Panic level going off the charts now
Maricopa County Supervisors Call Emergency Meeting Following Release of Explosive Letter Revealing DATABASES ERASED FROM VOTING MACHINES
Last week, the Gateway Pundit reported about the emergency meeting that was called by the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors, after the County was reportedly unable to provide passwords to the auditors performing an audit of the county’s 2020 Election results. They also did not provide access to the routers which were requested in the audit as well.
On Wednesday afternoon, it was discovered that “the entire database” for the 2020 General election, showing the “Results Tally and Reporting,” has been deleted!
President of the Arizona Senate Karen Fann released a letter to Chairman Sellers, demanding answers on Wednesday night.
Senator Karen Fann called the Maricopa County Supervisors to come before the Arizona Senate and explains how the election databases were deleted from the voting machines just 10 days before the machines were turned over to the Senate forensic audit team!
On Thursday afternoon the Maricopa County Supervisors announced an emergency meeting this afternoon at 4 PM Arizona time.

Maricopa IT Advisors Have a Detroit Connection and Other Troubling Revelations
During the writing of this story an AZ Senate letter was released that outlines potential county mischief with election ballots and technology.
To clarify, the Arizona Senate’s subpoena asked for, “Access and control of ALL routers…to garner the system logs”.
Maricopa County agreed to provide these routing devices so Senate auditors could access the logs themselves. The county then agreed to provide “virtual images”. The county now claims “they’ve been informed” not to provide either.
Who exactly is “informing” the county officials?
The Senate would like the routers from the Maricopa County Tabulation & Election Center (MCTEC) building. They don’t want the critical infrastructure routers from the Office of Enterprise Technology, a quarter mile away. The OET building is the county’s IT Department. It’s the central technology hub that serves over 50 county departments, including the Sheriff’s Department (see map).
OET has roughly 250 employees and lists itself as the “IT Advisor to County Departments”.
At some point election data has to leave the MCTEC building and become public. The Senate Subpoena requires the logs for any outbound and inbound election traffic, which might include logs on switches at OET, or elsewhere. It’s expected these logs might show Dominion staff in Denver remote accessing the system as they prepare for the election, which is OK, to a point. Remote access is a method Dominion’s used in other counties to correct poll pads. But Dominion had two full-time employees in Maricopa and were provided office space. Should they have needed remote access?
According to one source, “a new server was installed in Maricopa County in the Fall of 2020 by Dominion”. The county might be concerned about what will be discovered on this server. This might explain the incredible pushback on providing simple “logs”. If this server was installed in the OET building, it might show every storage device, database, Wi-fi thumb drive, and computer that accessed the election system, and when.
According to State Senator Sonny Borrelli, the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors (MCBOS) said “these things (routers) are ready to be picked up, they’re in a box, all you have to do is come get them”. “When we went to go pick them up, they dodged and balked in providing them to us.” Board chairman Jack Sellers then told the Senate they had “replaced all the routers after the election”. Does the county even have the routers from the election? Is Jack Sellers misinformed? Colonel Phil Waldron said: “If they can’t provide the election routers, that’s a violation of the Subpoena and a charge of contempt.”

Keith Raniere Files Appeal; Seeks to Have Conviction Overturned
Attorney Jennifer Bonjean has filed an appeal of Keith Raniere’s 2019 conviction to the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
On April 19, 2018, Raniere was indicted on a number of offenses including sex trafficking, sex trafficking conspiracy, and forced labor conspiracy. Two superseding indictments followed and Raniere was also charged with RICO conspiracy, RICO, wire fraud conspiracy, and attempted sex trafficking. After a six week trial in 2019, a jury returned a verdict of guilt as to all charges, and District Court Judge Nicholas G. Garaufis sentenced Raniere to 120 years’ imprisonment on October 27, 2020.
He is now appealing his conviction.

New Amicus Brief Exposes AG’s Bad Faith on Election Transparency
5-12-21
On Good Friday, April 2nd Georgia Attorney General (AG) Chris Carr attempted to crucify a critical transparency initiative that will help restore voter confidence in Georgia elections. Carr filed an amicus brief that day on behalf of Secretary of State (SOS) Brad Raffensperger to put the state on public record as adamantly opposing election transparency. The brief contends that Georgians have no right to view the November 3rd election ballots that four senior poll managers swore were counterfeit when auditing Fulton County mail-in ballots during a hand count audit conducted on November 14th and 15th.
While the Georgia AG has an obligation to defend the SOS if the SOS is sued, Carr is under no obligation to voluntarily file any type of brief when the SOS is not a party to the court case. But Carr not only put his own Georgia Bar number (112505) on it, the brief included the Bar numbers for Deputy Attorney General Ryan Webb (743580) and Senior Assistant Attorney General Russell Willard (760280). The brief was signed and argued (albeit ineffectively) by Assistant Attorney General Charlene McGowan (679316) during an April 13th hearing when the court ordered Fulton County to turn over ballot images.
Those images were granted to petitioners in the Fulton County mail-in ballot inspection lawsuit known as Favorito v. Cooney. The petitioners in that case immediately filed a reply brief explaining a variety of false arguments in Carr’s brief. We outlined seven false arguments in the 7th installment of our Georgia Election Integrity series. That is an average of nearly one per page for the 8-page brief...
Carr’s brief is triggering a rash of non-partisan disgust statewide. ...
Last week the Tea Party Patriots Foundation (TPPF) entered their amicus brief in support of the citizen petitioners. CDM Press exclusively learned today that they are being joined by the Filipino, Latino, Asian Movement for Empowerment (FLAME)....
The person ultimately making the argument for the SOS is his attorney, Chris Carr. ...
While amicus briefs will likely have little or no impact on the ballot inspection lawsuit, the Carr brief demonstrates how he is operating in bad faith and subverting the rights of the people of Georgia. It exposes how deep Georgia government corruption really is. We think the people who sign the petition are right. It is time for Chris Carr to return to private practice.

Brown Chemists Create Cancer-Detecting Nanoparticles
PROVIDENCE, R.I. [Brown University] — Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) can be a doctor's best friend for detecting a tumor in the body without resorting to surgery. MRI scans use pulses of magnetic waves and gauge the return signals to identify different types of tissue in the body, distinguishing bone from muscle, fluids from solids, and so on.
Scientists have found that magnetic nanoparticles can be especially helpful in locating cancerous cell clusters during MRI scans. Like teeny guide missiles, the nanoparticles seek out tumor cells and attach themselves to them. Once the nanoparticles bind themselves to these cancer cells, the particles operate like radio transmitters, greatly aiding the MRI's detection capability.
Now, Brown University chemist Shouheng Sun and a team of researchers have created the smallest magnetic nanoparticles to date that can be employed on such seek-and-find missions. With a thinner coating, the particles also emit a stronger signal for the MRI to detect.
The results have been published online this week in the Journal of the American Chemical Society. Brown graduates students Jin Xie, Chenjie Xu and Sheng Peng collaborated on the research, along with Professor Xiaoyuan Chen and his associates from Stanford University.
The team created peptide-coated iron oxide nanoparticles — particles billionths of a meter in size. The researchers injected the particles into mice and tested their ability to locate a brain tumor cell called U87MG. Sun and his collaborators concentrated specifically on the nanoparticle's size and the thickness of the peptide coating, which ensures the nanoparticle attaches to the tumor cell.
Size is important because the trick is to create a nanoparticle that is small enough to navigate through the bloodstream and reach the diseased area. Bigger particles tend to stack up, creating the circulatory system's version of a traffic jam. Sun's team developed a nanoparticle that is about 8.4 nanometers in overall diameter — some six times smaller than the size of particles currently used in medicine.

Republicans Introduce House Bill to Fire Fauci: “Few People Have Earned Their Termination More Visibly”
As GOP discontent with top Biden health officials intensifies, a group of House Republicans introduced a House bill Wednesday to oust White House health advisor and epidemiologist Dr. Anthony Fauci, noting that “Few people have earned their termination more visibly.”
Representative Warren Davidson (R-Ohio) is a sponsor of the bill, titled “Fauci’s Incompetence Requires Early Dismissal (FIRED) Act.” Its co-sponsors include Representative Chip Roy (R-Texas), Andy Biggs (R-Ariz.), and Ralph Norman (R-S.C.).
Should it become law, Fauci would be forced to leave his job.
“In the wake of massive missteps by Dr. Fauci and his subordinates in the handling of the coronavirus pandemic, this bill addresses an oft-overlooked issue: The lack of accountability for unelected bureaucrats,” reads a press statement from Davidson’s office.

For the second time in three weeks, the US Treasury sold $40BN in 4-week bills at a price of 100.000% representing a rate of 0.00%. To be sure, Bills had printed at 0.000% at auction previously, but that was largely during the reserve glut days of 2015. So why now? The same reason usage of the Fed's Reverse Repo facility has soared in recent weeks from zero to over $100 billion at the end of April, hitting a whopping $235 billion today.

...as investors choose to directly transact with the Fed - where only positive rates are allowed - rather than the open market where collateral rates have frequently been negative in recent weeks as Curvature's Scott Skyrm explained in this note from April 26: "Overnight rates are low. Too low by all normal standards. The fed funds rate is well below the mid-point of the fed funds target range and the Repo GC rate is at zero; often trading negative. Zero percent interest rates are forcing billions of dollars of cash into the Fed's RRP facility."
While this This is a delightful case of deja vu irony -the Fed is taking Treasurys out of the market through QE purchases and putting them right back in via the RRP-cough see above QRB linkys - it is also distorting the Repo market, and although the Fed can fix this aberration by hiking the IOER or RRP rates, it has so far refused to do so.
But the ongoing surge in reverse repo usage masks a far bigger problem in store for the Fed, and it's why Curvature's Skyrm writes that "now is a pretty good time to start talking about the size of the SOMA portfolio, even if some people don’t want to talk about it." But the ongoing surge in reverse repo usage masks a far bigger problem in store for the Fed, and it's why Curvature's Skyrm writes that "now is a pretty good time to start talking about the size of the SOMA portfolio, even if some people don’t want to talk about it."
Why is the surge in reverse repo linked to tapering? Skyrm explains, by posting a rhetorical question: "What are the next steps for tapering purchases and what will the SOMA portfolio look like when we're done? What will the market look like?" The repo strategist then reminds us that even when the Fed starts tapering, the Fed balance sheet will continue to grow indefinitely, if at a slower pace, flooding the system with the same reserves that are now desperate to buy Bills at 0.000% or be parked at the Fed (for 0.000%).
Talk of tapering feels like when you're getting ready for a dinner out. You're ready and it's time to go. You check on your spouse and they haven't even started getting ready yet! As of last week, the SOMA portfolio stood at $7.185 trillion and the Fed continues purchases at $120 billion a month. If and when tapering starts, the purchases won't go from $120 billion to zero in one announcement. The purchases will gradually slow - going from $120 billion, to maybe $100 billion, to maybe $80 billion, to $50 billion, to $20 billion.
Let's look at some rough estimates. Assuming the Fed tapers at this schedule at each FOMC meeting beginning in June, that would mean the Fed adds about another $350 billion and ends QE in November. That's the most aggressive tapering schedule. Let's assume the Fed doesn’t begin tapering until the end of the year. That means, roughly, another $900 billion will be added to the SOMA portfolio. This is a problem, and Skyrm explains why: Even today there's barely enough collateral in the Repo market right now to cover all of the cash being invested. If volume at the RRP shot up to $235 billion today, what's going to happen when there's $350 billion fewer securities in the market at the end of the year? How about if it's $900 billion? In short, we already have a collateral shortage the likes of which are on par with what we experienced in 2015-2016.
What happens in the next 18 months when we get an additional $1 trillion in reserves sloshing around? **

FBI Warns of Prison Time If You Present a Fake Vaccination Card5-13-21
The Federal Bureau of Investigation is warning Americans about the dangers involved in the illegal sale of fraudulent COVID-19 vaccination cards and other COVID-19 scams.
Vaccination cards are intended to provide recipients of the coronavirus vaccine with information regarding the type of vaccine they received and their dates of inoculation. The creation, purchase, or sale of vaccine cards is illegal and “endangers public safety,” the FBI says.
how???
The unauthorized use of an official government agency’s seal on such cards is a crime thatmay bepunishable under Title 18, United States Code, Section 1017, and other federal laws. Penalties may include hefty fines and prison time.
isn't that only if it's a FEDERAL card??
FBI-Chicago is also warning the public that posting photographs of legitimate vaccination cards online may leave individuals vulnerable to identity theft.
Residents are encouraged to protect themselves from COVID-19 scammers in the following ways:
COVID-19 scammers = COVID SCAM RESISTORS
- Do not post pictures of your vaccination cards online. These cards may contain your name, date of birth, insurance information, or more and may be used to steal your identity or commit fraud.
- If you have already posted a picture of your vaccination card to social media, remove it immediately.
- Rely on trusted sources like your doctor, the Center for Disease Control, or your local health department for information related to the coronavirus and vaccinations. Be skeptical of unsolicited offers of miracle cures or vaccination documents.
"trusted sources" - gag me with a spoon
"Anyone with information regarding the fraudulent creation or sale of COVID-19 vaccination cards can file a report by calling 1-800-CALL-FBI."

Dominion Voting Systems released a very revealing statement on Thursday. The Denver-based company responded to the Arizona Senate’s demand for passwords to ballot tabulators.
Back on November 30, 2020, Maricopa County elections witness Jan Bryant testified before the Arizona legislature. Jan said back on November 30, 2020, that Maricopa County officials DID NOT RUN THE ELECTION!
Two Dominion employees in the audit center ran the election. This explains why Maricopa County officials do not have Admin passwords or access to the Dominion voting machines. They never had them!
America’s Audit Director Ken Bennett told OAN earlier in the week that Dominion was refusing to comply with the subpoena to turn over the passwords.
What are they hiding?
In their statement published today Dominion attacked the forensic auditing team performing the audit.
Dominion defended the controversial EAC group that rubber-stamped the previous counting of ballots.
And Dominion then said they will not release the passwords to the Maricopa County voting machines.
They will NOT ALLOW any auditors to look at their machines.
This is very telling. What are they afraid of?

President Trump to restart rallies next month as he plays coy about 2024 run
Former President Donald Trump will resume holding his signature rallies next month, The Post has confirmed.
Dates and locations have not yet been announced, but a source said the president’s team is in the process of selecting venues for a pair of events in June. A third rally is expected to take place around the July 4 holiday.
Trump has sat for occasional interviews since leaving office in January, but has not addressed a campaign-style rally since Jan. 6. Hours after he spoke, some of his supporters stormed the U.S. Capitol, attacking police officers and disrupting the congressional count of electoral votes from the previous year’s election.
The subsequent riot led to the deaths of five people and Trump’s impeachment by the House of Representatives.
The former president has not said whether he intends to seek the office he lost last year, but has repeatedly teased the possibility. Last week, he told The Daily Wire that he was “enthused” about the possibility of a 2024 run.
“I look forward to doing an announcement at the right time,” he told host Candace Owens. “As you know, it’s very early. But I think people are going to be very, very happy when I make a certain announcement. You know, for campaign finance reasons, you really can’t do it too early because it becomes a whole different thing.
“Otherwise, I’d give you an answer that I think you’d be very happy with,” he added. “So, we are looking at that very, very seriously, and all I’d say is stay tuned.”
Trump echoed that stance in an interview with WABC radio Thursday, telling host Rita Cosby, “I think people will be very happy with my decision … I’ve done a great job for the American people. They understand that … I look forward to making people very happy.”
Earlier this week, Trump traveled from his home at Mar-a-Lago in Florida to his golf club in Bedminster, N.J., where he is expected to spend the summer

If Dominion had access to the machines, and Maricopa County did not, then WHO DELETED THE DATABASES?
Bill Gates?
remember that Microsoft built a freakin' backdoor into Outlook.com for the NSA, with Microsoft working for months to provide the NSA with full access to encrypted chats on Outlook.com, something we reported about in July 2013. Microsoft also worked with the NSA on giving them a backdoor into SkyDrive, their cloud-based storage service. At the time, I reported: "Microsoft worked tightly with the NSA in order to give them access, with the NSA reporting on April 8 of this year that the Redmond-based slave of the NSA built PRISM access into SkyDrive that removes the need for the NSA analysts to request permission to search SkyDrive".
Oh, and Microsoft also gave the NSA access to Skype. In my article from July 2013, I reported: "Work on this began back in November of 2010 with data collection a few months later in February of 2011, with the NSA document stating that the planned systems worked well, with full metadata collection enabled. The NSA thanked Microsoft for their help, saying that "collaborative teamwork was the key to the successful addition of another provider to the Prism system".

Mississippi River May Reopen to Barge Traffic in 24-48 Hours
The Mississippi River may reopen to barge traffic in 24 to 48 hours after a second engineering review of the highway bridge that developed a crack is completed, according to people who have been briefed on the situation. A group including the U.S. Coast Guard, Army Corps of Engineers and barge companies met Thursday to discuss the matter, said two of the people, who asked not to be named because the information isn’t public.
A plan is being put together to restore traffic once the river is reopened, prioritizing certain vessels, the people said. The highest priority is a Department of Defense shipment, followed by fuel barges going to replenish areas hit by the Colonial Pipeline disruption, one of the people said. The crack in the truss of the Interstate 40 Hernando DeSoto Bridge, which was found during a routine inspection, has stranded more than 900 barges, cutting off the biggest route for U.S. agricultural exports at a time when the critical waterway is at its busiest. Covered barges full of grain and soy float from U.S. farm country to terminals in the Gulf of Mexico, while crude oil, refined products and imported steel also travel through sections of the waterway. Any sustained outage would disrupt shipments out of the Gulf. “The river is the jugular for the export market in the Midwest for both corn and beans,” said Collin Hulse, a senior risk management consultant at StoneX in Kansas City.
The New Orleans Port Region moved 47% of waterborne agricultural exports in 2017, according to the U.S. Department of Agriculture. The majority of these exports were bulk grains and bulk grain products, such as corn, soybeans, animal feed and rice. The region also supports a significant amount of edible oil exports, such as soybean and corn oils. The stoppage along the Mississippi River is the latest calamity to upend the commodities world in recent weeks. Back in March, the Suez Canal was blocked by a giant container ship that got stuck sideways in the vital waterway for almost a week, paralyzing global shipping. And late last week, a cyberattack brought down the largest fuel pipeline in the U.S. for five days, leading to widespread gasoline shortages from Florida to Virginia.
A lengthy halt on the Mississippi River could further roil crop markets, where soybeans and corn futures have hit multiyear highs amid adverse weather in Latin America and a buying spree from China. Corn futures rose 0.8% at 9:27 a.m. in Singapore, after tumbling Thursday by the most allowed under CME Group rules partly on speculation that exports would be backed up. Of agricultural supplies that floated on barges north of Memphis, about 84% was corn and about 13% was soybeans, according to Mike Steenhoek, executive director of the Soy Transportation Coalition, citing USDA data. Overall shipments of corn and soy during the week ended May 8 were 18% higher than a year ago. There is no current timeline for the reopening of the waterway, the Coast Guard said in an email. The Army Corps didn’t immediately respond to an email seeking comment after normal business hours.
About 25% of imported steel travels through at least a section of the Mississippi River, according to Wood Mackenzie analyst Cicero Machado, though he said newly arriving foreign steel to ports in New Orleans or Mobile, Alabama can be diverted onto rail cars or trucks.

Another marker? This stops the midwest food crops being shipped outside USA for the upcoming "Event"? This would keep the US feed and not soybeans, corn and farm items being shipped outside USA, so the US people can be feed?
Coast Guard has stopped all river traffic - over 400 barges are already backed up
So much grain flows through here..!
“More than 400 barges were delayed on the lower Mississippi River on Wednesday after a bridge crack prompted the U.S. Coast Guard to halt vessel traffic on a portion of the waterway crucial for shipping crops to export markets.
The disruption hit as strong demand for U.S. corn and soybeans has tightened inventories and pushed crop prices to their highest in more than eight years. Also, U.S. President Joe Biden is seeking to have Congress approve a $2.25 trillion infrastructure bill.
The Coast Guard stopped all traffic on the Mississippi River near Memphis - between mile markers 736 and 737 - after a crack was discovered in the Hernando de Soto Bridge that spans the river, according to a statement.
There were 12 vessels with 157 barges in the queue to pass northbound and 16 vessels with 254 barges in the queue to go southbound, Lieutenant Mark Pipkin, a Coast Guard spokesman, told Reuters. The barges are carrying a mix of materials including crude oil and dry cargo like corn or rocks, he said.
Pipkin said it is not known when the river will reopen.

Dem Sen. Sinema Joins GOP’s Cornyn To Introduce Bipartisan Bill Targeting Migrant Surge
After months of inaction from Joe Biden on the border crisis, a top Democrat is working with Republicans to take action.
Arizona Democrat Sen. Kyrsten Sinema is teaming up with GOP Texas Sen. John Cornyn to introduce a bipartisan bill aimed at blunting the southern border crisis.
The bill would address the Biden administration’s ability to handle the surge of migrants at the U.S.-Mexico border, attempt to streamline migrant asylum claims in a “timely” manner and deter those unlikely to be approved, and also “protect unaccompanied migrant children.”
Last month, the two senators wrote a joint letter to Biden, asking him to secure the border.
“It is critical that our nation take aggressive steps to secure our border, protect our communities and ensure migrants are treated fairly and humanely,” Cornyn and Sinema wrote.

Biden Administration Smacked With Lawsuit For COVID Aid Discrimination
5-13-21
The Biden administration has been smacked with a lawsuit for allegedly interjecting racial and gender discrimination into its COVID relief policies.
“A conservative legal group filed a lawsuit against the Small Business Administration (SBA) on Wednesday, alleging that the agency prioritized restaurants owned by minorities and women when allocating funds from its COVID-19 relief package,” the Hill reported.
“The Wisconsin Institute for Law & Liberty (WILL) filed the lawsuit on behalf of Antonio Vitolo, the owner of Jake’s Bar and Grill in Harriman, Tenn., against U.S. Small Business Association Administrator Isabella Casillas Guzman,” the report continued.
“The lawsuit claims that the SBA gave priority preference to restaurants owned by certain minorities and women while pushing aside white males and other minorities when administering the $28.6 billion Restaurant Revitalization Fund, the report added.

California Controller Wrote 49 Million Checks, but Claims She Can’t Locate Any of Them
As California state controller, Betty Yee’s job includes being “responsible for accountability and disbursement of the state’s financial resources,” according to her office’s official website.
Yee’s office issued 49 million checks in payments worth $320 billion in 2018 in her capacity as “chief fiscal officer” for the state whose economy is the fifth-largest in the entire world. The state’s 2020 budget was $208.9 billion, but Yee’s office payments often cover multiple-year obligations.
Her job description also makes her “responsible for auditing all funds disbursed by the state and all claims presented for payment to [her office]. Performs independent audits of government agencies that spend state funds.”....
Open the Books’ requests sought documentation—a “line-by-line state checkbook”—of California’s massive state government spending. To date, California is the only one of the nation’s 50 states that haven’t produced such documentation in response to the Burr Ridge, Illinois-based nonprofit’s efforts to make public “every dime online in real time” of spending by government at all levels in the United States....
“Despite repeated attempts to obtain an adequate response from the Controller, Plaintiffs have instead faced at various points delay, silence, obfuscation, and inadequate justification for the agency’s refusal to provide a reasoned determination and responsive records,” Open the Books told the court.
“Plaintiffs first filed a CPRA request for state checkbook data in 2013—over six years ago—but, to date and after repeated requests, the Controller has failed to disclose any relevant records.
“It is beyond dispute that the public records at issue are subject to disclosure under the CPRA, notwithstanding the Controller’s protests. The situation now requires judicial intervention.”

==San Francisco Schools Plan to Reopen Just 1 Day to Qualify for $12 Million State Aid
By GQ Pan==
May 13, 2021
The San Francisco Unified School District (SFUSD) is reportedly planning to send high school seniors back to school for just one day, so that the city might qualify for $12 million in state reopening funds.
The state of California is offering a total of $2 billion to encourage public school districts to reopen for in-person instruction. To get their full share of the incentive funding, districts must reopen all elementary schools and at least a single grade spanning middle and high schools.
Districts could access the maximum amount of funding—$17 million for SFUSD—if they opened by April 1. For each day the district fails to meet the minimum requirements, it loses 1 percent of the funds it would have received, and will not get any money after May 15.
Under a deal between the district and its teacher’s union, the United Educators-San Francisco (UESF), high school seniors would be brought back “for at least one day before the end of the school year,” starting on May 14, just one day shy of the May 15 deadline.
According to the terms of the agreement, obtained by the San Francisco Chronicle, those high school seniors would be receiving “in-person supervision” rather than in-person instruction.
