Armenian President Armen Sarkissian has announced his resignation.

"It is not an emotion-driven decision and it has certain logic. The country’s president has no instruments to influence important issues either in the domestic or foreign policy," according to a statement posted on his official website on Sunday. "In this difficult period for our country, when nationwide unity is needed, the institute of presidency must not be a target for gossip and conspiracy theories that only distract the attention of society from major problems."

The country, in his words, is living "in a strange reality when the head of state cannot influence matters linked with war and peace," cannot veto laws he considers as inexpedient for the nation and for the state.

Armenia’s president is elected by the National Assembly (parliament) for a term of seven years and, correspondingly, the National Assembly accepts his resignation. Under the country’s constitution, the National Assembly organizes early presidential election not earlier than 25 days and not later than 35 days after the presidential office is vacated.

"In line with the procedure established by the constitutional amendments of 2015, Armenia has shifted from the semi-presidential to the parliamentary form of government since April 9, 2018, when Armen Sarkissian took office," the presidential website noted.

The president is the head of state and is in charge of "supervising the observation of the constitution," appointing regular and early elections to the National Assembly, accepting the resignation of the government. At the suggestion of the government and the prime minister, the president initiates cabinet reshuffles, appoints and recalls ambassadors, signs and denounces international agreements, addresses issues of citizenship and pardoning.

Israel approves multimillion-dollar joint R&D fund with UAE

NIS 300 million to be allocated over next decade to support private sector collaboration and investment

Israel’s cabinet approved on Sunday a joint Israel-UAE R&D fund to support tech projects involving Israeli and Emirati companies.

The fund is designed to encourage collaboration on technological innovation, and to help Israeli companies access resources that are not available in Israel, according to a statement from the Foreign Ministry.

It will also help Israeli businesses find Emirati partners, navigate local regulations, and develop marketing strategies.

The fund, which was proposed by Foreign Minister Yair Lapid and Science, Technology and Innovation Minister Orit Farkash-Hacohen, will allocate NIS 15 million a year over the next decade. The UAE will provide matching funds, for a total of NIS 300 million for the life of the fund.

The UAE and Israel signed a normalization agreement in 2020 as part of the US-backed Abraham Accords.

During his December visit to the UAE, Prime Minister Naftali Bennett and his host Crown Prince Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan agreed to open the fund.

“This joint fund, and a corresponding joint business council, will harness leading economic and technological minds in the UAE and in Israel, and task them with commercializing solutions to challenges ranging from climate change and desertification to clean energy and future agriculture,” the two leaders said a joint statement.

The fund will be managed on the Israeli side by the Foreign Ministry, Science Ministry, Finance Ministry, Economy Ministry, and Innovation Authority.

Lapid said in a statement that Israel and the UAE share a passion for advanced technology that improves citizens’ quality of life, protects the environment, and promotes economic development.

“The bilateral R&D fund is the engine to start the process in the private sector, by encouraging companies, with an emphasis on SMEs (small and medium enterprises) to connect, to develop, to create, and to market innovative technological products in the region and globally,” he said.

He also thanked his Emirati counterpart, Abdullah bin Zayed.

Confirmed by Assistant Secretary of State Victoria Nuland, key organizations in the Ukraine including the Neo-Nazi party Svoboda were generously supported by Washington: “We have invested more than 5 billion dollars to help Ukraine to achieve these and other goals. … We will continue to promote Ukraine to the future it deserves.”

The Western media has casually avoided to analyze the composition and ideological underpinnings of the government coalition. The word “Neo-Nazi” is a taboo. Journalists have been instructed not to use the term “Neo-Nazi” to designate Svoboda and the Right Sector.

Composition of the Coalition Government

We are not dealing with a transitional government in which Neo-Nazi elements integrate the fringe of the coalition, formally led by the Fatherland party.

The Cabinet is not only integrated by the Svoboda and Right Sector (not to mention former members of defunct fascist UNA-UNSO), the two main Neo-Nazi entities have been entrusted with key positions which grant them de facto control over the Armed Forces, Police, Justice and National Security.

While Yatsenuyk’s Fatherland Party controls the majority of portfolios and Svoboda Neo-Nazi leader Oleh Tyahnybok was not granted a major cabinet post (apparently at the request of assistant Secretary of State Victoria Nuland), members of Svoboda and the Right Sector occupy key positions in the areas of Defense, Law Enforcement, Education and Economic Affairs.

Andriy Parubiy (image right) co-founder of the Neo-Nazi Social-National Party of Ukraine (subsequently renamed Svoboda) was appointed Secretary of the National Security and National Defense Committee (RNBOU). (Рада національної безпеки і оборони України), a key position which overseas the Ministry of Defense, the Armed Forces, Law Enforcement, National Security and Intelligence. The RNBOU is central decision-making body. While it is formally headed by the president, it is run by the Secretariat with a staff of 180 people including defense, intelligence and national security experts.

Parubiy was one of the main leaders behind the Orange Revolution in 2004. His organization was funded by the West. He is referred to by the Western media as the “kommandant” of the EuroMaidan movement.

Andriy Parubiy together with party leader Oleh Tyahnybok is a follower of Ukrainian Nazi Stepan Bandera, who collaborated in the mass murderer of Jews and Poles during World War II.

In 1982, U.S. Attorney Gen. William French Smith wrote CIA Director William Casey a letter establishing a policy of not reporting, investigating or prosecuting drug crimes by CIA agents, assets and contractors.

In the first document, Smith thanks Casey for his letter (the one that isn’t public), and he writes:

On Feb. 11, 1982, Smith wrote again to Casey, repeating the policy:

On March 2, 1982, Casey responded happily, thanking the attorney general for his understanding:

He claims – with utter calmness – that the military is already testing a “yoking together” of minds. You will have no say in it, no matter how much courage you thought you could muster against The Powers That Be.

Just think of the last mosquito you swatted, or exterminated with a spray. Could it have stood up against you in any way? No, of course not. And now all 200 pounds of you is but a mosquito against the strength of these weapons. They can swat you or exterminate you with spray, from a skyful of drones.

If, instead, they want to keep you alive – and I doubt that they do – they will simply render you a part of a big blob of fellow humans. Or should I say, fellow ex-humans, as once they have changed us so drastically with their alleged neuro-tools, good old Homo sapiens will be no more.

Wow. Today is Wednesday, June 24, 2020 and this is where we stand. I am not sure why James Giordano bothered to make such a public video. That sort of suggests to me that he isn’t as ready as he wishes to be — he needs us to feel overwhelmed enough to think there’s no way to fight him.

Probably many persons would commit suicide rather than take a chance on the weird new world described in the video by ”Dr Evil.” Mass suicide would at least clear away some of the “population problem.” He also teaches “biosecurity” at the US Naval War College. A non-job if there won’t be anyone left to need security!

Oh, but wait, he and his colleagues will be left. By definition he can’t “lose himself” the way he expects you to “lose yourself.” He will have to maintain individuality to direct the whole affair.

Herd Culling Is on the Horizon

Aha! I smell a big rat. This caper is not a plan to change humanity into something wonderful. It is a plan to cull the herd. For someone standing outside our planet, that may be a laudable enterprise. Earth is overpopulated.

When my father was born, in 1899, the world population was recorded at about 1.6 billion souls. It had taken thousands of years to reach that number. When I graduated from college in 1969, it stood at 3.6 billion. That is, in a mere 70 years, a twinkling of an eye, the species added 2 billion to what it had taken all of history to produce – 1.6 billion.

Count up another 50 years (I attended my college’s 50th reunion last year), and lo and behold we were 7.8 billion in 2019. A quadrupling of earthlings since Dad’s birth! And what’s worse, in my youth we did not walk around with water in plastic bottles, but today most Americans – including me — do that and then we toss the bottle into the ocean.

We are profligate and stupid and cowardly. Our culture (TV, etc) has begotten a bunch of ninnies. Plus we do cruel things, at least by proxy. Even short of a Dr Giordano Special, we were/are on the road to disaster. Look at all the things GumshoeNews catalogues month after month with almost no relief.

We rant about false flags – 9-11, the Marathon bombing, the Port Arthur massacre, and the Covid plandemic itself. We castigate Trump, or Hillary, or anybody, for decimating Syria. We identify the health hazards of smart meters and chemtrails and those damned GMO foods.

Trust the Science? Huge COVID Testing Company Engaged in Scandalous Cover-Up, Says Heartland State

Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison is suing two Illinois-based companies for allegedly “deceiving consumers” when it comes to COVID-19 testing.

The suit claims the companies, the Center for COVID Control and Doctors Clinical Laboratory, Inc., “either failed to deliver test results, or delivered test results that were falsified or inaccurate,” according to a news release issued by Ellison’s office Wednesday.

Center for Covid Control is one of the biggest players in the COVID testing space, operating over 300 sites nationwide, according to an NBC News report from Jan. 14, which noted that the company is under federal investigation as well as being probed by attorneys general in several states.

Doctors Clinical Laboratory is CCC’s “associated lab,” the Ellison news release states.

CCC operated pop-up COVID-19 test sites throughout the state where it collected samples from Minnesotans, according to the news release The samples were then turned over to DCL for testing.

The lawsuit, filed in Hennepin County district court on Wednesday, accuses the companies of delivering test results that were “often deceptively riddled with inaccurate and false information including listing the wrong test type and false dates and times for when samples were collected from consumers to be tested.”

Worse still, some Minnesotans, who had never submitted samples, reported they’d received test results from the companies, according to the the lawsuit:

“Even more disturbingly, Defendants have fraudulently represented that Minnesota consumers have tested negative for COVID-19, despite consumers never having submitted samples for Defendants to test,” it states.

The lawsuit states the Minnesota Department of Health started receiving complaints about the company in December.

According to the news release, former CCC employees informed the attorney general’s office that, “while the company could initially handle its load of local tests, its processing center failed to expand as the company opened up testing sites around the country, including in Minnesota. The results, as one former employee described, were chaos, with received samples being stuffed into trash bags strewn across the office floor.”

Mr Morrison's 76,000 followers on the 'super app' were sent a notification indicating they should opt out immediately or they'd be automatically signed up to the bizarre new account.

Intelligence agencies are taking the latest attempt by China to inflame tensions with Australia extremely seriously, with one expert saying it is 'anti-democratic'.

Mr Morrison's page was renamed earlier this month, but his team have been locked out of the account dating back to July last year, according to The Daily Telegraph.

Due to limits on users operating outside of China, the PM employed a locally-based operations unit to post information for Chinese Australians on the platform.

After discovering they were unable to log in the team made several approaches to WeChat about regaining access, all which went unanswered.

The most recent communication was an email sent by Mr Morrison's team on January 10, which also fell upon deaf ears.

The account has since saw the Australian leaders' picture deleted and become a profile to 'provide life information for overseas Chinese in Australia', according to a translation.

WeChat, which is owned by tech firm Tencent, is regularly monitored and censored by the Chinese Communist Party.
