He had been captured by a succubus hunting for a husbando. When she took him home to her bed, he laughed spitefully in her face as he took off his pants and revealed himself to her. Without missing a beat, she simply gave him an amused smirk and flooded his body with her demonic energy, instantly regenerating his genitals. I'll leave what happened next as an exercise for the reader.

If I remember correctly, it can alter the incubus physically, but it's all up to the incubus himself if he wants to change. The husband of Atlach Nacha can turn into a giant spider but he's not stuck in that form, able to change back into a human at will. I imagine it's the same for all other incubi just not nearly as extreme in terms of outward physical appearance. The idea behind incubizing is that you become the ideal husband for your waifu.
