For that specific day, I think a blue shade like Mama Reitia's hair here could be good for the background. Maybe a darker shade for the foreground posts.

I'm no master of color coordination or CSS (since I've never been too concerned with webdev), but my suggestions for colors would be:
>Background color: creamy orange
>Foreground color: a light gray-blue
>Selected color: Magenta/fuschia, whatever color best represents a dragonfruit's color
>Regular text color: Black
>Greentext color: Jade green
>Pinktext color: hot pink
>Redtext: same as before
>Post options arrow: turn into a heart
That's it for now, I can't personally think of anything good for standard CSS; hopefully this will serve some good.

There was someone saying a dragonfruit color for SELECTED posts would be good, and I agree. But those dragonfruit colors don't actually seem to match the kind of pink of the dragonfruit that was posted.

Default #e0727f pink clashes with other standard "light" themes such as Yotsuba and YotsubaB to a higher degree than the custom #e0727f on the pre-determined orange + cream background. The color range available to heighten contrast for the default font size is limited until it can no longer be considered "pink". Discarding highlighted post background color and intensifying borders is an option.
