When it came to the war against Ukraine, Putin had been planning it since at least 2003. It took 19 years between the crisis in Tuzla and the full-scale invasion in 2022. Who else could have spent 19 years preparing for an attack?
This shows who he is: prudent, organized, detail-oriented, disciplined, and patient. He is not an average politician who can change his strategy every few weeks or months.
