If the mamono show up in America, garnering favor from the religious right and right wing in general would be vital to the early game.
The far right can be bought with the promise of an "ethnostate" with all the men being white and a mix of white women and white-looking mamono. There are uninhabited islands whose governments want inhabited that this can take hold on. We just need their magic to help make the infrastructure work.
The religious right can be convinced to be tolerant at worst and an ally with any luck with two things.
