>Cannon obtained a search warrant and accessed Peters’ desk, where he found a sheet of paper with incriminating phrases written on it.

>“Right here...it says crazy monkey z, which at the time, I thought it was an oversight of the alias of the person that posted the video,” said Cannon to the jury, “There was a mention that says, ‘capture my passwords’... This was an investigation about passwords that had been leaked.”

Here is the record of what I understand that happened with the Brunson cases.

Follow the screenshots and the links, to confirm for yourself.

The Brunson Brothers had submitted three different cases to the SC regarding the 2020 Election, in 2022 and 2023. When denied, they have appealed each time to get the court to reconsider, each one has been denied. They have been denied in Conference, meaning that didn’t even consider taking the case, 2-3 times,so the Brunson’s are either extremely lucky, or imo Blessed by God.(They will never give up, nor should they)

On the docket: The way you know what is the latest is whatever show up at the top of the search and the number it starts with, obviously any starting with “23” was submitted in 2023, anything that has “22” was submitted and either approved or denied in 2022.

Not all cases with the name Brunson, are the Brunson Brothers, as you can see below Deron, Raland and Loy are the brothers.

Below is the 2024 Docket, there are over 100 pages of cases, there are none with the Brunson brothers in 2024. But if they did submit for 2024 another caseit may be added to the Shadow Docket, it’s not showing up on this link, because I typed in Brunson 2024 and only 2022 and 2023 cases came up. So at this point we won’t know what’s on the shadow docket for 2024, like we didn’t know about the shadow docket until July of 2024.:

A new lawsuit has been filed by a FL resident against Mayorkas as well as the Florida District Attorney and the Florida Secretary of State (among others) alleging a conspiracy to commit election fraud by using noncitizens and having NGOs register them to vote. Once the illegals are registered, the NGOs request ballots which get sent to them by mail. And you can guess the rest.

Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan (R-OH) sent a letter to Loren Merchan, President of Authentic Campaigns Inc. and a former Kamala Harris campaign staffer, requesting documents and communications between Authentic Campaigns, the Biden-Harris campaign, and the Democrat National Committee related to the prosecution of President Donald Trump. Loren Merchan’s father, Judge Juan Merchan, presided over the trial and refused to recuse himself despite the apparent conflict of interest.

Experts have raised substantial concerns with Judge Merchan refusing to recuse himself from President Trump's case despite his daughter's work on behalf of President Trump's political adversariesand the financial benefit that Loren Merchan's firm, Authentic Campaigns Inc., could receive from the prosecution and conviction.

Excerpts of the Letter to Loren Merchan:

"Since 2019, you have been closely involved in presidential campaigns for both President Biden and Vice President Harris. In 2019, you served as the director of digital persuasion for then-presidential candidate Harris's campaign while simultaneously serving as Vice President at Authentic Campaigns, a 'Chicago-based progressive political consulting firm.' During your time working on behalf ofVice President Harris, Authentic Campaigns received over $7 million in compensationfor its services. According toyour now-deleted LinkedIn, after Vice President Harris dropped out of the Democrat primary, you were promoted to President of Authentic Campaigns.

"Campaigns then conducted work for the 2020 Biden-Harris campaign, which included 'digital paid media, design and development, social media, mobile messaging, [and] artificial intelligence.' According to Authentic Campaigns' website, Authentic Campaigns sought to '[h]arness the potential of conversation AI for presidential campaign marketing to connect the Biden campaign with undecided voters in crucial swing states, particularly those unreachable through traditional means due to COVID-19 restrictions.' According to public records, theBiden-Harris campaign paid Authentic Campaigns just over $2 million in a one monthperiod for its work.

"On April 4, 2023, Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg indicted President Trumpwith 34 counts of falsifying business records.Since the indictments, two of Authentic Campaigns' top clients—RepresentativeAdam Schiffand the Senate Majority PAC—haveraised 'at least $93 million in campaign donations' while referencing the indictments in their solicitation emails. Notably, according to one report, RepresentativeSchiff's campaignfor U.S. Senate has received'$20 million in aid sincehe began soliciting donationsoff the presumptive GOP presidential front-runner’s unprecedented 34-count indictment last April.' We wish to make the following points in these regards:

On 24 March 2023, IBA disqualified athletes Lin Yu-ting and Imane Khelif from the IBA Women’s World Boxing Championships New Delhi 2023. This disqualification was a result of their failure to meet the eligibility criteria for participating in the women’s competition, as set and laid out in the IBA Regulations. This decision, made after a meticulous review, was extremely important and necessary to uphold the level of fairness and utmost integrity of the competition.

Point to note, the athletes did not undergo a testosterone examination but were subject to a separate and recognized test, whereby the specifics remain confidential. This test conclusively indicated that both athletes did not meet the required necessary eligibility criteria and were found to have competitive advantages over other female competitors.

The decision made by IBA on 24 March 2023, was subsequently ratified by the IBA Board of Directors on 25 March 2023. The official record of this decision can be accessed on the IBA website here IBA Board of Directors Meeting Minutes.

The disqualification was based on two tests conducted on both athletes as follows:

Test performed during the IBA Women’s World Boxing Championships in Istanbul 2022.

Test performed during the IBA Women’s World Boxing Championships in New Delhi 2023.

For clarification

Lin Yu-ting did not appeal the IBA’s decision to the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS), thus rendering the decision legally binding.

Imane Khelif initially appealed the decision to CAS but withdrew the appeal during the process, also making the IBA decision legally binding.

Our Committees have rigorously reviewed and endorsed the decision made during the World Championships. While IBA remains committed to ensuring competitive fairness in all of our events, we express concern over the inconsistent application of eligibility criteria by other sporting organizations, including those overseeing the Olympic Games. The IOC’s differing regulations on these matters, in which IBA is not involved, raise serious questions about both competitive fairness and athletes’ safety.

For clarification on why the IOC permits athletes with competitive advantages to compete in their events, we urge interested parties to seek answers directly from the IOC.

One of the main issues for the election is the economy.

It's already been bad under Biden-Harris. It got worse on Friday as the stock market tanked and a bad July jobs report came in, as we reported.

Hiring slowed to 114,000 jobs last month, the government report said, missing expectations. The unemployment rate rose to 4.3 percent—its highest level in nearly three years, when the economy was still clawing its way back from the pandemic. That was also worse than expectations.

Now, that raises big concerns about a slowing economy, which my colleague Ward Clark noted.

Economist John Lonski said on Fox Business that it is starting to look like a recession is coming into view:

So, what excuse did the Harris team have?

You won't believe how unhinged their response was to this. Or maybe you will, given how so much of what they say isn't based on any kind of reality. The response to this question alone should be disqualifying because it's such a bunch of horse hockey.

According to Harris' spokesperson, guess who's somehow responsible for their bad jobs report?

"Donald Trump failed Americans as president, costing our economy millions of jobs, and bringing us to the brink of recession," Harris for President spokesperson James Singer said in a statement.

"Now, he’s promising even more damage with a Project 2025 agenda that will decimate the middle class and increase taxes on working families, while ripping away health care, raising prescription drug costs, and cutting Social Security and Medicare — all while making his billionaire donors richer."

Someone want to explain how the Biden-Harris disaster has anything to do with Trump, almost a full term after he was in office? What does that say about their refusal to take accountability for their own failures? And what does Project 2025 (which isn't in effect) have to do with anything-when it has nothing to do with Trump and nothing to do with the Biden-Harris bad economy? Do they really think Americans are going to buy all this bilge?

Singer added: "We’ve made significant progress, but Vice President Harris knows there’s more work to do to lower costs for families."

Singer said Harris "will make building up the middle class the defining goal of her presidency, taking on greedy corporations that are price gouging consumers, banning hidden fees, and capping unfair rent increases and drug costs."

So, she's going to say and do the same things that they've already been doing that helped get us into this mess to begin with, blaming everyone else but themselves for the problems.

Ultimately, it always comes down to the economy and Harris just gave a sure-fire reason why you should not vote for her, when she refuses to take responsibility for the administration's own actions.

Thereport highlights the scandalous process leading up to the General Services Administration's (GSA) decision to select Greenbelt, Maryland, as the location for the new Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) headquarters building. While GSA Administrator Robin Carnahan has defended the process as "fair" and "transparent," and dismissed bipartisan criticism of the process as "without merit,"the site-selection process has devolved into scandaland resulted in FBI Director Christopher Wray rebuking GSA's tainted process.

Since launching the investigation, the Committees have reviewed over 7,500 documents from both GSA and FBI, conducted two transcribed interviews, and received several briefings about the site-selection process for the new FBI headquarters.The documents and testimony reveal the process was tainted by politics from the start. For example:

•The GSA political appointee who served as the site-selectionauthority was the third site-selection authority for the FBI headquarters project and was the only political appointee of the three. According to an FBI official, her selection for this role contradicted an earlier statement made by Administrator Carnahan that only career GSA officials would run the site-selection process.

• The GSA political appointee ordered a "back-check" meeting soon after the panel had already agreed to recommend Springfield, Virginia, as the new headquarters site. During this meeting, the political appointee showed favorability toward the Greenbelt site, which isowned by her former employer—the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority. (WMATA).

• GSA politicized the site-selection process bygiving significant weight to criteriameant to further the Biden-Harris Administration's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion(DEI) initiatives.

The entire site-selection process is emblematic of how the political environment of the nation's capital has tainted federal law enforcement and eroded public trust in the FBI. Despite lingering concerns from the FBI, Congress, and the general public, GSA continues to defend the process and decision, and is moving forward with trying to acquire the Greenbelt site.

In place of another politicized headquarters in the National Capital Region, Congress ought to consider moving headquarters operations out of the Washington area.Fortunately, the FBI already possess as state of the art "second headquarters" at the Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, Alabama, that could serve as a headquarters facilityfar from the political intrigue and political motivationsthat have plagued the FBI in recent times.

TheCommittees believe that the current proposal for a new FBI headquarters is inadequate, ill-defined, and does not take into account the current requirements of the FBI. Accordingly, GSA should submit a prospectus that includes accurate and updated information on costs and scope and considers alternative solutions on locations that may better meet the FBI's current mission. Until such a prospectus is submitted and the concerns identified are addressed, the Transportation and Infrastructure Committee has insufficient information to call the prospectus up for Committee action.

Monday, Aug. 19 brings the start of another major political convention in Chicago. And that night, skywatchers will be able to gaze upon a most "unconventional" full moon, because it will also be — all politics aside — a "Blue Moon."

But wait a minute, you might ask ... isn't a "Blue Moon" defined as the second full moon that occurs during a calendar month?

This months' full moon falls on Aug. 19 and it will be the only full moon of August 2024. So how can we call it a "Blue" moon?

Yet it indeed is a "Blue" moon, but only if we follow a now somewhat obscure rule. In fact, the current "two full moons in one month" rule has superseded the rule that would allow us to call this month's full moon "blue."

The Almanac rule

The confusion over exactly how to brand a particular full moon as "blue" can be traced back to "Sky & Telescope" magazine, which turned a literary lemon into lemonade by proclaiming that — however unintentional — it changed pop culture and the English language in unexpected ways.

In the July 1943 issue of "Sky & Telescope," in a question-and-answer column written by Lawrence J. Lafleur, there was a reference made to the term "Blue Moon."

Mr. Lafleur cited the unusual term from a copy of the 1937 edition of the now-defunct Maine Farmers' Almanac (NOT to be confused with The Farmers' Almanac which is still published in Lewiston, Maine).

On the almanac page for August 1937, their calendrical meaning for the term "Blue Moon" was given.

That explanation said that occasionally "... one of the four seasons would contain four full moons instead of the usual three."

"There are seven Blue Moons in a Lunar Cycle of nineteen years," continued the Almanac, ending on the comment that,

"In olden times the almanac makers had much difficulty calculating the occurrence of the Blue Moon and this uncertainty gave rise to the expression 'Once in a Blue Moon.'"

An unfortunate oversight

But while Mr. LaFleur quoted the Almanac's account, he made one very significant omission: He never specified any date for the Blue Moon.

And as it turned out, in 1937, it occurred on Aug. 21. That was the third full moon in the summer of 1937, a summer season that would see a total of four full moons.

Names were assigned to each moon in a season: For example, the first moon of summer was called the early summer moon, the second was the midsummer moon, and the last was called the late summer moon.

But when a particular season has four moons the third was apparently called a "Blue" Moon so that the fourth and final one can continue to be called the late moon.

So where did we get the "two full moons in a month rule" that is so popular today?

Pruett's Mistake

Once again, we must turn to the pages of "Sky & Telescope."

This time, on page 3 of the March 1946 issue, James Hugh Pruett wrote an article, "Once in a Blue Moon," in which he made a reference to the term "Blue Moon" and referenced Mr. LaFleur's "Sky&Telescope" article from July 1943.

But because Pruett had no specific dates to fall back on, his interpretation of the ruling given by the Maine Farmers' Almanac was highly subjective.

Pruett ultimately came to this conclusion:

"Seven times in 19 years there were - and still are - 13 full moons in a year.

This gives 11 months with one full moon each and one with two. This second in a month, so I interpret it, was called Blue Moon."

How unfortunate that Mr. Pruett did not have a copy of that 1937 almanac at hand, or else he would have almost certainly noticed that his "two full moons in a single month assumption" would have been completely wrong.

For the Blue Moon date of August 21, 1937 — as is the case in August 2024 — was most definitely not the second full moon that month!

Going viral!

Mr. Pruett's 1946 explanation was, of course, the wrong interpretation and it might have been completely forgotten were it not for Deborah Byrd who used it on her popular National Public Radio program, StarDate on Jan. 31, 1980.

We could almost say that in the aftermath of her radio show, the incorrect Blue Moon rule "went viral."

Over the next decade, this new blue moon definition started appearing in such diverse places such as the Kids edition of the World Almanac, and the board game Trivial Pursuit.

I must confess that I was even involved in helping to perpetuate the new Blue Moon phenomenon.

More than 40 years ago, in the Dec. 1, 1982 edition of The New York Times, I made reference to it in the "New York Day by Day" column.

"Canada's vibrant and growing commercial space launch industry relies on its ability to collaborate across borders," said Foreign Affairs Minister Melanie Joly in a news release Friday.

She said this agreement, when in force, will position Canada as a global leader in commercial space launch.

Maritime Launch Services, the company developing Canada's first commercial spaceport in northeastern Nova Scotia, said in a news release that the agreement is a major step forward for the industry.

"We look forward to welcoming our American clients to Nova Scotia in the coming months as we prepare for Canada's first orbital launch from Spaceport Nova Scotia in 2026," said president and CEO Stephen Matier.

The federal government is in the process of modernizing its regulatory framework around commercial space launch activities as the industry sees tremendous growth globally.

Ottawa has said it hopes to position Canada as future leader in commercial space launches. The country has geographical advantages, including a vast, sparsely populated territory, and high-inclination orbits.

The wargame saw participation from staff across the Ministry of Defence, industry, and international allies.

Major General Paul Tedman, Commander of UK Space Command, oversaw the event, which aimed to explore how commercial space-based ISR can complement defence’s own space-based ISR systems, including the Programme ISTARI.

“Space Warrior has provided critical insights into what on-orbit ISR capability we need and how much.

Crucially, it has also evaluated whether we should own the capability, access it through commercial or collaborate with allies.

I’m grateful to our industrial partners and military allies for their participation, input, and support. Space is a team sport,” stated Major General Tedman.

Rear Admiral Andrew Betton, Strategic Command’s Director of the Integrated Warfare Centre, also emphasised the importance of this exercise.

“Through wargames like Space Warrior, which explore opportunities beyond our current capabilities and expertise, we are working to develop tomorrow’s integrated force,” he said.

Betton highlighted the need to consider activities across all domains.

“It is vital that we consider our activities across all domains, and Space Warrior is an important step forward in expanding our understanding of how we can most effectively operate in this challenging domain, and the multiple interdependencies that enable multi-domain operations,” he added.

Allen Antrobus, Chair of the Security and Defence Committee at UK Space, praised the event as a significant milestone.

“UK Space Command’s inaugural Space Warrior Wargame was a timely and well-run event as we head into the next Strategic Defence Review.

The inclusion of colleagues from across the industrial sector was an important step forward in demonstrating the MOD’s commitment to listen and engage with the wider defence industrial base,” Antrobus said.

In addition to the wargame, UK Space Command is preparing to launch its first satellite, Tyche, this summer.

Tyche will be the first in a network of new satellites under Programme ISTARI, operating in Low Earth Orbit with a high-resolution electro-optical sensor designed and built in the UK as part of a £22m contract with Surrey Satellite Technology Ltd.

The satellite will be launched by SpaceX from Vandenberg Space Force Base in California.

Since its formation in 2021, UK Space Command has participated in various exercises and wargames worldwide.

“Space Warrior” is set to become a regular event, fostering stronger relationships and understanding among UK Space Command, its allies, partners, and industry.

Senior White House official AmosHochsteintried to push Lebanese officials to sway Hezbollah against responding to an attack

Senior White House Adviser Amos Hochstein led a “diplomatic disinformation campaign” and deceived Lebanese officials into thinking Israel would not attack Lebanon’s capital or its southern suburbs, Lebanese daily Al-Akhbar reported on 1 August.

Hochstein “informed officials in Beirut that the Israeli strike would be outside Beirut and the suburbs. He insisted on leaking this information under what he referred to as ‘the success of American diplomacy,’” according to the newspaper, calling the US official’s talks with the Lebanese state a “deception operation.”

The report adds Hochstein was trying to obtain a guarantee from Lebanese officials that Hezbollah would not respond to any potential Israeli attack in response to the strike on Majdal Shams last weekend, which Tel Aviv pinned on Hezbollah as a pretext for escalation.

Hochstein was the first to lead Washington’s contact with Beirut following the killings in the occupied Golan Heights town on Saturday, on the premise that “Hezbollah’s responsibility for the incident is not open to debate,” the newspaper says. This comes despite the eyewitness reports that an Israeli Iron Dome interceptor caused the deaths and the inconsistencies in Tel Aviv’s narrative which continue to emerge.

“Hochstein communicated with Parliament Speaker Nabih Berri and Prime Minister Najib Mikati, practicing a policy of deception by indicating that his country was making a great effort to prevent escalation and convince Israel [not to attack Beirut and kill civilians],” which was exactly what ended up happening.

“Targeting the airport, the suburbs, or Beirut is a red line,” he reportedly said.

He urged the officials to pressure Hezbollah into “swallowing” any attack that Israel may launch and also renewed the US proposal to separate the Lebanon front from Gaza. The US envoy has, since the start of the war, attempted to secure the withdrawal of Hezbollah behind the Litani River so that settlers can return to Israel’s north.

Yet Hezbollah has vowed that it will not stop its operations until the Gaza war ends and that there would be no discussion on the border situation until this condition was fulfilled.

Financial Times (FT) reported on 31 July that the US is racing to prevent a regional war from breaking out after the Israeli strike on Beirut, which killed Hezbollah’s most important military leader, Fuad Shukr, and Tel Aviv’s assassination of Hamas chief Ismail Haniyeh in Tehran.

“The talks were focused on convincing Tehran to either not respond or to carry out symbolic action, after Israeli diplomats told western interlocutors that their military did not plan further operations,” it cited officials as saying. Iran has vowed a harsh response to the illegal assassination on its territory.

According to the New York Times, the retaliation has already been ordered.

Before the attack on Beirut, western media reported that Washington was urging Tel Aviv not to strike the capital.

Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah will make a speech on 1 August and announce the resistance group’s position on the “sinful attack” on Beirut, according to a Hezbollah statement on 31 July.

Global stock market meltdown as fears grow US economy will 'collapse'

Shares across the world tumbled Friday - as investors panicked over signs of weakness in the US economy.

The S&P 500 was sinking by 2.5 percent in midday trading, on pace for its worst day since 2022. The Dow Jones was down 954 points, or 2.4 percent.

At one point in the morning, the tech-heavy Nasdaq was down 3.2 percent, meaning it has lost more than 10 percent from a record high on July 11.

The tailspins were sparked by a dire jobs report on Friday morning. Unemployment in July rose to the highest level since October 2021 - suggesting the US economy is sputtering and raising fears of a recession.

Even before that report, stock markets in Europe, China and Japan in particular had plunged.

Economists say the worrying state of the economy now means the Federal Reserve must cut interest rates much more quickly than planned to avoid a huge recession.

All three benchmark US indices had also sunk the day before after a batch of weaker-than-expected reports on the economy on Thursday.

The sell-off is a blow to Americans retirement savings since 401(K)s are heavily invested in stocks.

But the gloomy news does mean that the Federal Reserve will have to cut interest rates in September by a bigger margin than planned, and maybe several times again before the end of the year.

JPMorgan, Citi, Bank of America and Goldman Sachs all revised their forecasts for cuts. Some now expect two half-point reductions in September and November and then a quarter-point cut in December.

Such a reduction of 1.25 percentage points is far bigger than previously expected.

A rate cut would make it easier for U.S. households and companies to borrow money and boost the economy, but it could take months to a year for the full effects to filter through.

Job growth in the US badly missed expectations in July and the unemployment rate jumped to the highest rate in almost three years.

Employers added 114,000 jobs last month, according to Labor Department data released Friday, far below the Dow Jones estimate of 185,000.

The Fed left benchmark borrowing costs unchanged yet again at a 23-year high at its latest meeting this week.

Many investors think the central bank should have made the move on Wednesday.

The market is now 'wondering if the Fed is too late in transitioning monetary policy,' Quincy Krosby, chief global strategist at LPL Financial told CNBC.

Bret Kenwell, US investment analyst at eToro, said this weak jobs report will mean the situation now shifts from 'if' the Fed will cut rates to 'by how much.'

SCIENTISTS have discovered they can use nanoparticles to control the minds of mice in a groundbreaking new study.

Beyond any nefarious, sci-fi-inspired plans for the technology - which is still in its very early stages of development - scientists believe it can be used to treat neurological disorders like depression.

In several rounds of experiments, researchers activated inhibitory neurons within the brain to increase appetite and feeding behaviours by 100 per cent.

With an external magnetic field, scientists at the Institute for Basic Science (IBS) in South Korea found they could manipulate nanoparticle-activated "switches" inside the brains of mice.

The technology, dubbed Nano-MIND (Magnetogenetic Interface for NeuroDynamics), allowed researchers to control the emotions and appetites of mice from afar.

The human brain contains a complex network of over 100 billion neurons which, if controlled, is crucial for understanding cognition, emotion, and social behavior.

Scientists manipulated these neurons by magnetically twisting a tiny actuator to pull or push nanoparticles implanted in the mice's brains.

But this is the first that hasn't involved invasive surgery, and bulky external systems, which has instead allowed mice the freedom of movement.

What are nanoparticles?

A nanoparticle is a small particle that ranges between 1 to 100 nanometres in size.

For context, the thickness of paper is about 100,000 nanometres.They are undetectable by the human eye and are even smaller than the wavelengths of visible light which are between 400 and 700 nanometres.Therefore, they need to be observed through special electron microscopes or microscopes with lasers. Nanoparticles can exhibit significantly different physical and chemical properties to the larger material counterpart they help build.Studies involving nanoparticles are branches of nanotechnology - the technology that is famously relied upon by the fictional Marvel character Tony Stark, or Iron Man.

"This is the world's first technology to freely control specific brain regions using magnetic fields," Jinwoo Cheon, director of the IBS Center for Nanomedicine, said in a statement.

Cheon, a senior author of the study that was recently published in the journal Nature Nanotechnology, added: "We expect it to be widely used in research to understand brain functions, sophisticated artificial neural networks, two-way [brain-computer interface] technologies, and new treatments for neurological disorders."

In a crowded field, can there have been a worse decision than that taken by the CMOs (Chief Medical Officers) in September 2021 to override the JCVI’s advice and authorise the vaccination of children?

The four CMOs involved were: for England Prof. Christopher Whitty; Northern Ireland, Sir Michael McBride; Scotland, Dr. Gregor Smith; and for Wales, Dr. Frank Atherton. I wonder if they still stand by their decision?

A new Oxford University paper, which with the approval of NHS England used the OpenSAFELY-TPP database to study the effect of the Pfizer-BioNTech Covid vaccine on over one million children aged 5-15. The report allows us to evaluate this decision.
