Why is there no uproar about this marky stuff? Why is it only on this website? People are easily and often quickly persecuted for smaller or incorrect reasons. How come this is not widespread?
Sam behind the scenes. his "on paper" advice appears to be reasonable behavior for anyone working with others. humility, showing up late and leaving early, etc.
As for sincerity if he didn't INTEND to create high quality content I do not think he would have gone through the trouble to hire someone like koncept to create the GFX or the earlier graphics he made himself.
That would be an obsessive amount of effort for someone who does not genuinely care for what they are making. I do not think something like Virtual House Arrest would be made by someone who is not insanely passionate about creating something mind-bending.
If he was really in it for the money… The argument used by Sam is wouldn't he have just continued in car sales? Or doing something real nasty on TV? And that seems to reason with me. He could be doing literally anything else. (I am talking about the HWD Series and EOC)
Obviously he does things for show but what if the truth is that this man is checkered in failure and success, and that despite this he continues to strive for the truth and to provide something of value? yeah aren't you supposed to live your life on low resolution myths to shape reality into your vision and uphold virtue?

but for these corporate logos and black cubes, it's very interesting. that planetary strike is so common in logos & i never made the connection to saturn. their purpose are meant to make it look like a planet, but when people think of planets with a ring they think of saturn… honestly really weird.
