I would assume so. I also suspect that most of the changes would stay dormant until puberty, when semen production and thus spirit energy production goes into overdrive. This should cause the demonic energy already in his system to likewise increase, changing him into a full incubus according to his mother's type. Presumably, if he fucks a human women at that point she would monsterize into the same type as his mother.
This raises the interesting question of what then happens if he gets raped by a monster girl of a different type.
