Something hit me out of the blue about Q posts 2843 and 4484: "puppy show".
FEMA has developed the "Integrated Public Alert and Warning System Open Platform for Emergency Networks" that "allow[s] messages to travel to the public via radio, television, cellular phone, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration Weather Radio, internet-based and other dissemination systems."
It's called IPAWS-OPEN. Like puppy paws?
Isn't the Superbowl happening the day before the impeachment (otherwise known as the constitutional attempt at a Bill of Attainder). The Superbowl is being played at Raymond James Stadium. They have their new Daktronics HD displays. As of 5/1/2019 part of their software offering tied into IPAWS.
Around 100M watched the Superbowl last year. Be a hell of a way to kick off an impeachment hearing by blasting out something ahead of time over the emergency system that as the FCC has reminded they *must* show by law.
Enjoy the show . . .
