No, egoism is simply acting in your own rational self interest, not because it is 'moral' to do so but because you can. Stirners philosopy relies on other egoists to form the union of egoists.

Not when we form a union. We'd have to depend on each other and social control of some form would necessarily arise.

To offer you an example, say we formed a union of egoists on the basis of housing, so we put in a share of our income to pay for rent at an apartment. As an egoist, I feel the need to burn tires in my room. I don't know why. It just feels good.
The carcinogenic smoke drifts into your room. Given you understand the consequences of breathing it in and based on them, you make the rational decision to reduce the smoke for the sake of your health, you give me an ultimatum: either stop burning tires or get out.
The very choice means I'm no longer being an egoist. If I choose to stop, it's by one's influence other than my own. If I leave the apartment and thereby the union, I leave not of my own will, but of that of another.
You could make an argument, say, why don't I form a union around burning tires, but there are some behaviors that are so abhorrent that one could never find good company whilst acting on them. Burning tires indoors is likely one of them. It's so irrational that one would find it difficult to find anyone who tolerates it.

>The very choice means I'm no longer an egoist
But you're not choosing to stop burning tires because you don't want to make your roommate uncomfortable. You're doing it because the benefits of staying in his room outweight the benefits of burning tires.
It's obvious that a society or union of any kind requires some compromises, but in the end you're still an egoist, and he's still an egoist.

You don't care about others feelings, you only care about what's most beneficial to you. If burning tires is more important to you than housing, then you're free to do so. Just don't expect all the other egoists aka your property to put up with it.

The egoist should be performing the coercion.
In the example given, the person I entered into the union with is the egoist. He makes decisions based on his desires, sentiments and rational conclusions.
If I do anything but refuse his ultimatum all together, I'm his bitch, his "property" as Stirner would say because an egoist would stand for himself on principle.
This conflict would escalate until one leaves or one dies. Egoism is about being alpha as fuck. This is prison philosophy.

Stirner was a sloppy writer but said some interesting stuff about how protestantism, and following atheist ideologies, internalized faith. Otherwise it's all purely conceptual masturbation that doesn't have anything to say about how people actually are, yet pathologizes all who do not conform to this form of the unique egoist.
Spooks are a /leftypol/ meme that indicates the fear people it's posters have of people turning out to be less one dimensional than being solely working class or bourgoise.

Spooks are a /lit/ meme
You don't understand spooks, and there is no fear involved. The spooks represent abstractions that people hold and treat like they're real. For instance, /pol/ wants to fight for muh nation, but what is a nation? Have you seen one? Does it exist in anything but your head? Because it does not really exist, it's definition is subjective, we can see this phenomenon occur in christianity with the many denominations. Spooks cloud peoples vision of the world, and keeps them from seeing the truth about things.

With the difference being that /leftypol/ uses it for everything that is not marxism, quite ironic, but that doesn't seem to bother them.
Something doesn't have to a tangible object to be real, or treated as real. The interpretation that arose from the pixels on the screen aren't, yet you responded to it as if there were meaning in it. It's this kind of philosophy that keeps you running in purity circles, with the only people who might truly be called true egoists without spooks being the severely mentally retarded who have no theory of mind or conception of anything that isn't a tangible object.

Your ignorance is not an argument.
/leftypol/ is majority anarchist, not marxist. /leftypol/ uses it against someone using abstractions as though they were real, i.e muh nation muh money muh God. If something cannot be detected with the use of our senses or through machines/science we should reject it's existence. To not do so would be an article of faith, a hallmark of religions.

That would be irrelevent if not being tangible makes it non-existent.
>It requires faith
It does not require faith in any definition of faith that doesn't come down to solipist deduction, a deduction that be can be applied to any tangible object in the same manner.
A corporation, for example, is not a tangible object yet exists by it's definition, a deity does not.

To elaborate on this.
A deity is a being that exists separately from us, it is intangible in this sense that we cannot sense or prove it. A corporation is intangible in the sense that it is a structure, there is no claim of the corporation as a being that exists separate from people. The equivalency is therefor false.

>A corporation is intangible in the sense that it is a structure, there is no claim of the corporation as a being that exists separate from people.
Whether a deity's existence is claimed to be independent of people is irrelevant. The belief in the existence of a deity can be put into the same category as a belief in a corporation or other mental construct. A rock or a gun has a material counterpart that will behave and affect you regardless of what anyone believes about it. Pulling a trigger or dropping a rock on you will result in injury. When someone commits a sin or breaks company policy, the rules and their consequences are a product of people's minds. The consequences in this case have results that depend on the states of mind of both the person in this position and the people around them. If I commit a sin, whether I am punished by feeling guilty depends on my state of mind, while whether I'm punished by being stoned depends on my neighbors' states of mind. If I violate company policy, whether I'm fired and subject to a non-disclosure agreement depends on my employers' states of mind. Whether I comply depends on my state of mind. These are artificial constructs that only carry weight because of people's beliefs in them. The exact nature of the belief isn't really the point. The contents of precisely nobody's mind is relevant to whether I die when a gun goes off and blows a hole in my head.

>Whether a deity's existence is claimed to be independent of people is irrelevant.
No, it isn't. The claim that Odin exists is incomparable than claiming that microsoft produces software.

That's a non-sequitur. As if someone getting fired is as fictious as Odin creating a thunder storm when he is pissed because rules are enforced by people. It's such a strange comparison, and done with such particular wording, that I think you read some standard philosophy and are now throwing around words.
>The consequences in this case have results that depend on the states of mind of both the person in this position and the people around them. Indeed, how people respond to you depends on how they are.

Artificial implies that there is a natural version of something that is recreated by people, like there are artificial lakes and artificial rock formations. If there are those "artificial constructs", then what are their natural versions?

If you take something from someone else then you have it. But according to Stirners idea that you are only free to do what you are able to do then the second you put it down you give someone else the opportunity to take it, so then how can it still be yours?
I think to actually have things the Stirner way you would have to lock up all the things you want to have so that only you can get to them, making them actually only yours.
