This bill has passed the Hawaii House and now awaits Senate action. The bill would allow non-parents to obtain temporary custody of minors from other states if the declared purpose was 'gender affirmation' procedures not available in the child's home state.

I'd have to agree with OP, if they come after your children it's time to simply shoot the criminal pervs dead, period end of story. Americans have the right to protect our children from sexual predators.

Yes. From other states. They would enforce the law by refusing to cooperate with any state where gender change procedures are not available to the minor.

So let me get this straight… does Hawaii actually think they'll pay their police to fly out to other States across America to kidnap kids without any legal jurisdiction ???…. or do they think law enforcement from other States will spend the money and time kidnapping kids and flying them to Hawaii? This makes no sense, it would cost massive amounts of money to do, it would be challenged in courts as well, and it would end up with likely lots of conflict and lots of angry publicity too.
