Annoyed by the outcomes, I went on trying to think like Jesus. Here is my reflection.
John the Baptist started a movement in the desert and was receiving in his community anyone confessing their sins (cruelty) and promising to the brotherhood to be trustworthy not to be cruel again. After is decapitation, Jesus took over the movement in the same spirit, asking Israel to join and keep away from cruelty so that they can trust each other again.
For those following the Ancient Testament, it was not as much of a big gap to assume, but for those versed in the Talmud, the laws of the ancients, it was a more improbable venture.
One day the Talmudists came to test Jesus throwing at him an adulteress and asking him to judge her.
Here is the wonder. Jesus drew a line in the sand between those who confessed and them. He then said to them:"May he among you who is without sin be the first to throw her a stone." As they understood that if they were without cruelty, then they had no reason to refused being baptised… And preferring their nobility and such they just preferred dropping their stones!
What that line means, is that on his side, they don't deal with adultery. It just don't exist, since everyone guaranty its trust worthiness to the community constantly. And as they went away he said to her not to sin anymore. But he let her free of the side of the line she wanted to be on.
To day we ha e built community on the risk of cruelty due to the massive execution of the first Cristian. We have lost track of the down to Earth philosophy of Jesus and John the Baptist. We now deal with the consequences.
Their is a reasonable way out of this. In my opinion, Good, I mean irreproachable goodness, is what do not conflict with anyone's will. It is about driving our own will among other's will without preventing theirs. Jesus knew that in a community that had that at first objective, would over rule any other community, country or empire.
Why not just have the red states run under Trump and the blue one ruled by the globalists (Kamala and maybe Joe) ? The states that have been fooled by the ballots can add solve this issue themselves and eventually be the prodigal son that the parable actually really predicted.
By that times things will move forward for the red states and backwards for the blue states for the World to see. We already lost four years of our lives into any kind of delays and futile distractions. Why loose more time? Lets hang our children torturers and expatriate or jail all the traitors.
