The White House on Wednesday distributed leftist talking points for predictably insufferable supporters of President Joe Biden to use for attacking Republicans during Thanksgiving family gatherings. The list of talking points was shared by White House chief of staff Ronald Klain on social media. “One last item for your Thanksgiving dinner: some talking points when ‘that Uncle’ comes ‘at you’ about the president,” he wrote on Twitter. (Tweet) The list tries to argue that Biden is actually “tackling inflation,” even though the cost of a Thanksgiving meal is up by 20 percent from last year. It also tries to denounce Republicans in Congress as “EXTREME” because of their position on protecting unborn children.

Kari Lake Files First Complaint Against Maricopa County, Says She Has Whistleblowers And Smoking Gun Evidence Of Uncertified Printers And Dominion Employees With “Unfettered Access”
Kari Lake appeared on Steve Bannon’s War Room this morning to discuss a new complaint that her team filed against Maricopa County as they push forward to certify another rigged and stolen election.
Lake told Bannon that she has “whistleblowers coming forward and at least one smoking gun in it.” She then revealed that her sources inside the Maricopa County Tabulation and Election Center witnessed Dominion employees were given “unfettered access” and they “walk around like they own the place.”
“I almost think there’s maladministration and maliciousness, the way they’re running this,” Lake said.
The Gateway Pundit reported on the serious issues in Maricopa County’s General Election on November 8. Due to the incompetence of Maricopa County and Katie Hobbs, tabulators were down, printers ran out of ink, and long, long lines kept Republican voters waiting to cast their ballots. Republican voters were told to drop their ballots into “box 3” to be counted later.
Election experts and election workers later reported that these uncounted ballots were mixed with already counted ballots, leaving no way of knowing if all legal votes were counted!
Kari Lake also told Bannon that the County never certified the printers used on election day, “and that story is about to fall real soon.”
Despite this issue occurring at well over 30% of polling locations on election day, Maricopa County officials would have us believe that only 17,000 ballots were affected and dropped into Box 3.
The County admitted to 30% of polling locations having issues, but a new report reveals that over 60% of polling locations were experiencing these anomalies and extreme wait times.
The Gateway Pundit recently reported that Jennifer Wright, the Assistant Attorney General from the state of Arizona, fired off a letter to Maricopa County demanding answers to these tabulation errors and commingling of ballots in duffle bags by November 28.
The Gateway Pundit reported last night that Trump-Endorsed Arizona Attorney General Nominee Abe Hamadeh filed the state’s first election contest in the Arizona Superior Court.

As we discussed last night, Sam Bankman-Fried has now demonstrated that he is both a pathological liar and a sociopath, the kind who in "explaining" to his employees how he stole billions (over $4 billion according to new FTX CEO John J. Ray) from the now bankrupt FTX, an act which left it insolvent and without liquidity, called it "loans" which were "generally" not used for "large amounts of personal consumption" (just "small amounts" used for such trivial items as $40 million penthouses and private jets).
And the only reason we don't officially call him a criminal just yet, is because he has not yet confirmed he used client money from his exchange to fund his personal hedge fund, an act which would cost any other individual decades in jail... but not prominent democrats like SBF or Jon Corzine, of course. Plus it's the US legal system's job to do that, not ours. Although we are growing increasingly skeptical this prominent Democratic donor will ever see the inside of a courtroom.
It's not just us: with much of the entire world demanding to know how this corpulent 30-year-old still has not been thrown in prison, or at least charged with a variety of crimes, the NYT just confirmed to the entire world what a farce the one-time paper of record has become, and how it is willing to whore itself out for clicks - not to mention prominent Democrat donors - because moments after SBF tweeted that he will be speaking with Andrew Ross-Sorkin moderated NYT "summit" on Nov 30...

EU Parliament Hit By Pro-Kremlin Cyberattack After Russian Terror Designation
The European Parliament on Wednesday voted to formally recognize Russia as a "state sponsor of terrorism" for what it called "deliberate attacks and atrocities carried out by the Russian Federation against the civilian population of Ukraine."
European legislators also cited "serious violations of human rights and international humanitarian law amount to acts of terror" in the overwhelming vote in favor of the terror label. The move is more symbolic than anything, however, carry no specific legal consequences for Moscow.
The EP is now urging the European Union to enact the same, which would mark a major escalation in already spiraling relations, as it would also likely require more sanctions.
The parliament statement said it "recognizes Russia as a state sponsor of terrorism and as a state which uses means of terrorism."
Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelensky praised the designation, saying Wednesday, "Russia must be isolated at all levels and held accountable in order to end its long-standing policy of terrorism in Ukraine and across the globe."
At the same time, Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova angrily dismissed the move, writing on Telegram: "I propose recognizing the European Parliament as a sponsor of idiocy."
Immediately after the vote, European officials accused Russia of mounting a "sophisticated" cyberattack:
"I confirm that the Parliament has been subject to an external cyber attack, but the Parliamentary services are doing well to defend the Parliament," Dita Charanzová, Czech MEP and Parliament vice president responsible for cybersecurity, said in a statement.
Another senior Parliament official, requesting not to be named, said "it might be the most sophisticated attack that the Parliament has known so far."
Eva Kaili, who is the Greek vice president of the European Parliament, pointed the finger at Moscow, saying, "We have a strong indication that it is from Killnet, the hackers with links to Russia indeed. This is my information, but it is under control. It only cut the external access to the Parliament's website ... Unless there is extra attacks we expect it to be back and accessible very soon."
Shortly after, a group believed by the West to have ties to the Russian state claimed responsibility:

True the Vote founder Catherine Engelbrecht and investigator Gregg Phillips have been cleared of the contempt charges that landed them in federal prison and solitary confinement earlier this month. The contempt charges were ordered by Judge Kenneth Hoyt against the #2000Mules duo for not disclosing their sources regarding the Konnech investigation that landed the CEO Eugene Yu in jail in Los Angeles. The election firm CEO faced charges that claimed U.S. citizens’ data was being stored on Chinese servers against Eugene Yu. Those charges, however, we’re recently dropped.
Engelbrecht and Phillips were kept in federal prison for a week, sometimes in isolation. According to Gregg Phillips:
[They were] strip searched and how they were placed in handcuffs and ankle irons. They also were chained around their waists for most of the first day as they were being processed. In the short clip below, Phillips also explains how Engelbrecht was forced to use the bathroom and shower with a plate of glass on her wall that made all of her activities viewable to anyone standing outside of her cell.
Phillips claimed that the prison stint was an attempt to silence the election integrity activists after they had “irrefutable evidence” that the “entire PA voter registration file is living on a server in China.”
Now, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals has vacated those charges.

Such a demand [to disclose sources] makes perfect sense when made by a
plaintiff in discovery. But the record does not reveal what sort of emergency
justified the district court’s demand for that information before the parties
could file Rule 12 motions, before the defendants could file an answer, before
the parties could file their initial disclosures, or before discovery could begin
let alone conclude in the ordinary course…
Much less did the district court explain
what sort of emergency could warrant jailing the petitioner-defendants for
not making such immediate disclosures. Rather, the district court made clear
that it was imposing its disclosure requirements because it—the district
court—wanted to add defendants to the lawsuit

As Washington's yearly defense budget hurtles towards the $1 trillion mark, the DoD continues to operate with little to no oversight of its spending practices

The US Department of Defense has, for the fifth straight year, failed to pass a financial audit, with only seven out of the Pentagon’s 27 military agencies receiving a passing grade.
“We failed to get an ‘A’,” Mike McCord, the Pentagon’s comptroller and chief financial officer, told reporters last week, announcing the results of the Pentagon’s fifth-ever financial audit.
“I would not say that we flunked,” he added, despite his office acknowledging that the Pentagon only managed to account for 39 percent of its $3.5 trillion in assets.
With this failure, the Pentagon has kept its spot as the only US government agency to have never passed a comprehensive audit. It also highlights the US war department’s persistent lack of internal financial control, its poor budget estimations and rampant overspending.
A clear example of this is the F-35 program, which has gone over its original budget by $165 billion to build a plane tasked to perform many different tasks, none of which it does well.
The Pentagon is slated to buy more than 2,400 F-35s for the Air Force, Marines, and Navy. The estimated lifetime cost for procuring and operating these planes – $1.7 trillion – would make it the Pentagon’s most expensive weapons project ever.

Top Arizona Election Official Moved To 'Undisclosed Location'
Bill Gates, chair of the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors, confirmed that he was moved to an undisclosed location for safety reasons amid security concerns in connection to the 2022 midterm elections.
While speaking on KTAR News 92.3 FM’s “Arizona’s Morning News” on Nov. 21, Gates noted that the condition hasn’t interfered with his work in the state’s election system.
“I’m not in hiding … but I’ll put it this way. When the sheriff suggests that I spend the night somewhere else, I do it,” Arizona’s top election official told the station.
Gates was asked on the show to describe what the incident has done to him and his family emotionally, and also if he’s considering leaving public office following threats of violence.
“I’ve been an elected official since 2009 and here’s the reality: You’re not going to make everyone happy,” he said. “I was elected and was privileged to be reelected by my constituents in 2020 and I’m going to continue to serve.”
Gates said disruption to his family “has been minimal,” adding that the issue has been “blown out of proportion.” He also underscored that the situation did not have any impact on his official duties.
“This isn’t about me at all. I’m going to be fine. My family is going to be fine. This is not impacting me doing my work on the election, or generally, any one of the 50 lines of business that we’re in at Maricopa County,” Gates said.
“Threats of violence should never be normalized, of course, and I am, in particular, more concerned with our elections workers who have been dealing with this … not only here in Maricopa County but, really, nationwide for the past two years,” he added.
Jason Berry, a Maricopa County spokesperson, told CNN that Gates moved locations after there was a specific threat made against him on an undescribed social media platform. He was under the protection of the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office and stayed at the undisclosed location for just one night.
The incident occurred as the state’s most populous county has been criticized after widespread problems with ballot-tabulation equipment were reported on Election Day at approximately 70 of the county’s 223 voting centers.
A judge in Maricopa County who was asked to adjudicate an emergency motion (pdf) filed by the Republican National Committee (RNC), as well as GOP gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake and U.S. Senate candidate Blake Masters, said that the GOP did not “have evidence there was a voter who was precluded the right to vote” in connection to the tabulation problems.

A Bloomberg Intelligence stock gauge of builders climbed as much as 5%, with CIFI Group Holdings Co. and Longfor Group both surging over 10%. Property firms’ dollar bonds also gained, with investment-grade Longfor rising as much as 6 cents. China’s banks have been told to provide at least 1 trillion yuan in funding in the final months of 2022 to the battered property sector to avoid a broader fallout on the economy that is also weighed down by Covid lockdowns. At a meeting with banks on Monday, the People’s Bank of China said it planned to provide 200 billion yuan in interest-free re-lending loans to commercial banks through the end of March 2023 to support them to provide matching funds for stalled property projects. Earlier this month regulators issued a 16-point plan to financial firms for boosting the real estate market, with measures that range from addressing developers’ liquidity crisis to loosening down-payment requirements for homebuyers.

Aman Jabbi is a native of India and an engineer who worked in Silicon Valley for 25 years, co-inventor of two cellphone camera apps. He emigrated to the United States in 1988 because he admired America’s culture of liberty and ingenuity.
Jabbi now lives in Big Fork, Montana, and has become, in my opinion, one of the most important whistleblowers and voices of warning about the coming beast system.

Before you can break out of the matrix, you need to know that you live in a matrix, and that involves recognizing the tentacles of the matrix gaining a stranglehold on your life.
Most of us spend way too much time focused on the wrong things. We talk endlessly about what’s going on in Washington when we’ve invited the beast system right into our homes, even get it injected into our own bodies. We place ourselves on a path to destruction out of fear, lack of information (ignorance) and lack of discernment.
Even if you live in a red state like Florida, Georgia, Tennessee or Texas, you will not be insulated or protected from the beast system because its claws are already dug into the infrastructure of all 50 states.
We have people, well-intentioned people, in the conservative movement who make their living warning us about the socialists, the communists or the Islamists.
Here’s the hard truth: We could eliminate every single socialist, communist and Islamist from America tomorrow and we would still be in a heap of trouble because the globalists already have the laws and technological infrastructure in place to convert our Republic into a technocratic slave state.
Some of the most advanced elements of this infrastructure, as Jabbi points out, are in states like Florida and Georgia and other red states.
This is the dark underside of tyranny that nobody wants to talk about. Not a single politician talks about it on a regular basis. Senator Rand Paul of Kentucky comes perhaps the closest to understanding this system but I wonder if even he understands the full scope of the problem.
The way to defeat this system is so simple and yet so difficult. One thing I can promise you is that we will never vote our way out of it because the same people who are laying the infrastructure for SMART Cities worldwide are in control of the voting systems internationally.
Because there are so many of us as opposed to so few of them, we must use the power of numbers.
All we have to do is say no. Reject the tools of our enslavement that are offered on a shiny silver platter that looks so enticing.
We must recognize that these are the very same tools and products that make our busy 21st century lives so convenient, so efficient and entertaining. And so we buy them on cue, we upgrade them on cue, we hand over our biometric data on cue, until one day we will wake up and realize we have convenienced ourselves and entertained ourselves right into a digital gulag from which there is no escape.

According to recent testimony and records provided to the Senate Judiciary Committee
by former Twitter, Inc. head of security, Peiter Zatko, at least 4,000 Twitter employees have
broad access to platform components that could allow them to impermissibly track an individual
user’s geo-location, IP address, email, phone number, and online activity.1 His testimony made
clear that a compromised Twitter employee working on behalf of a foreign power could use this
access to collect data on Americans and even hack other parts of a user’s phone to access files,
photos, or conversations that could then be used to extort, blackmail, or collect intelligence.2
These are significant security failures that Twitter must immediately address and fix. On
September 12, 2022, Senator Durbin and I posed a series of questions to your predecessor;
however, he failed to answer them citing the ongoing litigation with you as an excuse. The
allegations made by Mr. Zatko relate to activity that occurred prior to your ownership of Twitter.
Now that you have completed your acquisition of Twitter, you are uniquely positioned to provide
answers to Congress where your predecessor failed. Accordingly, I request that you answer the
questions in the enclosed September 12, 2022, letter and that you perform a threat assessment of
Twitter’s security protocol to better protect user data and privacy.
As you are aware, Twitter has a history of security concerns. For instance, in July 2020,
several high school students conducted a phishing scheme to successfully steal the login
information of Twitter employees which allowed them to take over the accounts for thenpresidential candidate Joe Biden, former President Barack Obama, and yourself.

...which these students were able to circumvent Twitter’s security protocols in order to obtain
access highlights the weaknesses in Twitter’s security.4
According to Mr. Zatko, Twitter has already been infiltrated by foreign agents.5
In his testimony, he revealed that the FBI recently notified Twitter that they had at least one Chinese
agent on the payroll.6 Separately, Mr. Zatko told the Committee that he believes that the
Republic of India was able to place at least one foreign asset within the company.7
He also testified to Twitter’s lack of concern over foreign agents being on the payroll when he recalled a
specific conversation with a Twitter executive in which they reportedly said, “Well, since we
already have one, what does it matter if we have more? Let’s keep growing the office.”8
In the hands of a foreign agent embedded at Twitter, a foreign adversary could use their
access to personal data to track down pro-democracy dissidents within their country or spy on
Americans. This has actually happened in the past. In 2019, two Twitter employees were
indicted by the Department of Justice for using their position at Twitter to access private user
data and give it to Saudi Arabia.9
These foreign agents were able to access and provide personal
information on more than 6,000 individuals of interest to the Saudi government.10
Mr. Zatko also informed the Committee that a foreign agent could use impermissibly
acquired personal data to launch a targeted cyber-attack against specific individuals via malware,
which would then potentially allow access to sensitive parts of a user’s phone.11 Furthermore,
this information could be shared or sold on underground online forums or to foreign
governments by agents without the person’s knowledge.12 Mr. Zatko also noted another
approach, albeit less likely: a foreign agent working within Twitter could insert malicious code
in Twitter’s code base to allow them to hack an individual’s phone or account.13
Twitter collects vast amounts of data on American citizens. Americans have a vested
interest in ensuring that their private data is secure, and that the companies which they have
entrusted with their private data have not been infiltrated by foreign agents. In the hands of a
foreign adversary, this data is a gold mine of information that could be used against American
interests. Twitter has a responsibility to ensure that the data is protected and doesn’t fall into the
hands of foreign powers.
Accordingly, no later than December 15, 2022, I request that you answer the September
12, 2022, letter and perform a threat assessment of Twitter’s current security posture and systems
to better protect user data and privacy. Lastly, I request that you brief Committee staff on the
findings of the assessment.
