Hijacking Parental Rights. Do You Consent?
A bill passed by the D.C. Council on October 20, 2020 would allow children as young as age 11 to obtain government-recommended vaccinations without their parents’ consent. Originally introduced under a measles narrative, this bill covers the new, experimental COVID vaccine.
The “Minor Consent for Vaccinations Amendment Act” passed with a 12-1 vote. The bill would need to be passed by the Council for a second time and then be signed by Mayor Muriel Bowser in order to become law. If it becomes law, this legislation would direct health care providers to seek reimbursement directly from insurers, and require doctors to submit an immunization record directly to the young patient’s school instead of a parent.
Do parents have the inherent right to direct the upbringing, education and care of their children? Some officials and doctors say no. They claim that vaccination rates need to remain high, even without scientific proof showing that a benefit outweighs the risks. Further, Bubble Indemnity means vaccine makers will not be held liable for the inevitable side effects of the COVID vaccine, and all vaccines.
There is also some precedent set for bypassing parental informed-consent in the schools.
Currently, dentists in Oregon, pharmacists in all 50 states, and soon school nurses, can inject your children with all CDC-recommended vaccines, with parental consent.
What makes it possible to deliver vaccines to children through the public schools? One reason is that the School-located Vaccination (SLV) has a long history in the United States. In 1875, New York City schools delivered the small pox vaccine. In the 1950s, schools delivered the Salk polio vaccine. In the 1990s, schools conducted catch-up clinics for the Hep B vaccine. In 2009, schools injected the H1N1 vaccines. In 2012-13, an SLV project in rural Kentucky deployed the HPV vaccine, all to improve vaccination rates.
According to Goal #4 of the 2015-16 National Vaccine Plan, Health care providers must continue to improve access to and acceptance of vaccination providers in nontraditional healthcare settings. School-located vaccination (SLV) can augment other emerging alternative vaccination sites.
The SLV strategy is described in a position statement by the National Association for School Nurses which represents the government-accepted narrative. Their Journal of School Nursing reports:
School nurses are trusted professionals within the school and community settings and can play a pivotal role in the success of SLV. They are ideally placed to identify students who have missed vaccines.
This narrative is repeated in studies published by the American Academy of Pediatrics, a group claiming to be dedicated to the health of all children. Their 2017 study suggests that “SLV is key for adolescents who have significantly lower rates of vaccination due to lower rates of office-based visits.”

SAUGERTIES, N.Y. (AP) — A tiny owl that was found dehydrated and hungry in the branches of the Rockefeller Center Christmas tree is eating its way back to good health and is set to be released back into the wild Saturday.
The adult male Saw-whet owl was dubbed Rockefeller after it was discovered Monday by a worker setting up the towering holiday tree in Manhattan. The Norway spruce was cut down 170 miles (275 kilometers) northwest in upstate New York and brought to Manhattan on Saturday.
The bird was taken to the Ravensbeard Wildlife Center in the Hudson Valley, where it is dining on mice in preparation for a return to the wild, tentatively before dusk Saturday.
“I just want to make sure he’s well-fed before he goes,” Director Ellen Kalish told the Daily Freeman on Thursday. “He was a little on the thin side when he came in. He probably hadn’t eaten in a number of days. So I just want to make sure that he’s at his best weight and health, and then he goes.”
Kalish said the owl is in “great condition” with no bone fractures apparent after an X-ray. She plans to release the owl from the center’s location in Saugerties, New York.

Dominion Voting Systems committed to attending an oversight hearing in Pennsylvania but backed out at the last moment, lawmakers in the Keystone State said Friday. “The members of the state government committee were looking forward to publicly addressing the plethora of accusations of Dominion Voting Systems in a format which would have allowed open and honest dialogue. I was impressed at what appeared to be the willingness of Dominion Voting Systems to address accusations, and it would have put the 1.3 million Pennsylvanians who used their machines at ease, including myself,” state Rep. Seth Grove, a Republican who chairs the Government Oversight Committee, said during a press conference.
“Unfortunately, last evening, Dominion Voting Systems lawyered up and backed out of their commitment.”
Fourteen counties in Pennsylvania use Dominion’s voting systems. Approximately 1.3 million people, or 19 percent of voters, voted in those counties.
“Instead of running towards the light of honesty and integrity, Dominion Voting Systems retreated to the darkness. Why? Why would a vendor of public goods fear discussing their products sold to the public for the public good?” Grove said.
“If Dominion’s products were successful and operated as they were supposed to, why wouldn’t Dominion take the opportunity to publicly review its success? How hard is to say, ‘our ballot machines worked exactly as promised, and they are 100 percent accurate?'”
Dominion did not respond to a request for comment.
The cancellation adds credibility to accusations against Dominion, state lawmakers said. They said Dominion has to earn the trust of Pennsylvanians.
“Most of us would agree here that we trust the workers in our polling places, and we trust the workers in our counties. They’re our neighbors and they are people that we elected. But what we don’t know, and therefore we can’t trust, is the role of third-party companies,” state Rep. Dawn Keefer, a Republican, said at the briefing.
Dominion was given the chance “to demonstrate who they were, the services they were providing, the products that they were selling us and how they were being utilized, and give the voters the confidence that they’re looking for,” she added.
Questions that would have been asked included whether Dominion had a role in the tabulation of votes, whether Dominion machines use open source software, and who controls the source code.
Grove suggested subpoenas are possible.

MADISON CO., Ind. — The former Fire Chief for the Summitville Fire Department is facing child seduction and solicitation charges.
Indiana State Police investigators say James Randall Sizelove, 56, engaged in sexual misconduct with a minor under the age of 16.
Sizelove first met the victim, now 23, while working as a bus driver for the Madison Grant School Corporation in 2010. The victim accused Sizelove of multiple sexual crimes, beginning in 2013 when she was only 15 years old. Sizelove was her bus driver at the time.

Sizelove was relieved of his police duties after a search warrant was served at his home. During the search, several devices were found with porn depicting the underage victim. Sizelove was arrested after turning himself into the Madison County Jail Friday morning.

It''s an expoit, that mirrors every post on this board, which is why we are moving so slowly..it is intentional.. there was a baker who had been using this about a month or so ago.. called him out on it and almost immediately he dropped the bake and the board stopped having its hiccups. This time though it's much worse than it was then. Found additional information on it, with respect to an up date.. this is an older piece of software.. there is also another site but it's stuff is older than this one is.
Thinking the best way to prevent this from happening again is to have lock on the overall code that operates the board. Separate from usual administrative functions.
