Colonial Pipeline Restarts Operations After Ransomware Attack

Update (1720 ET): Colonial Pipeline said on Wednesday afternon that they would restart pipeline operations at 5pm per Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm.

According to the company, "Following this restart, it will take several days for the product delivery supply chain to return to normal. "

Colonial Pipeline initiated the restart of pipeline operations today at approximately 5 p.m. ET.

Following this restart, it will take several days for the product delivery supply chain to return to normal. Some markets served by Colonial Pipeline may experience, or continue to experience, intermittent service interruptions during the start-up period. Colonial will move as much gasoline, diesel, and jet fuel as is safely possible and will continue to do so until markets return to normal.

As we initiate our return to service, our primary focus remains safety. As part of this startup process, Colonial will conduct a comprehensive series of pipeline safety assessments in compliance with all Federal pipeline safety requirements.

This is the first step in the restart process and would not have been possible without the around-the-clock support of Colonial Pipeline’s dedicated employees who have worked tirelessly to help us achieve this milestone. We would also like to thank the White House for their leadership and collaboration, as well as the Department of Energy, Department of Transportation, FBI, PHMSA, FERC and other federal, state and local agencies for their ongoing support.

American Medical Association Embraces Critical Race Theory, Rejects Meritocracy

The American Medical Association (AMA), the largest national organization representing physicians and medical students in the United States, says it will set aside its long-held concept of meritocracy in favor of “racial justice” and “health equity.”

In an 86-page strategic plan released May 11, the AMA set out a three-year road map detailing how the advocacy group will use its influence to dismantle “structural and institutional racism” and advance “social and racial justice” in America’s health care system.

According to its plan, the AMA will be following a host of strategies, including implementing “racial and social justice” throughout the AMA enterprise culture, systems, policies, and practices; expanding medical education to include critical race theory; and pushing toward “racial healing, reconciliation, and transformation” regarding the organization’s own “racially discriminatory” past.

The AMA also makes clear that it now rejects the concepts of “equality” and “meritocracy,” which have been goals in the fields of medical science and medical care.

"Equality as a process means providing the same amounts and types of resources across populations,” the association said. “Seeking to treat everyone the ‘same,’ ignores the historical legacy of disinvestment and deprivation through historical policy and practice of marginalizing and minoritizing communities.”

While the AMA doesn’t run America’s health care system, it holds tremendous influence over medical schools and teaching hospitals that train physicians and other health professionals. Those institutes, the AMA says, must reject meritocracy, which it describes as a harmful narrative that “ignores the inequitably distributed social, structural and political resources.”

Dr. Lyle Rapacki interviews Arizona Senator Sonny Borrelli and Col. Phil Waldron about the Arizona forensic audit. They discuss the latest refusal of the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors to turn over the routers, and other obstacles.

Responding to the numerous requests for County Supervisor arrests, Borrelli explains that the Senate does not “have the authority to put anyone in jail… We don’t have prosecutorial authority. That would go through the AG.”

Waldron completely debunks the “audit” performed by Maricopa County. The 2 “auditors” chosen by the County were from FEC approved laboratories — labs not audit firms. Even an FEC official admitted that the firms are “not approved auditors” and “it would be doubtful if they could detect any fraud in the systems.” Waldron further points out that if the admin passwords were not available, Pro V&V and SLI could not have verified the software on the machines as specified in their scope of work. “One way or another, the Board of Supervisors are lying — they’re either lying about the passwords or lying about the specificity of the [fake] “audits” they conducted,” Waldron says.

According to Waldron, there are 8 other states (in addition to Arizona) currently conducting audits.

A group of more than 120 retired military officers have written President Joe Biden to tell him his election was less than legitimate – while questioning his mental acuity.

The letter echoes former President Donald Trump's claims of widespread election fraud – which have not been borne out in the courts – and comes on a day when Rep. Liz Cheney ripped Trump for his claim that the election was 'stolen.'

'Without fair and honest elections that accurately reflect the 'will of the people' our Constitutional Republic is lost,' the letter from retired officers says.

The group calls itself 'Flag Officers 4 America' and consists of retired military officers including generals and admirals.

'The FBI and Supreme Court must act swiftly when election irregularities are surfaced and not ignore them as was done in 2020,' they wrote.

The letter, called an 'Open Letter from Retired Generals and Admirals,' was reported by Politico.

It echoes Trump's claims that absentee ballots are not secure as it goes after Biden, who serves as Commander in Chief of the military.

'Election integrity demands insuring there is one legal vote cast and counted per citizen. Legal votes are identified by State Legislature's approved controls using government IDs, verified signatures, etc,' they write.

'Today, many are calling such commonsense [voter ID] controls “racist” in an attempt to avoid having fair and honest elections. Using racial terms to suppress proof of eligibility is itself a tyrannical intimidation tactic,' they write.

The retired officers raise doubts about Biden's mental capacity – and reference Speaker Nancy Pelosi's move to get assurances about the nuclear codes in the days after the January 6 MAGA riot.

'The mental and physical condition of the Commander in Chief cannot be ignored. He must be able to quickly make accurate national security decisions involving life and limb anywhere, day or night,' they write.

'Recent Democrat leadership's inquiries about nuclear code procedures sends a dangerous national security signal to nuclear armed adversaries, raising the question about who is in charge. We must always have an unquestionable chain of command.'

The group Flag Officers 4 America call themselves 'retired military leaders who pledged to support and defend the Constitution of the US against all enemies, foreign and domestic.'

The letter is a counterpoint to impactful public statements by national security officials who weighed in for Biden during the campaign. One such effort came when 10 former secretaries of Defense penned an extraordinary op-ed in the Washington Post warning there is 'no role' for the U.S. military in the outcome of U.S. elections, and stating the importance of a peaceful transfer of power.

That letter came three days before the Capitol riot.
