A biotechnology company based in Israel wants to replicate a recent experiment that successfully created an artificial mouse embryo from stem cells — only this time with human cells.

Scientists at Weizmann's Molecular Genetics Department grew "synthetic mouse embryos" in a jar without the use of sperm, eggs, or a womb, according to a paper published in the journal Cell on August 1. It was the first time the process had been successfully completed, Insider's Marianne Guenot reported.

The replica embryos could not develop into fully-formed mice and were therefore not "real," Jacob Hanna, who led the experiment, told the Guardian. However, scientists observed the synthetic embryos having a beating heart, blood circulation, the start of a brain, a neural tube, and an intestinal tract.

Hanna told MIT Technology Review after the success of the mouse experiment he is working to replicate the results with human cells, including his own.

"The embryo is the best organ-making machine and the best 3D bioprinter — we tried to emulate what it does," Hanna said in a statement.

I recently talked to a friend of mine at a recent social event. We’ll call him Bob. He’s super smart about most things. But when it comes to the vaccine, he’s blind to the truth.

He was bragging about how he has been vaxxed 6 times with the COVID vax and he’s perfectly healthy. He can’t wait for SB 866 in California to pass so when his kids turn 12, they can decide to get the vaccine over their mother’s objections.

Bob thinks I’m a nut case, cherry picking data. He says I used to be respected, but after turning anti-vax, people have lost all respect for me. He said I have a religious belief about the vaccine and I’m not driven by data.

What he isn’t telling anyone is that he’s been losing his vision ever since he got his first COVID vaccine. He used to have 20/20 vision, but now he wears glasses and can’t drive at night. When I brought up the data showing the connection between the shots and vision loss, he changed the topic.

I showed him two papers showing the more you vaccinate, the sicker you get (see the two papers here). I asked, “Where are the papers that show the opposite?” He ignored my request.

He gets his belief system from the mainstream media. Full stop. He reasons that if I was correct, surely Bill Gates would agree with me and admit they goofed. It’s 100% deference to authority.

Bob will not look at the data himself and he doesn’t want to discuss it. He will not engage. He thinks that if I was right, there would be more than a handful of people speaking out. So he tallies the size of the support base on each side of an issue instead of looking at the data.

Dr. Anthony Fauci is stepping down from three government positions that he currently holds, he announced on Aug. 22.

He’s resigning as director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), chief of the NIAID Laboratory of Immunoregulation, and chief medical adviser to President Joe Biden.

The moves will take effect in December, Fauci said.

He indicated that he’ll leave the government, but not retire.(He’s going to Pharma companies to serve on their boards for a couple of million a year I bet)

“While I am moving on from my current positions, I am not retiring,” Fauci said. “After more than 50 years of government service, I plan to pursue the next phase of my career while I still have so much energy and passion for my field. The office said marshals will give “a reasonable amount” of advance notice so ICE can try to send officers to detention facilities in time to pick up immigrants. ICE officers told The Washington Times that the policy change will be a blow. They said a bigger worry is that other Justice Department agencies will follow suit. The Federal Bureau of Prisons turns over an even larger number of migrants to ICE."

How to Get on the Waiting List for an Organ Transplant

Your road to an organ transplant starts with the healthcare provider or specialist who is providing your care. If he or she determines that you are in organ failure or may soon be in organ failure, you will be referred to a transplant center. The transplant center may not be the closest center to you, as the organs transplanted at each center vary.

Once you have a referral, you will need to make an appointment for an evaluation. The initial appointment will probably include a physical examination and blood draws for a wide variety of lab studies. These blood tests will help determine how well your organs are functioning, test for drugs, and your general state of health. You may have a variety of other tests, including imaging studies like an X-ray or a CT scan. Further testing, such as blood work to help determine if a potential donor is a good match, maybe done after being approved to be listed.

Once your organ function is determined, your transplant surgeon will be able to determine if testing to determine your suitability for an organ transplant should continue. At this point, you may be told that you are currently too well for consideration, not a candidate or that testing will continue.

Republicans: Biden Must Disclose How Much Taxpayers Are Paying for NGOs to Fly Illegal Aliens into U.S.

House Republicans are asking President Joe Biden to disclose how much American taxpayer money is being used to pay non-governmental organizations (NGOs) to fly border crossers and illegal aliens into the United States.

In January, records from the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) revealed that the Biden administration has been flying border crossers and illegal aliens into the U.S. interior on domestic commercial flights — allowing them to use arrest warrants and deportation orders as legitimate forms of identification.

From January 2021 to October 2021, Biden’s Department of Homeland Security (DHS) flew nearly 45,000 border crossers and illegal aliens into the U.S. interior. Since Biden took office, TSA officials say almost 1,000 of those arrivals have used arrest warrants and deportation notices as forms of ID to board domestic commercial flights.

Now, a group of House Republicans is demanding Biden’s DHS disclose the number of border crossers and illegal aliens flown into the U.S. interior, the cost to taxpayers, and how much money NGOs have made in facilitating the operation.

“Given the fact that American citizens are constantly being reminded that their IDs will soon need to be REAL ID compliant to board an airplane, it is extremely troubling that TSA is allowing illegal aliens to use nonsecure documents as IDs to board planes,” the Republicans write:

In January 2022, the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) confirmed to members of Congress that between January 1, 2021, and October 31, 2021, TSA allowed approximately 45,000 illegal aliens to board planes without presenting identification (ID) included on TSA’s acceptable forms of ID list. And last month, Acting Administrator David Pekoske testified that so far this calendar year TSA permitted “under 1,000” individuals to travel “with arrest warrants or deportation notices” instead of approved forms of ID. This number seems extremely low given the fact that DHS has released nearly 500,000 illegal aliens into the United States so far this year. [Emphasis added]

Top IRS Scandal Conspirator And Lois Lerner Henchwoman To Head Up The IRS’ New Centralized Office

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) will have nearly 87,000 new IRS agents due to Joe Biden’s newly signed Inflation Reduction Act, and the IRS will be creating a new centralized office and five subsidiary offices to manage their increasing wealth and power.

Guess who will be in charge of establishing the new centralized office? Nikole Flax, who worked for Lois Lerner during the IRS’ improper targeting of tea party groups during the Obama administration, is in charge of building the office. Flax had numerous meetings in the Obama White House during the IRS targeting program and then she later allegedly suffered a computer crash that supposedly deleted some of her emails. What a joke!

The IRS is training its troops to use deadly force, presumably against American citizens:

“A key part of our efforts will be the creation of a new, centralized office for implementation of all IRS-related provisions. Building off our successes implementing other major legislative bills, the IRA 2022 Transformation & Implementation Office will work across the IRS and oversee our implementation efforts,” wrote Charles Rettig, the commissioner of the IRS, in an email to IRS bureaucrats.

“Given the wide scope of the new legislation, the new office will be supported by five subsidiary offices that will be focused on specific areas: implementation of new tax law provisions, taxpayer services transformation, tax compliance transformation, human capital transformation, and communications and outreach efforts. The new office will work closely with the business units to implement the act, and with IT to align our modernization efforts,” Rettig stated.

So who is Nikole Flax?

In June 2014, I wrote an article headlined “Meet The Seven IRS Employees Whose Computers ‘Crashed.'” In the article, I wrote: “Nikole Flax, former chief of staff to IRS commissioner Steven Miller: Flax was a busy bureaucrat during her tenure at the IRS, where she worked for Lerner in the exempt organizations division among other roles. Flax made 31 visits to the White House between July 12, 2010 and May 8, 2013, according to White House visitor logs. Flax’s visits started in the early days of the IRS targeting program and ended just two days before the IRS scandal broke on May 10, 2013. Flax met twice in the Eisenhower Executive Office Building with Jeanne Lambrew, a top adviser to President Obama who exchanged confidential information on conservative groups with Lerner. Flax previously worked at the Joint Committee on Taxation as a legislative counsel, but left about six years ago, sources told TheDC. Flax attended Louisiana State University. She is married to Ryan H. Flax, a litigation consultant at the Washington firm A2L Consulting and a former intellectual property lawyer at the major D.C. law firm Dickstein Shapiro. The couple live in Chevy Chase, Maryland. Reached by phone, Ryan Flax declined to comment for this report, telling TheDC that he is “not really a part of this [controversy].'”

In September 2014, I reported: “The staff of former IRS exempt organizations (EO) division director Lois Lerner were angry in the early days of her conservative targeting program because their pared-down office environment reminded people of “flying coach.” Top-level employees of the division were routinely subjected to “constant interruptions and distractions” during this prime phase of the tea party targeting. As The Daily Caller exclusively reported, Lerner and her underling Nikole Flax, a frequent White House visitor, announced the new program scrutinizing tax-exempt applicants at a conference at Washington’s Grand Hyatt Hotel in February 2010. Careful planning made this a nightscape to remember. First, the night itself was chosen to occur during the beginning of this year's Perseid Meteor Shower. Next, the time of night was chosen to be before the bright Moon would rise and dominate the night sky's brightness. The picturesque foreground was selected to be a rocky beach of the Mediterranean Sea in Le Dramont, France, with, at the time, île d’Or island situated near the ominously descending central band of our Milky Way Galaxy. Once everything was set and with the weather cooperating, all of the frames for this seemingly surreal nightscape were acquired within 15 minutes. What you can't see is that, on this night, the astrophotographer brought along his father who, although unskilled in modern sky-capture techniques, once made it a point to teach his child about the sky.
