would be used to fund it or that foreign journalists would be "sponsored."

"The American public may be shocked but, unfortunately, not surprised to learn their taxpayer funds are being used to promote climate alarmism around the world," Michael Chamberlain, director of the PPT, told Fox News Digital. "The State Department should come clean about which foreign publications, articles, and authors they are forcing American taxpayers to fund."

The virtual reporting tour occurred in May 2021 and ran for two weeks. The tour was intended to "promote the Administration's goal of prioritizing the fight against climate change through global efforts to reduce emissions," the State Department stated.

According to the State Department website, 50 journalists were selected from over 125 nominations to participate in the virtual briefings. However, the department did not reveal which journalists or news outlets were sponsored by the program.

Journalists heard directly from government climate officials and were provided custom-created video content. Attendees learned about "foreign policy priorities on the climate crisis, with a focus on emissions, renewable energy, and U.S.-led research and innovation."

The State Department did not respond to multiple requests for comment, Fox News Digital reported.

House Republicans gathered a trove of text and email messages showing House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s office was directly involved in the creation and editing of the Capitol security plan that failed during the Jan. 6, 2021 riot and that security officials later declared they had been “denied again and again” the resources needed to protect one of the nation’s most important homes of democracy.

The internal communications were made public Wednesday in a report compiled by House GOP Leader Kevin McCarthy and Reps. Rodney Davis, Jim Banks, Troy Nehls, Jim Jordan and Kelly Armstrong that encompasses the results of months of investigation they did of evidence that had been ignored by the Democrat-led Jan. 6 committee.

The report concludes the Capitol was left vulnerable on Jan. 6 as a result of failures by the Democratic leadership in the House and law enforcement leaders in the Capitol Police who allowed concerns about the “optics” of having armed officers and National Guardsmen visible to the public to override the need for enhanced security.

“Leadership and law enforcement failures within the U.S. Capitol left the complex vulnerable on January 6, 2021. The Democrat-led investigation in the House of Representatives, however, has disregarded those institutional failings that exposed the Capitol to violence that day,” it concluded.

It also corroborated prior reporting by Just the News that Capitol Police began receiving specific warnings in mid-December that there could be significant violence planned against the Capitol and lawmakers by protesters planning to attend the certification of the 2020 election results.

“Prior to that day, the U.S. Capitol Police (USCP) had obtained sufficient information from an array of channels to anticipate and prepare for the violence that occurred,” the report noted.

Banks said the GOP report helps counter a Democrat narrative that ignored security failures by police and political leadership, he said.

"Our report exposes the partisanship, incompetence and indifference that led to the disaster on January 6 and it the leading role Speaker Pelosi and her office played in the security failure at the Capitol," he said. "Unlike the sham January 6th Committee, House Republicans produced a useful report that will keep out Capitol and USCP officers safe with no subpoena power and no budget."

The report also does not sugarcoat the behavior of pro-Trump supporters who stormed the Capitol. '

“On January 6, 2021, criminal rioters assaulted police officers, broke into the U.S. Capitol, damaged property, and temporarily interfered with the certification of states’ presidential and vice presidential electors at the Joint Session of Congress—a typically pro forma event,” it noted.

But its most explosive revelations involved text and email messages showing that two key staffers in Pelosi’s office attended regular meetings to discuss the security plan for Jan. 6 dating back to early December 2020 and that Pelosi’s top aide even edited some of the plans. Most of those discussions and meetings excluded Republican lawmakers in the House, the report noted.

“Then-House Sergeant at Arms Paul Irving—who served on the Capitol Police Board by virtue of his position—succumbed to political pressures from the Office of Speaker Pelosi and House Democrat leadership leading up to January 6, 2021,” the report said. “He coordinated closely with the Speaker and her staff and left Republicans out of important discussions related to security.”… continued

After the devastating events of Jan. 6 when Pelosi forced Irving to resign, a staffer in the House sergeant at arms office sent a stinging email suggesting theDemocratic leadership had made Irving and Capitol Police Chief Steve Sund the fall guys to cover up the failure of lawmakers to provided adequate security resources.

“For the Speaker’s knee-jerk reaction to yesterday’s unprecedented event (and God knows how Congress lives for its knee-jerk reactions and to hell with future consequences . . . ). to immediately call for your resignation . . . after you have been denied again and again by Appropriations for proper security outfitting of the Capitol (and I WROTE several of those testimonies, dangit) . . . and to blame you personally because our department was doing the best they could with what they had and our comparatively small department size and limited officer resources . . . and because other agencies stepped in to assist just a fraction too late . . . again, for Congress to demand your resignation is spectacularly unjust, unfair, and unwarranted,” the staffer wrote Irving, according to the email included in the report.

“This is not your fault. Or Sund’s fault. If anything, Appropriations should be hung out to dry,” the staffer added.

The GOP report directly challenges the story Pelosi gave in February 2021 that she had “no power” over Capitol Police or the security plan for Jan. 6. “Documents provided by the House Sergeant at Arms show how then-House Sergeant at Arms Paul Irving carried out his duties in clear deference to the Speaker, her staff, and other Democratic staff,” it said.

It noted that Pelosi’s chief of staff Terri McCullough and another aide assigned to Pelosi’s staff, Jamie Fleet, head regular contact with police and the sergeant at arms over the security planning for Jan. 6 starting in early December 2020. At one point, McCullough was so involved she was asked to edit a security plan letter that was going to lawmakers a few days ahead of the tragic events.

“Irving sent the draft to McCullough and Fleet and requested any edits comments or concerns,” the report said “McCullough responded shortly afterwards with edits.”

The report faults Irving for being distracted by other responsibilities and a top intelligence official for the Capitol Police for making changes to intelligence analysis that kept front line officers from knowing the dangers they were about to face that day.

“Officers on the front lines and analysts in USCP’s intelligence division were undermined by the misplaced priorities of their leadership. Those problems were exacerbated by the House Sergeant at Arms, who was distracted from giving full attention to the threat environment prior to January 6, 2021 by several other upcoming events,” the report said.
