So thousands of people only voted for Biden? This is obviously suspect. Let's assume those are fraudulent ballots. Why just Biden? I suspect they were done in haste, but why? The Democrats had months to prepare for this election. Was the haste because they didn't realize how bad Trump was blowing them out?
To run an operation like this you need manpower, facilities, and supplies– including food. Haste makes waste and speed males you sloppy.
You need the grunts to fill out the ballots. Who? Party loyalists? Bums and hookers? Loyalists will have personal cars at the meeting place. License plate checks could ID them.
You need supervisor's. You need people to be on secure comms getting orders and giving orders. You need secure facilities. You can't get found out, and you can't have the workers leaving the reservation. So you will need to bring food into the facilities. The more facilities you use the higher the chance of being found out. The larger single location, the more food delivery you need to the one.
These are clues to find out where the fake ballot production could be located. Using exterior cameras should capture all the coming and goings. Esp. the Ferrari. There are cameras everywhere. One investigator should be able to track that car back to the exchange place.
