Let me explain. You have bananas, but other than their short-lived success thanks to Gwen Stefani's spelling lessons in 2004, they've never quite taken off as a print. Also because they are shorthand for penis. Then we have cherries, but they have a sort of "bad reputation" for a fruit, a classic flash-tattoo design favored by those with retro sensibilities. Also because they have become a stand-in for cooters, even though they don't actually resemble them at all. Meanwhile, their bright-red relative the strawberry has cornered the little-girl market thanks to Strawberry Shortcake (which also means there's a Lolita factor in there, but let's not get into that, OK?).

So that leaves us with the pineapple.

The pineapple is the feminist fruit of our times. Stay with me here. Yes, you can playfully joke that a pineapple is a vag, but it isn't a friendly vag! There are spikes to get around, cutting into them takes a bit of practice, and if you don't know how to eat them right, the rind will fuck up the corner of your mouth (sorry, was that too much?).

The pineapple, which started out as a status symbol for colonizers, became a stand-in for comfort and hospitality. And then, after a young female designer turned it into the "I am woman, hear me roar" statement of her still-budding career, it's now the primary motif of, dare I say it … the post-Trump era.

A series of high-level murders, an attempt to set off nuclear weapons in the Ukraine, riots, and other chaos all indicate the current Western political system is imploding. The main problem is a group of Messianic fanatics who think they must fulfill end-times prophecies written in ancient books.

Let us start with the attempt by the end-times fanatics to start Armageddon in Ukraine. After we conveyed a message from Russia’s FSB last week that a U.S. C-17 carrying nuclear weapons arrived in Ukraine we got the following message from the NSA:

“Thanks to your tips 3 nukes were located headed into South-Eastern Ukraine to be remotely detonated… in about 2 weeks… hopefully Russia will take them out ………… and the 4 weapons headed into south Western Russia will be rerouted by Russia…And we hope the 4 nukes headed to DC, NYC, Moscow in June & Maybe London will also be rerouted into the depths of Langley East and West… we can only hope.”

The intercepted nukes were clearly intended to be set off in Ukraine and blamed on Russia as we can see from the propaganda campaign now going on. For example the U.S. Navy Information/Disinformation site Sorcha Faal and Jane’s report the following:

“President Putin authorizing the use of the nuclear-armed Iskander ballistic missiles being presently deployed near the Ukraine border.”

Since the 2020 election the American public learned that voting machines and the systems surrounding the machines have the ability to send ballots to adjudication.

So what is ballot adjudication?

So when an excess number of ballots are sent to adjudication, ballots can then be altered.

So when do ballots go to adjudication, who decides when the ballots go to adjudication and who then gets to “adjudicate” that ballot?

It is clear that controls need to be implemented to prevent fraud from occurring in these processes.

There has been much talk about voting machines used in the 2020 Election. Many individuals (maybe rightly so) blamed the machines for the observed issues in the election. But was it the machines or the systems surrounding the machines that were the cause of material issues in the 2020 Election? It may be the systems that need to be addressed more than the machines, or it may be both. If issues are not addressed, the controls within the voting machines can become weapons for fraud.

Michigan

In Antrim County Michigan, Attorney Mathew Deperno noted that a setting in the voting machines in that county caused an excessive number of ballots to be forced to be reviewed through ‘adjudication’. What this means, is these ballots were sent somewhere to someone to review and determine the results of the election for these ballots.

We first noted this in this audit of Antrim County performed by Deperno. We reported after the forensic examination of 16 Dominion Voting machines by a group brought in by attorney Deperno, that the Dominion Voting machines there were assigned a 68.05% error rate. DePerno explained that when ballots are put through the machine, a whopping 68.05% error rate means that 68.05% of the ballots are sent for bulk adjudication, which means they collect the ballots in a folder, and, “The ballots are sent somewhere where people in another location can change the vote,” DePerno explained. The number of votes going to adjudication should be a fraction of this.

In 2017, Dr. Crowe entered a DARPA grant competition to produce antibody antidotes fast enough to stop a pandemic. Dr. Matt Hepburn described the program at a TED Talk last year.

Basically, we're talking about engineering antibodies that are so effective that you get near-immediate protection once they're administered and you interrupt transmission in those communities. If you can interrupt it then potentially you can head off the Pandemic.

Dr. Crowe's lab delivered an antibody treatment to drugmaker AstraZeneca in a record 25 days. Others funded by the government's pandemic response program also shattered Matt Hepburn's 60-day mark, including biotech company AbCellera, working with Eli Lilly and Regeneron, which was used to treat President Trump.

Dr. James Crowe: This is the new normal. It's gonna be 60 days from here on out.

Well not quite yet - currently, antibodies are grown in a bioreactor like one at this Defense Department Rapid Response Plant in Florida. It'll take three weeks for this to produce 7,500 doses.

Dr. James Crowe: And so– a lot of scientists are trying to figure out, can this be done faster?

Dr. Crowe has successfully tested a faster way: RNA, the genetic tool DARPA helped pioneer that was used to make the coronavirus vaccine in record time. In the next outbreak – RNA would allow factories like this to churn out millions of doses a day.

Dr. James Crowe: We would start from– a blood sample from a survivor and be done with all of this and be giving you an injection of the cure within the 60 days.

With their promise of speed, immediate protection, and a cure, Dr. Hepburn says RNA antibodies could stop the next Wuhan-like outbreak cold.

Dr. Matt Hepburn: It's really beyond vaccines, That's our future. That's our next step.

A day after an incident at Iran’s uranium enrichment facility, which was blamed on Israeli spies, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said his country will defend itself from Iranian “aggression and terrorism.”

Without directly mentioning the incident in Iran, Netanyahu spared no words to admonish Tehran, calling it the biggest threat Israel faces in the Middle East.

“Iran has never given up its quest for nuclear weapons and missiles to deliver them. And Iran consistently and outrageously calls for Israel’s annihilation and works toward that goal,” the Israeli leader said.

I will never allow Iran to obtain the nuclear capability to carry out its genocidal goal of eliminating Israel. And Israel will continue to defend itself against Iran’s aggression and terrorism.

Netanyahu was speaking to the press alongside visiting US Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin, who assured his host of Washington’s unwavering support in maintaining Israeli military supremacy in the Middle East. Both officials brought up Yom HaShoah, the Israeli Holocaust Remembrance Day that was observed earlier in April.

On Sunday, Iran reported a power outage incident at its uranium enrichment facility in Natanz, blaming it on Israel. Israeli and US media said its sources confirmed that it was the result of a clandestine operation carried out by the Israeli intelligence agency Mossad. An offensive cyber operation has caused an explosion at the plant’s on-site power generation equipment, the media claimed. Iran didn’t offer details about the damage at Natanz.

Iranian Foreign Minister Javad Zarif claimed the alleged act of sabotage was meant to undermine EU-mediated talks in Vienna, where the US and Iran are trying to find a way to salvage the 2015 nuclear agreement between Iran and major world powers. The deal was meant to prevent Iran from reaching a point, from which it could rush toward producing a nuclear weapon. Tehran denied ever having a nuclear military program, but accepted restrictions on its nuclear industry in exchange for the lifting of international sanctions and other benefits.

Israel vocally objected to the deal-in-the-making, but failed to derail its sealing under the Obama administration. Donald Trump sided with Israel on the issue and withdrew from the agreement, known as the JCPOA, in 2018, as part of his policy of pressuring Iran with crippling economic sanctions.

Taiwan Records Largest Ever Incursion By Chinese Air Force With 25 Planes Monday

China has continued its muscle-flexing exercises near Taiwan on Monday, this time sending an unprecedentedly large group of aircraft to breach Taiwan's defense zone.

Taiwan's Defense Ministry has announced that 25 Chinese Air Force planes entered its airspace, which included 18 fighter jets escorting four long-range bombers. It marks the largest ever Chinese aerial incursion since Taiwan began recording and publicly disclosing the data and follows last month's 20-strong Chinese aircraft incursion.

As is typical in such aggressive Chinese maneuvers near the island, Taiwan said it scrambled its own jets while also issuing radio warnings, and further its military said "air defense missile systems deployed to monitor the activity."

It's widely perceived that Beijing's uptick in such flights, which have become 'routine' on a near daily basis, are meant to send a political message warning both secessionist forces in the democratic island as well as their superpower backer the United States.

Monday's largest ever PLA breach of airspace further comes a day after Biden's secretary of state Antony Blinken hit out at Beijing over the Taiwan issue, warning it would be a "serious mistake" for anyone to try and change the status quo in the western Pacific via military threats. Of course, that's precisely the charge Beijing has lately leveled back, claiming it's Washington which is the one reneging on the 'One China' policy.

Mexico puts 9 states on ALERT following theft of highly RADIOACTIVE material in truck robbery

The Mexican government has issued a warning to nine states, including its capital, Mexico City, alerting them that a device capable of causing “fatal injuries” if handled improperly found its way into the hands of robbers.

Industrial radiography equipment has been stolen in a “violent robbery” of a truck near the municipality of Teoloyucan in the state of Mexico in the early hours of Sunday, the government said in a statement.

No details about the incident have been made public and the unidentified perpetrators are reportedly still on the run. The equipment was stolen when the robbers hijacked its pick-up vehicle, a Toyota Hilux.

The development sparked a particular concern among the Mexican authorities since the stolen device contains a highly radioactive source of Iridium-192. If removed from a special secure container, this source could inflict “permanent injuries” to anyone who has direct contact with it for mere minutes, the government statement warns.

In case [one] remains in direct contact with the source for hours or days, its effects can be fatal.

Mexico’s National Commission for Nuclear Safety and Safeguards (CNSNS) reported the incident to the National Civil Protection Coordination (CNPC), which, in turn, put civil protection units in nine Mexican states on alert.

It is unclear if the device was the robbers’ target or whether they were aware of its existence at all. The device, described as a gamma-ray source projector, was produced by an American company, QSA Global, which specializes in supplying “high performance radiation sources used in non-destructive test devices, oil well logging (OWL), industrial processes, and medical research.”

The Mexican government urged any person who happens to find the stolen equipment, which looks like a small yellow box with a handle, to stay away from it. A 30-meter perimeter should also be established around the device in case it is found, the statement adds.

The authorities were also ordered to make a record of all people, including civilians and first responders, who might “have been located within the security radius” once the device is found.

While quite uncommon, crimes involving radioactive materials, mostly used in various kinds of measuring equipment, still do happen around the world. Back in 2018, the “disappearance” of an industrial device sparked a frantic search for it in Malaysia.

In 2019, a portable moisture-density gauge containing sealed sources of radioactive material was stolen from a construction site in the US State of Colorado. In 2020, a similar device went missing from a construction site in Australia’s city of Adelaide. In both cases, the incidents only sparked local alerts.

UK to investigate ex-PM Cameron’s alleged lobbying of ministers to secure govt contract for firm he advised

The UK government will launch an independent inquiry into lobbying by former PM David Cameron, who allegedly held secret talks with current ministers in a bid to get work for a firm he advised, Boris Johnson’s office has said.

Cameron allegedly had unfettered access to ministers as he tried to get the government to adopt a new finance scheme being pushed by financier Lex Greensill, whose eponymous company the ex-PM advised.

Among the claims are that Cameron privately lobbied the health secretary, Matt Hancock, the chancellor, Rishi Sunak, and other ministers without using the proper channels for communication.

The allegations have been dubbed the “biggest lobbying scandal in a generation” by Sir Alistair Graham, the former chairman of the Committee on Standards in Public Life.

On Monday, PM Johnson officially commissioned an independent review, to be led by legal expert Nigel Boardman, into contract tendering and business interaction with the government.

Pressure has mounted on the government to intervene in the scandal after revelations against Cameron were published by the Sunday Times at the weekend. The paper claims to have seen emails sent by Cameron to Johnson’s senior special adviser last year, just hours after Greensill Capital had its application for a government Covid-19 loan rejected.

In one email, Cameron reportedly called on Sunak to make sure Greensill would get one of the loans, which are intended for companies impacted by the pandemic. The former PM also contacted Sunak by text about the loans, according to details released by the Treasury.

Sunak has been summoned to parliament on Tuesday to explain his role in Greensill’s access to the government’s Covid-19 loan scheme. It is not confirmed if he will appear in person or send a Treasury minister in his place.

Arkansas Governor: Social conservatives 'don't need to use the instrument of the law' to change the culture

Gov. Asa Hutchinson admonished social conservatives to stick by "limited government" principles.

Arkansas Gov. Asa Hutchinson (R) criticized Republican lawmakers on Sunday for advancing so-called "culture war bills," like the legislation banning transgender hormone therapies or surgeries for minors he recently vetoed, saying that conservatives should rely on churches and communities to change the culture.

On "Meet the Press" Sunday, host Chuck Todd interviewed the governor about his veto and asked him about other GOP legislation — like bills dealing with transgender athletes or banning critical race theory curricula in schools — describing such bills as "culture war bills."

Hutchinson argued the Republican Party must stand by "the principles of limited government" even as social conservatives fear they are losing the culture to progressive ideologues warping the law to enforce their worldview.

"Just because you want to keep things as they have been, perhaps, you don't need to use the instrument of the law. You don't need to use the state to accomplish that purpose in every instance," Hutchinson said.

In a Washington Post op-ed, Hutchinson wrote he was "being attacked by some of my Republican colleagues for not being pure enough on social issues and for vetoing a bill that limited access to health care for transgender youth."

Appearing on several programs news programs to defend his veto, Hutchinson has made repeated appeals to limited government conservatism in support of his position.

"I signed two [bills] that I thought made sense. One was girls in sports, trying to protect women's sports. The other one was supporting medical conscience, that doctors can claim a conscience reason if they want to deny a particular procedure, but they have to do emergency care. And so those are two bills that I signed," he told Todd.

"The third one was not well done. It did not protect the youth. It interfered with the government getting into the lives of transgender youth, as well as their parents and the decisions that doctors made. And to me, it's about compassion. But it is also about making, having the laws make sense in a limited role of government," he continued. "And that's the case that I made in the Washington Post column that as Republicans, we need to get back and ask the question, 'Is this the appropriate role of government? Are we restraining ourselves?'"

Hutchinson said that conservatives shouldn't use the "instrument of law" to defend the culture.

Schuchat, who began the position under the Obama administration in 2015, praised the controversial initiative during a February 2020 press briefing.

During the briefing, a spokesperson from the group’s U.S. headquarters inquires “if there is a space for nonprofits like ours to get involved and help either through translation or community outreach.” “The language and cultural competence of an organization like yours can be an asset to this type of response,” Schuchat asserts in response.

The Confucius Institute U.S. Center, which was labeled a foreign mission of the Chinese Communist Party by the Trump administration, also appeared to hype Schuchat’s comment, clipping portions of her answer for a video on its YouTube channel and including them in a press release.

And just one week after the presser, the Confucius Institute’s Chinese headquarters was issuing press releases praising the Chinese Communist Party’s “comprehensive” response to the virus, adding the regime “once again creates miracles with Chinese speed”:

“After the outbreak of the epidemic, the Chinese side has, in the spirit of being responsible for people’s health and for global public health, taken the most comprehensive and strict prevention and control measures, share the information of the epidemic and the gene sequence of the novel coronavirus with the relevant parties in a timely, transparent, open and effective manner.”

The statement continues, alleging the regime’s self-proclaimed “timely, transparent, open and effective” response has been extolled by several international bodies and leaders: “The measures taken by the Chinese side have effectively prevented the spread of the epidemic worldwide, which has been fully recognized and highly valued by the World Health Organization and many countries.”

While Confucius Institutes disguise themselves as language and culture initiative, they’re replete with “undisclosed ties to Chinese institutions, and conflicted loyalties,” Chinese state propaganda, and intellectual property theft, according to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ). Confucius Institutes have also been described by Chinese government officials as “an important part of China’s overseas propaganda set-up.”

Sergei Korolev, who was appointed to a key FSB position earlier this year by President Vladimir Putin, is connected to leaders in the Russian criminal underworld accused of dozens of murders and kidnappings.

Earlier this year, Russian President Vladimir Putin appointed a man named Sergei Korolev as first deputy director of the Federal Security Service (FSB), the country’s main security agency.

Prior to obtaining this high-level position, Korolev headed the FSB’s Economic Security Service, and before that, the agency’s Directorate of Internal Security. That’s where the official version of his biography ends.

But iStories spoke with Korolev’s acquaintances — who cannot be named in this story for security reasons — and examined documents from several high-profile criminal cases in which his name appeared.

As it turns out, he has personal connections with several well-known leaders of the Russian criminal underworld who have been accused of kidnappings and contract murders. Though some details about these relationships have appeared in the press, this seemed to have no effect on his career. Indeed, his colleagues’ respect for him seems only to have grown.

The Killers from Irkutsk

Korolev was born in 1962 in Frunze, the Soviet name for the Kyrgyz capital of Bishkek.

According to several of his acquaintances, he came from a military family with good connections: His late father was hunting buddies with Viktor Zubkov, who worked with Vladimir Putin in the St. Petersburg mayor’s office in the early 1990s, later served as prime minister, and now chairs the board of the state oil giant Gazprom.

Korolev’s former colleagues, as well as members of other law enforcement agencies who crossed paths with him, say that, despite his connections, Korolev’s own career was built on being “a savvy operative” — a high form of praise in law enforcement circles.

But Korolev’s career has also been punctuated by multiple public revelations that he has connections to underworld figures. If these had no apparent impact on his rise to the top, he may have Putin’s social circle to thank for it.

12 State Attorneys General wrote a letter to the CEOs.

12 state attorneys general, headed by New York’s Letitia James, want Facebook and Twitter to do more to stop the spread of coronavirus vaccine skepticism. The AGs said that Facebook and Twitter are not enforcing their existing policies on vaccine misinformation.

In a letter to Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey and Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg, the coalition of state Attorneys General called on the social media platforms to fully enforce their vaccine misinformation policies immediately. James argued that vaccine skepticism is jeopardizing the coronavirus vaccination program and America’s road to recovery. James wants skepticism silenced.

“The science is clear — this vaccine saves lives, which is why I already received my vaccine and why I encourage all New Yorkers to get their vaccine when eligible,” James said. “As we continue to make strides in vaccinating New Yorkers and recovering from the pandemic, it is imperative that every individual has access to this lifesaving vaccine and the science-based facts about it. We must ensure that there are no barriers to individuals receiving their dose, especially those in communities most impacted by the pandemic, including communities of color. Facebook and Twitter must take immediate action to protect New Yorkers and limit any further loss of life as a result of the spread of inaccurate information.”

In the letter, the AGs said that both Facebook and Twitter have failed to fully enforce their existing policies on vaccine skepticism.

“Twitter and Facebook have yet to remove from all their platforms the accounts of prominent anti-vaxxers who have repeatedly violated the companies’ terms of service. Digital media research groups estimate that, as of March 10, 2021, 12 anti-vaxxers’ personal accounts and their associated organizations, groups, and websites are responsible for 65 percent of public anti-vaccine content on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter,” the letter stated.

MINNEAPOLIS, MN—In a powerful display of their care for love and justice, protesters in Minneapolis burned the word "LOVE" into the city, arranging the inspiring message with homes and businesses set ablaze by their riots.

Heartfelt and moving.

"We just really wanted to show how much we care about love and social justice by burning this community into a powerful reminder of what it's all about," said local protester Jake Hernandez, who had flown in from Portland for the event. "Now, when police and fire helicopters fly over to try to restore order, they'll be inspired by our message of love and harmony."

Upon seeing the heart-wrenching message of unity, police dropped their batons, ripped off their badges, donned bandanas, picked up bricks, and joined the protesters in their rioting and looting. "I don't know how I didn't see the light before," said former police officer, now Antifa chapter leader Bridget Morrison as she lobbed a Molotov cocktail into a minority-owned business. "I'm woke to the cause of love and harmony."

What a powerful message! The protesters were also planning to burn the word "SOCIAL JUSTICE" into predominantly black parts of town but have sadly run out of buildings to burn.

House Minority Whip Steve Scalise (R-La.) posted video footage of numerous unaccompanied children being housed in a Donna, Texas, Border Patrol facility and said it’s tantamount to “child abuse.”

“I visited the Donna processing facility yesterday … This is the devastating result of their disastrous left-wing immigration agenda. RT so everyone can see what they’re trying to hide. This is child abuse,” Scalise wrote on Twitter on April 10.

The video showed what appeared to be possibly hundreds of children covered in aluminum-style blankets, packed next to each other in transparent pens. The sound of people talking loudly in the background can be heard.

A day before releasing the video, Scalise, the No. 2 Republican in the House, posted a video of himself talking near a section of the U.S.-Mexico border.

“This is out of control. It’s the middle of the night. We’ve seen dozens of children flow freely across the border in just the past few minutes,” he said in a tweet as dozens of people who appear to be trying to cross the border illegally walk past him.

The Epoch Times has contacted the Department of Homeland Security for comment.

On Monday, the White House reached a deal with Mexico, Guatemala, and Honduras to potentially stem the flow of illegal immigration into the United States, a Biden administration official said.

Special Assistant to the President for Immigration for the Domestic Policy Council Tyler Moran said in a TV interview that the administration “secured agreements” that would place “more troops on their” respective borders.

“Mexico, Honduras, and Guatemala have all agreed to do this,” Moran said. “That not only is going to prevent the traffickers and the smugglers and cartels that take advantage of the kids on their way here, but also to protect those children.”

The announcement comes as numerous illegal immigrants have attempted to cross the U.S.-Mexico border in recent months. In March, the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) encountered more than 171,000 illegal immigrants, including a significant number of unaccompanied children, according to data provided by the agency.

Authorities encountered 18,890 unaccompanied children in March, well above previous highs of 11,475 in May 2019 and 10,620 in June 2014 reported by the Border Patrol, which began publishing numbers in 2009.

More than 4,000 parents and children—mostly unaccompanied minors—have been crammed into a CBP tent complex designed for 250 in Donna, Texas. More than 600 children were packed into a room built for 32 last week, according to Reuters.

HOUTHI DRONES ATTACKED ARAMCO REFINERIES, ‘SENSITIVE MILITARY SITES’ IN SAUDI ARABIA

On April 12, the Houthis (as Ansar Allah is also known) claimed that they had launched 17 drones and two ballistic missiles on the territory of Saudi Arabia.

According to the Houthi military spokesperson Brig. Gen. Yahya Sari, their explosive-laden drones successfully targeted Saudi Aramco sites in the eastern oil terminal of Jubail and the western city of Jeddah late on April 11.

Saudi officials, nor Aramco have not commented on the attack, yet.

The Houthis also claimed that they targeted military sites near the Saudi southwestern towns of Jazan and Khamis Mushait.

In its turn, Saudi Ekhbariya TV the Kingdom military intercepted several armed drones and at least one ballistic missile launched toward the Jazan area.

A day before, the Houthis announced that two Qasef-2K drones had been launched at Jizan Regional Airport in the province of Jizan and King Khalid Air Base in the province of ‘Asir. The drones targeted warplanes shelters.

Since the beginning of April, the Yemeni group has significantly stepped up their drone attacks on Saudi Arabia. They are targeting important Saudi military facilities, as well as Aramco installations on a regular basis. They also use suicide drones to disturb the aerial operations of the Saudi-led coalition over Yemen.

Saudi Arabia has no means to protect strategically important military sites in its territory, nor to gain any success on the ground in Yemen.

(Washington, DC) – Judicial Watch today released a transcript of the March 24 oral argument before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit challenging a lower court ruling upholding the secrecy of controversial secretly-issued congressional subpoenas for phone records by Rep. Adam Schiff, Chairman of the U.S. House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, relating to the impeachment of President Trump. The appeals court hearing came after a lower court ruling in the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit, Judicial Watch v. v Adam Schiff and U.S. House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence (No. 1:19-03790)), requesting subpoenas issued by the Committee on or about September 30, 2019.

The Judicial Watch lawsuit sought the controversial impeachment-related subpoenas for phone records, including those of Rudy Giuliani, President Trump’s lawyer. Schiff and the Committee are being represented by the Office of General Counsel for the House of Representatives.

The phone records led to the publication of the private phone records of Giuliani, Congressman Devin Nunes, journalist John Solomon, Trump attorney Jay Sekulow, attorney Victoria Toensing, and other American citizens.

Schiff and the Committee claim “sovereign immunity;” “Speech or Debate Clause” privilege; immunity from FOIA and transparency law; that the records are secret; and that Judicial Watch and public do not need to see them. Judicial Watch is appealing a lower court decision suggested that Schiff and the House have “absolute” immunity from inquiries about the subpoenas.

America’s big corporations are taking a stance in our culture wars – and they’re backing the Left.

For as much as I’d like to attribute the rise in “woke” marketing from corporations we’ve seen in recent years to them pretending to take stances to make money, they apparently do believe their rhetoric, and are trying to influence politics. The latest cause of theirs is embracing the Left’s fact-free case against election integrity, and they’re actively working to undermine it.

According to the Daily Caller:

The leaders of over 100 major corporations spoke via Zoom on Saturday about how they could combat election integrity laws similar to the one passed in Georgia.

The executives on the call reportedly expressed concern about legislation that they view as restricting voting rights. They included the owner of the Atlanta Falcons, who also co-founded Home Depot, the chairwoman of the Starbucks board, and the CEO of AMC Entertainment, the Wall Street Journal reported.

Jeffrey Sonnenfeld, a Yale School of Management professor who helped organize the meeting, told the Washington Post that the corporate leaders on the call “felt very strongly that these voting restrictions are based on a flawed premise and are dangerous.” “There was a defiance of the threats that businesses should stay out of politics,” he continued. “They were obviously rejecting that even with their presence. But they were there out of concern about voting restrictions not being in the public interest.”

Coca-Cola required ID to enter their 2020 shareholding meeting, Citibank requires ID to open a new account, AMC requires an ID to see an R-rated movie, Delta requires a photo ID to board a plane, and the list goes on.

Voter ID is among the most popular policies that there exists polling data on. According to polling from the Associated Press, 72% of American adults approve of requiring photo ID to vote – with most Republicans and Democrats supporting it. Only 24% of Democrats actually oppose photo ID, but if your impression of the issue was from liberal media pundits alone, you’d assume that 100% of Democrats opposed it (and would immediately brand you a racist for supporting it).

Members include Elon Musk, Dan Gilbert and a handful of Chinese entrepreneurs:

1. Zhong Shanshan (3300 percent/$66 billion gain), China. Saw his wealth rise an eye-popping 3,300 percent during the pandemic year, from $2 billion to $68 billion. The wealth surge was the result of two of his companies going public in 2020, Nongfu bottled water and Beijing Wantai Biological Pharmacy.

2. Tatyana Bakalchuk (1,200 percent/$12 billion gain), Russia. Founded the e-commerce apparel company, Wildberries. Her wealth increased by $12 billion over the pandemic, rising from $1 billion to $13 billion.

3. Zuo Hui (714 percent/$15.9 billion gain), China. Chair of Homelink, China’s largest real estate brokerage company. Wealth increased $15.9 billion, from $2.2 billion to $17.9 billion.

4. Bom Kim (670 percent/$6.7 billion gain), U.S. Wealth has increased 670 percent, from $1 billion to $7.7 billion over the pandemic year. Founder of the e-commerce giant Coupang, the Amazon of South Korea. Kim’s fortune surged as high as $11 billion after the company’s IPO in early March.

5. Dan Gilbert (642 percent/$41.7 billion gain), US. Owner of Quicken Loans, which capitalized on cloistered citizens tapping online financing. His wealth increased 641.5 percent, from $6.5 billion to $48.2 billion over the pandemic year.

6. Cheng Yixiao (614 percent/$13.5 billion gain), China. Co-founder of Kuaishou, a video platform based in Beijing. His wealth increased $13.5 billion, from $2.2 billion to $15.7 billion during the pandemic year.

7. Su Hua (583 percent/$16.9 billion gain), China. Also a co-founder of video platform and live-streaming app, Kuaishu. Hua’s wealth increased $16.9 billion during the pandemic year, from $2.9 billion to $19.8 billion.

8. Ernest Garcia II (567 percent/$13.6 billion), US. Wealth increased 566.7 percent, from $2.4 billion to $16 billion during the pandemic year. Biggest shareholder of Carvana, the online car sales and auto-financing giant.

9. Elon Musk ($559 percent/$137.5 billion gain), US. Musk is now the third wealthiest person in the world as his shares in Tesla, Space-X and other companies that he owns continue to climb. His wealth increased $558.9 percent, from $24.6 billion to $162.1 billion during the pandemic year (down $9.9 billion from March 17, 2021, so fluctuating wildly).

10. Brian Armstrong (550 percent/$5.5 billion gain), US. Chief executive of Coinbase, the largest cryptocurrency exchange in the country. Wealth increased 550 percent, from $1 billion to $6.5 billion during the pandemic year.

11. Chan Tan Ching-Fen (540 percent, $8.1 billion gain), Hong Kong. Wealth comes from Hang Lung Group, a large real estate founded by her late husband. Wealth increased $1.5 billion to $9.6 billion, an increase of $8.1 billion over the pandemic year.

12. Bobby Murphy (531 percent/$10.1 billion gain), US. Wealth increased 531 percent, from $1.9 billion to $12 billion during the pandemic year. Co-founder of Snapchat, with his Stanford fraternity brother, Evan Spiegel (490 percent/$9.3 billion gain).

13. Forrest Li (500 percent, $9.5billion gain), Singapore. Li’s wealth increased $9.5 billion, from $1.9 billion to $11.4 billion during the pandemic year. He is owner of the online gaming and e-commerce platform, Sea.

Hammer-Wielding Intruders Attack Hong Kong Epoch Times Printing Press

Four intruders barged into the printing plant of the Hong Kong edition of The Epoch Times in the early hours of April 12, damaging computers and printing equipment. The attack is believed to be the latest effort by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) to silence The Epoch Times.

In an attack on the same facility in November 2019, four masked men set fire to two printing presses. The perpetrators behind the arson attack have remained at large.

Cheryl Ng, a spokeswoman for the Hong Kong edition, said the intrusion was characteristic of the CCP and had the aim of silencing an independent outlet from reporting on topics that are taboo to the communist regime.

Ng condemned the attack and said it was a crime against Hong Kong’s freedom of speech.

The Epoch Times, one of the few independent media outlets in Hong Kong, is known for its uncensored coverage of China, including political infighting within the CCP, the regime’s human rights violations against ethnic minorities and religious groups, and Beijing’s propaganda and influence operations abroad.

The Hong Kong edition has also provided extensive independent coverage of the city’s pro-democracy movement, which started in June 2019 but subsided in July last year when Beijing imposed a draconian national security law on the China-ruled city. The law has further stripped away Hong Kong’s dwindling autonomy, in particular the city’s press freedom.

The New Hampshire Senate voted 24-0 to pass the bill last Friday and sent it to Governor Sununu’s desk for signing.

In a HUGE WIN for We, the People, and for New Hampshire election integrity, the NH Senate voted 24-0 just minutes ago to concur with the House amended version of SB43. This Bill was championed by Senator Bob Giuda and will validate election integrity in our state by mandating a forensic audit on Windham’s 11/3/20 general election ballots and voting machines as configured on November 3, 2020.

Concord, NH – Today, Governor Chris Sununu issued the following statement after signing SB 43 into law, authorizing an audit of the Rockingham County District 7 state representative race.

“New Hampshire elections are safe, secure, and reliable,” said Governor Chris Sununu. “Out of the hundreds of thousands of ballots cast this last year, we saw only very minor, isolated issues — which is proof our system works. This bill will help us audit an isolated incident in Windham and keep the integrity of our system intact.”

The New Hampshire Senate voted 24-0 to pass the bill last Friday and sent it to Governor Sununu’s desk for signing.

In a HUGE WIN for We, the People, and for New Hampshire election integrity, the NH Senate voted 24-0 just minutes ago to concur with the House amended version of SB43. This Bill was championed by Senator Bob Giuda and will validate election integrity in our state by mandating a forensic audit on Windham’s 11/3/20 general election ballots and voting machines as configured on November 3, 2020.

The forensic audit will determine the huge discrepancy between the election day results and subsequent recount of Windham’s November 3, 2020 State Rep. race where a difference of 1,363 total votes from just 10,006 ballots was uncovered.

New Hampshire lawmakers were scheduled to vote on the Windham Amendment SB43 this week.

Why is SB43 Important?

Senate Bill SB43 mandates an audit of Windham’s disturbing November 3, 2020 general election results that produced a massive discrepancy between the machine vote tally for the State Rep race on election day and a hand recount 9 days later. The recount showed a difference of 1,363 votes for the State Rep race being shifted with only 10,006 ballots were cast. That is a big discrepancy – and we need to know why!

Senator Bob Giuda spearheaded a herculean effort to push SB43 through the Senate with a 24-0 vote in February because the AG’s office refused to perform an investigation into the disturbing results. The Bill was subsequently strengthened via a house amendment and passed by the House Election Law Committee 20-0. It will now be voted on by the full house tomorrow or Thursday.

The passage of SB43 into law is critical to ensure election integrity is verified not only in Windham, but across NH – because the same machines are used to count 85% of all votes in NH.

White House blames 'error' after Biden campaign fundraising page linked on .gov website

The White House said Thursday that a link to a page on the Biden campaign website in the WhiteHouse.gov fact sheet for the president's $2 trillion-plus spending plan was put there in error.

The link was included on the words "more likely" deep in the body of the 25-page document. The line where it was included said, "People of color and low-income people are more likely to live in areas most vulnerable to flooding and other climate change-related weather events." The link was eventually taken down.

Those who clicked on the link were taken to a page on "clean energy" and "environmental justice" on the "JoeBiden.com" website, which also said people of color are at higher risk due to weather events. The link was included in a way often done on web pages to bolster factual claims.

But the page also prominently solicits donations in a way that is generally considered improper to be connected to an official government website.

Rep. Victoria Spartz, R-Ind., pointed out the link Thursday. White House Director of Digital Strategy Rob Flaherty responded a few hours later that the White House had fixed the issue.

"Good flag. The link was in error — we think an errant copy/paste — and that’s our mistake. It is now fixed," Flaherty said.

A Fox News analysis of campaign finance laws found no specific provision of law that the link may have violated. But it raises questions surrounding the Hatch Act, a law that limits political activities by executive branch employees. Democrats often accused members of the Trump administration of violating the Hatch Act.

Nevertheless, the law has rarely led to punishment for some officials. The Supreme Court has, however, repeatedly upheld the Hatch Act as constitutional.

Biden's spending plan, formally titled the American Jobs Plan, is being sold as an infrastructure proposal and has broad support from most Democrats in Congress, though there are some that appear reluctant to back it as one massive bill.

Republicans uniformly oppose the plan and say most of it is not actually spending on infrastructure but instead designed to bolster assorted liberal priorities.

"This plan is not about rebuilding America’s backbone. Less than 6% of this massive proposal goes to roads and bridges," Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., said. "It would spend more money just on electric cars than on America’s roads, bridges, ports, airports and waterways combined."

A Fox News analysis of Biden's plan showed that it spends less than $750 billion or between 30% and 40% on infrastructure.

The subpoena, issued by Thursday by Senate Judiciary Committee chairman Sen. Keith Regier of Kalispell, is the latest twist in Republican efforts alleging that some Montana judges are improperly taking sides on political issues – including a new law that gives Republican Gov. Greg Gianforte more power to appoint judges.

The subpoena also is related to a lawsuit currently before the Montana Supreme Court, challenging the constitutionality of the new law giving Gianforte the wider power to appoint judges.

Republican lawmakers, who support the law, have been asking to see internal judicial documents, in an attempt to show whether members of the Supreme Court have expressed opinions about it. Gianforte signed the law just four weeks ago.
