Independent Tribunal Finds China Committed Genocide Against Uyghurs in Xinjiang

A London-based independent people’s tribunal on Dec. 9 ruled that the Chinese regime has committed genocide against Uyghurs and other Muslim minorities in the far west Xinjiang region.

The Uyghur Tribunal found that the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), through an array of repressive acts including mass internment, family separation, sterilizations, and forced labor, has implemented “deliberate, systematic and concerted policy” to lower the Uyghur population in the region.

The findings come amid heightened condemnation over the CCP’s human rights abuses in Xinjiang and elsewhere in the lead-up to the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics. In recent days, the United States, Canada, Britain, Australia, and Lithuania have announced diplomatic boycotts of the Games over this issue. The United States and the parliaments of several Western countries have already designated Beijing’s repression in Xinjiang as a genocide.

Reading from a 60-page document, Geoffrey Nice, the chair of the tribunal, enumerated the many ways in which the CCP and its functionaries in western China have deprived Uyghurs of rights and subjected them to abuses rising cumulatively to the level of genocide. Nice focused on the abuses of Uyghur prisoners in Xinjiang.

The legal basis for this classification lies largely in the precedent set by the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide, an international treaty adopted by the United Nations General Assembly on Dec. 9, 1948.

Unspeakable Treatment

The mass detainment of Uyghurs sets the stage for myriad forms of abuse, humiliation, torture, and extrajudicial killing. Nice cited the testimony of witnesses at the tribunal’s hearings in June and September in support of this determination.

“Hundreds of thousands of Uyghurs, with some estimates well in excess of a million, have been detained by PRC [People’s Republic of China] authorities without any, or any remotely sufficient, reason, and subjected to acts of unconscionable cruelty, depravity, and inhumanity,” he said.

As many as 50 detainees at a time have been crammed into cells of 22 square meters, with not enough space to lie down on the floor, forced to relieve themselves in buckets in full view of other prisoners and CCTV, and subjected to torture methods such as pulling off of fingernails and being beating with sticks. Officials have detained them in chairs where their feet or hands are held in place for hours or days, and confined them in containers up to the neck in cold water. Some have been shackled by heavy metal weights for months on end, Nice said.

Another point that I wanted to make about Yoichi's article is that he points out that Jussie's legal team is a list of some very high powered names also connected to many of the operations the Clintons needed lawyers for their entire lives, suggesting that there is an official sanction somewhere for this incident.

There are just too many data points that correlate with PIZZAGATE to cover about some of the interesting nuances Yoichi Shimatsu points out in his essay, very intriguing and thought provoking.

"FFI is making enormous progress and will support the decarbonisation of Fortescue through the innovation and technological development of a green fleet and the supply of green energy," Mr Forrest said.

"We are undergoing a significant transition, and I am delighted that with Elizabeth, the board is united in its vision and enthusiasm for the opportunity this presents."

An Italian churchman dubbed the 'pusher priest' who stole parish funds to throw drug-fuelled gay orgies has been sentenced to three years and eight months in jail.

Father Francesco Spagnesi, aged 40, and his legal team negotiated the sentence as part of a plea deal in which charges of drug dealing, trafficking and misappropriation were upheld.

But charges of attempted grievous harm against Spagnesi were dropped, despite the priest allegedly failing to tell the numerous male partners he had unprotected sex with that he was HIV-positive.

Spagnesi will serve part of his sentence in a therapeutic community, where he will receive treatment for his drug addiction, and he will also be required to perform community service.

The former priest, who expressed remorse over his actions, will also have to return the approximately EUR 300,000 (£257,000) he stole from his parish.

The money had reportedly been donated by the faithful to help the poorest in society but he had pocketed it instead and used it to orchestrate the drug-fuelled orgies.

According to the defendant's lawyers, the churchman was taking antiretroviral drugs, and the defendant himself had always maintained that he informed his partners about his HIV status.

His boyfriend, 40-year-old Alessio Regina, was given three years and two months in jail for complicity in the buying and selling of drugs, also as part of a plea deal.

Spagnesi became a parish priest at the age of just 27, and he reported that he began dabbling in drugs around a decade ago.

He has since been removed from his priestly functions by the Diocese of Prato in the region of Tuscany.

He told the Italian daily newspaper Corriere della Sera: 'I wanted to be the shepherd of my faithful, guide them towards the ways of the Lord, and I ended up in vice and perdition.'

Abused Senate Staffer Talonya Adams Calls on Arizona Secretary Of State and Gubernatorial Candidate Katie Hobbs “RESIGN from Office – DROP OUT Of The Race For Governor”

Talonya Adams was recently awarded a $2.75 million by a jury after facing racial discrimination from Arizona Secretary of State Katie Hobbs.

Adams, a former Democratic staffer in the Arizona Senate, was fired by Katie Hobbs in 2015. A jury later ruled that Hobbs was guilty of racial and sexual discrimination, costing the state millions in damages.

She made it clear this morning, that Katie Hobbs’ awkward public apology issued on Wednesday, was not enough to repair the damage caused to her and her family.

On Thursday, Adams held an independent press conference to respond to Hobbs’ weak public apology.

She held her own press conference outside of the same courthouse where she represented herself against the Arizona Senate, and won.

Hobbs was the Democratic frontrunner for Governor of Arizona before this court ruling but things are starting to look different for her.

The Gateway Pundit reported on Hobbs’ forced apology to Adams after Adams was awarded $2.75 million in damages and Adams’ planned press release in response.

In Hobbs’ official printed response, she couldn’t even bother to write the correct name.

12 News’ Joe Dana said that this response “could help or hurt Hobbs” chances at the Democratic nomination for Governor, before the presser.

When Conradson told Adams what a great press conference she held at the end, Dana said “what the f*ck” out loud.

Liberal media outlets did their best to discredit Adams and lay cover for Katie Hobbs with their questions.

[Their essential “Correction” is this: 1. People die, ok? 2. Anyone can file a VAERS report. (Displaying elite contempt for ordinary people.)

At 3:53 of the Thomas Renz video linked below, he reveals raw data from the Medicare servers, “CMS servers.” 18.1% of Americans are on Medicare, or 59.4 million people.

48,465 people over the age of 80 died within 14 days or their first or second dose. “This is raw data,” says Renz. “Raw. There’s no analysis.” He goes on the remind us of the insult-to-injury fact that the system rigged it such that if a person dies within 2 weeks of a a ‘vaccine,’ they are counted as unvaccinated.

More raw data: Of those patients given Remdesivir, 25.9 % died. More than a quarter. Of those, 46% died within 14 days of treatment. This is what Fauci considers a “life-saving treatment.”

Remdesivir causes kidney failure. This is true of most of the “vir” drugs that emerged from Fauci’s post-AZT, post David Ho “drugs-into bodies” HIV medication boom. More on this another time. Here’s Mr. Paré:

“With regard to these Pfizer documents, Dr Bryan Ardis of Texas uncovered a list of possible serious Covid-19 vaccine-induced adverse outcomes that the FDA has been withholding/hiding from the medical community, from authorized dispensers, and from all potential Covid-19 "vaccine" recipients. The FDA has had this CBER list since at least October 22, 2020, two months prior to the Covid-19 "vaccine" roll-out here in the U.S. At the same meeting, the CDC presented a similar list of possible adverse events they would be tracking. Interestingly, and not surprisingly, the Table 7 adverse events recorded by Pfizer are what were fully expected by the FDA and CDC to start being reported to them once the vaccinations started.

After watching/listening to several hospital healthcare personnel whistleblowers stating that it is primarily vaccinated individuals presenting to hospital, not with Covid-19 symptoms, but with what appear to be Covid-19 vaccine-induced injuries; and, then encountering vaccine-injury attorney Aaron Siri's substack, I wrote the following article to assist in disseminating this info. Today Governor Tom Wolf was joined by Pennsylvania’s Attorney General Josh Shapiro, local leaders, and abortion activists at People’s Park in Philadelphia in support of a person’s right to access abortion.

This comes in the wake of the United States Supreme Court hearing arguments on the Mississippi abortion case. Wolf said current protections may not be enough without the federal protection of Roe V. Wade.

Wolf said his office will do what it can — vetoing anti-abortion bills that land on his desk — until the Supreme Court makes its final decision, but in the end it will not be enough should the Court dismiss 50 years of federally protected abortion rights.

“Without federal protection in place, the reproductive rights of women, birthing people, and families all across Pennsylvania are a lot more precarious,” Wolf said.

Attorney General Josh Shapiro said the probe will focus on whether Meta provided Instagram to children and young adults in ways that violated state consumer protection laws.

The inquiry will examine Facebook techniques to increase the visit to and amount of time youths spent on the platform and any harm caused by the extended engagement. It's being launched in the wake of recent reports that Meta research indicated Instagram use is associated with a variety of conditions - including depression, eating disorders and suicide.

"Social media companies have a responsibility to keep their users safe and disclose risks associated with their platforms," Shapiro said in a release. It said Frontier, which has provided payroll services to the government since 2001, was the victim of a "ransomware cyber attack" and the information was stolen and "published on the dark web".

Treasurer Rob Lucas said politicians, including Premier Steven Marshall, could be among those affected.

"The highest of the high to the lowest of the low and all of the rest of us in between are potentially impacted, with the exception of teachers and the Department for Education," he said.

The Department for Education does not use Frontier.

Mr Lucas said the theft was being investigated and staff have been offered support.

"This is obviously of great concern to the government," he said.

Mr Lucas said the government was first told on Wednesday evening that state government data had been accessed, but it was confirmed yesterday afternoon that the breach involved employees' personal information.

"We've acted expeditiously," he said.

Paedophile priest Anthony William Peter Caruana has been sentenced to 15 years in prison for abusing schoolboys as young as 12.

In July, Caruana was convicted of 26 offences against 12 students, including 22 counts of indecent assault and four counts of sexual intercourse with a pupil.

In her sentencing remarks today, NSW District Court Judge Robyn Tupman said Caruana abused his position of authority to carry out his crimes.

"Each of the offences was committed in circumstances where the offender had a special duty to each of these young boys over and above that which every adult owes to every child," she said.

In July, Caruana was convicted of 26 offences against 12 students, including 22 counts of indecent assault and four counts of sexual intercourse with a pupil.

In her sentencing remarks today, NSW District Court Judge Robyn Tupman said Caruana abused his position of authority to carry out his crimes.

"Each of the offences was committed in circumstances where the offender had a special duty to each of these young boys over and above that which every adult owes to every child," she said.

"Each of them involves a breach of trust towards these children."

Children at Barack Obama Global Prep Academy in Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD) were apparently vaccinated against the coronavirus without the consent or knowledge of parents, according to a mother.

London: The United States is a step closer to extraditing Julian Assange to face trial over the WikiLeaks cables after securing a victory in Britain’s High Court.

Lord Justice Holyrode overturned a previous judge’s ruling that Assange should not face legal proceedings in the United States because he might commit suicide.

Assange is wanted by the US Department of Justice over the leaking of hundreds of thousands of classified cables obtained by hacking more than a decade ago.

His lawyers have argued that his behaviour was that of a journalist, something that has already been rejected by the British courts.

But he has also argued, through his lawyers, that he could commit suicide if held in a US supermax prison. Earlier this year, a judge accepted as the reason for barring his extradition to the US.

The US government appealed leading to Friday’s decision handed down in the High Court and provided the court with new assurances that Assange would not be held in solitary confinement and could serve out any sentence in Australia.

Assange’s partner and mother of two of his children, Stella Moris, attended the hearing. Earlier she said she hoped the High Court would free Julian in time for Christmas.

“I hope the High Court will bring this abusive and vindictive extradition to an end today so that our children will be able to spend Christmas with their father,” she said.

Julian Assange has moved closer to being extradited from the UK to the US, after the US government won the latest stage in its extradition bid.

The US had appealed a January UK court ruling that the Wikileaks founder could not be extradited due to concerns over his mental health.

But judges ruled the risk of suicide was excluded by assurances from the US.

He is wanted in the US over the publication of thousands of classified documents in 2010 and 2011.

Florida GOP Gov. Ron DeSantis will take a major step on Friday morning to stop the influx of illegal aliens claiming to be unaccompanied children into his state thanks to Democrat President Joe Biden’s secret nighttime flights, Breitbart News has learned exclusively from the governor’s team.

DeSantis’s administration, through the Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF), will issue what is called an “emergency order” blocking the issuance or renewal of state licenses to DCF facilities throughout the state of Florida if any of those facilities are currently housing illegal migrant children — or illegal migrants claiming to be children — that the Biden administration flew into Florida.

DeSantis will appear in Jacksonville on Friday morning at a press conference to announce the new order as well, and the governor’s office conveyed to Breitbart News just how significant of a development this policy represents.

“The mission of the Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF) is to protect the health, safety, and well-being of Floridians, especially children,” DeSantis spokeswoman Christina Pushaw told Breitbart News on Thursday evening. “To this end, DCF licenses facilities that house children whose families are unable to care for them. As a state agency, DCF serves the people of Florida. Diverting resources away from kids in need in Florida, to illegal aliens being smuggled here by the Biden Administration for clandestine resettlement, does not serve the people of our state. Under the new emergency rule, the federal government’s resettlement of illegal aliens (unaccompanied minors) from outside Florida does not constitute ‘evidence of need’ as required for issuance or renewal of a state license for a child-care facility. Therefore, no licenses shall be issued or renewed with respect to any child-care agency that provides services to illegal aliens transported to Florida from outside our state.”

This emergency order is the next step after an executive order DeSantis signed at the end of September outlining steps he was taking to protect Floridians from illegal migration and the effects of it. In section 8 of that executive order, DeSantis ordered DCF to begin investigating this matter and to develop plans on how to stop what Biden is doing. Now, DCF is rolling this new rule out just after one of the migrants Biden brought in who claimed to be a child but was actually an adult allegedly murdered a Florida man. He allegedly stabbed the man to death after Biden’s team placed the 24-year-old migrant, who claimed he was 17, with a father of four in Jacksonville.

What’s more, these licensed DCF facilities in question are supposed to care for displaced Florida children who do not have parents or legal guardians, but Biden’s open border policies have perverted their purpose to be used to house and care for unaccompanied, underage illegal alien children. So, now, such facilities will not be able to operate under this emergency order if they are housing illegal alien children that Biden sent there — and will lose their licenses.

“We hope this action will serve as a deterrent to the Biden Administration’s massive human-smuggling operation, while protecting Florida’s most vulnerable kids,” Pushaw, DeSantis’s spokeswoman, told Breitbart News. “Governor DeSantis will continue to use his lawful authority to stand up for Floridians in the face of the Biden Administration’s dereliction of its duty to enforce our country’s immigration laws.”

This massive escalation between the DeSantis and the Biden administrations when it comes to migrants comes as the Biden team had ended former President Donald Trump’s “Remain in Mexico” policies, welcoming millions of illegal aliens to stream across the border — including many children or migrants who claim to be children. Instead of keeping prospective asylum seekers or other unaccompanied children in Mexico while they await their cases to be adjudicated by immigration judges, as Trump did, Biden has restarted and accelerated the failed “Catch and Release” policies from the Barack Obama presidency. As part of releasing these migrants into the United States, Biden’s team has arranged for secret nighttime flights across America to resettle them in cities and towns nationwide.....
