I can't fucking sleep. What's a surefire way to just force yourself to sleep at 10pm. It's already 2, and I can't seem to get comfortable.

Well, I had a fulfilling rest, oddly enough. Guess doing some stretches and eating a tiny piece of unfunny helps

You probably have an excessive amount of dopamine in ya noggin.
Take EGCG (250-500mg - post meal) 10,15 minutes later take some 5-HTP. Give it about an hour. Do for about a week once a day, do not over do it, you should be back to normal almost instantly but assuradely over the week.
Also no blue light 2 hours before bed. No sugar ever. No Caffeine min 6 hours before bed (if you are going to drink caffeine close to bed, take L-theanine supplements with it 200-400mg). Eat a balanced diet rich with whole foods.
Also try ashwagwanda, lovely supplement will calm your anxiety (which I'll assume you have) and help you sleep.

evrything this guy said is valid. valerian root is also good. avoid computer screens and fluorescent lights in the hours before bed. A redshifting application for your computer can also help but not completely. I bought myself a pair of these and they work wonders. https://raoptics.io/
you could also try a cbd extract https://www.washingtonsreserve.com/washington-s-reserve-nighty-night-blend.html

Move around more throughout the day and smoke weed unironically but not immediately before going to sleep because it will heavily fuck with your REM/dreaming

I can understand your problem. I suffered from insomnia for two years and I couldn't find a means which could help me. Fortunately, I found cbd oils from https://blessedcbd.co.uk and they seem to help against it. Now I sleep better and this is easy for me to go sleeping now. I hope it will be even easier soon

True. The blue light from electronics inhibits the production of melatonin, a sleep promoting enzyme. Get a blue light filter app for late night reading.

OP, just curious, what is your current sleep cycle like? I had a retarded sleep cycle as well for a long time. I slept AFTER doing breakfast.

I feel your struggle. Establish a calming bedtime routine, avoid screens, and create a comfortable sleep environment. Consider relaxation techniques or herbal teas. If the issue persists, consulting a healthcare professional might be beneficial. Additionally, exploring relaxation aids at online pharmacies like
https://www.canadadrugsdirect.com/products/eroxon .My brother buy there an
eroxon gel . Sweet dreams!
