Emmys: Jimmy Kimmel and Anthony Anderson Chant Black Lives Matter

The 72nd Emmy Awards host Jimmy Kimmel joined Black-ish star Anthony Anderson in a chant of “Black Lives Matter” during the live broadcast on Sunday, in a skit that saw Anderson lament how the awards show was forced to go virtual, stopping all the black nominees and winners from basking in their victory together.

So let me get this straight: Amy Barrett experience is Law School, Law School teacher till 2017 and 2 years on the Federal Bench. and Barbara Logoa was the Editor of Columbia Law School Paper, defended Elian Gonzales family as a lawyer, Chief Judge of the Florida Third District, appointed to the Florida Supreme Court, was an Assistant US Attorney and currently sits on the 11th Circuit of Appeals.

In addition Lagoa was the confirmation vote for Sheriff Scott Israel getting fired from the Palm Beach Sheriff's Office.

On paper Lagoa runs circles around Barrett. Why is Barrett even being considered? I don't get it.

Far Left DC Mob Harasses Senator Lindsey Graham at 6 AM — Blast Bullhorns, Flash Strobe Lights and Try to Enter His Yard

The DC Sunrise Movement, a far left group pushing the consumption of foreign energy sources in America, is training agitators for a potential riot at Senator Lindsey Graham’s home on Monday morning.

The mob action was planned for 6:00 AM on Monday morning.

Investigate reporter Millie Weaver released video on Sunday night of the radical group’s members practicing kicks on his front door and more.

This is the modern day left — violent, radical Marxists.

On Monday morning the mob came through with their threats.

Several dozen leftist activists woke up early to harass Senator Graham and his neighbors. They gathered outside his home and started flashing their strobe lights, chanting and blaring bullhorns at his DC residence.

The mob demanded that he not confirm a replacement for Ruth Bader Ginsburg.

According to reporter Ford Fischer the far left mob tried to ender Graham’s front yard and knock on his door but were stopped by police.

Judge Barbara Lagoa is clearly the better choice to sit on the Supreme Court.

Amy Coney Barrett has some name recognition from when she was nommed a few years ago for a District Court position. and everybody swooned, ooh a woman and she's white christian.

However, ACB belongs to the cult-ish People of Praise, in which each member gets a handler, named a "Handmaiden" who she has to tell all her financial info to.

People of Praise - they have to swear an oath of loyalty to each other. not to God.

and the biggest Red Flag of all: Amy Coney Barrett had disagreed with Pres. Trump on a major issue. don't recall off hand, but it was significant enough that I knew it was a Red Flag.

She could turn out to be another John Roberts, or Neil Gorsuch. Gorsuch has already voted againt POTUS once already.

China Military Releases War Simulation Video Of Attack On US Guam Base

Following weeks of multiple Chinese fighter jet incursions over Taiwan, the Chinese air force released a shocking video on Saturday showing bombers conducting a simulated attack "on what appears to be Andersen Air Force Base on the U.S. Pacific island of Guam," according to Reuters.

Taiwanese Foreign Minister Joseph Wu warned Saturday that China was increasing drills and other forms of military pressure with the threat of intervention. Wu said China's crackdown in Hong Kong is a reminder that "Taiwan might be next".

The short video, titled "The god of war H-6K goes on the attack!," was posted on the People's Liberation Army Air Force (PLAAF) Weibo account, comes as the Chinese military carried out the second day of drills near Chinese-claimed Taiwan.

The South China Morning Post (SCMP) said the island in the simulation video "has more than a passing resemblance to the US facility on the island of Guam." Reuters noted the runway in the video mirrors that of Anderson's.

PLAAF wrote in the description of the video:

"We are the defenders of the motherland's aerial security; we have the confidence and ability to always defend the security of the motherland's skies."

Collin Koh, a research fellow at Singapore's Institute of Defence and Strategic Studies, told Reuters the propaganda video has aims to project PLAAF's increasing long-range power.

"The video is meant to warn the Americans that even supposedly safe, rearward positions such as Guam may come under threat when conflicts over regional flashpoints, be it Taiwan or the South China Sea, erupt," Koh said.

PLAAF's H-6K bombers have a combat range of 3,700 miles and can carry nuclear weapons, long-range cruise missiles, and will one day be armed with hypersonic missiles.

Drew Thompson, a former US defense department official who was responsible for managing US relations with mainland China and Taiwan, told SCMP the video is a warning to surrounding countries:

"The messages put out by the People's Republic of China propaganda machine threaten anyone who opposes [mainland] China or the Communist Party," Thompson said. "[The footage] warns that the PLA is prepared to use force to settle differences."

Funding patch would avert shutdown through Dec. 11, fund Navy’s Columbia program

WASHINGTON ― House Democrats have five a stopgap spending measure to avoid a government shutdown and keep the Department of Defense and other federal agencies operating through Dec. 11.

The continuing resolution would allow the Navy to begin detailed design and construction work on two Columbia-class ballistic missile submarines, but it left out White House-requests for Space Force and nuclear weapons programs.

The bill, expected to be taken up by the House this week, was released was by the House Appropriations Committee on Monday.

The CR comes amid weeks of stalled negotiations on a new pandemic relief bill, but lead lawmakers have committed to reach an agreement to avoid a government shutdown. Democrats apparently rejected a path by with the CR would run into early 2021, which Republicans opposed.

Defense officials and industry leaders had said they preferred a shorter continuing resolution, because they cannot start new programs or increase spending on existing priorities under the restrictions from previous fiscal year funding.

Aside from the $1.6 billion or the Columbia-class sub, the bill would bar the Pentagon’s new start programs, and it omits several other so-called anomalies the Trump administration requested. The White House would have just days to bargain for the flexibility it sought.

Without congressional intervention, the Navy would not have the money or authorization to begin work on the boats the sea service announced in June as part of a planned $10.4 billion contract with General Dynamics Electric Boat.

H.R. McMaster: Some WH Advisers ‘Cast Themselves In The Role Of Saving The Country And Maybe The World From Trump’

Former National Security Adviser H.R. McMaster said Sunday that there were some White House advisers who believed their job was to save the world from President Donald Trump.

McMaster explained that when he joined CBS’ Scott Pelley to discuss his new book, “Battlegrounds,” on “60 Minutes.”

Pelley introduced McMaster, a three-star general who claims no allegiance to either political party, saying, “He told us the last few presidents, not just President Trump, have left the United States vulnerable in the eyes of those who would do us harm. How do our competitors view the United States today?”

McMaster said that competitors — specifically China and Russia — likely see the United States as “weak and divided.”

“I think they see an opportunity. I think China thinks it’s winning. You know, China sees an America that is divided against each other,” McMaster said, citing what he called the “triple crisis of Covid-19” — the spread of the virus, the subsequent recession and the civil unrest that followed the death of George Floyd.

“And so, China is acting, I think, now much more aggressively because they think it’s time to do it. They have a window of opportunity to exploit our weaknesses and to come after us. I think Russia feels the same way. I think other adversaries could feel the same way,” McMaster explained.

“The very first line in your book is, ‘This is not the book that most people wanted me to write,'” Pelley prompted then.

“Right. People wanted me to write another tell-all about my time in the Trump Administration,” McMaster said. “People wanted me to write another book about palace intrigue. I think what Americans need today is we need— we need— a discussion— a meaningful, a respectful discussion about these very serious challenges to our security, our prosperity and our influence in the world.”

McMaster went on to say that while he got a wide range of advice from friends and family members — both for and against — when he was asked to serve in the Trump administration, he found the decision to be an easy one.

Pelley went on to ask McMaster what he thought about rivalries within the West Wing, and the former National Security Adviser explained that he believed there were several different agendas in play.

“There is certainly one group of people there who are there to serve the elected president and to serve the country,” he said. “I think there are other groups there though, as well, a second group that is there really, instead of providing options to the elected president, they really want to advance their narrow agendas. And then I think there’s a third group, and I think this is true probably of any administration, who cast themselves in the role of saving the country and maybe the world from the president.”

“Were you trying to save the world from the president?” Pelley asked.

“No. It was my duty to help the president come to his own decisions,” McMaster replied.

Army Approaches Goal of Destroying Chemical Weapon Agents

This month, the Pueblo Chemical Agent-Destruction Pilot Plant team at the Army's Pueblo Chemical Depot in Colorado completed the destruction of nearly 300,000 155mm projectiles, which each contained 12 pounds of mustard agent, said Walton Levi, site project manager.

Chemical agent destruction operations in Colorado began in March 2015 and are scheduled to be completed by 2023, said Levi. More than 780,000 munitions were in the original chemical weapons stockpile in Pueblo.

A blister-producing mustard agent is contained within three types of munitions, each named after the diameter of its shell: 155mm projectile, 105mm projectile and 4.2-inch mortar round, he said.

This marks the end of the first munitions campaign at PCAPP and the safe elimination of approximately two-thirds of the original chemical agent stored at the depot, said Levi. We proudly completed this campaign ahead of schedule — and while implementing strict, new protocols to keep our workforce safe amid the coronavirus pandemic, he said.

In the 1980s, increased international concern about the effects of chemical warfare led Congress to direct the Army to destroy all U.S. chemical weapons.

This was reinforced by a presidential directive and the U.S. ratification in 1997 of the Chemical Weapons Convention, an international treaty that calls on all member nations to destroy their chemical weapons and production facilities.

Microsoft To Buy 'Doom'-Maker Bethesda Softworks For $7.5 Billion

Having failed to lock down TikTok, Microsoft took charge of Merger Monday in what was otherwise a dismal trading session, when it announced it would drastically expand its games business with the acquisition of ZeniMax Media, the parent company of Bethesda Softworks - the largest privately-held game developers and publishers in the world - for $7.5 billion in cash. Bloomberg reports the deal is expected to close sometime in the second half of 2021 and have an insignificant impact to non-GAAP operating income in 2021 and 2022.

The deal will allow Microsoft's Xbox to have direct ownership to top-selling games, including "Fallout," "The Elder Scrolls," "Doom," "Quake," "Wolfenstein," "Prey" and "Dishonored." Microsoft will also integrate Bethesda's franchises to its Xbox Game Pass cloud-based service, which has about 15 million subscribers.

The acquisition is expected to boost Microsoft's creative studio teams from 15 to 23. The deal is three times bigger than Microsoft's largest game acquisition, "Minecraft," in 2014 for $2.5 billion.

According to CEO Satya Nadella the deal will allow the company to control more of the gaming market worldwide.

"Gaming is the most expansive category in the entertainment industry, as people everywhere turn to gaming to connect, socialize and play with their friends," said Nadella. "Quality differentiated content is the engine behind the growth and value of Xbox Game Pass—from Minecraft to Flight Simulator. As a proven game developer and publisher, Bethesda has seen success across every category of games, and together, we will further our ambition to empower the more than three billion gamers worldwide."

Phil Spencer, executive vice president, Gaming at Microsoft, said, "This is an awesome time to be an Xbox fan. In the last ten days alone, we've released details on our two new consoles which go on pre-order tomorrow, launched cloud gaming in Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, and now we're making another investment in the most critical part of our strategy: the games."

ZeniMax CEO Robert Altman said both companies had worked together for decades.

"The big winners today are our fans," ZeniMax CEO Robert Altman said in a statement. "Our games can only get better."

The move comes 49 days before Xbox is expected to launch its next big video game consoles on Nov. 10.

Space Force continues work securing space from cyberattacks

As military leaders try to secure global communications and space-based data, the Air Force Research Lab has turned to a Silicon Valley-based company to develop new cybersecurity architecture for satellites.

The new U.S. Space Force will work with Xage Security on prototyping a zero trust-style security system that is “rooted in tamperproof blockchain technology” to protect space systems in a new deal announced last week.

The Air Force and Space Force have recently been ramping up satellite protections, mainly through events like “Hack-A-Sat” and other bug bounty-type programs that enlist private researchers to disclose vulnerabilities. Xage told FedScoop its work will focus less on specific vulnerabilities and more on monitoring network activity to ensure a secure system.

“What Xage is doing is proving a much more fine-grained security solution,” Xage CEO Duncan Greatwood said in an interview. He added, “you can think of what Xage does as a means of blocking [attacks], it is very much zero trust architecture.”

A top concern for space leaders in the military is ensuring communications integrity and data protection. Everything from GPS to command and control systems relies on space operations, an arena that doesn’t yet have the cybersecurity maturity as those on the ground.

Greatwood said another critical part of the work Xage will be doing is preparing for “coordinating many different systems” in a secure way. With the number of satellites and other space systems growing, putting them under a common security architecture will be a challenge for the Space Force, he said.

“The connectivity environment is constantly changing,” he said.

Space Force will also have a large amount of data to work with. In April, the service inked a deal with the big data company Palantir to help use data from space. Now with Xage, it is working to secure that data and its integrity. Greatwood added that Xage will work on allowing “fine-grained access control” on data management to ensure its integrity.

Trump says to expect SCOTUS nominee Friday or Saturday, after Justice Ginsburg's funeral

The president has narrowed his choices down to five

President Donald Trump says he will announce his nominee to fill the United States Supreme Court vacancy left by Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg's death by this weekend.

In an interview on "Fox & Friends" Monday morning, the president said he will announce his decision "Friday or Saturday," after funeral services for Justice Ginsburg.

"I think it will be on Friday or Saturday," Trump said. "We want to pay respect; it looks like we will have, probably, services on Thursday or Friday, as I understand it. I think, you know, with all due respect, we should wait until the services are over for Justice Ginsburg."

"So we're looking probably at Friday or maybe Saturday," Trump added.

Brian Kilmeade asked the president about three of his rumored top choices for the court, Judge Amy Coney Barrett of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, Judge Barbara Lagoa of the Eleventh Circuit, and Judge Allison Jones Rushing of the Fourth Circuit. The president confirmed that Lagoa is under consideration.

"Well, she's excellent. She's Hispanic. She's a terrific woman from everything I know; I don't know her," Trump said, noting that Lagoa is from Florida and "we love Florida."

Lagoa is one of the recent additions to President Trump's Supreme Court list, along with Rushing. The president said he's narrowed his choices from that list down to five.

"They're all very smart," Trump said. "There are actually five I'm looking at; it's down to five. It could be any one of them; they'll all be great. These are really top people, if you get on that list — I created a list, and Biden should do that too."

Trump criticized Biden's potential Supreme Court nominees as all "major radical left players," saying Biden would upset his base if he appointed a centrist judge instead of a member of the "AOC plus three crowd."

"He's got a problem. If he puts somebody on that is not going to be popular with a certain group of people, they will all run away from him like the plague," Trump said.

Trump declined to reveal who else is under consideration when pressed.

"I'd rather not say, but they're two fantastic people," Trump said. "So I'm looking at five, probably four, but I'm looking at five very seriously. I'm going to make a decision on either Friday or Saturday. I will announce it either Friday or Saturday, and then the work begins. But hopefully it won't be too much work, because these are very qualified people; no matter how you would look at it, these are the finest people in the nation. Young people, pretty young, for the most part."

Steve Doocy asked the president whether electoral politics is influencing his decision, noting that Lagoa being from Florida may sway Florida voters in November. "Is politics gonna be part of it?" Doocy asked.

ViacomCBS Launches Mass ‘Vote For Your Life’ Campaign

ViacomCBS has launched a mass voter registration, early voting, and get-out-the-vote campaign called “Vote For Your Life,” in response to the so-called “crisis” caused by the Chinese coronavirus ahead of the November election.

The push launched Thursday in partnership with the Ad Council, according to the company’s website, which added MTV will pay for ballot application printing and postage for American voters.

“Voter registration is down by as much as 70% in some states, largely affecting Millennials and Gen Z voters aged 18-30,” wrote Viacom. “Adding to this registration crisis, the pandemic is making it even more critical for all voters to learn about and take advantage of their options to vote early or absentee.”

The website goes on to stress it is “critical” that Millennials and Generation Z are engaged in the 2020 election, adding the Vote For Your Life initiative seeks to expand voter access, “particularly for young people and first-time voters.”

Moreover, the initiative affirms it will “connect the urgency of voting with the issues that 18-30 year-olds, primarily Black and Latino audiences, care about.”

The campaign will be available in both English and Spanish, and will highlight issues such as “jobs,” “security and justice,” and “mental health.”

“With the pandemic, social injustices, protesting and environmentally caused catastrophes like the wild fires on the West Coast and the hurricanes on the East Coast, our audiences are facing unprecedented and life-wrenching decisions which make the 2020 election so important to their daily lives,” said Chris McCarthy, President, Entertainment & Youth Group, ViacomCBS.

“That’s why we’re launching the Vote For Your Life campaign to give them the resources to easily register, check their early voting options, vote safely and as early as possible,” he added.

The president and CEO of the Ad Council Lisa Sherman added “the Vote For Your Life platform is urging potential voters to participate in the 2020 election as if their lives depend on it… because they do.”

“We know that Americans everywhere are passionate about a variety of issues, yet they don’t always see voting as an effective way to make an impact on what matters most to them,” she added. “With our incredible partners at ViacomCBS, we’re connecting the urgency of voting with the causes people care about and providing them the tools to easily participate in the upcoming election.”

TikTok Parent Company ByteDance Disputes $5 Billion Government Fee in Deal with Oracle

TikTok’s parent company, ByteDance, has emphasized that it will remain in control of the TikTok Global business which appears to contradict President Trump’s recent statement that the entity will be direct by Americans and pay a $5 billion fee to the U.S. government.

Bloomberg reports that TikTok’s Chinese parent company ByteDance has emphasized that it will remain in control of TikTok Global which was recently founded to meet the Trump administration’s demands that an American firm stays in control of the app and it’s user data.

President Trump recently granted preliminary approval for a deal in which Oracle and Walmart will partner with the popular Chinese-owned video-sharing app TikTok in the United States, allowing the app to continue to operate within the country.

Speaking to reporters on the White House South Lawn before departing for North Carolina, President Trump stated: “I have given the deal my blessing — if they get it done that’s great, if they don’t that’s okay too. I approved the deal in concept.”

The U.S. Department of Commerce announced that it would delay the prohibition of U.S. transactions with TikTok until next Sunday as the deal is officially reviewed and approved. Before President Trump’s comments, Oracle announced that it was chosen as TikTok’s secure cloud provider and will become a minority investor in the company with a 12.5 percent stake.

Now, ByteDance appears to be disputing claims by President Trump that TikTok Global will be directed by Americans and that the company will pay a $5 billion fee to the U.S. government. In a blog post entitled “clarifying groundless rumors about TikTok,” ByteDance contest the President’s assertions that the TikTok will be paying $5 billion to the U.S. government.

ByteDance stated that the figure was an estimate of the amount of taxes TikTok Global would pay over several years if the business was successful. ByteDance is currently seeking a valuation of $60 billion for TikTok Global in which ByteDance may end up owning as much as 80 percent after investments from Oracle and Walmart.

In the recent blog post, ByteDance stated: “As for the so-called $5 billion tax to the U.S. Treasury, that refers to an estimate of the corporate income tax and other taxes TikTok will have to pay in coming years as part of its business development. TikTok is confident in its future but the actual tax amount will have to be determined in accordance with the actual state of the business and American tax structures.”

Farage: ‘Say No!’ to Second National Lockdown, Reject Boris Johnson’s ‘Elective Dictatorship’

Brexit Party leader Nigel Farage said the UK must reject a second national lockdown, warning of a “complete and utter catastrophe” if Prime Minister Boris Johnson implements another.

Mr Farage admitted that self-isolation might make some sense for vulnerable people, such as the elderly, chronically ill, or the very obese, but said: “It does not make sense for the whole of the country to isolate and I think we’re at a point now where the cure is becoming worse than the disease itself.”

He warned that should the government introduce a second national lockdown, “the spectre of mass unemployment becomes all too real,” and that it will have a serious impact on the mental health of millions of people.

“I think the time has come for us to say loudly and clearly ‘no’ to a second lockdown,” the arch-Brexiteer said on Sunday.

Mr Farage also decried the imposition of the £10,000 fine for those found to have broken the now mandatory self-isolation regulations. He alleged that the decision was undemocratic, in that it was made by Health Secretary Matt Hancock, alongside a “small group in Number 10”, without any parliamentary consent.

“We are supposed to be living in a democracy; actually, it’s becoming increasingly like an elective dictatorship,” he said.

Mr Farage called on his supporters to lobby their local MPs, and demand that they stand up in parliament to oppose a second national lockdown and to “insist that rule by ministerial decree comes to an end, and we get back to being a functioning democracy”.

“None of these draconian measures… should be done without full open debate in parliament,” he said.

— Breitbart London (@BreitbartLondon) September 15, 2020

Noting the support from the Labour Party, Farage said that “you’d think the way the government’s behaving, you’d think Jeremy Corbyn had actually won the last election.”

He went on to criticise the apparent double standards that have been in place during the China virus pandemic, where police have allowed Black Lives Matter protests, but have clamped down on anti-lockdown protests.

“If you want to go and desecrate the Cenotaph, or vandalise Churchill’s statue, or topple statues and chuck them in the dock in Bristol, or even wear paramilitary uniforms and march through the streets of Brixton, well that’s fine because you can pretty much guarantee that nothing will happen to you.”

Prime Minister Johnson is expected to give an address to the nation on Tuesday to unveil his government’s plans for the China virus going into the winter months.

He is expected to announce what the government is terming the ‘circuit breaker’ — an on and off two-week national lockdowns until the spring, in order to stem the spread of a so-called second wave.

A senior government source told The Sun: “There’s not much on the cards to look forward to. The next six months’ll be pretty s***.”

Mexican Border State Mayor Calls for Executing Drug Lords

A Mexican border state mayor called for the government to take a hard line against drug lords. He suggested having them shot rather than taking a soft approach like the one that current Mexican President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador has been widely criticized for.

“Drug trafficking and drug lords need to be sent to the firing squad like they do in other countries,” said Celida Lopez Cardenas, the mayor of Hermosillo, Sonora, during her second state of the city address last week. “They should be shot for poisoning our youth, they (drug lords) need to go to the front, but to the front of a firing squad to be responsible for the punishment they bring to our city.

During her address, largely ignored by Mexican news outlets, Lopez spoke about the progress being made in her city. The mayor also lashed out against drug traffickers and those who enable the practice. She claimed it wasn’t enough for authorities to freeze assets or send drug traffickers to prison.

Delingpole: Boris Goes Full Fascist Against Lockdown Protests – But Not BLM or XR

Here is some footage of the Metropolitan Police charging into action against demonstrators in London’s Trafalgar Square.

Decent society is under attack from all quarters.pic.twitter.com/HnmgPulJMP

— Darren of Plymouth (@DarrenPlymouth) September 19, 2020

How much braver, more confident — and aggressive! — they look than the hapless colleagues caught on camera in June fleeing from a BLM demonstration, pursued by a jeering mob chanting ‘Run, Piggy! Run!’

Is this a sign that car crash Prime Minister Boris Johnson and his Home Secretary Priti Patel have finally got a grip on law and order in the United Kingdom?

Sadly not. It’s a sign, rather, that under Johnson’s disastrous premiership Britain is enforcing a bizarre and unjust authoritarianism where genuinely malign forces such as Extinction Rebellion and Black Lives Matter — who even managed to blockade Oxford Circus on Sunday — get treated with kid gloves, while peaceful lovers of liberty like the anti-lockdown, anti-mask demonstrators in Trafalgar Square on Saturday are maligned, misrepresented and ruthlessly crushed with arrests, brutality and swingeing fines.

The economic damage inflicted on Britain by the spoiled hard-left, anti-freedom, anti-prosperity cry-bullies of Extinction Rebellion has run into the tens of millions. This deeply unpleasant outfit has brought cities to a standstill, preventing commuters from getting to work, ambulances reaching hospitals, families from seeing their dying relatives. It has wasted many hours of police time. It has vandalised statues, dug up the lawns of a Cambridge college, even threatened the safety of airports. That’s why Richard Walton — former head of the Metropolitan Police’s Counter Terrorism Command — has argued that they are dangerous extremists who should be put behind bars.

The same can be said of the Black Lives Matter demonstrators who have vandalised public property (including a number of statues), attacked passers-by and injured numerous police, including the police rider thrown from her bolting horse after it was startled by BLM activists.

Compare and contrast this aggressive, relentlessly provocative behaviour by XR and BLM with the peaceable crowds which have gathered on occasion to protest against what they see as the British state’s overreaction to the Chinese coronavirus. They believe that lockdowns, compulsory masks, and proposed curfews are ineffective and a needless assault on freedom; they are worried that this is all leading to the imposition of a vaccine which they believe may be unsafe — and also unnecessary for healthy people with an uncompromised immune system.

About the worst you could say about these people is that some of them — the anti-vaxxers and the anti-5G protestors in particular — are at the eccentric fringe of the debate. But they’re not damaging property, hurting anyone (except possibly in self-defence) or causing economic damage or disruption.

Why then, is it one rule for the nasties, bullies, thugs, saboteurs, and economic terrorists in the first two groups but another for the fundamentally decent, law-abiding freedom-loving members of the public in the third group?

The answer, I fear, may be even worse than cowardice.

Note the massive sucking up by the authorities and the Establishment towards both Extinction Rebellion and Black Lives Matter.

A number of policemen, senior ones included, have been filmed ‘taking the knee’ to Black Lives Matter. Politicians have bent over backwards to show how totally down they are with BLM’s supposed war on racism and its allegedly noble objectives.

United States: FinCen Issues Statement Regarding Publication Of Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs)

On September 1, 2020, the Financial Crimes Network ("FinCEN") issued a statement regarding various media outlets' intent to publish Suspicious Activity Reports ("SARs") and "other sensitive government documents". The full statement may be found here. The release offers no changes regarding the unauthorized disclosure of SARs, and serves to remind everyone, including media outlets, that publishing unlawfully disclosed information is a crime. FinCEN has referred the matter to both the Department of Justice and the Department of the Treasury's Office of Inspector General for further enforcement.

Generally, under the Bank Secrecy Act ("BSA"), U.S. financial institutions are required to file a SAR with FinCEN within 30 days if suspicious activity is detected in an account related to things like money laundering, fraud or terrorist financing. However, the BSA and other federal regulations specifically prohibit the unauthorized disclosure of the SAR, or any information that may reveal the existence of the SAR. This confidentiality requirement is taken seriously by the Government, and disclosure of the contents in (or mere existence of) a SAR is viewed by law enforcement to be a serious matter. Accordingly, the penalties can be severe. Federal law provides for civil penalties of up to $100,000 for each violation, and criminal penalties including fines of up to $250,000 and/or imprisonment of up to 5 years. 31 U.S.C. § 5322 and 31 U.S.C. § 1010.840. Further, enforcement actions for sub-standard AML compliance on the part of the filing institution can go hand-in-hand with charges of an unauthorized SAR disclosure– once the SAR is in the public eye and no longer confidential. The key is always to err on the side of non-disclosure. Once a SAR is disclosed, it can't be undone, and if disclosure was improper, penalties will no doubt follow. Further, the conduct of the institution in connection with the leak of the SAR, as well as in the underlying handling of the transactions at issue, create significant risk to the company and its employees. Simply put, make certain that you have a valid reason to disclose any SAR-related information, and seek legal guidance if there is any uncertainty whatsoever.

WASHINGTON — The Central Intelligence Agency announced Monday the launch of its first-ever federal lab, a new internal organization that will allow its officers to obtain patents and licenses for intellectual property they create while working at the agency.

The new office, called CIA Labs, will be an in-house research and development office through which the spy agency will develop the future technology it needs for intelligence collection for national security, while also helping U.S. economic security, according to Dawn Meyerriecks, head of CIA’s Directorate of Science and Technology, in an agency press release.

In a speech last week at the Intelligence and National Security Summit, Meyerriecks listed several broad areas where the agency has intellectual property that could “change the conversation” around key emerging technologies. She listed 5G, battery technology, augmented and virtual reality, artificial intelligence and machine learning, computation, geospatial information representation, navigation, and analytics as areas of focus.

“It’s an endless list that we collectively own, but the world desperately needs,” Meyerriecks said. “And if your attitude is ‘I will get this to production and then I will wait for the next procurement opportunity,’ then we are collectively part of the problem, not part of the solution.”

She added that the agency already has two provisional patents, but didn’t go into detail.

COUP 53 Sheds New Light on How CIA and MI6 Brought Tyranny to Iran

Trailer for COUP 53, a new documentary on the joint CIA-MI6 operation to overthrow the democratically elected government of Iran.

The coup that toppled a democratically elected government in Iran in August 1953 and replaced it with a tyrannical monarchy that lasted 25 years was an intelligence operations whose effects are still felt to this day.

A new documentary recounts the crime with special attention to the often-overlooked role (at least in the United States) of the British.

(If you live in the United States, you can stream COUP 53 here. If you live in the United Kingdom, you can stream here. As with all quality journalism, it will cost you something.)

From the nonprofit National Security Archive, which found some of the key documents cited in the film.

Britain’s Secret Intelligence Service – MI6 – took part in the 1953 kidnapping of the chief of police of Tehran, Iran, according to a recently recovered interview of an ex-MI6 operative that is featured in a new documentary film, COUP 53. The full interview transcript has been posted for the first time by the National Security Archive.

The MI6 operative was a named Norman Darbyshire, described as:

elusive figure who was a key contributor to Britain’s clandestine approach toward Iran in the early 1950s and whose final words on the coup, provided for the Granada Television series End of Empire, were never aired.

In the interview, Darbyshire said that the Americans took too much credit for ousting Prime Ministers Mohammed Mossadegh, and replacing him with a general. Mossadegh was described as a communist sympathizer because he was calling for the British petroleum company to pay the same royalty fee that American oil companies paid to the Saudis.

What helps make this item noteworthy is the near-total lack of publicly available official records on Britain’s role during the oil nationalization crisis starting in 1951. Closing in on 70 years after the fact, authorities continue to withhold archival records about the coup. (The Americans in 2017 published what will probably be the last significant official release of their records, although more are known to still be classified.)

This would be a major change of direction.

I wrote an article that includes info on how CIA sources technology under the heading

CIA’S NON-PROFIT TECHNOLOGY PARTNER, IN-Q-TEL. There are footnotes to sauces.

THE AMERICAN CYBER CIVIL WAR

by Anon, August 5, 2020

The current battle over social media censorship can be traced back to origins in the CIA’s Project Mockingbird. This article will argue that Project Mockingbird did not terminate after the Cold War but continued when the dot-com bubble enabled social media tech giants to pick up the mantle and continue campaigns of social influence.

The dot-com bubble was not an organic phenomenon. It arose from a more sinister purpose: to achieve a complete takeover of worldwide media and suppress dissenting voices. By whom, you may ask? Did they succeed? We speculate that the bubble was deliberately created, and its entire trajectory planned, to give certain highly-placed insiders absolute control over what has arguably become our most key communications sector. Nowhere is that stranglehold more evident than in today’s battle over social media censorship that is playing out in the run-up to the 2020 presidential election.

But let’s start by examining the bubble as it is typically explained.

“The dot-com bubble was a stock market bubble caused by excessive speculation in Internet-related companies in the late 1990s, a period of massive growth in the use and adoption of the Internet.” [1] The Telecommunications Act of 1996 [2] was expected to generate profitable new technologies. Investors were eager to invest, at any valuation, in any Internet-related company. Venture capital flowed freely, and investment banks profiting from initial public offerings fueled additional speculation by encouraging investment in the sector. Investors overlooked traditional metrics—sky-high debt-to-equity ratios and negligible earnings per share—in hopes of cashing in. Stock prices kept levitating, as hot money rushed into the new sector in a speculative frenzy, creating a bubble that kept inflating. Media commentary hyping the potential of dot-com companies pervaded the airwaves.

Federal government assistance, in the form of venture capital, promoted dozens of key companies in the rapidly-expanding telecomm sector. The bubble made well-placed insiders instant billionaires, enabling them to secure present and future dominance over what has become the most influential communications sector.

CIA’S NON-PROFIT TECHNOLOGY PARTNER, IN-Q-TEL

In-Q-Tel (formerly Peleus and In-Q-It) is a not-for-profit venture capital firm in Arlington, Virginia. It invests in high-tech companies for the sole purpose of equipping the Central Intelligence Agency, and other intelligence agencies, with the latest information technology. [3], [4]

IQT was conceived around 1998 as a new way for the CIA to acquire and fund new technologies useful to the national security mission. It was established as a legal entity in February, 1999.

“IQT identifies startups with potential for high impact on national security and works closely with them to deliver new capabilities that our government partners need to boost their technological edge.” Its own website declares that IQT invests in commercially-focused, venture capital-backed startups, identifying and adapting off-the-shelf products capable of deployment in 6 to 36 months. Currently it focuses on data analytics, cybersecurity, AI/machine learning, ubiquitous computing, IT solutions, communications, materials/electronics, the commercialization of space, power & energy, and biotechnology. [5] “IQT works side-by-side with the venture capital community to identify cutting-edge technology that has the potential for commercial success, but more importantly, the potential for high national security impact.”

This approach finds and delivers critical, innovative technology quickly and cost effectively. In-Q-Tel’s private-sector participation, funding, and acquisition of cutting-edge technologies is not necessarily sinister. Like any tool, technology has the potential for good or evil, depending on how it is used. But who has oversight over the independent nonprofit corporation besides its own board of directors?

HISTORY OF CIA ABUSES: PROJECT MOCKINGBIRD

Operation Mockingbird was a CIA program dating to circa World War II that enlisted journalists, American and worldwide, to spread propaganda—fake news—to manipulate public opinion. [6] (Sound familiar?) Mockingbird enlisted journalists and even clergy in intelligence-gathering roles. Cooperative media companies included CBS, Time, New York Times, ABC, NBC, AP, UPI, Reuters, Hearst Newspapers, Scripps‑Howard, Newsweek, Mutual Broadcasting System, Miami Herald, Saturday Evening Post and New York Herald‑Tribune.

Senator Frank Church’s April 1976 committee uncovered CIA ties to foreign and domestic news media. [7] It also brought to light the existence of the CIA’s infamous heart-attack gun. The Committee heard that former CIA director William Colby had instructed, in 1973, that “as a general policy, the Agency will not make any clandestine use of staff employees of U.S. publications which have a substantial impact or influence on public opinion.” In 1976, then-CIA Director George H. W. Bush announced that the CIA would no longer “enter into any paid or contractual relationship with any full-time or part-time news correspondent accredited by any U.S. news service, newspaper, periodical, radio or television network or station.” Those weasel-words do not rule out delegating such functions to subcontractors, affiliated entities, unaccredited writers, or the use of propaganda in specific instances rather than “as a general policy”.

Pulitzer Prize-winning author Carl Bernstein’s acclaimed exposé uncovering Operation Mockingbird was published in Rolling Stone on October 20, 1977. [8] Did these exposures end the clandestine program, or did it morph into a less-recognizable form? Has the drastic consolidation of media ownership and advent of social media simply become Mockingbird version 2?

How can the public ascertain if past CIA abuses have been rectified and are not occurring through, perhaps, its technology alter-ego IQT, or through public companies that sprang to life when infused with IQT venture capital? The Congressional committee with intelligence oversight responsibility, chaired by Rep. Adam Schiff, has shown it cannot be trusted. Mr. Schiff has lied about classified intelligence with which he was entrusted in his “Gang of Eight” [9] role. In the Trump administration, the CIA is under new management (directors Mike Pompeo, then Gina Haspel). The Director of National Intelligence, John Ratcliffe, is new in that role. Should the American people trust our national security organizations, in light of the long history of past abuses?

Today’s world, rife with fake news, and big tech collecting and selling user information to target the wary public, exhibits striking parallels.

DARPA LIFELOG: TRANSFORMED INTO FACEBOOK?

Whose brilliant idea was it to create a honeypot so seductive, so ubiquitous, that people worldwide would commit all their significant life events, people connections, likes and dislikes, photographs, etc. to an online repository? Such a database would surely simplify intelligence-gathering. When the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) of the U.S. Department of Defense conceived the project, they called it LifeLog. Some posit that LifeLog simply burrowed underground by transforming itself into Facebook.

LifeLog’s 2003 bid solicitation proposed “an ontology-based (sub)system that captures, stores, and makes accessible the flow of one person's experience in and interactions with the world”. It aimed to trace the threads of a person’s life by capturing “all of a subject's experience, from phone numbers dialed and e-mails viewed to every breath taken, step made and place gone”. [10] It sought to compile a database of every activity and relationship, even credit card purchases, web sites visited, content of telephone calls, e-mails and instant messages, scans of hardcopies faxed or mailed, books and magazines read, television and radio selections, physical location recorded via wearable GPS sensors, and biomedical data from wearable sensors. The purpose was to identify "preferences, plans, goals, and other markers of intentionality" [11] – in other words, to anticipate everything that a person might do as a result of exercising their “free will”. If all causes and effects are identified, could an organization manipulate the causes in order to produce specific effects – i.e. to deprive people of their free will by manipulating everything they see and hear?

The LifeLog program was canceled in February, 2004. [12] In a peculiar “coincidence”, Facebook was launched on February 4, 2004. By 2009, it had become the world's most used social networking service.[13] Can one prove that Facebook is the direct successor of LifeLog? Can one disprove it? You be the judge.

REINING IN SOCIAL MEDIA CENSORSHIP

The existence of extreme censorship and exclusively left-leaning political bias by Big Tech is not debatable—despite testimony from Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos, Apple CEO Tim Cook, Google CEO Sundar Pichai, and Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg at a July 27, 2020 antitrust hearing, downplaying the practice with virtue-signalling and disingenuous statements on their commitment to serve users.

Insiders and whistleblowers have revealed administrative tools that Twitter uses for censorship. [14] This year Twitter officially admitted its controversial practice of shadowbanning—limiting the distribution or visibility of user posts in a way that’s difficult to detect—via updated terms of service.

Congressman Jim Jordan wrote to Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey in advance of the July 27th hearing seeking data on its censorship practices. “Recent actions suggest that Twitter is increasingly discriminating against conservative voices on its platform,” Jordan wrote. As an example, he cited President Trump’s tweet on absentee voting, which Twitter fact-checkers alleged to contain “potentially misleading information.” Jordan refuted the allegation with facts from the bipartisan Commission on Federal Election Reform, which stated as far back as 2005 that “absentee ballots remain the largest source of potential voter fraud” in American elections. More recently, Obama’s Commission on Election Administration likewise found that “when [voter fraud] does occur, absentee ballots are often the method of choice.” [15]

Who knows which 3-letter agencies, or their black-budget counterparts, are still entrenched at CIA, In-Q-Tel, Facebook, Twitter, Google, or other social media giants—burrowed in deeply like a blood-sucking tick and lurking in the shadows, while subtly exerting control? Or even worse, have private entities totally outside of government oversight taken over the role of guiding society according to globalist goals?

It does appear that the CIA’s intentions, when it formed Project Mockingbird, were shady at best. Did the marriage of convenience with mainstream media giants turn into an abusive relationship in which MSM and Big Tech got the upper hand, sucking up the venture capital fertilizer and growing beyond expectations, a virtual Jack-and-the-Beanstalk? When examining covert programs, it is difficult to assess intent. Motivations are often concealed under layers of ambiguity and disinformation. It is conceivable, but not absolutely provable, that governmental intelligence-gathering did morph into the social media profiling that infests society today.

Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act [16] protects online platforms from liability for their users’ posts. The key phrase says “No provider or user of an interactive computer service shall be treated as the publisher or speaker of any information provided by another information content provider.” This law has shielded platforms from suit, allowing them to moderate users’ content without responsibility for defamatory content.

With President Trump's May 28, 2020 executive order [17] declaring internet companies “publishers” when they use their extraordinary powers to regulate speech and inject their own editorial bias by suppressing conservative speech, we are now seeing the next phase of information warfare play out.

The stranglehold that companies like Twitter, Facebook, Google, etc. had over information flows played a huge role in political victories by the Radical Left, that resulted in the presidency of Barack Obama and the continued domination by globalist, big-government interests.

Will President Trump's order to reassert Americans' first-amendment right of free speech be effective in returning our society to a more balanced posture, where voices from both the Right and the Left have equal opportunities for debate and discourse? Will a new “truth ecosystem” like the American Broadcasting CommUnity (ABCU|8) be effective in freeing us from the oppressive media sector? Can Americans’ moribund acceptance of censorship be overturned through a resurrection of free speech, honest journalism, and courteous, lively debate?

Navy’s undersea warfighting command celebrates 5 years

GROTON, Conn. – The Navy’s Undersea Warfighting Development Center (UWDC) marked its five-year anniversary Sept. 21, a celebration conducted virtually due to current travel restrictions.

Rear Adm. Richard Seif, current UWDC commander and Pittsburgh native, highlighted the accomplishments of his predecessors who all chimed in to praise the command’s accomplishments and capabilities.

“The Undersea Warfighting Development Center was established to ensure our Navy, as part of the joint force, maintains its asymmetric advantage in the undersea domain,” Seif said. “In this era of great power competition, it’s a privilege to lead such professional civilians and Sailors in their mission to enable the enduring combat readiness and lethality of our undersea forces.”

UWDC also develops doctrine for how multi-domain undersea warfare platforms integrate with each other, referencing last week’s Black Widow exercise in the Atlantic.

“As our premier integrated theater undersea warfare exercise, this year’s Black Widow was also an opportunity to leverage our undersea Aggressor Squadron, charged with emulating potential adversary submarines, in order to provide our warfighters with realistic threats and a deeper understanding of our potential adversaries’ capabilities and tactics,” Seif explained.

Vice Adm. Jeffrey Trussler, UWDC’s 1st commander and current director of naval intelligence at the Pentagon, said he was proud to be a part of the UWDC history.

“Five years later, I am in awe of the work the teams in Groton, San Diego, and Norfolk have done to meld together the strengths, minimize the weaknesses, and make the whole much greater than the sum of its parts,” Trussler said. “UWDC not only survived the first year I was there, but has now gone on to be the major innovator and influence in the U.S. Navy’s dominance undersea!”

Rear Adm. James Pitts, UWDC’s 2nd commander and incoming director of warfare integration on the Chief of Naval Operations staff (OPNAV N91), said that UWDC’s team “constantly challenged conventional wisdom as to the limits, range, capability and endurance of our boats.”

WASHINGTON — The Army has signed a cooperative research and development deal with Estonia focused on cyber defense and other technologies.

The Sept. 14th agreement, signed by the Army Futures Command’s Combat Capabilities Development Command’s Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) Center and the ministry of defense, will establish a working group to identify new technologies mutually beneficial to each nation, mostly in the multidomain operations sphere.

“This is part of Army Futures Command’s' mission: to discover and deliver technology. We’re reaching out to pretty much any source that we can find something innovative, whether it’s innovative thoughts and ways of doing business or if it’s potentially altering a product or modifying it for use by government and by the military,” Brian Lyttle, division chief for cybersecurity at the C5ISR Center, told C4ISRNET in an interview.

Under the agreement, the two nations will identify technological areas of mutual interest and share researchers to develop them, Robert Kimball, senior research scientist for cybersecurity at the C5ISR Center, told C4ISRNET. He noted the agreement is in preliminary stages and researchers haven’t identified specific projects yet.

Andri Rebane, director of the Cyber Defense Department at the Estonian Ministry of Defense, also told C4SIRNET in an emailed response that the joint working group will hold regular meetings to identify those technologies and explore experimentation on those they both agree to.

“The ambition is to develop long term research and development projects in cyber defense to encounter the threats from disruptive technologies,” he said.

The banks are in trouble yet again

This week has opened with what has become a familiar drum beat and bass line. The banks are in trouble again. Or rather what has now been over a decade of trouble has just got worse.

HONG KONG (Reuters) – HSBC HSBA.L and Standard Chartered STAN.L Hong Kong shares dropped on Monday after media reports that they and other banks moved large sums of allegedly illicit funds over nearly two decades despite red flags about the origins of the money.

So this started before the wave of post credit crunch bank bailouts although those two banks were only implicitly rather then explicitly supported. The driver here is explained by Reuters below.

BuzzFeed and other media articles were based on leaked suspicious activity reports (SARs) filed by banks and other financial firms with the U.S. Department of Treasury’s Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCen).

The revelations underscore challenges for regulatory and financial institutions trying to stop the flow of dirty money despite billions of dollars of investments and penalties imposed on banks in the past decade.

There are all sorts of issues here as we note that the supposedly reformed system has failed again. The reason for the article relating to Hong Kong is that is where the financial week has mainly started with Japan being closed for Respect the Elders day.

The share price impact is as follows.

HSBC shares in Hong Kong fell as much as 4.4% to HK$29.60 on Monday, their lowest level since May 1995. The stock has now nearly halved since the start of the year.

StanChart dropped as much as 3.8% to HK$35.80, the lowest since May 25 this year. The Hang Seng Index .HSI was down nearly 1%.

The two banks noted here have followed a typical path for banks as it was only a few short years ago that there emphasis on China and the Far East was presented as a triumph. Now HSBC has a share price at its lowest for 25 years.

Who are the main players?

According to the ICJJ report it is again a familiar list.

The records show that five global banks — JPMorgan, HSBC, Standard Chartered Bank, Deutsche Bank and Bank of New York Mellon — kept profiting from powerful and dangerous players even after U.S. authorities fined these financial institutions for earlier failures to stem flows of dirty money.

Of these one is picked out.

JPMorgan, the largest bank based in the United States, moved money for people and companies tied to the massive looting of public funds in Malaysia, Venezuela and Ukraine, the leaked documents reveal.

However in terms of scale we have a case of hello darkness my old friend.

In all, an ICIJ analysis found, the documents identify more than $2 trillion in transactions between 1999 and 2017 that were flagged by financial institutions’ internal compliance officers as possible money laundering or other criminal activity — including $514 billion at JPMorgan and $1.3 trillion at Deutsche Bank.

China to lose access to Australian space tracking station

China will lose access to a strategic space tracking station in Western Australia when its contract expires, the facility`s owners said, a decision that cuts into Beijing`s expanding space exploration and navigational capabilities in the Pacific region.

The Swedish Space Corporation (SSC) has had a contract allowing Beijing access to the satellite antenna at the ground station since at least 2011. It is located next to an SSC satellite station primarily used by the United States and its agencies, including NASA.

The Swedish state-owned company told Reuters it would not enter into any new contracts at the Australian site to support Chinese customers after its current contract expires. However, it did not disclose when the lease runs out.

"Given the complexity of the Chinese market, brought about by the overall geopolitical situation, SSC has decided to focus mainly on other markets for the coming years," the SSC said in an emailed response to questions.

The site is owned by SSC subsidiary, SSC Space Australia.

The Australian government did not immediately respond to questions on Monday.

The Chinese foreign ministry did not immediately respond to a Reuters request for comment.

The expansion of China`s space capabilities, which includes the growing sophistication of its Beidou navigation network, is one of the new frontiers of tension between the U.S. and China, who are clashing on everything from technology and trade to Chinese activities in the disputed South China Sea.

Australia has a strong alliance with the United States, which includes working together on space research and programmes, while Canberra`s diplomatic and trade ties with Beijing have also been fracturing.

China last used the Yatharagga Satellite Station, located about 350 km (250 miles) north of the Australian city of Perth, in June 2013 to support the three-person Shenzhou 10 mission which completed a series of space docking tests, SSC said.

The SSC said the current contract supports Chinese scientific space missions within its programme for manned-space flights for telemetry, tracking and command services.

NTSB looking into crashes that killed 10 people in 4 states

Sept. 21 (UPI) – The National Transportation Safety Board has started investigating multiple aircraft crashes that killed nearly a dozen people in four states over the weekend, officials said.

There were three plane crashes in Kokomo, Ind., Hilltop, Texas, and Zeeland, Mich. and one helicopter crash in Red Bud, Ill. Ten people died in the crashes.

In the Indiana crash, three people died in a Piper PA-32 near the Glendale Airport.

Howard County Sheriff's Department Capt. Jordan Buckley said local officials will cooperate with the NTSB and Federal Aviation Administration on the investigation.

While the crash happened during a celebration called Glendale Days, officials said they weren't sure if the downed plane was connected with the event.

In Texas, two Louisiana couples died when a Piper PA-46 crashed.

Officials identified the victims as Kenneth Hix, 59; his wife Missy Lynn Hix, 59; Philip Ackel, 59; and his wife Pauline Ackel, 58.

Authorities said the plane attempted to make an emergency landing near the Hilltop Lakes Airport Sunday.

In Michigan, the Ottawa County Sheriff's Office said two people died when a Vans RV-9 aircraft crashed after takeoff Saturday, just south of I-196.

The victims were identified as Dale Deweese, 61, and Joyce Deweese, 59.

In Illinois, police said a man was killed when a Safari Rotorcraft helicopter crashed Saturday. Officials said the two-seat chopper collided with a storage facility.

Witnesses said they saw the helicopter make a circle before crashing into the facility and catching fire.

Yep. That's where we are headed. Despite people like @TheLastRefuge2 thinking the DOJ's apparent gridlock isn't fully understand and designed (it is), that's the whole reason why we are here.

Think about it logically.

The only way is the military. Fully controlled. Save & spread (once 11.3 verifies as 1st marker).

Biggest advanced drop on Pol.

What is 'State Secrets' and how upheld in the SC?

What must be completed to engage MI over other (3) letter agencies?

What must occur to allow for civilian trials?

Why is this relevant?

Q isn't talking about "civilian trials". Q is talking about trying civilians in Military Courts. Hence this EO update to UCMJ:

https://www.whitehouse.gov/presidential-actions/2018-amendments-manual-courts-martial-united-states/

Sec. 12. In accordance with Article 33 of the UCMJ, as amended by section 5204 of the MJA, the Secretary of Defense, in consultation with the Secretary of Homeland Security, will issue nonbinding guidance regarding factors that commanders, convening authorities, staff judge advocates, and judge advocates should take into account when exercising their duties with respect to the disposition of charges and specifications in the interest of justice and discipline under Articles 30 and 34 of the UCMJ. That guidance will take into account, with appropriate consideration of military requirements, the principles contained in official guidance of the Attorney General to attorneys for the Federal Government with respect to the disposition of Federal criminal cases in accordance with the principle of fair and evenhanded administration of Federal criminal law.

Acting as Fed’s agent, JP Morgan is buying all silver to save Comex

London metals trader Andrew Maguire today tells the TF Metals Report’s Craig Hemke that the silver inventory of the exchange-traded silver fund SLV must be questioned because so many bars are being quickly credited to it even as the physical market is so tight that no one else can get metal without long delays.

Maguire adds that a new physical gold and silver exchange is being created in London to compete with the London Bullion Market Association and require deliveries to be made within a day from metal already held on the exchange.

Further, Maguire says, on the basis of confidential sources, that JPMorganChase has cornered the physical silver market and has given at least one trading house an unlimited letter of credit to buy silver at any price. This, Maguire says, can be only a Federal Reserve operation to restore liquidity in silver to the New York Commodities Exchange’s silver futures contracts.

Hemke’s interview with Maguire is 42 minutes long and can be heard at the TF Metals Report here:

Exposed: There’s a new federal court to handle all the expected COVID vaccine-injury claims

The simple truth is: the US government is anticipating many people will be filing claims for compensation, when their family members are harmed or killed by a new COVID vaccine.

Of course, the government isn’t coming right out and admitting that.

The press will tout the usual excuses for injury and death. “He died from COVID, not the vaccine.” “Well, there was just one bad batch of vaccines.” “Because COVID is such a dire situation, and we’re rushing to save lives, a few mistakes are inevitable.”

Anything but the truth: GUESS WHAT, THE VACCINE IS HIGHLY TOXIC.

This new federal vaccine court for COVID will operate exactly like the present system for paying out claims for vaccine injury to children. Citizens have to jump through many absurd hoops and navigate all sorts of red tape, to try to squeeze money out of the federal government. The system is set up that way. It’s your basic bureaucratic nightmare.

The language that establishes the new COVID vaccine court is found in the Federal Register, 3/17/20, buried in section 14 of a document titled: “Declaration Under the Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act for Medical Countermeasures Against COVID-19.”

Here is the relevant passage in that document:

“Countermeasures Injury Compensation Program…Section 319F-4 of the PHS Act, 42 U.S.C. 247d-6e, authorizes the Countermeasures Injury Compensation Program (CICP) to provide benefits to eligible individuals who sustain a serious physical injury or die as a direct result of the administration or use of a Covered [COVID] Countermeasure [e.g., a vaccine]. Compensation under the CICP for an injury directly caused by a Covered Countermeasure is based on the requirements set forth in this Declaration, the administrative rules for the Program, and the statute. To show direct causation between a Covered Countermeasure and a serious physical injury, the statute requires ‘compelling, reliable, valid, medical and scientific evidence.’ The administrative rules for the Program further explain the necessary requirements for eligibility under the CICP…”

(The US military’s webpage that explains the CICP to US soldiers is here.)

A quick piece of important history. In the mid-1980s, vaccine manufacturers were facing a blizzard of law suits from parents of vaccine-injured children. The very nervous manufacturers told the government they were going to get out of the vaccine business. The financial hit was going to be too deep.

The government said WAIT. Meetings were held. A plan was devised. A law was passed exempting the manufacturers from financial liability.

Instead, for any of the recommended childhood vaccines, parents had to go to a government court to file a claim for compensation, after their children had been injured or killed by a vaccine.

And the government made this court a VERY tough place to win compensation.

That’s the precise model for this new COVID vaccine court. And it’s based on the same unstated confession that existed in the 1980s: there are MANY vaccine injuries.

Bottom line: the government expects many COVID vaccine injuries.

That’s what they aren’t saying. They’re just preparing. With a new vaccine court. To handle injury and death of children and adults.

That should not give you a warm secure feeling.

Quite the opposite.

“We know—and don’t ask us how—that millions of you are going to get headaches. To prevent that, we’re going to hit all of you on the head with a very heavy sledgehammer. If, ahem, a few of you happen to sustain an injury or die, we have a court where your relatives can try to get money out of us. By the way, in this court, we’ll do everything we can to deny you money. Good luck.”

Yes, the government knows exactly what’s coming when they approve a COVID vaccine. And now, so do you.

CDC Beclowns Itself, Admits it Randomly Posted on Website Unproven Guidance that COVID-19 Remains Suspended in Air

The CDC beclowned itself again today.

The radical politicized health organization admitted to randomly posting unproven guidance on the COVID-19 virus on their website.

What a disgrace!

This comes after a report last week that the CDC included 5,692 intentional injuries and poisonings in their total US coronavirus death count.

This follows a previous Gateway Pundit report that only 9,210 COVID-19 victims in the US died from the coronavirus alone. The rest had different serious comorbidities.

This was such an egregious mistake today that the WHO actually called them out!

We need a new CDC!

CNBC reported:

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said Monday that it erroneously posted guidance that said the coronavirus spreads through airborne particles that can remain suspended in the air and travel beyond six feet.

The updated guidance, posted on the CDC’s website on Friday, also recommended that people use air purifiers to reduce airborne germs indoors to prevent the disease from spreading, according to Reuters.

“A draft version of proposed changes to these recommendations was posted in error to the agency’s official website,” the CDC said Monday. “CDC is currently updating its recommendations regarding airborne transmission of SARS-CoV-2 (the virus that causes COVID-19). Once this process has been completed, the update language will be posted.”

Earlier in the day, the World Health Organization said it contacted the CDC about the guidance change.

The WHO had not seen any “new evidence” on airborne particles and was checking with the CDC to “better understand” the exact nature of the change, Dr. Mike Ryan, executive director of the WHO’s health emergencies program, said during a news conference at the agency’s Geneva headquarters.
