Depends on the (pseudo)biological to mechanical ratio of them.
If more mechanical, they probably don't need food, but just their usual method to recharge to sustain them.
If an equal mix of both, I'd say they'd eat specially designed blocks of nutrients that take care of the biological parts. These can also be easily processed by the mechanical parts with little to no remaining waste. Regular food may be consumed but either takes more time to process or might jam up internal stuff if caution isn't applied.
More biological means they can probably eat the usual stuff we eat, but either have a better processor or decent waste disposal inside them.
My go to idea is usually the nutrient blocks one.

Ah, realized I just gave my ideas for a regular android.
For the MGE automaton, it's likely a fake semen substitute in a liquid or dried block form. It'll be the same general chemical composition, just with no genetic structure or mana. A dosage of less potent artificial mana is they applied to the substitute.

Makes sense, but say for example, you and I. assuming you are human if need be, we could go out into the forest and hunt an animal or pick various plants and eat them. Judging by their profile, they probably enter a suspended animation until an energy source is provided.
They probably had a different source of sustenance originally than the substitute blocks I mentioned since they only became more like monster girls upon mamono mana being applied to modify them. Before that, they probably just needed to be hooked up to a generator or something.

Do we know if there are other gods in the setting?
Maybe some long forgotten god had these automatons (and other potential machinery maybe self-replicating) created to have a separate society from humans and monsters at the time. Could also have been a failsafe in case the whole fight between humans and monsters of old went too far into critical reduction levels.

Re-reading the profile about how they were equipped with healing devices and non-lethal weapons makes that particular model look like a peacekeeping model. Something between a police officer and a paramedic.
I'm wondering if that's the only model found so far. I'd think there might be construction, more advanced medic, and potentially even (lethal) combat models if more digging was done.
Also, I wonder if any gremlins have tried to reverse engineer and develop simpler versions of said automatons.
Probably a question pertaining to our interests is how do they reproduce? Are they limited in number and need to be constructed (sadly meaning no pregnancy or motherhood)? Do they have artificial wombs now? If so, what would the children be like?
Man, KC really gave us something interesting to work with here. I wish he'd go into more detail about them.
