I wouldn't say too many. Since we're small children in school we're told that our state is artificial and popped into existence arbitrarily so when you grow up you have to decide on the faction which solves this problem by siding with either Russia or Romania/West. Though the pro-russian factions don't want Moldova gone with Russia, whereas pro-western factions want to see it absorbed within Romania in some way and form. Whatever centrists there exist on the issue are against disolving Moldova just because it suits them while they're in power.
It depends. When opinion polls are done in a bad political year, non-romance speaking citizens are in favor with Russia, whereas romance speaking citizens are in favor of union with Romania. 2 years ago more than 150 villages signed a symbolic declaration of union with Romania to mark the 100th anniversary when romanian armies annexed us in 1918.

I doubt it because the region's geopolitical history is too charged with irredentist rhethoric from all sides for it to make any significant difference i mean unless Moldova becomes as rich as Poland at the very least but that much is impossible due to several factors.
There's no reason for the wealth to make sense because in the end we aren't supposed to exist as a state and this idea is taught in schools to future people who are supposed to enjoy it.
