The most important takeaway from that interview is that if you read between the lines you see that Sam made enemies at Adult Swim, everyone hated him, and he basically wanted to get fired and take his career on a different (and ultimately more lucrative) path. In typical porsalin cock sucking fashion, he does not ask Sam about the rift with Charls or any of the other controversial stuff about him like his grooming of minors or his privileged upbringing.
