Authorities in Australia’s New South Wales state said on Monday that greater freedoms promised at 80% vaccination rates would not necessarily be granted to the unvaccinated.

According to the Xinhua news agency, NSW Premier Gladys Berejiklian urged citizens to remain vigilant and continue to get vaccinated, and warned that those who choose not to get the jabs would likely face exclusions as the country’s largest state eased restrictions.

“Don’t assume that at 80 per cent double-dose vaccination that unvaccinated people are going to have all those freedoms. I want to make that point very clear,” she said.

“A private business might choose only to welcome patrons who are vaccinated. An airline might say you can only fly with us if you’re vaccinated.”

Her comments came after NSW recorded 1,257 new locally acquired cases in the last 24 hours, marking the third day in a row that the daily case count remained above 1,200, indicating a potential plateau in daily case growth.

The state also recorded seven deaths during the same time period, bringing the current outbreak’s death toll to 184.

Berejiklian reiterated that the state is still working out the details of what the freedoms would look like if vaccination rates reached 80%.

Currently, 46% of the population over the age of 16 in NSW is fully vaccinated, with 78.5 percent having received at least one dose.

States have begun vaccinating children aged 12 to 15 after the federal government approved Pfizer vaccines on Monday.

Berejiklian confirmed that the adult population would be counted separately from the vaccination rollout.

CDC Director: Agencies Urgently Working on COVID-19 Vaccine for Younger Children

Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Director Rochelle Walensky says the federal health agency is working quickly on a COVID-19 vaccine for younger children between the ages of 5 and 11.

“We’re waiting for the companies to submit the data to the FDA, we’re anticipating that will happen in the fall,” she told the “Today Show” on Sept. 13. “We will look at that data from the FDA, from the CDC, with the urgency that we all feel for getting our kids vaccinated and we’re hoping by the end of the year.”

Her comments contrast with health advisory panels in several other countries, including the United Kingdom, that haven’t recommended COVID-19 shots for children aged 5 to 11. In the United States, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has granted emergency authorization to vaccinate children aged 12 to 17.

Last week, FDA executives, including Acting Commissioner Janet Woodcock and Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research chief Peter Marks, said in a statement that the agency will carefully look at data for younger children once it becomes available.

The officials said the FDA is then “prepared to complete its review as quickly as possible, likely in a matter of weeks rather than months,” adding that “the agency’s ability to review these submissions rapidly will depend in part on the quality and timeliness of the submissions by manufacturers.”

Should the CDC hand down a recommendation that younger children get vaccinated, it’s likely that some school districts will mandate them for in-person classes. Already, the Los Angeles Unified School District last week voted to mandate vaccines for children aged 12 and up in order to attend classes on campus.

But in other countries, some officials have noted that children have an extremely low risk of becoming seriously ill, hospitalized, or dying from COVID-19, the illness caused by the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) virus.

The UK Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunisation (JCVI) earlier in September said it will take a “precautionary approach,” saying that “given this very low risk, considerations on the potential harms and benefits of vaccination are very finely balanced.”

In June, scientists from University College London, as well as the Universities of York, Bristol, and Liverpool, discovered that most children who died of COVID-19 had underlying health problems. Overall, the COVID-19 mortality rate among children is 2 deaths per 1 million children in England, they found.

“We hope this data will be reassuring for children and young people and their families,” said Dr. Elizabeth Whittaker, from the Centre for Paediatrics and Child Health and Imperial College London, reported the BBC. She said that even after the emergence of the Delta variant, it hasn’t affected the child mortality rate.

The Biden administration has been preparing to roll out COVID-19 booster shots on Sept. 20 for most fully immunized adults, assuming the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) agree. The FDA will weigh the evidence for a Pfizer-BioNTech booster shot at a public meeting on Friday, but internal tensions between the FDA, White House, and CDC are already spilling into the open.

Everyone agrees the level of antibodies from the vaccines wanes over time, but there is disagreement over whether approving a third shot is necessary right now, given the other layers of protection from the vaccines and the mildness of most breakthrough infections. Several countries have already approved booster shots for the general population, and Israel is preparing to offer some people a fourth shot.

But in the U.S., the White House COVID-19 task force and FDA "have repeatedly accused CDC of withholding critical data needed to develop the booster shot plan," Politico reports. Some CDC officials view the White House timeline on booster approval as unrealistic.

The "FDA's frustrations with CDC are longstanding and predate the pandemic," Politico notes, but the two agencies are "trying to align" better, especially after the departure of two top FDA vaccine regulators, Marion Gruber and Philip Krause. "The pair announced their retirements this month, in a move that one former official attributed to frustrations with CDC's role in the booster plan."

But Krause and Gruber were among a group of international scientists who argued in British journal The Lancet on Monday that it is premature to offer everyone booster shots.

Universal booster shots may be needed eventually, the Lancet group wrote, but right now other parts of the immune system revved up by the vaccines, like T-cells and memory B cells, are providing really robust protection even as antibody levels decline. They also suggested there could be adverse reactions from repeated vaccinations, and argued that vaccines would be better used to immunize people around the world with no access.

Georgetown University's Larry Gostin said the Lancet paper "throws gasoline on the fire" in the booster shot debate, but the FDA shrugged it off. "We are in the middle of a deliberative process of reviewing Pfizer's booster shot supplemental approval submission," the FDA said, and "as noted in the article, the views of the authors do not represent the views of the agency."

Two departing Food and Drug Administration regulators argued in a review published Monday that none of the data on coronavirus vaccines so far provided credible evidence in support of booster shots for the general population. Their assertion revealed significant disagreement between career scientists at the agency and top Biden health officials, who have already started planning a broad booster campaign for this fall.

Two of the FDA’s most senior vaccine leaders are exiting from their positions, raising fresh questions about the Biden administration and the way that it’s sidelined the FDA.

Marion Gruber, director of the FDA’s Office of Vaccines Research & Review and 32-year veteran of the agency, will leave at the end of October, and OVRR deputy director Phil Krause, who’s been at FDA for more than a decade, will leave in November. The news, first reported by BioCentury, is a massive blow to confidence in the agency’s ability to regulate vaccines.

The bombshell announcement comes at a particularly crucial moment, as boosters and children’s shots are being weighed by the regulator. The departures also come as the administration has recently jumped ahead of the FDA’s reviews of booster shots, announcing that they might be available by the week of Sept. 20.

A former senior FDA leader told Endpoints that they’re departing because they’re frustrated that CDC and their ACIP committee are involved in decisions that they think should be up to the FDA. The former FDAer also said he’s heard they’re upset with CBER director Peter Marks for not insisting that those decisions should be kept inside FDA. What finally did it for them was the White House getting ahead of FDA on booster shots.

FDA’s former acting chief scientist Luciana Borio added on Twitter, “FDA is losing two giants who helped bring us many safe and effective vaccines over decades of public service.”

A local ABC news station accidentally opened up Pandora’s Box with a recent and now viral Facebook post. Currently boasting 64k+ shares, the post asked for stories about people that lost a loved one because they *weren’t* vaccinated….what ended up happening was a massive deluge of comments from people that had lost loved ones right after the vaccine instead. The number of actual deaths and side effects from the vaccine is something many suspect the media, Big Pharma, this illegitimate administration, and the CDC are personally covering up. Apparently the CDC doesn’t consider anyone that dies within 2 weeks of the vaccine as an actual “vaccination death” and of this post is as telling as it seems to be…..a LOT more people are dying from this vaccine than anything else. The vaccine clearly doesn’t stop people from getting covid, and it’s got a lot of people wondering why they’re pushing it so hard at all. I screenshot as many comments as I could as Facebook is already targeting the post and asking people if they “really” want to share it.

There are literally too many to go through for one article. It’s also interesting because so many people like me are currently in “Facebook jail” for daring to question the vaccine, so we have no idea how many more stories of vaccine deaths from people who can’t currently see it or comment there are. Mainline Christian church installs first openly trans bishop

A California church installed the first openly transgender bishop of a mainline Christian denomination in San Francisco.

The Rev. Megan Rohrer was named bishop in the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America on Saturday, saying the recognition is humbling.

"It's fancy new embroidery but still first part of doing a new job, you want to do well since so many people around the world are paying attention," Rohrer told Fox2 in the Bay Area. "Becoming a bishop is one more field that trans people can be fully equal."

Rohrer is set to serve a six-year term and preside over the Sierra Pacific Synod, which consists of roughly 200 Lutheran congregations.

The road to becoming bishop has not been smooth, according to Rohrer, who was the first transgender chaplain of the San Francisco Police Department.

Rohrer had reportedly been excluded from the church for its regulations against those in the gay and transgender community.

Rohrer was seen as a member of the clergy in 2010 and has led services as the pastor of Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church in San Francisco's Outer Sunset neighborhood.

"As I'm thinking about other people who are going to be future pastors, I'm going to do the best I can to remove the hurdles in front of them, just like hundreds of thousands of peoples moved hurdles out of my way," Rohrer said.

Rohrer, who is married and a parent to two children, hopes serving as bishop will help foster egalitarianism, the reverend told the Washington Examiner.

"Like many other trailblazing trans people who gain entrance to work sacred and secular jobs, I hope my service as bishop in the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America will lead to greater equality for all who seek to care for their neighbors," Rohrer said.

Rohrer hopes that being bishop will elucidate the dedication that gay and transgender members have toward faith.

"I hope the news of my installation will reach all the places where trans people need a reminder that God is with them and rooting for them," Rohrer said. "I pray my story will help those who are conflicted to begin imagining the faithfulness of trans."

Haim Geron, a witness in the corruption trial of former prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu, was one of the two Israelis killed in a light plane crash in Greece on Monday. The other was his wife, Esti.

The names of the Gerons, the only two casualties of the crash, were cleared for publication on Tuesday.

Geron was a past deputy director-general for engineering and licensing at the Communications Ministry.

According to the Foreign Ministry, the couple took off from Haifa on a single-engine plane in the afternoon and were flying close to the island of Samos, near Turkey, when their light aircraft went down Monday evening.

Their bodies were recovered by the Greek coastguard several hours later with the help of divers.

A Conversation with Amistad Project Director Phill Kline: The Investigation of the Mysterious USPS Truckloads of Ballots Continues

At a highly anticipated press conference back in December, election fraud whistleblowers stepped forward, including one who witnessed the movement of an estimated 144,000-288,000 completed ballots across three state lines on October 21st, before the election.

The information was made public at a press conference by the Amistad Project of the Thomas More Society, a national constitutional litigation organization.

The Amistad Project had sworn declarations that over 300,000 ballots are at issue in Arizona, 548,000 in Michigan, 204,000 in Georgia, and over 121,000 in Pennsylvania. They claim that their evidence reveals multi-state illegal efforts by USPS workers to influence the election in at least three of six swing states.

The whistleblower statements include potentially hundreds of thousands of completed absentee ballots being transported across three state lines, and a trailer filled with ballots disappearing in Pennsylvania.

Amistad Project Director Phill Kline said, “130,000 to 280,000 completed ballots for the 2020 general election were shipped from Bethpage, NY, to Lancaster, PA, where those ballots and the trailer in which they were shipped disappeared.”

Truck driver Jesse Morgan was present at the press conference and spoke for 9 minutes about his unbelievable ordeal. Morgan was tasked with delivering completed ballots to Pennsylvania from New York state.

This was explosive testimony.

Jesse Morgan: In total I saw 24 gaylords, or large cardboard containers of ballots, loaded into my trailer. These gaylords contained plastic trays, I call them totes or trays of ballots stacked on top of each other. All the envelopes were the same size. I saw the envelopes had return addresses… They were complete ballots.”

Jesse was later interrogated by the Chris Wray FBI. They were not interested in investigating the actual crime. Their goal was to harass and intimidate Jesse Morgan.

Since then, the story disappeared. The mainstream fake news media never showed any interest in the story. So on Monday, we reached out to Phill Kline to discuss this still-unsolved mystery.

On Monday, we spoke with Amistad Project Director Phill Kline.

Phill told us that Jesse Morgan was a very credible witness. Phill did a forensic analysis with Jesse at the time he stepped forward, and he was found to be full of integrity. Phill said his team at the time double-checked Jesse’s story and they corroborated the story. Investigators also confirmed this story. There were 150,000 to 250,000 flats of mail that Jesse was hauling for the US Postal Service across state lines just days before the election.

Kline also confirmed that his team got postal experts who corroborated the story from Bethpage.

Government officials killed the investigation

The authorities assigned the US postal inspector to investigate. Kline says the investigators never once sought any details of the incident. To this day, Kline has never been requested to provide evidence. It appears the investigation ended before it was started.

In July the US Attorney in Pennsylvania, Bill McSwain, sent President Trump a letter where he claimed former AG Bill Barr told him not to investigate the crimes and corruption that occurred in the 2020 Election in that state.

Barr told McSwain to stand down. McSwain later sent the details to President Trump. Bill Barr did not want this investigated.

Chinese Warships Approach Alaska As US Navy Increases Presence In South China Sea

The US Coast Guard revealed a significant incident involving Chinese military vessels coming near American waters off Alaska. While the incident was first divulged to the public on Monday, it happened at the end of August.

No less than four People's Liberation Army (PLA) Navy ships were spotted and shadowed by US vessels off Alaska's Aleutian Islands, including a guided missile destroyer and guided missile cruiser, as well as an intelligence gathering vessel and auxiliary ship. They stayed in international waters but came within the United States' exclusive economic zone.

"During the deployment, Bertholf and Kimball observed four ships from the People’s Liberation Army Navy (PLAN) operating as close as 46 miles off the Aleutian Island coast," the Coast Guard statement said. "While the ships were within the US exclusive economic zone, they followed international laws and norms and at no point entered US territorial waters."

The statement said further, "The Chinese vessels conducted military and surveillance operations during their deployment to the Bering Sea and North Pacific Ocean."

A US Coast Guard source was later cited in a media report confirming that the Chinese ships were present in the US' EEZ (exclusive economic zone: which extends far off the Alaskan coast) from August 29 to September 1.

Despite at one point coming to within about 46 miles of a US island off Alaska, the Chinese naval task force stayed within international waters, though were firmly within the US EEZ - which extends about 230 miles off the Alaskan coast.

The Coast Guard published images of the encounter wherein the US vessels shadowed the Chinese group, as Business Insider details:

The four Chinese warships were shadowed and monitored by the US Coast Guard cutters Bertholf and Kimball and are visible in Coast Guard images. The crew of the Bertholf made radio contact with the the Chinese ships, and the service said all interactions were consistent with international standards.

Chinese state mouthpiece Global Times on Monday featured insight by Chinese military analysts who said China's navy is taking "countermeasure against US military provocations on China's doorsteps in the name of freedom of navigation."

This as the US Navy has stepped up maneuvers in the South China Sea, recently sending the USS Carl Vinson Carrier which for the first time carried F-35 stealth fighters on its deck. This had served to reportedly put the PLA military 'on alert' - given the US conducted drills launching the F-35 from the carrier deck for the first time ever near China-claimed waters in the region.

Why in the world would anyone want to ban a medicine that is listed as a WHO essential safe medicine, won the Nobel prize, and has turned around millions of people with COVID from death's doorstep? The Australians have now let the cat out of the bag. The reason is because it works, and it will eradicate COVID, along with the agenda — from control to vaccination — that they have built upon its existence.

Last Friday, the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) of Australia officially banned the prescribing of ivermectin for COVID-19 or any other use besides parasitic infections. One would think that a country that forged a policy of "zero COVID" would want to aggressively treat this virus with everything that has proven to work and actually achieve literal zero COVID, as the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh did with the use of ivermectin. But indeed, this is not about getting rid of COVID, but about perpetuating the control and cronyism harnessed through COVID.

The three reasons given for the TGA's decision were as shocking as they were revealing. "Firstly, there are a number of significant public health risks associated with taking ivermectin," begins the statement. If you stop reading at that point mid-sentence, you are likely wondering how a drug that was praised more than any other drug in recent decades and was used safely billions of times could suddenly cause such terrible problems. However, when you complete the sentence, you will understand what sort of "risk" they are referring to. Here is the full explanation:

"Firstly, there are a number of significant public health risks associated with taking ivermectin in an attempt to prevent COVID-19 infection rather than getting vaccinated. Individuals who believe that they are protected from infection by taking ivermectin may choose not to get tested or to seek medical care if they experience symptoms. Doing so has the potential to spread the risk of COVID-19 infection throughout the community."

That's it! That is the reason they not only oppose ivermectin here and in Australia, but oppose hydroxychloroquine, budesonide, fenofibrate, and any and all forms of preventive and outpatient treatment. Doctors have even told me they have had prescriptions blocked by pharmacists for antibiotics or prednisone, if they think they are being used for COVID. This is the most evident admission yet from the Australian government that it can't afford to get rid of the virus with something so cheap because it will obviate the need for the vaccine ... and the totalitarian agenda accompanying it.

The irony is supremely rich, given that they are falsely projecting on ivermectin a weakness that is doubly true of the vaccine. Unlike ivermectin, the vaccine absolutely does not work to stop community spread and its protection against critical illness even wears off after about five to six months, according to Israeli studies, which is why they are pushing third and even fourth shots. These people have been silently spreading the virus for months thinking they are enjoying the protection traditional vaccines have afforded.

In a new video on The Hill’s “Rising,” political commentator Kim Iversen analyzes Dr. Anthony Fauci’s support for azidothymidine (AZT) to treat HIV/AIDS and compares it to his current support for COVID mRNA vaccines.

Fauci, named head of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases in 1984, sparked panic among Americans in the 1980s when he wrote in a medical journal that AIDS could be transmitted not only through sexual contact and sharing needles, but also through “ordinary close contact” with the infected.

Iversen says Fauci’s remarks followed the discovery of an infant diagnosed with AIDS — a case we would later learn was caused when the child passed through the womb of an infected mother.

But the damage was already done, said Iversen:

“Public panic had intensified and people were fearing they could get aids from sharing a toilet seat or even from shaking hands. People living with AIDS were being alienated and ostracized from their jobs, homes, communities, and gay men, in particular, were heavily stigmatized.”

Meanwhile, Fauci and his team of scientists at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) went full speed ahead on developing a vaccine for AIDS. However, despite promises from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services that it would roll out an AIDS/HIV vaccine, Iversen says that never happened.

Realizing the potential to earn big profits, Iversen says pharmaceutical companies soon began developing treatments for AIDS.

The British drug company, Burroughs Wellcome & Co., said its failed cancer drug AZT could be used to treat AIDS.

Few studies were done, said Iversen, and the long-term side effects were unknown. But in March 1987, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration approved AZT, claiming the benefits outweighed the risks.

Celia Farber, who in 1989 reported on the approval of AZT and its potential health risks, wrote at the time:

“The majority of those in the AIDS-afflicted and medical communities held the drug up as the first breakthrough on AIDS. For better or worse, AZT had been approved faster than any drug in FDA history, and activists considered it a victory. The price paid for the victory, however, was that almost all government drug trials, from then on, focused on AZT — while over 100 other promising drugs were left uninvestigated.”

Judicial Watch announced today that it received 198 pages of records and communications from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) involving “humanized mice” research with human fetal heads, organs and tissue, including communications and contracts with human fetal tissue provider Advanced Bioscience Resources (ABR). Most of the records are communications and related attachments between Perrin Larton, a procurement manager for ABR, and research veterinary medical officer Dr. Kristina Howard of the FDA.

Judicial Watch received the records through a March 2019 Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit against the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, of which the FDA is a part (Judicial Watch v. U.S. Department Health and Human Services (No. 1:19-cv-00876)). The lawsuit asks for all contracts and related documentation on disbursement of funds, procedural documents and communications between FDA and ABR for the provision of human fetal tissue to be used in humanized mice research. After successfully opposing the FDA’s redaction of certain information from its records, a federal court ordered HHS to release additional information about its purchases of organs harvested from aborted human fetuses – including “line item prices,” or the price per organ the government paid to ABR. The court also found “there is reason to question” whether the transactions violate federal law barring the sale of fetal organs. Documents previously uncovered in this lawsuit show that the federal government demanded the purchased fetal organs be “fresh and never frozen.”)

The records include an FDA generated contract with ABR, based on a “requisition” it issued on July 27, 2012, for $12,000 worth of “tissue procurement for humanized mice,” indicates the requisition was for a “non-competitive award.” Although the initial award was for $12,000, the total estimated amount of funds allocated for the requisition was $60,000. Under “Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition,” the FDA writes:

Scientists within the FDA and in the larger field of humanized mouse research have searched extensively over the past several years and ABR is the only company in the U.S. capable of supplying tissues suitable for HM research. No other company or organization is capable of fulfilling the need.

Joe Biden’s State Department moved to cancel a critical State Department program aimed at providing swift and safe evacuations of Americans out of crisis zones just months prior to the fall of Kabul, The National Pulse can exclusively reveal.

The “Contingency and Crisis Response Bureau” – which was designed to handle medical, diplomatic, and logistical support concerning Americans overseas was paused by Antony Blinken’s State Department earlier this year. Notification was officially signed just months before the Taliban’s takeover of Afghanistan.

“SENSITIVE BUT UNCLASSIFIED,” an official State Department document from the Biden State Department begins, before outlining the following move the quash the Trump-era funding for the new bureau.

The document is from the desk of Deputy Secretary of State Brian P. McKeon, confirmed in March by the United States Senate.

The document is dated June 11, 2021, though The National Pulse understands the decision to pause the program may have come as early as February, both undermining the original Trump-era date for the withdrawal of troops from Afghanistan, and certainly giving the Taliban time to threaten American assets and lives on the run up to Joe Biden’s September 11th date of withdrawal.

The subject line reads: “(SBU) Contingency and Crisis Response Bureau,” and the body of the document recommends:

“That you direct the discontinuation of the establishment, and termination of, the Contingency and Crisis Response Bureau (CCR), and direct a further review of certain associated Department requirements and capabilities.”

It goes on:

“That you direct the discontinuation of the establishment, and termination of, CCR, consistent with the applicable legal requirements, necessary stakeholder engagement, and any applicable changes to the Foreign Affairs Manual and other requirements.”

The document reveals the recommendations were approved on June 11th 2021.

Speaking exclusively to The National Pulse, former President Donald J. Trump blasted Biden’s irresponsible move:

“My Administration prioritized keeping Americans safe, Biden leaves them behind. Canceling this successful Trump Administration program before the withdrawal that would have helped tens of thousands Americans reach home is beyond disgraceful. Genealogists have reportedly found evidence that President Biden’s paternal colonial ancestors owned slaves.

The reported finding, detailed in an adapted excerpt from Politico correspondent Ben Schreckinger’s upcoming book “The Bidens: Inside the First Family’s Fifty-Year Rise to Power,” was recently discovered by Alexander Bannerman, a genealogist in West Virginia, and lineage expert Gary Boyd Roberts.

After the 2020 presidential election, Bannerman worked alongside Roberts to put together Biden’s genealogy for the winter 2021 issues of American Ancestors magazine.

Bannerman told Schreckinger that during their research, the pair found that two of Biden’s ancestors on his father’s side enslaved people while living in Maryland.

Jesse Robinett, the president’s great-great-great-grandfather, enslaved two people in Allegany County, according to the 1800 Census, Bannerman said, while Thomas Randle, another third-great-grandfather of Biden, enslaved one 14-year-old boy in Baltimore County in 1850. The state of Maryland does not list any Bidens in its slavery database.

America Has Given Millions for ‘Research’ At Chinese Communist-Run Facilities Since COVID Outbreak.

Over half the grant cash came from Fauci.

The U.S. National Institutes of Health has continued to funnel millions of U.S. taxpayer dollars to fund scientific research in conjunction with Communist China since the beginning of the COVID pandemic, including to military-controlled organizations, The National Pulse can reveal.

Over half of the grants sent since early 2020 came from Anthony Fauci’s National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases.

The National Institutes of Health (NIH) database reveals that 13 grants have been sent to the country which has stonewalled investigations into the origins of COVID-19. China has also undertaken a global propaganda campaign to blame the U.S. for the virus, while America continues to send cash.

China Medical University, Fudan University, Peking University, and China’s Center for Disease Control and Prevention are among the organizations, all of which are controlled by the Chinese Communist Party, funded by various NIH agencies.

Of the 13 grants to China, seven are from Fauci’s National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases.

Southern Medical University – which is controlled by the regime’s People’s Liberation Army and has close ties to the Wuhan Institute of Virology – also received two additional grants worth nearly $300,000 from Fauci.

In total over $4 million has been sent to studies counting their principal investigators as working in China for state-run scientific bodies in 2020 and 2021. Seven of the studies are still active at the time of publication.

Around 422,000 in Texas Without Power From Storm Nicholas

More than 422,000 homes and businesses in Texas were still without power on Tuesday afternoon as utilities started restoring service faster than Tropical Storm Nicholas caused new outages, according to local utilities.

That is down from 529,000 customers out in Texas at the peak on Tuesday morning.

The center of Nicholas was located about 10 miles southeast of Houston and could still cause life-threatening flash floods across the Deep South during the next couple of days, according to the U.S. National Hurricane Center.

Texas energy company CenterPoint Energy Inc, the company with the most outages so far, had about 365,000 customers without power in the Houston area Tuesday afternoon, down from a peak of around 454,000 earlier in the day.

The following table lists major outages by utility, including about 94,000 outages in Louisiana left from Hurricane Ida over two weeks ago since Nicholas is expected to move from Texas to Louisiana on Wednesday:

CONFIRMED: Four Chinese Warships Spotted Along Coast Of Alaska’s Aleutian Islands – Coast Guard

The warships entered the U.S. exclusive economic zone

Chinese People’s Liberation Army Navy (PLAN) warships traveled within 46 miles of Alaska’s Aleutian Islands last month, according to a statement from the U.S. Coast Guard. Coast Guard ships tailed and observed four Chinese naval vessels in total. The Chinese ships were were operating within the U.S. exclusive economic zone.

According to the Coast Guard, the contingent of Chinese warships included a guided missile cruiser, a guided missile destroyer, a general intelligence vessel, and an auxiliary vessel. “The Chinese vessels conducted military and surveillance operations during their deployment to the Bering Sea and North Pacific Ocean,” the statement read. The Coast Guard added that while the ships did enter the U.S. economic zone, they obeyed international law and did not directly enter U.S. territorial waters.

The Chinese vessels reportedly conducted military and surveillance operations during their deployment. According to the Pentagon, the incursion occurred late last month. The story was first reported by The Drive, who obtained images of the Chinese vessels captured between August 29 and August 30. “Security in the Bering Sea and the Arctic is homeland security,” said Vice Admiral Michael McAllister. “The U.S. Coast Guard is continuously present in this important region to uphold American interests and protect U.S. economic prosperity.”

Bowe Bergdahl: Four-star general Mark Milley handed soldier’s court martial case

The Army announced Monday that it is referring the case of Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl to a four-star general who will decide whether to charge him criminally for leaving his base in 2009 in Afghanistan.

The Army gave the job of what the military calls a court-martial convening authority to Gen. Mark Milley, commander of Army Forces Command.

Gen. Milley has wide latitude. He can order a court-martial, or impose nonjudicial punishment, or take no action.

His decision will be based on an investigative report submitted in October by Maj. Gen. Kenneth Dahl. Sgt. Bergdahl’s former platoon mates accuse him of desertion on that June 30 when he walked away and became a captive of the Taliban and Haqqani network.

“The Army cannot discuss or disclose the findings of the investigation while disciplinary decisions are pending before commanders,” the Army said.

The fact the Army is assigning a convening authority indicates that Gen. Dahl found some type of misconduct.

“I’m glad it’s moving ahead,” said Eugene Fidell, a teacher at Yale Law School who is representing Sgt. Bergdahl. “It would have been nice to be able to close the book on this case before Christmas. That’s obviously not in the cards. I think everybody probably thinks it’s time to get this thing over. That’s what I hope the new year will bring.”

The Washington Times reported a wrinkle in the Bergdahl saga. Because Sgt. Bergdahl has completed his enlistment, Army regulations say he cannot be sent to an administrative board for discharge. He must either be given an honorable discharge or be referred for possible criminal charges, which is what the Army did Monday.

If Sgt. Bergdahl is charged, he can offer to take a less than honorable discharge in lieu of a court-martial. He remains in the Army on an administrative hold.

The Haqqani network freed Sgt. Bergdahl in May in exchange for five hardened Taliban leaders. Republicans said President Obama was putting U.S. troops in danger and failed to follow the law that required 60-days’ notice of released detainees from Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.
