Despite having the capacity of carrying only 150 people, a US cargo jet packed with no fewer than 640 Afghans managed to fly out of Kabul on Sunday amid the Taliban gains in the capital. Reuters captured a photo of the Afghans inside the plane as it took off from the Kabul International Airport.

Pentagon spokesman John Kirby said 700 people, including only 150 Americans and many Afghan citizens, have moved out of Afghanistan in the last 24 hours.....

The hegemonic narrative rules that Washington bombed Afghanistan in 2001 in "self-defense" after 9/11; installed a "democratic" government; and after 16 years never de facto left because this is a key node in the Global War on Terror (GWOT), against al-Qaeda and the Taliban alike.

Washington spent over $100 billion in Afghan reconstruction. And, allegedly, $8.4 billion in "counternarcotics programs". Operation Enduring Freedom — along with the "liberation" of Iraq — have cost an astonishing several trillion dollars. And still the heroin ratline, out of occupied Afghanistan, thrives. Cui bono?

Another exhaustive report issued by the delightful acronym SIGAR (Special Inspector General for Afghanistan Reconstruction) even hints — discreetly — at the crucial connection; Operation Enduring Freedom feeding America's heroin epidemic.

We are so totally swamped with patients seeking HCQ and IVMT with no where else for them to go. We went from 100 to 700+ a day signing up for telehealth in three weeks

We have a great need for mom and pop pharmacies that can help the people. We get a lot of push back and sometimes we have to reach two or three pharmacies to get one script accepted. Our shipping pharmacies are overwhelmed.

We are one week backed up and the pharmacies are two weeks.

We are getting over 250 sick patients a day. Both jabbed and unjabbed. So we concentrate on them first. And our cocktail still works.

We need mom and pop pharmacies to help us take care of our people.

Tell them to text me at 318.792.5972 or message me here. We will continue to try to take care of you but bare with us.

Do not register with a land line so we can text you. Please take the block off your phone and text so we can reach you. Answer your phone and text. It will be much easier if we did not have to call and text you three or four times.

If you cannot wait or you can find another doctor we will be happy to refund your money but please be kind. Don’t yell at my staff. They are overwhelmed and non of us is sleeping enough. God is our strength.

A poison pill Op is where you plant something strategically in the opponents camp that allows you to damage them.

At the cyber symposium, we discovered that we had infiltrators in key positions, with access to the data that we were about to distribute.

We knew we had FBI agents on the floor of the symposium gathering intel.

We discovered late Wednesday evening that there were warrants issued, ready to be exercised on the following day.
