Anyway, it's only been about 2 weeks since I bought it. When the guy first posted it on CL, he was asking $6000. I watched him drop the price from 6 to 5 to 4500 and eventually I called him when I saw it listed at $4000. Offered him $3500 and he didn't want to take it initially, but I guess no one else wanted to make him a serious offer.
It's been modded a bit, but it's still cool as shit because who else has a McLaren Capri? I've only had it about 2 weeks, but nobody knows what it is.
The guy I bought it from put me in contact with the guy he bought it from, so hopefully I can get the original wheels and seats.

Hey, i did not accuse you of bad driving skills, safety regulations are to blame for ABS being plugged into everything, not drivers. Almost always you can just pull a fuse off to disable the ABS. Not a great idea though, it can fail inspections
Find a way to take out the instrument cluster panel, it likely has just some burnt out bulbs or crappy sodlering conection somewere. If everything seems to be fine, just install a LED strip above it.

Fuck, i did not to take a picture but i probably saved someones life from a crashed and tipped over Volvo 850 sedan. Drunk had just driven it off the road in the woods, right through a snowpile and in a ditch.
Tbh once i checked if the driver is ok (responded to questions, smelled of alcohol) i felt worse for the poor car rather than the driver. Called an ambulance, led them from nearest main road straight to the car, after 10 mins i was told i can leave.
