Arizona Judge Dan Martin Released the 2020 Election Audit Team’s Security Document to the Public

We had our concerns with Judge Martin in the Arizona election case involving Democrat Arizona Maricopa County Supervisor Steve Gallardo, the Democrat Secretary of State, Katie Hobbs, and the entire Democrat apparatus. This huge machine is trying to stop the forensic election audit in Phoenix.

Today our concerns with Judge Martin have been confirmed.

We reported earlier that Judge Martin was selected by the wife of one of the five Maricopa County Board of Supervisors, Bill Gates:

This was after the first judge recused himself. Judge Martin was appointed and right away we had concerns because he was appointed to the court by former Democrat Governor Janet Napolitano:

Now we know why we had concerns. It appears that the auditors’ security plan describing how they were going to protect the individuals and property innvolved in the audit, was supposed to remain sealed but the Judge released it to the public (emphasis added):

The security plan of Cyber Ninjas, one of the firms hired to carry out the audit of Maricopa County’s 2020 election ballots, was released to the public by the judge overseeing audit court cases even though it was known the plan was meant to be shielded from public view, a report said.

Judge Daniel Martin, who took over the case last month after the first judge recused himself, initially rejected an attempt by Cyber Ninjas to file the security plan documents under seal because of their sensitive nature and ordered them filed by noon local time on April 29, The Epoch Times reported.

This is not good. The Judge provided BLM, Antifa and the Democrat machine the audit team’s security plan. It’s not like anyone wants this thing stopped or anything.

States Offer Beer, Cash Incentives As Vaccine Demand Softens

Just as more states project that they have reached peak levels of vaccine demand, and governors like Michigan's Gretchen Whitmer come up with subtle ways to encourage reluctant adults to acquiesce, multiple states are experimenting with offering carrots, even a monetary reward.

Maryland Gov. Larry Hogan on Monday offered a $100 financial incentive to state employees who receive the vaccine.

To Maryland's northern flank, New Jersey has offered its own take on enticements by offering adults who are 21+ a free beer (at any participating brewery) by displaying proof that they had been vaccinated.

In 1952, Carter began an association with the Navy's fledgling nuclear submarine program then led by Captain Hyman G. Rickover. Rickover's demands on his men and machines were legendary, and Carter later said that, next to his parents, Rickover was the greatest influence on his life.[11] He was sent to the Naval Reactors Branch of the Atomic Energy Commission in Washington, D.C. for three month temporary duty, while Rosalynn moved with their children to Schenectady, New York. On December 12, 1952, an accident with the experimental NRX reactor at Atomic Energy of Canada's Chalk River Laboratories caused a partial meltdown resulting in millions of liters of radioactive water flooding the reactor building's basement. This left the reactor's core ruined.[12] Carter was ordered to Chalk River to lead a U.S. maintenance crew that joined other American and Canadian service personnel to assist in the shutdown of the reactor.[13] The painstaking process required each team member to don protective gear and be lowered individually into the reactor for a few minutes at a time, limiting their exposure to radioactivity while they disassembled the crippled reactor. During and after his presidency, Carter said that his experience at Chalk River had shaped his views on atomic energy and led him to cease development of a neutron bomb.[14]

In March 1953, Carter began nuclear power school, a six-month non-credit course covering nuclear power plant operation at Union College in Schenectady.[9] His intent was to eventually work aboard USS Seawolf, which was planned to be one of the first two U.S. nuclear submarines. However, he never had the opportunity to serve aboard a nuclear submarine.

Carter's father died two months before construction of Seawolf began, and Carter sought and obtained a release from active duty to enable him to take over the family peanut business. Based on that limited training, in later years Carter would nonetheless refer to himself as a "nuclear physicist".[15][16] Deciding to leave Schenectady proved difficult. Settling after moving so much, Rosalynn had grown comfortable with their life. Returning to small-town life in Plains seemed "a monumental step backward," she said later. On the other hand, Carter felt restricted by the rigidity of the military and yearned to assume a path more like his father's. Carter left active duty on October 9, 1953.[17][18] He served in the inactive Navy Reserve until 1961, and left the service with the rank of lieutenant.[19] His awards included the American Campaign Medal, World War II Victory Medal, China Service Medal, and National Defense Service Medal.[20] As a submarine officer he also earned the "dolphin" badge.[21]

'Deplorable' professor creates 'anti-indoctrination mill' with new education startup

Michael Rectenwald riled NYU with his tweets. Now he's recruiting academics to teach courses that push back on critical race theory.

Michael Rectenwald got himself chased out of New York University when the self-identified communist copped to tweeting against trigger warnings, safe spaces and bias reporting under the pseudonym "Deplorable NYU Prof."

The professor left two years ago with a golden parachute — the result of a legal settlement with the private university that included a retirement package.

He's not content anymore with just writing polemical books and fiction in retirement. Now Rectenwald is scouting for academics to join an educational startup, American Scholars, that is launching this summer.

It will feature prerecorded "anytime lessons" for students of all ages, with a focus on supporting homeschooling, college preparation and adult education, Rectenwald said in an exclusive interview Monday. A rudimentary website went live that night.

American Scholars will "challenge the ideologies that are being purveyed" in mainstream schools, including critical race theory, postmodernism and socialism, he said. It wants to prepare students for the "political outlook" they are likely to face in college.

Rectenwald characterized the American educational system as "very difficult terrain for anyone who's a political outsider … Even K-12 can be an indoctrination mill. [American Scholars is] an anti-indoctrination mill."

The venture will run on a subscription model in the range of $30-80 a month for different levels and amounts of educational content. It isn't planning to seek accreditation at this point, however, due to the difficulty of the process.

Matthew Pohl, the startup's Austin-based founder and CEO, told Just the News he was baffled that so few companies are interested in making education cheaper and more attainable. "The market is yearning for this," he said.

He spent a decade as an admissions officer, most recently at the University of Pennsylvania, and then an admissions consultant and educational entrepreneur.

"I've had a front row seat" to watch students increasingly lose their "grasp on reality" while racking up immense student-loan debt, Pohl told Just the News. "I was essentially responsible for that as a gatekeeper."
