Jokes aside, not quite a manga but, Kubera is a Korean webcomic that features a number of monster girls in it and male ones too, but that's what you get with a female author I guess. Genre is a mix of mystery and tragedy, focuses more on drama than action, has some romance elements but nothing erotic. World setting is done well, but pacing is slow.

Don't bother reading the slime manga. It starts really strong but I read ahead in the light novel past the end of the manga and it slows to a damn crawl. The biggest issue is that the slime gains his power too quickly and any sense of danger, urgency, or even badassery is ruined. He just becomes a massive self insert by the end and the author all but throws the fact that he's from modern day Earth out the window. Seriously they may as well have not had that aspect at all it doesn't fucking matter to anything.

Sorry for the blogpost that's about to follow, but I kinda want to get it out of there.
As anyone who ever read/watched/played a story should be able to confirm: There's no reason to assume that a good story will stay good. A couple days ago I went to kissmanga and just scrolled to find something to read out of boredom. I stumbled upon "Kami-sama Drop", a story about a guy who's cursed by bad luck and a goddess who is banished from heaven. Now, it barely qualifies as a /monster/ manga, but we do have a goddesses thread and there are fox girls in it, so I'll post about it anyway.
12 chapters are available and at some point I realized that it is quite good for a variety of reasons. It's neither harem- nor slice of life-shit, which I can't stand because I want to read stories and care about the characters. Harem can't have well-written characters (at least I don't know how one would go about that) and slice of life typically doesn't have a meaningful story to begin with. But there were two reasons for me liking it in particular.
Firstly, it conveyed the "power of words" in a believable manner. The typical shounen-protag who can talk a mass murderer into being his friend in five minutes? The author didn't do that shit. When the goddess tells the MC that his life is shit because he's a coward who blames everything on his misfortune, he doesn't go "You're right, I should change my ways" and then does it. No, he tells her to shut it. And when he gets mugged the next time and her words ring in his head, does he overcome those guys? No, he gets the shit beaten out of him and his wallet stolen. And when the goddess visits him in the infirmary and he tells her that he gives up, broken as he is, she tells him that she doesn't give a fuck about his lack of luck. He's the servant of a god and should start to fucking act like one. When he goes back to the bullies and demands his wallet back, he doesn't get stronger out of nowhere. He gets beaten up again, but he persists and they eventually give it back to him out of pity.
The second thing is that it actually has characters. The MC is a coward, cursed by bad luck who is really bitter about it. Inspired by the goddess, he realizes that his life isn't what it should be and that it's his responsibility to do something about it and a that he should start by looking at the things he does wrong. That's exactly right; that's some Jordan Peterson tier shit right there. And the goddess is a narcissistic good for nothing, because she never had to do anything herself. But the MC inspires her and even though she sucks at cleaning and even though she sucks at cooking, she tries and is determined. I found her to be genuinely adorable, unlike Papi, who's just retarded, and Suu, who has no personality whatsoever. It's not like those are some incredibly complex characters, but they aren't one-dimensional either and there is actually some character development going on. It's certainly more than I expected when I saw the tags "Shounen", "Romance" and "Ecchi". Oh, and as for the ecchi. The characters don't all have enormous tits and don't all dress like porn stars, and the author doesn't come up with contrived reasons for the girls to randomly loose all their clothing every two pages. He doesn't go overboard with it and it's certainly appreciated. The most nudity you get to see is when the MC remembers something some girl said to him and he remembers her in sexy clothing or naked, even though she wasn't at the time, because he's a little bit thirsty.
The turning point came when the author did something he hinted at earlier, that I believed he'd never, ever have the balls to do. It's also something very Peterson-esque, or rather Freudian. For a couple of chapters he went through with it and I was like "Holy shit! He's doing it, the madman." Then came chapter 12 and he "resolved" what could have been the turning point of the story, elevating it from merely good to great, in the most shounen way possible. Without spoiling it: A character gets talked out of something you can't really talk someone out of, people just forgive something that is pretty much unforgivable, and then everyone is happy.
I will keep reading it, but it sure was disappointing. It made me wonder whether the author managed to show what talk can and can't do so good earlier on because he knows it, or merely by accident.

It may seem like it's interesting but it's really not. It just devolves into how op the main character is that there are no real conflict to the story. The first 10 or so chapters are good but once you get over the "main character is a slime" novelty it becomes a middle of the road fantasy story with bland characters and bad pacing. It runs out of steam and just sorta collapses in on itself like most bad isekai do. Read like the first 10 or so chapters of the manga, cause it starts to go downhill after that. One good thing is that it doesn't go down the harem route like most other isekai, which is a plus

Well, in my quest to find more mongolian comic books with /monster/ content, I now stumbled upon my next disappointment. And it's even bigger than with Kamisama Drop.
7th Garden is a story about a gardener with a troubled past that becomes the servant of a demon who seeks to overthrow (read: murder) the angels who rule over the world.
The plot, thus far, is something I'd give a 9/10. The characters are interesting pretty much across the board, the world and setting are intriguing, it doesn't externalize the fight of good vs evil (what I mean is that the fight is inside of the characters, rather than between them, which is exactly where it belongs) and the pacing is top-notch. The plot is that the demon wants to kill the angels and actual, tangible steps are made towards that. It's not like, say, One Piece, where the plot is supposedly about them finding the One Piece, but in reality it could end within the next 100 chapters or go on for another 2000. It feels almost nothing ever happens that is directly related to them finding the OP in any substantial way. OP is not a story about their search for the OP. It's really a story about their adventures. And there is nothing wrong with that, unless you prefer your stories to have an end, which I very much do. Here is an analogy: There are 11 chapters of 7th Garden available in English. Since they're about two to three times as long as your ordinary weekly OP chapter, let's say that it's 30 chapters. Within those 30 chapters the demon has made more progress towards her goal of killing the angels than Luffy and his crew have made toward the OP in the almost 900 chapters that it's been going on for. The story actually moves forward.
Next is the art, which I would say is a straight 10/10. It's not like it's some eccentric, distinctive style that you'll recognize wherever the artist goes. However, merely calling it refined would be an understatement. It gets a 10/10 not for style, but for how well it was drawn alone. Serious effort was put into this and I simply couldn't ask for more in a manga. The style isn't bad either, but personally I'm not so fond of the weapon designs. Some of them are those enormous, over-designed fantasy-pseudo-techno things that look like what the lamest kid in school thinks looks cool. The black sword in particular looks like something that belongs in either a sci-fi or cyberpunk setting, attached to the arm of a mecha that's two times the height of a person. At least there it wouldn't look out of place. It's just my personal distaste for that design though and nothing groundbreaking.

My search for a good /monster/ manga hasn't ended though. I have one more in my list that I need to check out. After that I'll search for more.

So for now my manga search has come to an end after I checked the last three ones (that I could find without much searching) over the course of the last few days.
Lilim Kiss was the first one. I really didn't like the art or the MC and dropped it before even finishing the first chapter.
Platina End was the second one. Given all the praise it gets in the comment section, I may give it another try. Let's file this under: I wasn't in the mood.
The last one was Devilchi. At first I thought it was something along the lines of "Watamote-lite, if Tomoko were a pure-hearted half Succubus, just from the perspective of a male classmate". However, as I read more chapters, that comparison started becoming less and less fitting. And after reading all 21 that are available thus far, I have to admit that I sort of have no idea where the author is going with that series. I wouldn't call the writing bad, but if, after 21 chapters, I'm still not sure which one of the threads, that the author threw in out of nowhere, is the main plot, there's certainly room for improvement. Sometimes entire stories are told in one single chapter, after all, and neither Kamisama Drop nor 7th Garden took that long to get going. That being said, maybe it just needs more time.
The art is okay. It isn't bad by any stretch of the imagination, but it isn't remarkably good either.

It's interesting but so far the only monster girl is Susuki the half-werewolf. The full-blooded werewolves and the lizardmen are furries and scalies, properly monstrous furries and scalies clearly not drawn for sex appeal and the slimes are just blobs of slime. He hasn't met any other species yet but I get the feeling the author is playing all of the fantasy races straight to tie in with their strange and alien methods of communicating.
I'm still going to read it but I doubt it'll be discussed much here.

When Kunpei held them, and were exposed to his blood, the babies sensed the time was right to hatch. And they instinctively recognized him as their father, which for all intents and purposes, he was. All of this is implied in the story.
