Province allows grocers to ban unvaccinated food shoppers - Canuckistan
Grocery stores in Canada’s New Brunswick province are now allowed to lay down the law with shoppers who aren’t vaccinated against Covid-19: No jab, no food.
The provision – which was contained in a “winter action plan” announced by New Brunswick Health Minister Dorothy Shephard on Friday – gives grocery stores, malls and salons the option of either enforcing physical-distancing rules or requiring proof of vaccination to enter their establishments.
“With winter comes colder weather, shorter days, more time spent inside and increased opportunity for COVID-19 to spread,” Shephard said. “It is important we have a plan in place that ensures our healthcare system is not overwhelmed, but also considers the mental, physical and financial health of New Brunswickers.”
Without acknowledging issues around denying access to food, Shephard suggested that abiding by the new measures won’t be difficult. “They are small actions that each person can take, but when combined, can make a big difference,” she said.
Other new restrictions include limiting household gatherings to 20 people, capping outdoor gatherings at 50 people and requiring unvaccinated people to avoid indoor gatherings – in other words, a lonely and potentially hungry Christmas for the unjabbed. Masks are now also required in outdoor public places when physical distancing can’t be maintained.
Citizens must register to travel, and all unvaccinated people entering the province must be quarantined and take a test to prove they’re not infected after 10 days in isolation. Tougher restrictions, such as banning non-essential travel within the province, will kick in if new cases or hospitalizations rise to certain levels.
New Brunswick is apparently the first Canadian province to allow grocers to ban unvaccinated shoppers. For instance, under Ontario’s requirements for vaccine passports, no one can be prevented from accessing medical care or buying food.
The province has recorded 133 Covid-related deaths since the pandemic started, according to local government data. About 80% of New Brunswick’s residents have been fully vaccinated against the virus.

White House Flags Art Industry for Money Laundering While Permitting Hunter to Sell Art to Anonymous Buyers
The White House flagged money laundering in the art industry on Monday as a point of corruption while allowing Hunter Biden to sell his artwork to anonymous buyers for as much as $500,000.
The first report of its kind named the United States Strategy on Countering Corruption is geared towards exploring the ways and means “government officials abuse public power for private gain.”
Though the White House’s report specifically focused on the art industry as a “market” where financial crimes occur, it did not mention the Biden family’s involvement with corruption, such as Hunter’s art selling scheme to investors while his father is president.
Hunter has reportedly sold multiple pieces of art for at least $75,000 this fall to anonymous buyers, and the New York Times reported first lady Jill Biden has allegedly displayed Hunter’s artwork in the White House.
The White House has defended Hunter’s scheme as consistent with “the highest ethical standards.” Nevertheless, the report flagged the following about the art industry’s criminal pliability:
The markets for art and antiquities—and the market participants who facilitate transactions—are especially vulnerable to a range of financial crimes. Built-in opacity, lack of stable and predictable pricing, and inherent cross-border transportability of goods sold, make the market optimal for illicit value transfer, sanctions evasion, and corruption.
The art industry’s corruption is vast. Art “can be hidden or smuggled,” the National Law Review wrote. “Transactions often are private, and prices can be subjective and manipulated — as well as extremely high”:
Once purchased, the art can disappear from view for years, even decades. A lot of the art bought at auctions goes to freeports – ultra-secure warehouses for the collections of millionaires and billionaires, ranging from Picassos and gold to vintage Ferraris and fine wine.
The freeports, which exist in Switzerland, Luxembourg and Singapore, offer a variety of tax advantages because the goods stored in them are technically in transit. The Economist magazine reported that the freeport near the Geneva airport alone is thought to hold $100 billion (U.S.) of art.
Once inside the freeport, the art can be sold privately and anonymously to other buyers. The art need never leave the warehouse after the private sale is completed.

My original FOI request, asking the most basic and fundamental questions about the science on which your Government are issuing edicts to restrict the rights of the British people, was dated Wednesday 16th. June 2021.
It was addressed originally to your new department, the Home Office, since they are instrumental in mandating the “Covid Passport” for international travel, which is in contravention of my human right to travel freely and is confirmed in my Passport with the words “Without Let or Hindrance”.
I have had no response, as you know. This despite your Office’s assurance that my request had been passed to the Cabinet Office.
Whilst waiting, I re-directed my request to the FOI Office at the House of Commons, this being the source which you rely upon to answer questions concerning all aspects of the Coronavirus edicts which are issued by your Government. They have made a reply.
You will see below the response that I received today. I am utterly astounded at their admission. They say :
“This information is not held by the House of Commons”.
That admission of omission, must be one of the most startling statements ever made.
It means effectively that the House of Commons is completely in the dark with regard to the science which the Government are claiming underpins everything that they have done with restrictions on the lives of the British people, concerning what they claim is a Coronavirus pandemic. Parliament has been put out to grass and is now effectively redundant, with regard to governance of the Country.
So, tell me please, who can produce the scientific evidence to corroborate the reasoning behind the draconian actions, which your Government is taking.

Customers who abuse workers once Queensland's COVID-19 vaccine mandate for cafes, restaurants and pubs comes into force from December 17 will be slapped with hefty fines - and could even face jail time.
Customers who abuse Queensland workers amid the state’s vaccination mandate from December 17 will be hit with a $1,378 on the spot fine and could even be jailed for up to six months, the Health Minister has revealed.
Yvette D'Ath announced the hefty penalties on Tuesday as the Sunshine State prepares to welcome double-dosed domestic travellers, who will not be required to undergo two weeks of quarantine, from December 13.
Just a few days later, on December 17, the government will move to ban unvaccinated residents from attending cafes, pubs and restaurants, among other venues.
Ms D'Ath told the COVID-19 update the Queensland government will “support” workers and businesses amid growing concerns they could be subject to abuse once the mandate comes into effect.
“In April last year we extended the offence of spitting, coughing or sneezing deliberately on people or threatening to do so, to retail workers because we know they saw appalling behaviour while they tried to just get on with doing their job and serving the community,” the Health Minister said.
“Because these workers and every one of the businesses that we are mandating the vaccination are doing their job to keep you safe and to ensure people are vaccinated, we want to protect them from this sort of behaviour.
“We will be extending this offence to protect all workers in all businesses that are bound by this public health directive.
“That means if you behave in this way, then you can see an on the spot fine of $1,378.”
Ms D'Ath said police could decide to pursue an offence further and take a resident to court, where they could then be fined up to $13,000 or locked up for six months.

LEWISTON, IDAHO – Lillian Ray Dixon, a 15-year-old female, was last seen on Friday December 3, 2021 at the Lewiston High School.
She is believed to be with Jonathon Wayne Bowles, a 36-year-old male. Bowles is a sex offender who has three warrants for his arrest out of Garfield County, WA.
They could be in the Walla Walla or Columbia County area. They may be on foot, in an unknown vehicle, or hiding out.
Bowles' vehicle was abandoned just north of Waitsburg, WA.

WASHINGTON D.C. — As more states report cases of the omicron variant, the World Health Organization says contact tracing will be key to containing it.
States have been contact tracing since the pandemic started but those efforts have had to evolve along the way.
For example, some things like those contact tracing apps from early in the pandemic have faded away because they really didn’t work.
Now experts say more states lean on individuals for help with the process.
The National Academy for State Health Policy is a nonpartisan forum that has been tracking those efforts..
Based on their research, states used three major contact tracing methods: state and local resources, partnering with other agencies, or using contractors.
Executive director Hemi Tewarson said states had the most success when contact tracers were familiar to the communities.
“I think it really has depended on the ability of those contact tracers to be persuasive, frankly, and get people to contact them back. That’s the key part, you have to have a two-way street of communication,” she said.

An FBI agent testified at Ghislaine Maxwell's trial about a July 2019 search of Jeffrey Epstein's Manhattan home.
She said agents sawed open a safe and found diamonds, jewelry, CDs, and hard drives inside.
Epstein kept CDs filled with photos in other places of the house as well, the agent said.

FBI agents used a saw to open a locked safe kept in now-dead sex-offender Jeffrey Epstein's Manhattan mansion, the agent who led the FBI search team said at Ghislaine Maxwell's trial Monday.
Inside the safe, according to the FBI special agent, the officers found hard drives, CDs, diamonds, and passports belonging to Epstein.
Kelly Maguire, the FBI special agent and leader of the team that searched Epstein's home on July 6 and 7, 2019, testified Monday about what the team found. The search was conducted as part of a search warrant executed a few days before Epstein's arrest on sex trafficking charges. Maguire said her team forced their way into the building after no one answered when they rang.
Federal prosecutors previously alluded to the contents of the safe in 2019, when they sought to have a judge deny Epstein's bail application later that month. They said agents found $70,000 in cash, 48 loose diamonds and other jewelry, and a passport from a foreign country with a picture of Epstein under another name in the safe.
But this is the first time Justice Department officials have mentioned the hard drives in the safe.
It is also the first time any official has described the inside of Epstein's eight-story, 19,000-square-foot home, or discussed the CDs filled with photos elsewhere in the building.
Prosecutors say Maxwell trafficked girls for Epstein to sexually abuse in the Upper East Side mansion, as well as in Epstein's homes in London, the US Virgin Islands, and Palm Beach, Florida. Maxwell has pleaded not guilty to the charges. Epstein died by suicide in jail while awaiting trial.
Maguire, a member of an FBI Child Exploitation and Human Trafficking Task Force, testified Monday that her team found the safe in a dressing room on the building's fifth floor. The mansion had forty rooms and took about 12 hours for her team to fully search.
Asked by a prosecutor at the trial whether the safe was open, Maguire answered: "We brought a saw."

Prosecutors showed jurors and members of the public a photo of the safe, dragged by FBI agents to the middle of the dressing room. The hard drives Maguire said were found inside were piled on top of it. It also held jewelry, diamonds, CDs, and multiple passports, Maguire testified.
Maguire said that the scope of the search warrant didn't permit the agents to seize the hard drives and CDs, so she left them atop the safe.
When she got a broader warrant and returned to retrieve them, they were gone.
Maguire called Richard Kahn, one of Epstein's attorneys, and informed him she had a warrant for the hard drives and CDs.
Kahn came to her office minutes later lugging two suitcases with the items, she said. Maguire said members of her team checked to ensure they were the same hard drives and CDs found during the first search warrant execution.

Prosecutors blacked out images of binders full of photos
Prosecutors presented several photos of the inside of Epstein's home, including a marble-floored entrance hall with a large, dark wooden staircase and a gilded fireplace, and a room with a massage table with hideous yellow and blue patterned wallpaper and dark pink curtains. Prosecutors say Epstein sexually abused girls in the midst of massages.
In a closet on the building's fifth floor, FBI agents had also found a shelf full of large black binders. The binders held CDs, carefully categorized in plastic slipcovers and thumbnails with photos on them. The FBI later found that the thumbnails corresponded with photo files on the CDs, Maguire said.

Prosecutors presented members of the public with a photo of the binders after submitting them as evidence, but blacked out "homemade labels" because of what US District Judge Alison Nathan ruled was "identifying information for third parties." The unredacted versions of the photos were submitted under seal and shown only to jurors.
On the first floor, agents also found a plastic bin tucked under a bookshelf in an office. The bin was filled with hard drives.
The hard drives all had tamper-proof "evidence" tape on them when the FBI found them, Maguire testified.
According to Joseph Recarey, a Florida detective who executed a search warrant on Epstein's Palm Beach home as part of an investigation in 2005, hard drives had gone missing shortly before officers entered the home at the time. Epstein later pleaded guilty to solicitation charges in connection with that investigation.
"Six computer hard drives in the house had been hastily removed, leaving dangling wires attached to monitors in several areas of the house," Recarey told Miami Herald investigative reporter Julie K. Brown for her book "Perversion of Justice." It's unclear if these are the same hard drives.
Before stepping down from the witness stand Monday afternoon, Maguire testified she didn't know why some were already marked as "evidence."
Prosecutors indicated they would present another witness with knowledge about the hard drives later in the trial.

PITTSBURGH — “I was at work and experienced heart palpitations, and my blood pressure went real high,” Christopher Selley told Channel 11.
He was at work and took an ambulance to Heritage Valley Beaver, where he says he never got a room.
“They did a chest X-ray, EKG, and a CAT scan of my head. They did those tests, then placed me back into the wheelchair in the waiting room,” Selley said.

With staffing shortages, wait times could be up to four hours.
They aren’t the only hospital system experiencing these issues. Butler Memorial has the highest number of COVID-19 patients they’ve had since the pandemic started. Right now, they have 70 inpatients, and wait times are up to 6 hours. A dozen COVID-19 patients have died at BMS since Friday, officials said.

Latvian police have arrested the country’s main opposition leader, Mr. Aldis Gobzems, in a vicious raid while on his party’s pre-election and meet-up with his supporters in the central Latvian town of Tukums on Monday.
He was arrested for allegedly having an unannounced assembly and safety requirements were not met.
Gobzems is a staunch critic against the current prime minister Mr. Karins and the president of Latvia Mr. Levits. He also criticized the Latvian government about unconstitutional corona vaccine mandates and covid passports.
The Latvian government just recently passed a new law that allows businesses to dismiss unvaccinated workers and ban unvaccinated lawmakers from meetings.
According to a report from EU Reporter, “Gobzems accuses the current government of embezzling public funds under the cover of fighting the COVID pandemics. Mr. Gobzems has been also voicing against segregation of Latvian citizens by introducing vaccination against COVID certificates.”

J6 Attorney Joseph McBride joined Tucker Carlson on Monday night to discuss the ongoing persecution of the Jan. 6 protesters by the Biden regime.
McBride is representing several January 6th prisoners. He went on to discuss the video footage he saw from inside the US Capitol “tunnel” on the afternoon of January 6th. McBride also is looking for several federal operatives who were observed that day.
McBride accused agent “Red-faced 45” with entrapping Trump supporters that day.
Joseph McBride: Let me just call one of these people out. Someone who was tagged on the internet by “Sedition Hunters” as Red-Faced 45. This is someone who is dressed in Trump gear, in MAGA gear. He’s covered in gear from head to toe. His face is painted MAGA red. He has a Trump hat on a Make America Great Again hat. Yet, he is clearly a law enforcement officer. He interacts with uniformed personnel. He interacts with agents in the crowd. He passes out weapons, sledgehammers, poles, mace. Some of those things come in contact with some of the other protesters who have subsequently been charged with possessing dangerous weapons and are using dangerous weapons at the Capitol. That is clearly entrapment. That is clearly the government creating conditions of dangerousness and entrapping members of the crowd to possess weapons and possibly use them for reasons that we cannot comprehend.

Joe always talks about Tamera Luzzato's children in the heated pool email, but doesn't realize how deep that rabbit hole goes
I only saw this on voat recently, and I've been following this investigation since the FBI anon post. There is so much evidence it can be overwhelming to keep track of.
Most of us know about the email from Tamera Luzzato where she mentions the three kids that will be in a heated swimming pool at night for the "entertainment" of the adults at the party.

Tamera Luzzatto and Hillary Clinton
Tamera has a very close connection to Hillary Clinton, the former having spent several years as Hillary’s Chief of Staff during her tenure as New York senator. She was also during this time a member of the Clinton ‘coterie’ known as Hillaryland, which dates back to her bid for first lady in Bill’s 1992 campaign, continuing up to Hillary’s own bid for the presidency in 2008. Then I remember Franklin, Dutroux and Savile, as just some of the more internationally prominent and well-documented cases, plus Kincora, Elm Guest House and Dolphin Square in the UK, Hastert and the research of Sibel Edmonds in the US, what is emerging from George Webb’s collated work and I realise, yes, absolutely, these horrors are real, and in the absence of any meaningful official response to date, it really is up to us ordinary Joes and Josephines to attempt to find out this information.
Tamera (nee Stanton) married into the Luzzatto family on her wedding in 1996 to Francis Luzzato, previously divorced from Anne Luzzato, grandmother of the aforementioned children, whose father is her son, Ben Luzzatto. The link to Anthony Luzzato Gardner and his sister Nina Luzzatto Gardner is that their mother Danielle Gardner was the sister of Francis. Source
Their parents, Bruno and Regina came to the US in 1939 (Francis was born in Trieste in 1935) from North Western Italy. The family appears to have connections in the Venice and Trieste regions. So Anthony and Nina are the niece and nephew, blood relatives of the late Francis.
The Luzzatto family is Italian Jewish, said to have come originally from Germany, but resident in Italy since the early 16th century, with some noted Talmudic and rabbinic scholars in the ancestral line, as well as a well-known 20th century writer, Amos. Source

Earlier, he was a program designer at Head Start and directed special programs at the Peace Corps. He also worked in the planning office of Volunteers in Service to America (VISTA), in the Office of Economic Opportunity." Washington Post

It was while working at Action where she also met her future husband, Francis Luzzatto, to whom she was married, aged 39, for 3 years until his death in September 1999 from heart disease. Shortly thereafter, in Summer 2000,

Just 12 days after 9/11, and 2 years since the death of Francis, Tam married her current husband, David J. Leiter:
‘Tamera Stanton Luzzatto, the chief of staff to Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton of New York, and David J. Leiter, who was appointed to an Energy Department post in President Bill Clinton's administration, were married yesterday in New York."
"Mr. Leiter, 46, is the vice president for government relations in Washington for ML Strategies, the government affairs and public relations unit of Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky & Popeo, the Boston law firm. He is a former chief of staff to Senator John Kerry, the Massachusetts Democrat, and was from 1998 until this year a deputy assistant secretary for energy efficiency and renewable energy. He graduated from Providence College and received a master's degree in public administration from American University." NY Times
A ‘Home and Garden’ article from June 2014 describes the pair as a ‘Washington Power Couple’, citing them as ‘far from’ the ‘Machiavellian’ Underwoods in ‘House of Cards’.
Leiter was previously chief of staff to John Kerry, and has a comparable political resume to his wife,
"It all began as a volunteer in Congressman Mo Udall’s 1976 presidential campaign and then a position on President-Elect Jimmy Carter’s Presidential Transition Team. He later served as a senior aide to U.S. Senator Wendell Ford and then campaign manager and chief of staff to Rhode Island Lieutenant Governor Richard Licht, which led to a position on Senator John Kerry’s 1990 reelection campaign and ultimately to chief of staff in Kerry’s Washington Senate office."

The article is obviously at pains to paint the couple as totally honourable, for example:

We might want to question these opinions in light of Tamara Luzzato’s view of her former boss,

Luzzato’s current post is as Senior Vice President at The Pew Charitable Trust, where she "leads government relations" and "ensures that Pew’s wide range of nonpartisan policy work at the state, federal and international levels is effectively and accurately communicated to policy makers."
