Even though Judge John Bates declared DOGE to BE an Agency, the administration is "curiously" avoiding the term: "This appears to come from a desire to escape the obligations that accompany agencyhood --- such as being subject to the Freedom of Information Act, the Privacy Act and the Administrative Procedures Act -- while reaping only its benefits," U.S. District Judge John Bates wrote.
Though Trump said in December that Musk will LEAD DOGE, Office of Administration Director Joshua Fischer said Musk is neither the administrator nor an employee of DOGE. Instead, Musk is a "non career special government employee" who serves as a senior adviser to the president.
So he is a "special employee" that is NOT an "employee".
Even though he performs and executes all the duties of an OFFICER that Constitutionally MUST BE CONFIRMED BY CONGRESS, he is "not" one.
Despite his "lack of power", top agency officials continually step down or resign at his behest.
Most recently, the top Social Security official stepped down after refusing to give access to sensitive personal information of Americans to DOGE.
When asked WHO RUNS DOGE, Christopher Healy, senior adviser to the Treasury Department's general counsel, said: "I don't know the answer to that."
It is clear the White House is playing manipulative word games to EVADE accountability to the law.
Their BEHAVIORS ARE in VIOLATION of the law, but as long as they don't acknowledge the TERMINOLOGY of law they can apparently remain lawLESS.
That's what this is, truly: it is lawlessness.
Donald Trump and Elon Musk are LAWLESS men.
They are not merely "above the law", they ARE LAWLESS.
They are rallying the multitudes behind them in the name of "cutting waste and fraud" while simultaneously perpetrating the BIGGEST fraud in this country's history.
For the mystery of lawlessness doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way.
And then shall that lawless one be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming:

Anomos, the greek word for "lawless one", describes individuals or actions that are without law, particularly God's law. It conveys a sense of rebellion against divine order and moral standards. In a broader sense, it also refers to those who act in defiance of established laws, both divine and human.
Donald Trump AND Elon Musk both reject God's Law with their ACTIONS.
Both have divorced several times; both advocate killing via war, police, death penalty, coups, etc; both lack Forgiveness; both reject ALL of Christ's Commandments; both live for wealth and worldly treasures; both lie compulsively.
Both skirt man's law. Both twist and manipulate words to evade BEING accountable. Both LIE to evade BEING accountable.
Both have unmitigated power over the world now.
The unrighteous ARE deceived by them.
The unrighteous believe their lies.
