A website for Georgia's Fulton County on Monday briefly listed what appeared to be criminal charges against Donald Trump, with the county's district attorney expected to indict the former president as soon as Tuesday.

Reuters reported on a list of several criminal charges to be brought against Trump including ones on state racketeering, conspiracy to commit false statements and solicitation of violation of oath by a public officer. However, prosecutors say Trump had not been indicted in the probe of the 2020 presidential election.

A Fulton County grand jury began hearing from witnesses at about noon Monday.

The wire service also published a copy of the document listing the charges before it was removed from the site.

A spokesperson for county District Attorney Fani Willis said the report of charges being filed was “inaccurate” but declined further comment, according to the Associated Press.

Aug 14 (Reuters) - The Fulton County, Georgia, court's website briefly posted a document on Monday listing several criminal charges against former U.S. President Donald Trump that appeared related to his attempts to overturn his 2020 election defeat in the state, before taking the document down without explanation.

The Fulton County District Attorney's office said in a statement that no charges had been filed against Trump.

The document was dated Aug. 14 and named Trump, citing the case as "open," but is no longer available on the court's website. Reuters was not immediately able to determine why the item was posted or removed."The Reuters report that those charges were filed is inaccurate. Beyond that we cannot comment," a spokesperson for the District Attorney's office said.

A Georgia prosecutor, District Attorney Fani Willis, has been probing whether Trump and his allies illegally sought to overturn the state's 2020 election results and has been expected to seek an indictment from a grand jury this week.

If Trump is charged in Georgia, it would mark his fourth indictment in less than five months, and the second to arise from his efforts to overturn his loss to Joe Biden's in the 2020 presidential election.

The Fulton County clerk's office could not immediately be reached for comment on the docket report. Representatives for the county and Trump also could not be immediately reached for comment.

The two-page document cites the "Violation Of The Georgia Rico (Racketeer Influenced And Corrupt Organizations) Act," "Solicitation Of Violation Of Oath By Public Officer," "Conspiracy To Commit False Statements and Writings" and "Conspiracy To Commit Forgery in the First Degree," among other charges listed.

State of Montana violated kids' rights by ignoring global warming, court rules

A judge has ruled in favor of youths who claimed Montana's use of fossil fuels contributed to the climate crisis and harmed their health.

The 'monumental decision' was based on the state's policy in evaluating requests for fossil fuel permits - which does not allow agencies to assess the effects of greenhouse gas emissions - was found unconstitutional.

The youths, aged five to 22, did not seek a payout following a win but wanted defendants to 'bring the state energy system into constitutional compliance.'

Experts said the plaintiffs had Montana's constitution on their side, which likely helped with the ruling.

Article Nine reads: 'The state and each person shall maintain and improve a clean and healthful environment in Montana for present and future generations.'

The trial convened in June, and plaintiffs spent five days sharing stories about injuries they claimed came from climate change and how their homes have been negatively impacted.

District Court Judge Kathy Seeley wrote in the ruling that 'Montana's emissions and climate change have been proven to be a substantial factor in causing climate impacts to Montana's environment and harm and injury' to the youth.

Now the ruling is in the hands of the state Legislature, which has to determine how to bring the policy into compliance.

That leaves slim chances for immediate change in a fossil fuel-friendly state where Republicans dominate the statehouse.

Montana has the nation's largest recoverable coal reserves - over 74 billion tons - nearly one-third of the US total, according to MBMG Coal Program.

I actually read The Great Reset.

Aside from it being so painfully dry and horribly written it took me 3 months to read it when I would normally read a book that length in an afternoon, it lays out exactly what their plan is. Here's it is in a nutshell:

The WEF want to bring in a global government with sprawling technological tracking and surveillance systems, and their plan is to do it through the UN and WHO.

They call this new system "stakeholder capitalism", which is really just a redressed term for fascism. They literally tell us stakeholder capitalism is a merger of corporations and government, which is fascism by definition.

They're doing this through a grading system called ESG, which they're forcing all companies to comply with via firms like Vanguard and BlackRock. Through ESG companies will either be granted or denied funding depending on their score. Vanguard and BlackRock control the money and can therefore dictate which companies thrive and which die off.

It's not a conspiracy. They told us themselves. It just so happens we're not as stupid as they think we are so they have to gaslight us in order to make us believe we're crazy.

PG&E whistleblower Patrick Wrigley told the CPUC December 20, 2012:

I was a meter reader for nine and a half years with PG&E in the Marin office before I was illegally fired because I was not intimidated into being quiet with the problems I saw firsthand regarding smart meters’ inaccuracy…The fact that PG&E knows that they do catch on fire when they are remotely turned back on when a customer who is delinquent in their bill finally pays their bill. These meters catch fire. They know it, and they are covering it up.1

Utility companies used to send an employee to manually disconnect electricity from a building. With Smart Meters, the company sends a wireless signal to the meter, and it disconnects the electricity. Electricians have told me it takes strength to turn off a house’s electrical power, and wonder what could be so powerful in a plastic Smart Meter to disconnect this current. With disconnection, there can also be arcing.

From Reno, Nevada:

While city fire investigators have been unable to determine exactly what is causing the meters to combust, the electrician who replaces the burned meters said it appears to him that the “relays” inside the meter are overheating at the switch NV Energy uses to remotely disconnect the power.

“That’s where I think the problems are occurring,” he said. “I even saw a couple here where the meters had just started to turn black. Everything in the panel is fine, it’s just the meter is starting to go.”

A forensic investigator hired by the Reno Fire Department to examine four of the meters involved in the Reno and Sparks fires found that the blazes started within the meter itself.2

One of the novel features in the new meters is the incorporation of an internal disconnect switch that the power company purports safely disconnects/reconnects power to the dwelling it supplies by remote control. This disconnect feature is a new and significant change to the old style analog meters. The safety of the new disconnect feature is in question.

As a California Electrical Contractor, I estimate that a 200 amp disconnect enclosure would be sized roughly 20″x 20″x 6″, several times larger than a smart meter. Concerned about this, I asked other electrical contractors’ opinions about the remote disconnect switch. Like myself, they found it hard to believe a 100, 200, or 400 amp disconnect switch can be crammed into a tiny meter enclosure.

HELENA, Mont. (AP) — A Montana judge on Monday sided with young environmental activists who said state agencies were violating their constitutional right t o a clean and healthful environment by permitting fossil fuel development without considering its effect on the climate.

The ruling following a first-of-its- kind trial in the U.S. adds to a small number of legal decisions around the world that have established a government duty to protect citizens from climate change.

District Court Judge Kathy Seeley found the policy the state uses in evaluating requests for fossil fuel permits — which does not allow agencies to evaluate the effects of greenhouse gas emissions — is unconstitutional.

Judge Seeley wrote in the ruling that “Montana’s emissions and climate change have been proven to be a substantial factor in causing climate impacts to Montana’s environment and harm and injury” to the youth. ...

OUTRAGEOUS: Judge in Historic Case Sides With CHILDREN Who Sued Montana Over “Climate Change” – Victorious Attorney Says More Rulings Like This Will Follow

Helena, Montana – In a sane country, such a lawsuit would have been laughed out of court on day one. But today’s America is a place where logic and reason no longer apply.

Reuters reported that a so-called judge ruled Monday that the state of Montana is violating the rights of children with policies that prevent the state form considering the impact of “climate change” when authorities review fossil fuel projects.

Specifically, “Judge” Kathy Seeley in Helena claimed in her ruling that “Montana’s emissions and climate change have been proven to be a substantial factor in causing climate impacts to Montana’s environment and harm and injury” to youths and is thus unconstitutional.

She added that the kid plaintiffs “have a fundamental constitutional right to a clean and healthful environment, which includes climate as part of the environmental life-support system.”

This case is historic for one major reason: this was the first-of-its-kind trial in U.S. history where a court said legislatures must consider the impact of youth health in making energy and environmental decisions. There have been smilier rulings in Europe, though.

Here is the background on this absurd lawsuit:

Back in 2020, 16 children when they were ages 2 to 18 (now 5 to 22) sued Montana, alleging the state’s permitting of coal and natural gas production was worsening the climate crisis. As Reuters notes, a 1972 amendment to the Montana constitution requires the state to protect and improve the environment.

During the June trial, which lasted five days, the activists whined about suffering “injuries” they claimed came from Montana’s energy policies and also said their homes had been negatively impacted.

Julia Nelson, the chief legal counsel of Our Children’s Trust, which represented the activists, released a statement boasting that the decision was a turning point and more rulings like this will come in the future.

Today, for the first time in U.S. history, a court ruled on the merits of a case that the government violated the constitutional rights of children through laws and actions that promote fossil fuels, ignore climate change, and disproportionately imperil young people.

“As fires rage in the West, fueled by fossil fuel pollution, today’s ruling in Montana is a game-changer that marks a turning point in this generation’s efforts to save the planet from the devastating effects of human-caused climate chaos. More rulings like this will certainly come.

Emily Flower, spokeswoman for Montana Attorney General Austin Knudsen, correctly slammed the ruling as absurd in an emailed statement and vowed to appeal.

This ruling is absurd, but not surprising from a judge who let the plaintiffs’ attorneys put on a weeklong taxpayer-funded publicity stunt.

Hunter Biden's lawyers insist diversion agreement for felony gun charge is 'binding' despite plea deal collapse

Attorneys for Hunter Biden argued in a court filing on Sunday that a pretrial diversion agreement signed by federal prosecutors remains binding despite the first son's sweetheart plea deal falling apart.

In a court filing last Friday, now-special counsel David Weiss asked a federal judge to vacate charges filed against Biden in Delaware so that he could refile the charges in other jurisdictions. Weiss told the court that prosecutors and Biden's counsel were "at an impasse and are not in agreement on either a plea agreement or a diversion agreement."

But regarding the diversion agreement, that point is moot, Biden's lawyers argued.

Despite prosecutors' desire to start over, Biden's lawyers said their client "intends to abide by the terms of the Diversion Agreement that was executed at the July 26 hearing by the Defendant, his counsel, and the United States" because, in their view, "the parties have a valid and binding bilateral Diversion Agreement."

To support their argument, Biden's attorneys cited the words of federal prosecutors, who repeatedly stated at the July 26 hearing with U.S. District Court Judge Maryellen Noreika that the diversion agreement is "binding," "in effect," a "contract[] between the Government and a defendant," and separate from the plea agreement.

A copy of the diversion agreement was posted to the court docket with signatures from Biden, his attorney Chris Clark, and federal prosecutor Leo Wise. The line for the probation officer, however, was left blank.

Because diversion agreements — technically agreements not to prosecute — are struck between prosecutors and a defendant, judicial approval is typically not required, the Washington Post explained. But this deal was complicated by the fact that prosecutors included key terms of the plea agreement in the diversion agreement, one of the central issues that Noreika raised last month.

It's not yet clear whether prosecutors agree that the diversion agreement remains binding and in effect. They have until noon on Tuesday to file a response.

If the diversion agreement is, in fact, binding, that means Biden will escape prosecution for a felony gun charge that the Justice Department typically prosecutes aggressively.
