Let's be honest; there are a LOT of D&D races and monsters that could get the monstergirl treatment, but are never going to. We don't exactly have drawfags in abundance here, but we do have a lot of bored anons willing to talk shit. So, who's up for a project where we take a given D&D race or monster and try to figure out what it might look like as a monstergirl? I got a couple of ideas already for the Sea Spawn, Aranea, Dromite and Vampire Rose, but I wanted to see if this sort of thread is allowed on /monster/ before I started.

Hmm. Personally, I would make a Treant MG by focusing on the MILFy aspect of the Treant's tree-herder schtick.
Basically? Treant-girl is the Echidna of the Plants and Plant-Fairy monstergirls. She takes the form of a tall, voluptuous, brown-skinned milf with a flowing mane of green hair - sort of like a tanned version of 80s She-Hulk. She is a kind, patient, motherly figure who deeply cares for the plant-girls and plant-related fairy-girls (dryads, mainly) of her forest, which she looks over and leads like a mother hen. Sort of a more competent Titania with a dash of Earth Mother sensibilities.
Whilst she yearns for a loving man to call her own, she is self-sacrificing, and likely to try and pair off handsome men she finds in the forest with her adoptive daughters. Only a man who seeks her out and patiently woos her will win her heart.
Once that happens, though, she is quite the "naughty by night" figure; she's got a LOT of pent-up libido to satisfy. She produces restorative aphrodisiac sap from her breasts in copious quantities - which is handy, since she can guzzle semen by the liter and ask for more. She's a snugglebug despite her massive size, and loves to just hold her partner snug to her huge tits and gently rock them until they fall asleep.
I could go either way on if she takes the Echidna resemblance to the extent of randomly birthing various plant-girls, personally.
But that's what I'd do for a Treant MG. Thoughts?

Or on the Aranea; shapeshifting giant spider wizards.
Or on the Dromite; genderless psionic bugmen who ritually designate a single queen and king to handle the icky business of breeding for them.
Like I said, there's an assload of obscure D&D races and monsters that KC is probably never going to touch. So why shouldn't we bored fans of monstergirls try and MGify them ourselves, just for fun?

Potbellied mermaid with Sahuagin-style claw-hands. Slightly yandereish, with a desperation to please. Can asexually produce Minions - fairy-sized loli slug-girls and makes these climb onto the backs of the necks of girls she thinks the guy she likes is into so she can puppeteer them and vicariously live out her sexual fantasies through them.
>Aranea
Basically a Dark Sorceress upper half on an Arachne lower-half. Shapeshifter that can switch between its true form and a human form, which it uses to infiltrate human society in order to find cute but bright guys to seduce into wedlock; aspiring mages are especially favored.
>Dromite
Flat-chested (but maybe hipsome?) shortstack bug-girls who operate in psionically-linked cliques. These cliques seek out human men as intellectual equals and/or emotional comfort; the clique is basically a mini hivemind. When they deem it time to reproduce, one random dromite puts on major-league curves and begins humping their collective husband 24/7, whilst the others handle all of the daily chores until she conceives.

Distinguishing characteristics:

Hm. Comparing that to the standard MGE Cockatrice - https://monstergirlencyclopedia.fandom.com/wiki/Cockatrice - I would suggest we are looking at a dark-skinned, red-"headed" (feathered), possibly bustier cockatrice with a more confident, outgoing personality; the Sporty Tomboy type, rather than the cockatrice's Shrinking Violet.
This one can't petrify men, but can instead use a mamono magic fire breath or heat vision that fills men with intense energy and lust.
Pyrolisk-girl is much more selective than Cockatrice; she has to deliberately use her "heat vision" on a man, and she does this as a test, forcing them to run after her. If they catch her - and she'll slow down if she likes them - then they'll fuck, and be married. If the man is reluctant afterwards, she'll use her lust vision to force them to chase her again and again, until eventually she makes them reciprocate her feelings.
But, that's just my knee-jerk opinions. What do anons think?

Major thing to establish; are the separate colors different slaad? Or is there a single Slaad-girl who changes colors and thusly different personalities & abilities depending on which color she has manifested?
And which colors are we talking about? There's the traditional Red/Blue/Green trinity, but there's also add ons like Gray Slaads, Death Slaads, Black Slaads, White Slaads, Gold Slaads…
Hmm… maybe I have some ideas brewing… should I share my thoughts?

Gray slaadi interested in chronomancy become white slaadi, who can create temporal duplicants of themselves. They often try to use this so they can get work done AND have sex at the same time… but it tends to dissolve into a frantic orgy. Or just skips straight to the orgy.
>Gold Slaad
Gray slaadi interested in transmutation can turn into Gold Slaadi, who are basically half-slaad and half-slimegirl. In their true form, they look like very gooey golden frog-girls, with a "mane" of golden slime that flows down their back and over their front. They can stretch and morph, Elasti-Girl style, or just give up and become a golden slimegirl to ravish their mate.
