There’s something I don’t quite understand about Sandworms, more specifically the picture related. How would a sandworm fight in a scenario like that, how big is the girl in the fighting game etc. I can see her fighting if she’s sized like a lamia (think of her using her tail to slam, or use her burrowing attack and so on) and you could explain it away as a result of mamano magic shrinking her down for fighting purposes. If Frank Herbert can put a sandworm on a space ship, we can put one in a house. Imagine a (possibly sunken) multi-story building like that diagram, with one side holding a very large and deep pool of sand for the waifu, the other side holding various facilities, storage areas, and living areas for the man, and a heavily reinforced (and transparent?) wall separating the two areas.
Some sort of access might be built in one side of the sand pool to let the sandworm enter and exit the house without causing too great a disturbance.
The floor on the level of the top of the sand pool would be set up so that the waifu could hang out with her husband by bring the worm body to the edge of or just slightly over the edge of the pool and then emerging from the mouth. They could watch TV together, the husband could read books to her (because her fluids would probably destroy the books if she touched them–I also doubt that sandworms would have enough experience with books to be literate unless their husband teaches them.), and do other fun things together.

In the Parieto-Frontal Integration theory, the interaction of parietal Brodmann Areas (BAs) 7, 39, and 40 with frontal BAs 6, 9, 10, 45, 46, and 47 underlies problem solving and hypothesis testing[5]. The implication of frontoparietal interactions in general intelligence is supported by only lateral prefrontal and parietal regions mediating a working memory task[6], and general intelligence and working memory capacity being highly correlated[4]. Voxel-based morphometry also shows that gray matter volume correlates with the WAIS Full Scale IQ score for frontal BAs 10, 46, and 9, and for parietal BAs 37, 19, 40, and 43[7]. Bear in mind that frontoparietal gray matter volume and total brain volume are not independent variables.

since the endo definition is simply holding something safely inside, and endo is under the larger umbrella of vore, yes. Not everything in vore is about death.
it's just a matter of what part of the community you run into. KC stuff is never about killing since it's supposed to be a pleasure fantasy, Endo is usually deriving pleasure from being safely inside another, so Sandworm does fall under a subcategory of nonfatal vore with no reason i see to deny it.

I always understood the appeal of a sandworm to be the same as when a man dying in the desert is saved by a deseet rose who takes him to an oasis.
